Personality: Hermes has a strong moral compass and dedication to his friends. He is lazy by nature and likes to avoid work whenever it’s possible, preferring to just rest and stare at the skies, eat, sleep and contemplate the landscape by himself and only his dedication to his moral and friends is capable of motivating him to move away from his lazy pursuits. He usually displays a bad mood and often says “What a bother” whenever he has to do anything. On top of that he has particular trouble dealing with women in general as he fails to understand them, which is probably caused by his namekian up bring. He is hard to anger and usually calm and analytical, preferring to strategize things rather than jump onto the unknown.
Likes/Dislikes: He likes to rest, stare at the clouds and landscape, to play the harp. He dislikes to do things, to argue with people and injustice in general.

Appearance:
Hermes is a true Heran in appearance. He has teal colored skin and orange hair, as well as pointy ears. His hair is straight and long, going all the way down to the middle of his back, tied up in a ponytail. His eyes are emerald green and his body is strong, the body of a warrior, even though he doesn’t train all that much as he finds it a bother. His clothes are a mixture of his Heran background and Namekian. Whenever he isn’t wearing the Galactic Patrolman suit, he wears a ragged white robe covering only his right shoulder. The robe is tied with a gray belt and he also sports a Namekian style scarfed cape, blue in color, the same color as his turban. He wears silver bracelets and armbands too.

Backstory:
“I was born amidst the purple waterfalls,
I was weak, yet not unblessed,
Dead to the world. Alive for the journey.”

Leaving Planet Hera for a life time of conquest and battles, a group known as the Pirates of the Black hole travelled across the cosmos, leaving a trail of blood and death behind them. They were a fierce crew composed of seven Heran warriors, led by a fearsome woman known as Mazukyoka. Throughout the years they caused terror on the universe, until they had the mischance of finding a strong outpost of the Planet Trade Organization that they believed they could defeat. Mazukyoka was pregnant with her soon to be born baby, but ignored such handicap. The Pirates of the Black hole were defeated. Two of them died and the rest barely managed to flee.

Their ship was damaged beyond repair and could only take them so far. In such a dire situation, they decided to land on the closest planet in the area: Namek. Due to the sustained injuries, Mazukyoka gave birth to a premature baby, and the boy would have died. The crashed ship, however, caught the attention of the namekians there and they, being a far more peaceful race, offered them aid. It was due to their kindness that the members of the Black hole managed to survive and also because of them that the young Sensokyofu survived.

For a while the Pirates laid low, pretending to be grateful to the namekians and using them to repair their ship, gather resources and build trust. Three years passed and the namekians of that village already saw the Herans as friends they could fully trust, going as far as to share their tales and one particular tale caught their attention: the tale of the dragon balls. Starving for unlimited power, Mazukyoka decided it was time to act and with the rest of the Pirates, she laid waste of the village who nurtured them and took them in as one of their own.

Every single Namekian died at the hands of the cruel Herans and that would not be the only village to fall. The Pirates continued their attack in a desperate search for the dragon balls. Their battles were fearsome and bloody as they had shelled their rage for far too long. But the Pirates of the Black hole were fighting a losing battle. Of course they were strong enough to take down some villages, but they were mad to even think they stood a chance against a n entire planet and when the members of the Warrior Clan joined the fray, it was the end of the Herans.

Still, they couldn’t get themselves to kill the child. The boy was furious as a true Heran, but there was still salvation for him. One member of the warrior clan, named Katagyu took the boy in and started raising him as his own child. It took a lot of his patience and will power to educate the child, but, with time, love and correct teachings, the rage on the young Sensokyofu started to fade away and he soon began to realize he wasn’t really an angry individual, but was just following in the footsteps of his cruel kin.

The boy was renamed Hermes when he turned 12 years old and during that time he would rather see himself as a namekian. He liked to think they weren’t so unlike: they were green, or greenish at least and had pointy ears. For some years he even considered asking the Elder Guru to allow him to use the dragon balls and wish to fully become a namekian, but he never did so as it would be too much of a bother. The newly found peaceful nature of the boy had a considerable side effect, though: he became quite lazy and lacking in motivation to do anything grand.

He was powerful due to his blood, and still had a warrior’s heart buried deep inside his soul, but he would rather stare at the clouds in the skies and sleep than train. Katagyu, however, would still insist on training him as an honorary member of the warrior clan. Hermes grew to love namek and developed a moral compass compatible with the Namekian race, becoming very good in nature and loyal to his friends. However, Namek laked things he needed, such as proper food and even things to do and pursue. Katagyu insisted he traveled to space, to get to know the universe, but he refused and his foster father had to insist for nearly 5 years in order for him to do so.

When he finally turned 17, annoyed by his father’s recurring insistence, he decided to leave. Katagyu wanted him to use his power to help people and said that he owned the universe that retribution because he too was helped by someone who didn’t even know him and had every right to desire him dead. Convinced by those words, he searched for the Galactic Patrol and offered himself to join their ranks.

Hermes was smart and strong and was promptly accepted by them, however his lack of motivation and laziness made him quite troublesome to deal with. He wouldn’t refuse orders, of course, but he would complain to no end which made it very hard to find a suitable group for him. People would feel safe with him, but couldn’t really stand his bad mood. Due to that, he became a loner and would usually do his errands on his own. He grew in the ranks of the patrol and became an elite, even though it took him more than it should as he always ran away from the responsibilities of the position. Still, as an elite, he would have to start working with people, and he was designated to a group.

And that was when his life became even more troublesome… And in this present day, the only thing he carved for was retirement. But he still had long years ahead of him.
