Personality: Kuuyomi, unlike her brother, is very intuitive, and less brutish than her brother. She chooses to allow her mind to handle situations better and keeps her nose out of trouble. This also proves it more difficult for the young girl to understand emotions or behavior of others. As a result, it is also very rare when shows much emotion at all on her face and, despite her genius intellect, often is seen with a very dull look on her face more often than not.
Despite the many years they'd been apart it Kuuyomi is extremely close to her brother and was very much dependent on him when she was younger. Though once her brother left for Earth she started to become envious of her brother's freedom. The fact that her parents allowed him to leave her, and even though she'd become adept with her Ki, This was only thanks to the help of her brother who taught her, but sadly was still coddled by her parents.
Likes/Dislikes: The young girl enjoys many different types of games, but specifically those that involve tactics. The girl often enjoys venturing out and about exploring the Ancient Ruins of her homeworld. She does, however, dislike any position of authority seeing herself as far superior intellectually than most. Sometimes it gets her into more trouble than it does prevent him, and enjoys studying the different galaxies in the universe. Dreaming of exploring every planet in the universe someday alongside her brother should he return.

History: Despite the many years they'd been apart Kuuyomi is extremely close to her brother and was very much dependent on him when she was younger. Though once her brother left for Earth she started to become envious of her brother's freedom. The fact that her parents allowed him to leave her, and even though she'd become adept with her Ki she still was coddled by her parents. Preventing her from being able to venture off of the Planet Namek, and unlike Suusao she wasn't backed by her father. Forcing her to live by her mother's wishes and learn later it was for the better.

The user starts by charging an energy sphere in their hand(s). Then, they draw their hand(s) forward and fire the energy sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.

A leg kick Kuuyomi uses to break her opponent's arm.

[VT-1] Full Power Energy Wave Volley:
The user brings their arms to their sides, charges up ki, and then throws their hands forward one after another as they rapidly fire many energy blasts. It is effective for quick, widespread, and massive amounts of damage, but it is very draining on one's own ki level.

[VT-2] Infinity Bullet:
First, Kuuyomi raises both of her hands in front of her and charges a pink swirling energy sphere. Then, she fires many pink energy blasts out of the energy sphere at the opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Creates a Barrier of energy to protect you and 2 allies. [Protects against 40% damage]
[ST-1] Flight:
The ability to manipulate one's ki so that they can levitate from the ground and even fly.
[PT-1] Ki Sense:
Allows the user to have a general notion of people's PL as long as they are in the same region.
[PT-2] Ki Sense:
Allows the user to have a precise notion of people's PL as long as they are on the same planet.
[PT-3] Ki Sense:
Allows the user to have a perfect notion of people's PL as long as they are in the same Galaxy.
[ST-1] Ki Suppression:
Allows the user to hide ki signature if no techs are used.
[ST-1] Rapid Movement:
A technique that allows the user to move with great speed, which creates the illusion of teleportation.

[ST-2] Afterimage:
An ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind.
[Allows the User to Dodge up to 175% of their PL]
[PT-1] Telepathy:
The ability to mentally communicate with people. Its range going off what tier of Ki sense you have mastered. If the user does not have Ki sense then physical or eye contact would be required.
[PT-2] Telepathy:
The ability to break dimensional barriers with Telepathy. But even some walls seem unable to be breached with the power of the mind.[Allows the user to telepathically link with people in Makaii, Requires, Tier 3 Ki Sense, And Tier one Telepathy, The After life may not be reached with this however. Or may someone from the after life use it to speak with people in the living world, or makaii]
[PT-3] Telepathy:
The ability to not only speak with a ally. But the ability to link other minds in mental speech. Working as a form of conduit for telepathic control. [Allows the user to link the minds of 'two' people. Not counting itself, They can all communicate freely with their minds.]
[PT-1] Mind Reading:
The ability to read the thoughts of those willing to let someone in their mind.
[Ooc permission as well as Ic cooperating needed to read their mind - Range needing to be within the same vicinity. If the user doesn't have any version of ki sensed mastered they will also need to physically touch the person. But with Ki sense they may do it hands-free if the person is nearby.]
