A refreshing breeze blew through Celerous’s hair, as he set up his tent on the hills below Mount Paozu. The air was brisk, and the hybrid had taken to wearing a white long sleeved shirt under his black weighted gi. As thick as it was though, he still felt a slight chill on his skin.
Once the tent was properly pitched, Celerous went around gathering sticks to set up a small fire. He’d yet to catch dinner, but with the abundance of wildlife he’d seen in the area, Celerous was sure hunting wouldn’t be difficult. In fact, he was finding it harder to find suitable sticks for the fire. Maybe he would just roast his food with his own power.
‘It’s worth a shot. The tent should keep me warm enough when night falls.’
Abandoning his initial plan to build a fire, Celerous took to the air, to scout for his dinner. He saw a buck in the distance, and figured that was more than enough for the night. Raising a single hand, he lazily fired a Ki blast in it’s direction. The energy bored a hole right through the deer’s cranium, and it crumpled to the ground, deceased. He landed gently near the body, and hoisted it up over a shoulder.
“Sweet, I’m gonna be eating good tonight. If only I had some seasoning…”
Well, no one said camping was glamorous.
Celerous hauled the buck over to his camp, and placed it on a smooth portion of dirt, where he began to skin it with his knife.
It wasn’t long before he had its pelt laying on the dirt next to him, and several cuts of bloody meat laying on the fur.
“Shit. Maybe this is too much meat. Don’t want to waste the leftovers, but there’s not much I can do but leave it here for the wolves. It won’t fit in my pack.”

Liari walked through the rough terrain of the mountain, her power suppressed to near nothingness in an effort to avoid detection... She had never been the biggest of people-persons, especially now that she was on a planet she hardly even understood... Everything was so different here... so new and frankly scary... So many strange and weird people here... so many disturbingly high power levels... The creatures here were big and life was around every corner... She wasn't used to this...
Liari wasn't this way a long time ago... She had a sister, the only family she EVER had... but now she was gone and Liari was alone and she had no idea where she could go now... She blinked back tears of despair, realizing in that moment how alone she really was, how cut off she was from the only person in her life that ever made her happy, who took care of her and loved her... How incomplete she was without her other-half... But Liari merely gritted her teeth and continued through the mountain, shivering only slightly as a brisk air grazed her skin.
It was then that she sensed quite a high power-level, one high enough that she immediately craned her head in it's direction, surprised she hadn't sensed it before now. The power was stable, gentle, not erratic or flaring as if the owner was in combat... Strange... powers like that don't just appear and disappear like that unless they were being suppressed or killed... What was going on...? Despite her better judgement, Liari began making her way in that direction, using nearby evergreen woods as cover to mask her approach and aid in her stealth. It wasn't long before the petit majiin came upon the camp site, the camp-site of a man of unknown origin skinning a creature she didn't recognize...
Her soft, grey eyes peered out from behind a tree from which she hid, watching as the man's blade dug under the animal's hide, peeling off it's useless fur to get at the good stuff underneath... Liari stared hungrily at the exposed, bloody flesh of the animal, watching as the man's hand went up and down it's hide, shaving off more and more useless skin. It was only then did she realize just how long it had been since she had REAL food. A few days....? She couldn't remember... The hunger compelled her to come out of her hiding place and walk up to this man, maybe introduce herself and get some of his extra meat for her trouble and it almost succeeded... But she couldn't... Liari wasn't that hungry yet... so she hid, behind that tree facing the back of the man, watching him skin that strange animal, hoping that either she could work up the courage... or he'd leave some meat behind...
Leaving the meat on the furs near the tent, Celerous stood to his feet and brushed his pants off. With the buck properly skinned, and the meat properly harvested, Celerous's next goal was to gather wood for a fire. Despite his earlier decision to abandon the task of building a proper fire, the hybrid suddenly found himself unsure of his ability to properly cook the meat with his Ki alone. The sheer quantity of meat was far too large, and the only real practice Celerous had with searing meat with Ki came from catching small squirrels back on the farm.
And those rarely turned out to be thoroughly cooked.
Sighing, Celerous turned around to face the sparse thicket of trees behind him. While the trunks of the barren trees were thick, their branches seemed to be too thin to be used in a proper fire. Being no thicker than half the size of his wrist, Celerous knew that he'd need at least fifty sticks in order to properly cook his venison. He wasn't all that interested in spending all night collecting wood, and even if he was, by the time he had finished collecting the sticks, and finished cooking the meat, it'd probably be midnight. The hybrid was far too hungry to wait that long.
He supposed he could go around and collect all the dead grass and leaves on the ground, but those too would turn to cinders too quickly. Not to mention that the sweet scent of burning dead leaves always bothered Celerous, and he knew that the smell would stick to the meat and then pervade across his taste buds. So that option was also out, at least, if Celerous wanted to enjoy his meal. So, save burning his tent, he really only had one option.
Celerous was going to have to punch down a tree.
It would be easy enough, Celerous knew. It wouldn't be the first time he's had to punch a tree down before, as he used to do it as a form of practice, back when his father had been in charge of his training regime. And that was nearly ten years ago. With his drastically increased power level, Celerous could probably uproot a tree with one hand, not that he would. Doing so would mean dealing with pulling up a bunch of roots, and that would be way too much work.
So instead, he set his sights on a tree close to him, and punched his fist in preparation. He approached the thick trunk, and examined it, finding nothing unsuitable. So he walked around to the other side of the tree, in order to punch it and make it fall near his camp, and therefore easier to collect the splintered wood.
When he instead rounded on a light blue Majin, he blinked and took a step back.
"Uh, hey, I kinda need to punch this tree down for firewood. Could you move out of the way please?"
Liari flinched as she saw the man getting up and heading her way. Her first impulse was to slip back into the wood and disappear the way she came, looking for her own food... But then, like she noticed before... EVERYTHING stayed away from her... Not even the birds in their nests or the foxes in their holes would stick around should the young-looking Majiin walk by. The chances of her catching something without causing mass-damage to everything around her was... slim... and despite how much she loved sweets, her stomach would fall through if she had another bar of chocolate...
This inner conflict continued until she heard the man's voice off to her right, having almost completely missed his approach. Liari's eyes widened and shock and quickly backed away a good couple meters or so, giving the man what he wanted without completely hearing his request. It was here that she fully realized how BIG this man was compared to her... He had about a foot-and-a-half on the small majiin and FAR more bulk, making him FAR more intimidating than the Majiin was not even taking into account his HUGE power level... She glanced back at the creature at his camp, wondering how HE managed to catch something like that when she couldn't even catch one of those rodent-creatures with the bushy tails. What was SHE doing wrong...?
"Do you need help...?" She asked, her voice firm, her eyes locked on this man's though it was quite clear from the slightest of edges in her tone as well as her body-language that she was uncomfortable. She REALLY didn't want to be doing this right now but she was starving and this man had food... If she helped him or even just offered her services, then maybe she would be rewarded... Liari's voice was high as one would expect, akin to female earther young, the smaller ones that often trailed behind the bigger ones dressed in frilly outfits with some kind of sweet in their hands. One might think she was born only a decade-and-a-half ago by appearance alone.
"I could help you make 'fire.... wood...' if you want." Ah... Liari had only been on this planet for a few years (conscious) and still hasn't learned quite all the words this planet had... She knew what fire was... but wood...? She knew not this word... Apparently wood was born from the tree, a punched tree...
Plasma woke up with drops of water falling on his head. The place was dark with just a few weak rays of light shinning what looked like to be a grotto. The bio-android was between a rock and a rocky wall in a crouching position, his tail around him. Trying to move he found himself weak and tired, and soon an awful feeling came to him, like every cell that made his body were asking for food - "Wh-...ugh...where am I? How did I end up here? Argh! So...hungry..."
Making an effort, he stood up, laying on the wall for support, and began following the light - "Ugh...for how long...have I been here?". With every step, the hunger grew, but the bio-android kept going. Reaching the illuminated area, he looked searching for it's source and found small holes far above - "So...do I have any energy to fly?" - and balancing his options, climb or flight, he chose the later, trying to focus enough to te able to use the technique despise the hunger increasing even more - "C'mon, just a little higher and I can leave...ugh!". But reaching the opennings he noticed they were too small, and in a instant of anger he lost his focus - NOOO!!! - shouting while falling - GAHK!
Injured from the fall, weakened from deprivation, and with the ever increasing hunger bitting through his body, Plasma was about to loose his conciousness...until he felt a ki signature - "Wh-where?! From where?!!!". His body and mind were weakened, but his instincts were raised to their limits, and the energy he just felt acted as a beacon to his inner beast to come out.
- Aaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!! - he roared, loudly, and instead of finding an exit, he simply blasted the wall and created one!
The exit was made in the direction of the energy he felt, outside was a nice view. Many mountains grew away from each other out of a large green valley where many rivers crossed, often joinning together or splitting apart. The sun was setting and mist covered the top of the mountains, often descending toward the valley bellow. But all this beauty was lost to the bio-android as he one and only focus was energy signature he was feeling
- Must...feed...RAWR!!!!
In a single jump, the blue humanoid covered the distance and landed very near his target with a loud 'boom'! In front of him, two people were near. One had pale skin and was slender, female? A better look he noticed that her looked like to be made of what looked like 'gum' - "Hmm...majin". But she wasn't the one beaconing energy, the other one was. This looked tall and strong, an earthling...
- Feed...FEEED!!!!!!! - without much thinking, he flared up his energy and positioned to attack.
Power level (Weakened state): 100,000/100,000 Stamina: 0/3
Celerous felt the spike of energy, and it seemed to lance through the back of his head like a warning. Then there was the explosion that resounded through the air. Ignoring the Majin girl for now, he turned in the direction of the disturbance, tearing off the weighted gi jacket he wore. He tossed it to the ground, leaving his torso only adorned with his white thermal shirt, just as the offender landed in front of him and made the Earth tremble. Celerous gulped as inconspicuously as possible.
The... thing was blue, and had what looked to be a carapace with a long tail that ended in a point like a needle. It sent shivers running up Celerous's spine, and he was glad that he'd had the foresight to take off his weighted clothes. He'd surely need his full power level if this thing attacked.
But, for a fraction of a second, he had hope that the blue bug thing wasn't actually here for a fight. Then it talked about feeding, and its power rose. It wasn't as high as before, but it was entirely possible that the things was holding back. Celerous, however, would do no such thing. With a yell, he rose his power to max, and let his aura flare around him. He brought his hands up near his face, and took a breath.
Then he was off, darting forward like a bullet. He pulled his arm back, and threw his fist forward, intending to smash the bug that wanted to eat him in the face.
"We are not food!"
Later, he'd cringe at that pseudo battle cry. But at the moment, it seemed fitting.

Liari's eyes shot wide as suddenly the earth began to shake, an utterly HUGE power erupting off in the distance. It was insane... FAR beyond anything she had ever felt on this planet... Her muscles tensed and the smaller majin stood her ground, clenching her fists in anticipation for what may come... And something wicked this way did come as in an instant, a strange, alien-bug creature smashed into the camp-sight from above, glaring at the human and majin as if they were pieces of meat. On some level... Liari was utterly intimidated by the creature's power... it was INSANE! Even if she managed to quadruple her power, she couldn't stand up to this thing alone...! But on the other hand, the rest of her screamed for this engagement.... It was not every day someone gets to fight a battle when they are THIS outclassed.
Suddenly, the bug-thing's chi erupted again, blasting the entire area before it settled just a bit, the thing shifting into a battle-position. Liari squinted her eyes, confused... Did it's power just drop right now.... or... what happened...? In such a vast well of power, it was hard to tell when it's power would drop... Following in the human's example, Liari let out a yell as she too began bringing out her energy and discarding her attempt at surpression. Her body began to bulk up, her muscles growing more pronounced as her flaming pink chi erupted all around her. Then suddenly, steam blew out from the holes on her arms with a (very high) whistle, her body reverting back to it's natural size, though her Ki remained, a sign she was at her full power. Still, she was by far the weakest person here but that didn't bother her overmuch. It actually encouraged the young-looking majiin to prove herself in battle alongside a fighter... and against a monster.
The man seemed to take the initiative as he had this entire encounter so far, shooting off from his place besides Liari at great speed, throwing a fist at the bug-guy's face. While he engaged at close range, the Majin stayed back, deciding she would barrage him from afar, jumping to the right to get a better angle (also so she didn't hit Celerous instead of the bug), Liari held her hand out and, from her palm, fired a nice big ball of pinkish-red ki in the direction of the enemy. If it would hit, it would strike the being in his side before exploding in a nice cloud of dust.
The bio-android was mad from hunger. His instincts had already taken over his mind and where forcing him to hunt. In front of him, two possible preys, much weaker than himself...or so it seemed. In reality, the hunger that has been drinving him insane was because of his lack of nourishment, and that had made him weak, to the point this two preys had now a chance to fight back - "Urgrh...feed...need...urgh...feed..."
Interesting enough, were the prey the first ones to attack. The male earthling sent a punch towards him while the majin girl a ki blast. The attacks were so easy to read that Plasma would promptly counter both of them with ultimost precision...at least a normal Plasma would do it. With his hunger clouding his reason, the bio-android wasn't able to read anything. No, right now he was reacting to any movement whatsoever and the reaction was to 'attack'!
- FEEEEEEEEEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Both attacks hit their mark but weren't enough to even flinch the bio-android, leaving a burnt mark and a crack on his carapace. The little blue monster launched himself foward, loosing his energy aura, his hand open like a claw, trying to grab Celerous. He would then land mid distance from where he was and where the majin girl is, and using his muscular tail to try and pierce her with the sting. The tail iss long, gave the impression that it was extending itself, and fast like a missile.
- Took both attacks head-on. Power level diminished to 80,000/80,000 PL. - Launched two melee attacks, one against each target, for 400 (5%) PL each. - Stamina 0/3
Ebi had been out and about once more, and finally so! For sometime, he had been staying at his own home, enjoying some time with his parents out in Spinach Wastelands. His folks were simple and insisted on their baby boy staying and eating- Apparently he was way too skinny to become a master of anything and his mother was intent on getting Ebihan as big as she could without making him at risk of a sweet, sweet death filled with delicious tastes. Hm. Food and death. An unlikely combination of things but it happened so frequently.
So, just where was Ebi today? Well, today he had found himself in the Paozu ranges. He enjoyed the view of the mountains and wildlife. That, and he had a friend who lived around the mountain. Man, whatever happened to that guy? Ebi could remember him being quite the particular one. He had a weird tail and super spiky hair. Then again, so did Ebi. Ah well, who was he to judge. The diminutive human had been hiking, nonetheless. And his good time was interrupted at the sudden flash and surging of Ki in the far distance. It began at one hundred thousand, but then retracted to eighty thousand. That set him off, there was something going on. There had to be. Furrowing his brow, Ebi took off into the air and pushed himself forth and into the direction of the power level.
To his surprise, two more accompanied it. But...they weren't allies to what he saw. A blue insect man, attacking a grown man and a- "M-Majin.." What were the odds that today HAD to be one of those? The young man could only sigh, though. He had to take action before people were hurt. And this bug man seemed pretty peeved off and hungry. But what the heck was he? Ah, it could wait. Fastening his will, Ebi descended from the skies above with an extended foot. His intention to kick Plasma square in the jaw and push him off. At least then, he'd be given the chance to get the low on what happened here.70,000 Base/PL thread. Attempted kick against Plasma.
Despite this thing's impressively high power level, it seemed that their attacks did do some damage. Celerous's fist had cracked the carapace of the bug man, and the Majin's Ki blast had scorched it pretty good. And after the attacks had landed, Celerous felt its power level drop substantially. Far more than any attack they had sent off should have lowered it. It was almost as if a light bulb flicked on above Celerous's head. This thing was weak. It wasn't just hungry; it was starving. That was an advantage, one that the hybrid intended to capitalize on.
Then the bug moved, and Celerous's eyes opened wide. A clawed hand either made to grasp him, or scratch him, Celerous wasn't sure. But it was slow, far slower than expected, and Celerous just twisted his body to avoid it. Then the blue menace leapt backwards, and its tail shot at the Majin. The hybrid knew he wasn't fast enough to intercept the tail, so unfortunately, the blue girl was on her own. Celerous narrowed his eyes at the creature, and made a split second decision.
This thing was powerful, but its level was falling. Fast. If one punch and a standard Ki blast were enough to drop its energy so drastically, then what would the White Wrath do? It hit far, far harder than any silly punch, and it even did more damage than Celerous's own Flare Fire would. He knew how tiring the technique was though, and it would leave him winded for a few seconds. Hopefully, if he failed to stop the monster, the Majin could finish the job.
Celerous's aura flared around him for only half a second, and it was white in color. Then all the energy compressed itself and swelled into his right arm, making it glow in its entirety, to the point where his right sleeve wasn't even visible. His voice filled the forest, and one could swear that they heard it a mile away.
"WHITE-"
Another power level flared, almost as strong as the bug man. Celerous thought to crane his head and look to the sky, fearful of there being yet another bug enemy. However, before he could even twist his neck, a blur came down from the sky. Celerous could barely make out the extended leg, but even before he was certain that the new challenger's target was the bug man's face, the hybrid had already closed the distance between him and his enemy.
"WRATH!"
His glowing arm, with his hand curled into a fist, came barreling forward towards the blue thing's gut.
Liari raised an eyebrow (Or she would if she had any) both her attack and the man's landed squarely on their intended targets. The damage seemed all well and fine, what with her blast leaving a pretty nasty mark and the man's punch cracking the bug's shell somewhat but that was the issue... It's power was MASSIVE! Far larger than any of theirs by far and they were doing this kind of damage to it...? Was it not as tough as it was strong...? This time, she felt a massive decrease in power from the being at least 20% of it's power gone in just those two hits... It was incredible... Up until now, she was fighting purely off a drive to battle a strong opponent but she didn't actually think she could WIN! Now... now at least they had a chance... This revelation didn't show on the Majin's face however, her mouth remaining a straight line and her eyes firm and focused.
The beast then attacked, swiping a hand at the man, which he dodged deftly, before its tail swung around, it's stinger lashing out at Liari with brutal accuracy and speed. The petite majin quickly stepped to the right, just out of the way as the tail made it's jab, quickly pinning neck of the tail under her arm, the other reaching out and clasping on tight as well. The girl glanced up quickly though as a shadow passed over her face, able to make out the vague shape of a person, leg extended in a kick...? In any-case, the figure seemed to zip right up to the bug's face and the man seemed to be going for an attack now too, one aiming for the creature's face, the other for his gut... She was surprised someone NEW came to their aid but that wasn't important... Not as important as taking out the threat...
Should these two attacks hit, there was a possibility that this bug-creature would be stunned by the impacts, leaving Liari her opening to go on the offensive too. The smaller majin, letting out a quick cry of effort, would tug the creature her way by his tail, retracting her arms ready to attack. Should the creature come barreling towards her, unbalanced, she would then throw a powerful right hook to the creature's cheek, followed by a left-hook to the other one, that strike knocking him face-down. Liari wasted no time, swiftly kicking the creature in it's side, her strike flipping it on it's back. Should everything go as she thought it should, the Majin would then kneel over the creature, each knee pinning the arms of the being down by it's shoulders, as she cocked her fists back and began pumbling the creature's face. One punch after another, relentless, strike after strike after strike.
Nothing is more troubling for a predator than wasting energy, and that was exactly what happened when his preys evade both his attacks. Even worse, the did managed to hurt him a little before, nothing serious, but it did helped aggravate his already weakened state. He had to move faster and sharpen his movements in his next try. The earthling was gathering energy, in preparation for his next assault, while the majin girl was still on the defensive, that was good he shoul-... - "Urgh!!!! I...nee...cious...focu...feed...feeeeed..."
- FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - the bio-android is still fighting to get back his reasoning but the hunger just keep getting stronger and so he launches again, this time straight towards the majin, as she was the weakest of the three... - "HUH?!"
Coming from the sky, another person came kicking Plasma right on his jaw and was so strong that the android had to twist his entire body to the same direction of the kick just to avoid have his head torn out. Following this surprise, the earthling struck his own attack and the majin soon followed, both achieving their target. The blue android caughted a lot of glowing-green blood on the floor from the punch and was easily pulled by the girl, took a few hits and then sent flying away by a barrage of punches, before hitting the floor.
- Urrrrgh...*cough*...
He was done. Not even the hunger was bringing him back up now. Plasma couldn't even move his head as he wanted to look at his attackers. Even his eyes hurt to move and soon the thought of closing them was becoming appealing...but he was sturnborn. He tried again to move, and could shift his head a little, just so he could at least see his demise. Was on the verge of admiting defeat that he saw it, close by. Fresh and juicy by the forest: a bear!
Suddenly he wasn't on the floor anymore. Plasma had slowly recoverd himself and even his wounds weren't showing. He was back at an healthy state. His tail, drove on the ground. His hunger, gone. Now he looks back at the ones he attacked, keeping an eye on them - "Now I'm feeling like myself again. Never thought I would get such a beating from this guys, I was really weak...hungry and trying to murder people for breakfast...not my best hour, hehe...damn". He looks down in shame.
The android's tail came out of the ground. The bear was gone.
- Took all the attacks and was almost dead. Healed by eating a bear. - Hiding his Power Level. - Stamina 3/3
Ebi grinned as he felt the impact of his foot make a connection with his target. The young man landed quickly, standing on both feet. His hands clasped to his waist. Brows furrowed and his face appearing as serious as could be. But, it wasn't like the people here would. After all, the poor guy was roughly five feet tall on the dot. Celerius outdid him in the height department pretty badly. But now wasnt the time to talk about his personal flaws and height issues. There was a weird bug thing to take care of. Ebi watched in awe as the two fighters seemed to work in tandem. The Majin seemed vicious with her assault.
The moment she let Plasma go, Ebihan fastened himself. Walking forward to obtain a better grasp in the situation. If he was too far, someone could be hurt bad. Too close, and he'd be susceptible to serious damage. Needless to say, Ebihan was sick to his stomach at the very idea of consuming a living creature that wasn't slain and cooked first. But to see Plasma just...drink a bear. It was terrifying and left the youth shaking in his boots. Metaphorically anyway. He had to seem cool, tough, collected in front of these guys. They seemed weaker than him and they may have needed a good morale boost. "Jeez. Why can't I ever have a nice, normal day?" Ebi shrugged, shaking his head.
Like Plasma, he observed the creature closely. Though the youths head turned to the direction of the two other fighters. Were they holding back or just in need of training. "Oi. You two okay?" He called out, concerned for their being.
Steam rolled off of Celerous's arm, and the sweat the glistened on his skin seemed to sizzle. His breathing was labored, and he fought to keep his gasps for air silent. The thing was on the ground, but the way he had just watched it consume a bear whole scared him. It didn't even look phased, at least, not anymore. That tail was far more dangerous than Celerous had initially anticipated. If he had been struck by it...
No, no, no he couldn't think about that now. It wasn't the time. The blue bug was looking down at the ground, and the fact that Celerous couldn't see his face made him anxious. But even if he could see the thing's face, he wasn't sure it would offer any comfort. It had just proven that it was just as much a wild beast as any wolf or bear in the wilderness, but far, far stronger. Even if its power level was nonexistent at the moment, Celerous didn't let himself be fooled. It had just consumed a bear, and recovered from the wounds it had just received.
And if it wasn't hungry anymore, they didn't stand a chance.
Fear lanced through Celerous once more. He knew the other human said something to him, but he couldn't focus on the words. His mind was occupied. What could they do if this thing tried to attack once more? They couldn't outfight it, at least, Celerous knew that he couldn't without transforming into an Oozaru, and he didn't have any control over the form. No amount of defending or dodging would save them if this thing was back at full power, and outright fleeing probably wasn't an option either. This thing was probably a faster flier than any of them.
So their only option was to die, then?
Bullshit. It was unfair. Who had the right to do something like that, to take the life of another sentient lifeform? It wasn't right. It wasn't fair. Celerous wasn't ready to lay down and die, just because some bug felt hungry!
He began to shake, and whether it was from the fear of dying, or anger at the thought of how unjust murder was, Celerous didn't know. He felt his veins pulse, and his fists clenched hard.
"What... What gives you the right, to just show up and try to murder two people?! Because you're hungry?! There's a whole forest of non-sentient life, so take from that!"
He felt something inside him... break? No that wasn't quite right, it felt like his anger had opened something, and every second he could feel more power reach his limbs. He began to grunt and groan, it almost sounded painful, even to him. His brown hair rose, and his bang split in two, with the new bang closest to his face angling up. He felt his own power level expand, and a vicious clear aura burned around him.
The strength he gained wasn't enough to kill this thing, but Celerous didn't care. If he had to die, he wasn't going to just lie down and take it. If this bug thing was going to kill him, it would at least bleed for it.
Celerous took advantage of the fact that the thing was still staring at the ground, and, with a roar, swung a fist to nail the side of its head. Celerous had it all planned out, should the attack land, he would also go to kick the bug into the trunk of a tree behind him.

Liari was satisfied as the bug was thrown away by one of her punches, glancing down at her knuckles to see light-green blood dripping from her knuckles. She then turned to the stranger who was still taller than her though still FAR stronger. He had black hair and a strange kind of gi, the way he spoke almost made it hard for the majin to take him super seriously. She couldn't help but smirk though as he complained that WHY couldn't he just have a normal day... Heh... that's what she thought to herself every day that passed without her sister... It was a rueful smile, but a smile nonetheless, more than the large man or the creepy-bug had gotten out of her. The newcomer asked if the two of them were okay and Liari's smile widened a tiny bit, her features softening somewhat she seemed somewhat genuine in her grin, her smile a little warm.
"Yes... I'm fine." She responded. Her grey eyes then flicked over the the human who this all started with, her mouth dropping as her gaze followed his right to a revitalized bug-creature, all the wounds that battered his body completely gone, the only blood on him still on his mouth from where Liari had beaten him senseless. Her eyes widened as far as they could stretch (without effort) in her shock, taking a step back, unable to help herself... The ONLY thing that saved them before was the fact that this being was literally MAD from the pain of hunger and dying from starvation. Now that it had something in it's stomach... who KNEW the horrors it could to to them 2...? The third man, the newest member tho this cluster probably had a chance if he still desired to be heroic or cowardly...
Almost like a scouter, Liari sensed a slow build in power from the bulky man and owner of the camp-sight, growing beyond what he was capable of before slowly, but showing no sign of slowing down. Liari's grey irises remained locked on the man as his body began to shake, asking the bug-man WHY he thought he had the authority to attack and eat them, why he didn't eat from the forest... To her surprise, Liari actually walked up to the guy, raising a hand to place on his shoulder in an effort to calm him.... He seemed on the verge of snapping after all and another crazed man wouldn't do any of them any good.
"Hey, relax..." She stated. However, before her hand could even touch him, the Majin was quickly blown backwards by a HUGE surge of power coming from the man, the poor girl thrown like a rag-doll in the direction of the newcomer, Ebi, unable to right herself before impacting with him due to the sheer knockback. If she was caught, Liari would slam into Ebi's body, the shock of which knocking the wind out of her and dazing her, looking through clouded vision and sensing as the man attempted to engage the bug once again. His power was great... but not even half of the monster's...
"H-he has... no chance..." Liari noted, as her body attempted to recover from such a blast. "T-to weak..." She looked up at the newcomer should he have caught her, cringing in disgust at her apparent weakness but she didn't have time to care. "H-help...?"
