Fighting Style:
[BG] [OT-1] Invisible Air: The user is able to call upon the help of a sacred sword... Though it's form is hidden in the guise of air. They will unleash a flurry of slashes upon their foes! [25% Damage]
[IN] [OT-2] Invisible Air: The user is able to call upon the help of a sacred sword to an even greater extent... It's true form is still hidden in the guise of air, but after the flurry of slashes, they end with a gust of razor wind to blow their enemies back. [50% Damage]
[AD] [OT-3] Invisible Air: The user is able to call upon the help of a sacred sword to an almost perfect extent. It's guise is hidden in the form of air, but their torrent of slashes and gust of razor wind becomes a tornado to truly devastate their foes! [100% Damage]
Techniques:
[OT-1] Mana Burst: Mana Burst is the increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons or body with Magical or Ki energy and instantly expelling it. Simply put, recreating the effect of a jet burst by expending large amounts of energy. [25% Damage]
[Can be raised up to OT-3 if the user wishes]
[ST-1] Avalon: A technique that relies upon the power of a legendary blade's sheath. By uttering a small prayer, they are able to form Excalibur's Sheath, which holds the power to heal it's user, or those that they wish to save.
[Heals minor and medium injuries, and can be raised up to ST-3 if the user wishes]
[ULTIMATE] Excalibur: A technique that relies upon the power of a legendary blade, the user utters a small prayer and is then granted the power of the sacred sword herself! The sword shall be raised overhead and gather an immense energy, to then be released with a slash that holds the power to destroy all foes!
[Starts at 135% and charges at normal rates (to 235%, to 335%, and finally 435%), but blocking is ineffective and it breaks through Barriers with full power as well!]
The Cerulean Energy Arts
Description: Master Nori
The Cerulean Energy courses were developed for a more Energy based approach to a fight compared to the Vegetean Fighting Academy's focus of melee styled attacks and unlocking the Ape transformation without a true moon. This school, instead, are for the Non-Saiyans who have no use for such a technique or for the members who are more inclined to staying back and firing off those larger beams and blasts. Nori discovered these arts when researching into the original makings of the first school, and whoever it was that derived those techniques...
Dogi: Armorless Saiyan Battlesuit (Like Vegeta in the Buu Saga)
Fighting Style Techniques:
[BG] [OT-1] Maximum Flasher: The student draws their hand back to the same side as the hand they are using (right hand right, left hand left) while charging an energy sphere. They then thrust their hand forward to fire the beam off as an energy wave. [25% Damage]
[IN] [OT-2] Final Impact: The student points their hand towards their opponent, with only their middle and index finger, as well as their thumb forward, the other fingers being balled up as if in a fist. None of the fingers directly touch aside from the hand itself. The user then fires a bolt of energy like the Maximum Flasher, except more masterful and refined. [50% Damage]
[AD] [OT-3] Final Flash: The Penultimate Technique of the school. The Final Flash has the user throw both of their arms to their side, sort of like they were charging a maximum flasher in both hands. As well, both of their legs go out to an outward position. The students entire body is engulfed in energy acting as a conduit for the beam to prepare to fire. When it is nearly ready, the user puts their hands forward together, making a sort of M with their hands that has a ki ball in it just like the Maximum Flasher. Electrical Sparks shoot off of their body until the user fires the immense ball of ki, rocketing off of them with an incredibly buildup at the end of the Energy Wave. [100% Damage]
Techniques:
[OT-1] Galick Gun: The Student places both of their hands to either side, sort of letting one hover away from the other with their palms to the sky. Their legs go into a propose kneeling pose while the energy charges up around them. Just like the Final Flash, electricity sparks around but once the energy is to its fire ready point, it can be unleashed, usually with both arms jutted forward. [25% Damage][Can be freely raised up through OT-2 and OT-3]
[ST-1] Pure Resolve: The Warrior and user of this technique pumps their body up to prepare to take attacks head on, making sure to be the first one to truly take the front of the hit. The main use of this is to ignore pain for a while and make your bodies defenses cover more fronts, allowing your body to take hits for others for a while until your body is overtaken as well and the energy flows over.[40% Barrier, can protect up to 2 people.] [Can be freely raised up through ST-2 and ST-3]
[ULTIMATE] Final Explosion: The True, Ultimate technique of the Cerulean Energy Arts courses. This technique is sort of a double-edged sword in how it works. Its charge up time is short, and the payoff in damage is immense. However, the user is in a very risky situation if they don't succeed in finishing off their enemy with the technique. The attack itself is for a honed warrior that is ready to pass on... if it means protecting those they love.[Starts at 175% and can be charged for two turns to be at 525%. After this, it can no longer be charged. For the first tier of the attack, the user will be Automatically K.O.'d, out of the fight but still alive, but very vulnerable, same with the second tier. If the final charge is used, the Technique will vaporize the user, sending them to otherworld. This goes in a 175%, 350%, 525% ratio. (Due to the circumstances, it can not be healed from to obtain a Zenkai or any future bonuses based on damage!!! The K.O. or Death of the user cannot be prevented in any workaround ways. This is final!!!)
The Art of Starry Dreams
Description:
Master- VACANT
Carmel doesn’t quite consider herself a manic training nut; in fact she quite prefers to take it easy when possible but the kind of adventures she’s been getting into seem to require some measure of handling herself. That and having fun with ki has led to her playing at combining her random ideas into a style built on putting in as little effort as possible. Some might call it a joke. Carmel just takes the deepest joy in ruining people’s day without physically doing a thing.
Dogi: None. No the kimono isn’t a Dogi, Carmel just has a thing for them.
[BG] [OT-1] Night Tap: The user focuses a good deal of their ki into a small area of their body, tapping or slightly brushing their target and transferring all that energy in a focused, invisible pulse. [25% Damage]
[IN] [OT-2] Shine Plasma: Inspired by an Elemi little brother, the user channels a large amount of ki into a massive lightning blast, arcing in ways actual lightning really shouldn’t as it rushes for its target. [50% Damage]
[AD] [OT-3] Starburst: The user gestures at their opponent, firing a very fast, near invisible burst of ki that looks like glittering dust. On contact, said ki detonates in a barrage of microexplosions, leaving the appearance of the target simply disintegrating into ever more stardust. [100% Damage]
Techniques
[OT-1] Twilight Breaker: The user channels their ki, gaining a bright aura of yellow and black ki resembling a solar eclipse. The energy is released in a massive beam of ki that doesn’t so much explode as vaporise everything in its path (Can be freely upgraded to OT-3) [25% Damage]
[ST-1] Gravity Sphere: In the pursuit of trolling one must be prepared to defend themselves. Thus, the field of ki or telekinetic force or whatever rocks the user’s boat to bring attacks to a halt. (Can be freely upgraded to ST-3) (40% Block, shields 2)
[Ultimate] Galaxia Crusher: There comes a time when for whatever reason, no matter how much you try, some idiot will make you have to go full throttle. This makes them regret it. The technique starts with a marble sized starry void typically held above or in front of the user, the space around it distorting from the sheer gravitational force sucking all into the void which grows bigger with each charge. When launched, it quickly grows to the size of a small sun, vaporising everything that gets in its way. The void will happily absorb the ki from any attack launched near it that it can overpower, adding the attack’s power to its own. Or the barrier's power, the space void doesn't discriminate. [110%/220%/330%/440% Charge, auto absorbs all techs with 50% or less its current PL while charging]
School of the Enlightened Mind
Description: Master - VACANTA martial arts designed to blend the power of ones body with the cunning of ones mind. Created by the Namekian Piyano under his personal belief that a fight is only ended when one accepts defeat within their own thoughts, this style of combat was intended to fight his enemies on two battlefields at once. The actual field of war itself and his enemies brain. The arts of the Enlightened mind intertwine mental assaults with physical strikes, meant to confuse and disorient foes with unexpected attacks and defenses. Because his art relays heavily on its students possessing strong psychic abilities it teaches a mixed range of skills along with physical techniques.
Dogi: Any clothing can be worn for this style, though helmets and thick armor is typically avoided by practitioners.
Fighting Style Skills:
- [BG] [OT-1] ILLUSION ASSAULT: The user creates 3 phantasmal images of themselves to lead a charge against the enemy. These illusion then rush the users opponent with a variety of attacks, distracting the enemy and hiding the users true attack. A powerful rush combo from the rear, after delivering a knee strike to your enemies back you slam them away with a sledgehammer strike as your illusions fade to nothingness. [25% of the users PL]
- [IN] [ST-2] TELEKINESIS: As long as the target is within sight, the user can use their mind to move it. This ability can be blocked with another technique or a higher power level alone. [Sight Range] [Mechanically this skill can be used for flavor to move objects for no stamina cost. In combat however this technique can be used to strike a enemy with a non-harming stun for 1 stamina. Must be able to dodge 70% of the user PL in attack, this technique can be maintained on a hit target for 1 extra stamina cost (Can not last longer than two posts). However the user can take no other actions and loses their concentration over this technique if they are struck from any attack.]
- [AD] [OT-3] INVISIBLE STAB: Using the power of their minds the user temporarily removes themselves from their enemies five senses of perception. Suddenly unable to be seen, smelt, tasted, sensed, or heard for a few seconds the user delivers a powerful KI charged claw or fist attack to their enemies chest for massive damage. [100% of the users PL]
Techniques:
- [OT-1] MIND BULLET: The user focuses a blast of pure psychic energy right inside the mind of their enemy creating a explosive wave of pain that only their target can see and feel. [25% of users PL]
- [PT-1] THOUGHT OVER REALITY: Through extensive mental training the user has created a passive barrier of defensive psychic energy around their body. This sheath of psychic protection does not prevent the body from coming to harm but rather allows the user to ignore the limitations placed on them by the outside world for a time. [Ignores the additional effects of VT-1's brought against the user, but offers no protection from the damage.]
- [ULTIMATE] PLANETARY TELEKINESIS: By mastering both the powers of their mind and body the user has achieved unrivaled psychic power never before seen in the universe! Pushing their powers of telekinesis to the absolute limit the user has found that any and all objects now bend to the will of their minds, use of this technique allows feats as great as completely crushing a enemies body with the users thoughts or even moving entire planets. [Mechanics: This powerful ability can be used for flavor to lift, move, manipulate ANY object with telekinesis. Combat use: This unstoppable psychic attack can be used to instantly control and crush the body of the users chosen target. Unblockable, this attack hits for 175% of the users PL and can not be charged for further damage. This tech uses up 3 stamina to perform. Moving Planets: Using this ability the users can lift and relocate with his mind towns, cities, regions, and even planets! As long as the users PL at 175% is within the PL needed to destroy a town, city, region, or planet the user can instead rp moving their target to another location. Much like destroying this action requires a ROD/SAGA thread and follows the same rules of completion that can be found here.]

This school practices no means of offensive technique purely by Isis fear of hurting someone. This school is designed to support a friend, to give them the boost to win. For it's not always about being the hero, it's the actions that make you remembered.

[This functions as a Area of Effect Healing for up to 2 People, this is treated similar to a ST-1 Healing][Requires ST-1 Healing][This effect can only be learned in a school]
[IN][ST-2] I Won't Fail You! - When mastering the first tier of the area of effect healing, the user can boost the power further and heal 2 People of major injuries, including limb loss! [This functions as a Area of Effect Healing for up to 2 People, this is treated similar to a ST-2 Healing][Requires ST-2 Healing][This effect can only be learned in a school]
[AD][ST-3] I Can’t Let You Fall Now!! - The user has truly mastered the healing arts and thus can give more energy into output to heal more of their friends! [This skill increases the effect of the first two tiers of this school at the cost of one extra point of stamina, it allows instead of 2 people to be healed, for 3 in total to be healed instead][Requires ST-3 Healing][This effect can only be learned in a school]
[ST-1] Do It Together! - This technique was founded on the idea that the best way to help a friend was to share your energy with them. The user can literally give their energy to a friend, boosting the charge of their attack with their own energy. [Can give up stamina equal to each charge given to boost a technique for a friend instead of said friend using their own energy] *This ST can not be raised to ST-2 or ST-3*
[PT-1] Friends are True Strength - If you ever have heard of the saying that friends are the true path to strength, it is quite true. Through her study of unleashing her healing arts, she has found a means of connecting her ki physically with those around, growing from their strength as she helps them. [allows the user to gain 5% PL gains of others rewards as a bonus if they request PL as a reward][can be raised in 5/10/15%]
[ULTIMATE] A Pure Heart’s Tears - It is said that a true love’s kiss can break any curse. This unfortunately isn’t true. The one thing it can’t break is the curse of death. However there is a legend that the tears from someone pure of heart combined with healing capabilities of one can break the curse. This power is very unstable however and can leave the user completely drained of energy and in rare cases lead to their own unconsciousness. [Drains entire stamina supply of user (minimal of three stamina required), Only usable once per thread, requires user to be good aligned][Can Heal that of a recently deceased person(1 turn limit of having been dead/Vaped)]
