PT-1 Vampire Flight: Alluca materializes wings that allows her to fly [Allow flight]

PT-1 Fast Chant: Flavored speed bulking. Due to focusing on her movement, Alluca's magic hits faster, but the power is compromised [-3x/+2x]
PT-1 Mist Body Allow Alluca to temporarily changes herself into mist to dodge opponent's attack [75% PL dodge]
PT-2 Mist Body: Increased mastery over the mist body technique made it easier for her to dodge opponent's attack, but the stamina cost increases [150% PL dodge]
PT-3 Mist Body: Almost instantaneously, Alluca turns her body into mist to dodge the opponent's attack, but doing so costs her a lot of stamina. [225% PL Dodge]
EST-1 Nightmare: Alluca sings to put the opponent to sleep. It tends to give nightmare as side effect. [Nondamaging stun, 50% PL dodge (flavored as : fast enough to cover their ears)]

PT-1 Sharp Hearing: Allows Alluca to track user of stealth technique if they did any action, and they do it in front of her. [Resistance against ambush if the stealth user moved from their position, as long as they performed the stealth in front of her,] PT-2 Sharp Hearing: Allows Alluca to have higher degree of awareness that lowers the chance of ambush from stealth user [Resistance against ambush if the stealth user moved from their position around Alluca]

Σ your formatting is really fucking weird and I don't understand where you got that from. Please see how everyone else is formatting their techniques and fix it.
Edit: Σ Lol no you did not. You got the first 2 techs right but you forgot the charge + effect for the OT/VT. OT-1's are 25% Charge and VT-1's are 30% Charge with 1 Effect, OT-2's are 50% Charge.

Here the 7 offensive techs for my remainig slots. [EOT 2] Double Ruby Canon Garick now fires off two Ruby canons in both of his hands. [50%Of the user PL] [EOT 1] Shadow Claw Garick, is able to use his own aura to project a claw of sorts from his aura that he can use to attack from far. [25% User PL ] [EVT 1] Ruby barrage Garick would put his hand up and fire off couple ki blast that hits everything in the surrounding area. [25% User PL AOE] [EVT 1] Double Shadow Claw Garick is able to make two Aura claw constructs making it even harder to dodge this Attack. [25%User PL Chaser] [EVT 2]Ruby Genocide Barrage Garick would put even more power into his Ruby Barrage making it even deadly than before. [50% User PL AOE] [SOT 3]Bloody Murder Garick launches a combo of different punches and kicks with each hit aimed towards someone weak spots. [75% User PL] [EOT 3] Ruby Mouth Blaster Garick this time would use his mouth to fire off his ruby canon with this version being more focused and Powerful than his last two moves. All approved except these two. The first one doesn't make sense, that's not how Aura Damage works. Aura damage is when the technique emits power outside of the given range so that even when you dodge a tiny smidge of damage still hits. If you're basing it off the Heroes technique then Chaser would make more sense.
And the 2nd one lists making it hard to dodge, but then lists unblockable as the effect. Fix this.

[SOT-1] Fist of the Hunter - A rush attack. Abscis strikes the foe hard in the stomach with a blow from his tail before attempting to kick them into the air. Used as a combo starter. [25% PL Damage] [SVT-1] The Hunt's Toll - Abscis reveals small needles in his wrists, allowing him to absorb small pieces of the opponent's energy upon striking them. [30% damage/ 25% heal if landed] [SVT-2] The Hunt's Toll - Abscis has become practiced at this tactic, allowing him to absorb greater pieces of energy from the opponent. [60% damage/25% heal if landed] [SVT-1] Preparing the Prey- A variation of Abscis' Hunt's Toll series, this allows Abscis to inject a special compound through his wrist-needles, poisoning the enemy and disorientating them. [25% damage/ 1 turn stun] [EOT-3] Devastation's Dawn - Abscis charges a truly immense amount of energy between his palms, before thrusting his hands towards the sky. A titantic red energy sphere is formed, which can be throw at his enemies. [75% damage]
You didn't tag your VT's, and Ki mimic would be a PT. I'm assuming you already have Shapeshifting since you're grabbing that. The rest look alright.

Rather than use its strength to blow the enemy away, its space vacuum power is held back, and each swing instead releases the feeling of a force weighing down on the opponent, through the use of its magic. Being a non-damaging stun, the only harm done is causing the opponent to gasp for their breath. [50% PL to dodge]

[BG][SOT-1] Shockwave - It is a technique where the user affects the air currents around him with ki to produce powerful shockwaves in order to strike the opponent. [25% PL]
[INT][EOT-2] God Splitter - This technique is charged by one hand, creating a purple energy sphere with a core of black energy, creating a devastating explosion upon impact. When fired, the energy ball is completely purple with a black outline. [50% PL]
[EVT-2] Heavenly Arrow - An absurdly sharp barrage of arrow-shaped purple energy blasts, capable of reaching the opponent no matter how hard he tries to evade it. [60% PL/Undodgeable]
[SPE][SOT-1] God Split Cut - The user creates a small purple-colored energy blade around his hand, capable of causing some serious damages. [30% PL]
[SPE][SVT-1] Aura Slide - This extremely sharp blade of purple energy is a dangerous tool in the hands of a capable fighter, able to pierce through the toughest defenses. [50% PL/Unblockable]
[SPE][SVT-2] Violent Fierce God Slicer - The evolution of Aura Slide, this blade is even sharper and deadlier, capable of piercing through the strongest armor as if it was nothing. [80% PL/Unblockable]
[SULT-4] Instant Severance - The user uses a kiai to push the opponent away, then charges the God Split Cut in his right hand. He then approaches the opponent in the form of a ki slash and then bifurcates them, causing great damage, if not instant death. [Double Charge/Unblockable]
Defensive (3/3)
[SPE][SST-1] Instant Counter - A counter technique. The user, when he manages to successful dodge the attack of the opponent, is able to immediately counter him with a fast and precise strike to the back of the neck with a knifehand strike. [50% PL dodge followed by an attack. 20% Damage/Undodgeable]
[SPE][SST-2] Too Slow! - A counter technique. By using an even stronger burst of speed, the user dodges an incoming attack and counters with a stab of an energy blade. [75% Dodge followed by an attack. 30% Damage/Undodgeable]
[SPE][EST-3] Sudden Death Beam - A counter technique. The user dodges the attack by using Kai Kai or a similar technique to appear behind them. Then, the user knocks the opponent away by pushing them with a point-blank purple-colored ki blast. [100% Dodge followed by an attack. 50% Damage/Undodgeable]
