<It wasn't always liked this. You could say that I was once carefree, or at least as much as one of my kind can be. I fought that child and saw her become golden before my very eyes...fought that mechanical freak and tested her abilities against my own, and I know I could have killed her. But I didn't. I didn't want to "waste my time" with "it". I should say "it" because it is just a thing. A freak of nature.>
A large Saiya-jin, dressed in the garb of the SGK. He stands about seven feet tall and is built like a damned wall, but moves with the grace of a big cat as his fists pummel the air before him.
Here in this strange place, on this weird green planet, Carva has been stuck. Not by his own volition, but by Tomina's orders. He was always a good soldier, though sometimes it had it's own way of biting him in the ass.
<Shit. If I had killed her when I had the chance, maybe thoughts of her wouldn't haunt me like a ghost from my past. Perhaps I wouldn't feel inadequate at every level. Kinda fucked up really how I couldn't even beat that flea bitten mongrel even in my Legendary form.>
He had lost before. Battles were like that, you win you lose. It cut Carva to the bone when he realized he hadn't won much of anything lately, know full well that he could. He was to be Nasu's greatest soldier...or so he thought.
His feet cut through the air as his body spun in midair, repeated roundhouses striking the air like a machine gun. He'd flip his body in midair with a Pele kick, splitting the air with energy emitted from his foot. As he landed, he'd hold back just enough not to crack the ground beneath his boots.
<But I know I can win...despite what anyone thinks of me, I can be the strongest...I can be his greatest fighter. But should I really be doing this for anyone but myself? If I can't even impress myself, how can I expect to impress my superiors? Hell...if they're even still around...after our planet was viciously destroyed by those cowards! If I'd been there, they'd be the ones in the afterlife.>
Carva was so engrossed in his training that he hadn't noticed the sky had becoming dark. He wanted to become stronger, more deadly...more useful. With every single jab and kick now, his power would spike momentarily to it's maximum sans his many forms...an aura didn't surround him, but rocks would rise and drop around him, his power fluctuating.
He was controlling this energy. He was taking bull by the horns in the scarred wasteland of Namek. Large rocks surrounded The Ghost of Saiya, and he'd thrust his fist toward them like some unseen opponent. He growled and blazed his power, sweat pouring down his forehead as he shattered boulders with his technique. His breathing heavy, blood trickling down from his fists, he pushed himself as hard as he possibly could.
<I can't allow such dishonor anymore. I can't allow them to embarrass me again! I will prevail, one way or the other!>
He flipped his body backwards and spun, firing off powered up ki blasts. But this wasn't just wild fire. No, each one struck it's target like it should with deadly precision. His ki would be felt, fluctuating with each attack, to anyone who could feel his energy. At this point he could lower his power to that of an ant...or blaze it outward like roaring fire.
Carva's control was becoming stronger, his energy becoming his and his alone. His movements flowed like a air, his power an extension of himself. He was one with his Warrior's spirit, yet as calm as a still pond. His training would intensify greatly the more he thought things over, blood and sweat pouring from his body. He pushed himself ever harder, crying out in pain as his power flared outward from his body!
His body flew forward, faster than the eye could see. He squatted in front of the largest boulder that he could find, picking it up and tossing it high into the sky. Higher...higher...higher it would jet, almost breaching Namek's atmosphere. Then, Carva would fire off a large blast of ki, shattering the Gigantic boulder into hundreds of small rocks. Bending at the knees, he'd blast off into the darkened skies.
He was being watched...he didn't quite notice it in his training, but studious eyes had fallen upon him. Those eyes would watch as the lightning quick Saiya-jin Elite would begin destroying the rocks in midair as they fell, his own descent just as quick. "Hah! Bwa Bwa Bwa bwa!" With each ki blast, each rock completely disingrated, Carva would let out a roar!
As he fell back down to the green grass, he'd stop himself and safely hover downward, landing on his feet. As the dust cleared, Carva panted, sweat droplets wetting the ground beneath him. His eyes would then dart off to his left, as he heard a certain sound...one he hadn't heard since days of fighting in the arenas. Applause.
"Bravo, Saiya-jin. Bravo! Amazing technique, love your form! The King was right to hire you!" The voice was unfamiliar, clearly female...but gruff, sounding much like man yet sultry in it's own way. The source of the voice was quite a sight, as Carva looked over...and he'd see her standing there. A shorter Saiya-jin woman, sporting Saiya-jin battle armor with legs and arms covered with leather stockings and sleeves, spiky, yet flowing black hair, and what was more? She had her tail. What was better than that? The tattoo in her cleavage really caught his attention.
He looked the tanned skin Saiya-jin woman up and down, his left eyebrow arching. She was...delicious. As he examined the woman further, a thought occurred to him. How...did she get there? What was she doing here on Namek.
The woman would saunter over to the taller warrior, the corner of her lips curling upward as she gave him the once over. "You...you're the one the girls in my barracks were talkin' about alright. Yup...tall, dark...powerful. Just a tall glass of..." She licked her lips. "...yum."
<Great. This lack of sleep has me hallucinating. Again. There's no damned way there's a hot Saiya-jin bitch standing here, no, not on Namek. This has to be a dream, right?> He wasn't sure what he was looking at, but he liked what he saw. But moreso...he could feel a great energy emanating from the beautiful Saiyaness standing before him, however...he remained stoic. He remained skeptical. "Are you real? Last I heard, our homeworld was destroyed and all of our race was dead. So...you either a figment of my imagination, Tomina lied, or something very strange is going on. Which is it?"
"Fair enough. The squad leader, she wasn't lyin'. Last time I checked, I am as real as you are, though I ain't sure how in the world I got here. Tch. Looks like...Namek? I think. But I do know you, Carva...hell, your reputation precedes you." She circled Carva, still taking in the sight of the Ghost of Saiya whom she'd heard so much about. Standing in front of him, she raised a small hand to her lips and snickered. "Lighten up, Carva. I ain't here to do ya any harm. I jus' wanna follow ya around, and...learn a few things."
"Tch..." Carva huffed, folding his arms over his chest. He could see she was very real. He could recognize the scent of a Saiyaness anywhere...and she was as full blooded as one could possibly be, from her shimmering black hair, her beautiful features...amazing. Carva would grin with satisfaction, and issue a challenge. "...if you hope to follow me and train with me, then you must be strong. You must be ready for hell, sweet cheeks. Can you handle it?"
And with a smirk, the Saiyaness would suddenly wink, her aura blazing outward. Her hair would turn a golden gue, eyes turning a teal color...much to Carva's delight. The warrior was about to have alot of fun, and didn't even know it!
