Another one gone... Master Jie Shan had vanished just like the other Kami's she had seen come and go to the lookout and Lucy couldn't help but feel that the Lookout itself was actually cursed. It was like it didn't want anyone to take up the mantle of Kami, or as if it was getting rid of those it deemed unworthy. Just where it sent them away too Lucy had no idea. Honestly, she was just surprised that she had been aloud to stay on the lookout this long! It had been what... 2 years now? Yeah that sounded about right... she was just over 4 years old now, and had aged to the point where she looked about 16 or 17. Even her mental likeness matched that of a teenage girl, and not a toddler. It was really strange how she had come to be, but she embraced her creators gift every day.
While the world around her on Earth kept changing, the only constant thing in her life was Master Nakiya... the Demoness had disappeared from her thoughts for some time, but now she was back, available to her whenever the girl reached out to her and it was comforting to know she wasn't truly all alone. Today however, she felt like she needed to take things into her own hands... Things on planet Earth had gotten more than a little bit crazy, and it was about time she acted like the Hero she knew she was meant to be. She wasn't Kami, but she was the only one living at the very top of the lookout. She wasn't bound to it, and she knew she could help those people down below that needed her.
"But where to start...?" The young girl thought to herself as she walked down main street, West City. She had an ice cream cone in her hand as she licked at it peckishly. Honestly, she figured all those big bad guys would come for West City next... they had left everything else in shambles so why was West city still standing? It didn't make sense to her at all.
As she walked along, everything seemed completely normal to her, like the city had somehow managed to block out the outside world completely. However, a sudden sharp decrease in a local power level caught her attention and Lucy stopped dead in her tracks. It came from inside the Capsule Corp display store? Lucy took a deep breath and headed towards the door, grabbing the handle and opening it as if she was just any other shopper. She strolled right in and stopped only when she saw the reason for the sudden decrease in someone's power level. On the floor there lay a young woman with blood pooling around her, barely clinging on to life as she seemed to gasp for breath, barely able to twitch.
Lucy's eyes narrowed as she pointed at one of the men holding a gun, only now noticing that there were about 5 of them inside the store.
"You straight up tried to kill her!? You know it's guys like you that make me sick! How would you like it if someone stronger than you tried to kill you when you were just trying to earn a living hunh!" Lucy cried out at the men, shaking her finger as if she was shaming them. One of the men off to her side, his face hidden by a dark mask, began to approach her, gun raised towards her head as he laughed at her in a mocking tone.
"And what if we're just trying to earn a living too hunh? What's a little school girl like you going to do about it?" He threatened, managing to walk up to just inches from Lucy's outstretched hand. Before he got any closer though, a golden beam of energy formed in her palm and her eyes narrowed on the man.
"I'm going to make sure you all pay for your crimes..." She said almost darkly, unleashing the blast of energy into the man's face, causing him to scream and fall back in agony. The other thugs began to rain bullets on the girl with panicked expressions on their faces.

Honestly, it's so overkill. He had no idea that the clothes literally followed his current strength. Then again, he guess it's his fault for training more and more while thinking that somehow the clothes will not change... nope. It seems to also limit his strength at certain percentage. He knew it's for training, but he never thought it's going to be this effective. He indeed felt a massive jump of power from that past him to the current him, but it was not enough, totally not. Where was he? Ah, right, he was halfway to Korin's tower again. He sure can fly, but he felt like that would be cheating if he done that. He prefer to build up his body from the bottom. There's no shortcut for it. It's funny how months ago he sworn that he's just like any normal humans out there, and suddenly now he's strong enough to make normal people felt completely below him.
But I am still nowhere around that lady's power. Beat reminded himself C'mon Beat, you can't get too conceited. You're just a normal person who happened to get strong. Yeah, you're just that. That's why, don't bite more than you can chew.
The boy jumped down, yes, jumped. He don't feel right to stop midway then continuing up again. If he rested, then he would start again from the bottom and then climb up again. That's his routine lately. When he's not in mood for climbing, he instead do training with whatever available, such as using rocks in place of dumbbells or doing chin up with weights tied on his back. A more happy note is that now he can mold his ki. That was strange. Before, he can't even call out anything, but now he can do it rather easily. Beat focused his ki on the tip of his finger and shot it at the ground, making a small shallow hole there. Hmmm, as expected, having this sort of strength is great. Normally, he'd train more, but he's here for days already. He really need some change of scene after all. With that being said, he flew toward the west city. The east is doomed, but the west probably gonna take his mind off things.
Beat walked to the west city, carrying whatever luggage he currently have with him. He hope some of the stores are still open, because he really want to get some new clothes. His old ones starting to show tears and damage. Two months with three days worth of clothes can't end well. That's why, he need new one. Luckily, west city is nearby, although he honestly doubted if there are still operating stores.
He still have yet known fully what happened in this place. All he know is that suddenly the east ended up destroyed, and what's left is the west... although it's not exactly "left". After all, there are lot of local problems in here. When he stepped to city nearby here, already he ended up kidnapped and brought somewhere else he had no idea how far considering that they have car. Sure they're outside the perimeter of the city itself, but it's still a local trouble he guess. There, he did indeed made short work out of the bandits. But those are bandits that cannot really use Ki. They're just wannabe criminals who are really incompetent. Still, to their defense, they had no idea about his power level, so he guess that's just fair.
He eyed some lowlifes following him in hope for easy zeni... again. The moment they seem close enough, he flared his Ki. It's nothing impressive, but enough to intimidate them to not came close to attack and just scurries off. Beat exhaled and stopped his intimidation soon after.
"...I wonder if I'm really so easy to looks like a walking wallet," he muttered. Honestly, he better ask someone to train him, or maybe he can use that technique his grandfather showed him once, the bulking. He won't look so wimpy with it... but then he'll be slow. Oh choices, choices...
That's when he felt something gone wrong. He can't sense it accurately, but there are someone strong around... much more manageable level than a certain pretty lady he met before, but... what he doesn't like is the sound of the gunshots. It can't be right if guns are involved. Beat dashed to the place where the sound is heard. From what he gathered, it's at this place, the Capsule Corp's display store. If he recalls it correctly, this weighted clothing also product of that store. Perhaps the criminals are using this for a chance to seize whatever is inside the store? Even if he's unaware of so many things in the world, he know that Capsule Corps is one of the most successful company, if not the most successful one in this planet. Now that the city is in chaos, it might be the right time for them to get whatever they can on whatever they want.
...At first, he want to just call police, but he noticed that a girl is inside the store. From his power reading, she's slightly weaker than him normally. What is she doing though, jumping right here? He got no time to waste. His body already moved faster than he could stop it. He entered in and shot at one of the bandit with ball of Ki. Too weak, but it should be enough to surprise them. He quickly get under cover before any of them could get a clear shot at him. He hoped that opening could at least help the girl to run or do whatever! WC: 967
This thought ran through Chase's head while he roamed the streets of West City. Doc had sent him to the Capsule Corp Supply Store for some strange technology thingy he just had to have. The old man was such a geek. Chase had agreed to work with the Doc so that he could help protect Earth, but he seemed to be doing more errands for Doc than he'd bargained for. Doc kept him so busy that he'd had little time to actually train to protect the Earth like he'd hoped to. He just wished the Doc was more considerate of his intentions.
Anyways, when he'd arrived in West City, he saw that it was very different from the two cities he'd been to. West City was absolutely HUGE! He'd never seen so many people in one place before. The place was bustling with people everywhere as if they hadn't even been touched by the Saiyan invasion. Had it been hit by the Saiyan invasion? It was hard to believe it could have; this place was a metropolis in every sense of the word. Chase just stood in awe of the huge city before him. It wasn't quite South City, but it seemed like a great place to live.
Chase continued walking down this road in search of the store that the Doc had told him to find. But as he was walking, an incredibly captivating aroma struck his nose as if telling him to stop everything he was doing in order to focus on it, and he happily obliged. He followed the scent only to find himself at a ramen shop. He found this very unusual, as he'd been to many ramen shops in South City, but he'd never smelled anything like this. "Order up! West City Secret!" Chase watched as the cashier delivered a large bowl of what was presumably ramen to a very eager customer. He then looked back toward the cashier, who had now turned his attention toward Chase. "You seem to be new here. Would you like to taste our signature ramen dish? First one's on the house." Chase was thrown off by his oddly kind offer. Regardless, he took him up on his offer.
He sat at the bar as he waited for his food to come up. He decided to make small conversation with the cashier as he waited for his food to come up. "So I was curious, how did West City recover so quickly from the Saiyan invasion? Everything seems to be untouched." "It was actually a miracle...I heard about what happened to South City and I was sure we'd be next. My family and I even built a shelter under the shaft in case of an attack, but the Saiyans never came. We were completely untouched." Chase was completely shocked by what he'd just been told. West City was left untouched? That's absolutely amazing, but why? Why did the Saiyans attack South City, but not West City? All of these questions flooded Chase's head as he sat at the bar. "So am I right to assume you're a South City refugee?" "Not exactly, but I guess you could say that." "Yeah, I've seen a lot of y'all in the shop lately. It's a sad thing really, seeing so many people being left homeless and jobless. My family and I have been doing all we can at the shop to make their lives just a little bit easier." Chase grew some serious respect for this cashier and his family down at this small shop. These people didn't seem to be the strongest, but they were being heroes in their own ways. Chase truly admired them for that; if they could manage to be heroes as merely ramen cooks, he could be a hero to people with his talents. He didn't have to wait for the next planetary threat in order to help those in need. This was a lesson Chase had seemingly forgotten after the destruction of his home city.
Chase had just gotten his ramen when he looked through the glass and saw people running down what seemed to be the main street. Chase ran outside to see what all of the commotion was about when he heard a multitude of people screaming of a murder. Chase then swiftly equipped his "Power Gloves" and ran in a direction counter to the people. The crowd seemed to all be running from the Capsule Corp display store, the same store that the Doc told him to go to. Chase swiftly dashed inside to find a young woman lying in a pool of blood, about 5 men with guns, a teenage girl not much younger than him, and a young boy. He was about to tell the two humans to leave until he'd scanned them to find their power levels to be exceptionally high. The teenage girl had a power level much higher than his own, though she seemed to be nothing short of an average human girl. The boy, on the other hand, had an unbelievable amount of power, but what was even more shocking was his Saiyan heritage. He was half human, of course, but the other half is what disturbed him. He then looked over to the young woman, who seemed to be barely holding on to her life at this point. He had a medical kit in his gloves, but nothing that could deal with this scale of injury, unfortunately. He then looked over to the obvious perpetrators. "Y'all obviously didn't get beat enough as children. It look like we're gonna have to make up for lost time." Chase then got into his boxing stance. A fight was inevitable at this point.

Shiomi would just be taking a casual stroll through West City on that fateful day. She had no idea what she was doing there, really, aside from to kill some time. It had been ages since she was actually tied down to her home, nobody visited anymore. She couldn't help but worry either, after all, her only son had all but vanished to go meet his Father. Which normally wouldn't scare her if it wasn't the Demon Realm that he had to go visit to do so, and with him being gone for so long, it just spelled out trouble. She could only hope that he was enjoying his time in the Demon Realm and nothing more was going on.
She would stop in her tracks as she felt various power levels spike alongside their energy attacks following shortly after. A power level falling shortly before that as she would slowly realize what exactly was going on. She knew she wasn't exactly a spectacle of power herself, but she had to do something! Shiomi would slowly pull out her white head-tie, wrapping it around her forehead and letting it flow in the wind as she would take her arms out of the sleeves of her cout. "Just like old times, huh Shiomi... you're meant to be retired, but here we go." she would mumble a bit to herself as she started to fly as fast as she could towards the location of the power signatures, stopping just outside of the Capsule Corp Display Store, where it seemed three people were confronting five...? That seemed like an unfair fight, though at least two of the three were extremely strong... she had no idea about the third. Shiomi would hold out her hands creating multiple sharp wires in the air, the wires going out of their way to stop the bullets that were firing at the poor girl, before flashing over and trying to cut the guns in two, attempting to leave them unusable. "Shooting a poor girl like that, thugs have no manners these days..." Shiomi would narrow her eyes at the criminals in the store, before continuing on.
The fiery mistress would then just clash her fist into the palm of her other hand, her fist igniting in a bit of fire as she would clench her teeth. "I know you three already got this covered... but from the Alien Invasions and all, seeing people take advantage of others in crisis really pisses me off!" her voice would be in a low growl as she clenched her teeth tighter, staring at the woman bleeding out on the ground. Shiomi had no healing techniques... she couldn't help this girl herself, so she just had to hope that someone else would be able to assist her in this time of need. "You know, you kids are really strong. I find it so inspiring that you would risk your lives to save another. I love the new generation... they bring a tear to my eye." she would smile as she looked at the young schoolgirl in the shop, and then to the young boy who had ducked into cover. She would then turn her attention to the young man who, honestly, she couldn't tell HOW strong he was. Even if this young man was unfathomably weak, she had never met a human so weak to have literally no power, even the dying girl was stronger than him in terms of what she could sense. It was quite curious... "I bet you got some skills to put to use too, I can't compliment you on how strong you may be, but give em hell is what I say!" she would try to encourage him, as she was sure that anybody could be a hero no matter how strong they were, and this young man looked ready to fight for sure.
Shiomi wasn't going to go overboard for now, she wanted to see what these kids would do. She would hold her hands outwards, sending two of her remaining wires to try to bound and restrain the thug that the girl had blasted in the face and then the one the boy had shot as well. They were already hurt by those previous blasts so Shiomi thought that they wouldn't have enough force to resist her wire's grasp. With those two hopefully out of the way, it would be a three on three between these few 'heroes' against the obvious villains they were up against. “Let’s see now… I’ll take this one, that one.. Oh! I’ve got to have that one!”
Tomina was walking through the Capsule Corp store, picking out various items of clothing and stuff them into the two bags she was carrying. Tomina was in dire need of some new clothing. All her spare outfits had been on Saiya, which had blown up. So right now she was getting some more outfits before she started her harsh training regiment. Needless to say, she was going to work up quite the sweat.
Having finished picking out the clothing, Tomina straightened her bags to hold them properly as she prepared to depart. She didn’t intend on paying for these outfits. With this level of power, who was going to be able to stop her. Besides, she wanted to cause a commotion and attract defenders there. Hopefully she would find someone to recruit for the Tournament of Power.
Before she could do any of that though, she heard a loud bang. Soon after that she felt various strong powers enter the store. She quickly made her way to the front of her store, blinking as she took in the scene that was unfolding in front of her.
There seemed to be some type of robbery in progress. Already people had shown up to fight them though. There was a blonde girl with a decent amount of power, a guy whose power level she couldn’t sense, and a human woman then was stronger then any human had the right to be.
Tomina saw a familiar face among the people gathered there. It was the boy from the tea shop. What was he doing in West City of all places? Tomina dropped her bags to the ground, walking over to the woman who had been shot. She raised a gloved hand, blue flames sparking to life and dancing in her palm.
“Hey kid, did you take a wrong turn or something? The Lookout is in the east. I mean, you’ll get there eventually if you travel in this direction. Although that would literally be a roundabout route.”
Tomina knelt down beside the woman. Tomina unceremoniously thrust the hand with the blue flames down and pressed it against the gunshot wound. The woman howled out in agony as the fire scorched her. Tomina pulled the flames away after 10 seconds. She had effectively cauterized the wound. It stopped the bleeding, but it wouldn’t fully heal her. That's what the capsule she pulled out was for.
<I actually have to waste this on a human. It can't be helped though: if someone who isn't an enemy is dying in front of me, I have to save them. I got room keep the mortal level from falling further.>
Tomina grabbed the woman's jaw, opening her mouth and helping her chew the pill. The medicine in question was a slow acting one that healed major injuries over time. Which was why she had to stop the bleeding before giving it to her.
Once she had assured that the woman wouldn't die, Tomina stood up and turned to watch the unfolding battle. The robbers were too weak and wouldn’t stand a chance. Tomina wanted to know how strong the woman and the boy with no sensible power were, but there was no way she would a gage on their capabilities like this.
An idea suddenly popped into her head. She contacted Beat mentally, her voice going through the boy’s head. Only he would be able to hear the message.
<Hey kid, I’ve got a deal for you. I’ll give you one free day of training at your choosing before you get strong enough to go through the full regiment. In exchange, I want you fight against one of the people trying to stop the robbers. Don’t worry, I’ll keep the really strong one off your back. You don’t have to kill the person you fight, I'd you accept my offer. What do you say kid?>
Next she mentally contacted all the robbers. They were likely going to be shocked at hearing a voice echo through their head.
<Alright listen up. I want you throwaway mooks to fight against these people until you can no longer stand. If you do that, I’ll reward you with all the money in this establishment. If any of you try running, you won't be able to walk again, catch my drift?>
Tomina walked over to the criminals that were restrained criminals. She picked up one of their guns, turning it and examining it in her hands. She pulled out the clip, peering at the bullets within. Hopefully the kid would do what she asked. In the meantime, she would examine this bizarre weapon.

Tomina uses [PT-1] Dimensional Telepathy to talk to Beat and the robbers mentally.
A small surprised shriek would escape Lucy's lips as she brought her hands up in front of her. On her left wrist there was a metallic looking gauntlet that activated the moment she heard the gunshots. It moved outwards a little bit before expanding into an oval shaped shield, the logo of Kami emblazoned in the center of it. Lucy ducked down a little bit, hiding behind the shield as the bullets found their mark into it. At least, most of them did. It seemed that the gunfire and show of heroics had attracted some attention! At first two boys came in, one shooting one of the thugs with a blast of ki, and the other seemed to just put himself into a fighting stance...
"Why are you just standing around??" Lucy asked the boy from the safety of her shield, raising an eyebrow towards him as she didn't understand just what he was doing. He was going to get shot! and Lucy wasn't strong enough to protect everyone!They were just going to make this whole situation more difficult for her to handle! She let out a huff when a woman with fiery red fair came soaring into the shop, her fist igniting into flames which caused her to look at the woman in surprise!
"Oh uhm... Thanks ma'am" Lucy stated before finally standing up straight once the gunshots stopped and charging up another basic blast of energy in her hands and firing it off towards another one of the robbers still standing. She wasn't aware of the plan Tomina was trying to put into play, all she knew was that another woman had shown up and was helping out the injured woman, so it wasn't like she was an enemy too.
The targetted robber took the hit to the chest, flying back into the wall and crying out loudly as Lucy's blast hit him, falling to the ground next to his stunned companion who had been dropped by the other young boy. Just who were these kids!? How could they have such crazy powers!
When Tomina's thoughts pushed into the minds of the remaining robbers, one of them in particular smirked as he holstered his gun, shifting from that 'throwaway mook' stance to that of an actual martial artists. The stance would be unfamiliar, but still solid.
"Doesn't matter how many of you show up, or if you bring the cops, who cares, you're dead now." He taunted, hearing Tomina's words loud and clear and honestly just glad he'd be able to let loose a little. The Robber then began charging up two green tinted orbs of energy in his hands, firing one towards Chase and one towards Shiomi.

He... can't believe this. From what he thought just him helping the girl now there are few addition. First to come is a man who seem to get in stance quickly, but done nothing. He doesn't have any ki signature, which... honestly was weird. Does his fighting style involves getting shot first? Or is it because he want to let them drop their guard and do something else? Whatever it is, he's not sure that he can force the thugs to go on melee, considering that they have gun. However, appearance of a woman with strange fighting style turned the tide a bit. She restrained the two downed thugs and so that leave only the other ones. She seem to be keen in giving the bandits "hell" and encouraged the rest to do the same. Not that he would mind, considering he's ready to charge his move...
...Until suddenly that certain lady appeared. Beat wondered why the heck does their path seem to coincide somehow. He really wondered if the woman kept a tight leash on him or what, or maybe if she's making sure that he trained. Can't be right. That's just his ego talking, and from her tone, it's seem that she's really not expecting that he's here. He decided to answer truthfully. "I was from there, kinda trained for two days," Beat answered "and is looking a bit of a refreshments, otherwise my training there is just gonna be climbing tower and just that. That'd be boring."
This is not exactly the sort of refreshment that he have in mind though.
Luckily she works fast. He can't really see from the cover where he is. He can hear the screaming, but that's not the kind one made in their death throes. When he saw what she's doing, apparently she's administering healing to save the woman. It kind of made him a bit more relieved. He understood the importance of someone's life, and innocent person's life is still a worthy life for him. Now, bandits lives are another matter. On that one, hhe started to charge his own Ki move, or at least, that was the plan, to shot at the bandits. He doesn't mind if they die, they deserved it, he think. Eye for an eye. Still, just before he was about to shoot, Tomina's intermission almost made him cancelled his charge, or actually, he's not sure if it's a proper charge anyway.
<Alright, what's the big idea here?> he reflexively asked, wondering why the hell would she suddenly told him to stop the ones that after the robber, considering that she just helped someone who's dying to at least get slightly better. Isn't it like counterproductive?. However, the talk about the training made him instantly hooked. The light on his eyes changed into those of a predatory one. <...Consider it done.>
He still have no idea what does she want, but honestly, the talk about training kind of made him in to make this even more interesting in some way or another.
He at first pretend that he'll shot at the bandit, but instead of that, he suddenly shifted his attack toward the other guy with boxing style in hope of pushing him out.
"Sorry there, but I'm somehow a bit interested to play a bit with you there, nii-san."

The gunfire had already begun. Chase quickly dove behind the blonde-haired girl in hopes of gaining coverage from her shield. "My bad. I was trying to figure out how to force them into close combat. The Doc hasn't installed any blasters in these gloves unfortunately." He examined his body to find that he'd been shot twice. The first bullet had grazed his left leg, just above his ankle. The next one had actually sunk in, however. The bullet was lodged into his left arm, barely missing his left shoulder. Dang it. I got careless. I need to be more careful. Luckily, this is nothing my medical kit can't handle.
While he was taking cover, he noticed two others in the room. The first the arrive was an adult human woman with deep red hair. She seemed to be a very experienced fighter; her fiery demeanor expressed this clearly while her high power level defended the notion. He then looked over to the other person. The brown-haired woman had went over to the injured woman and gave her what he could only assume was a healing capsule of some sort. He analysed the woman with his scanner when he realized something unusual. She was half Saiyan and half...Elemi? He'd never actually heard of that race. He'd have to ask the Doc about that later. Anyway, she did not seem too powerful, so he didn't really pay much attention to her.
All of a sudden, he noticed that the gunshots had stopped. He looked around the shield to notice that two of the men had been restrained and all of the guns had been...cut in half? He assumed this was the work of the older woman, as she seemed to be the most powerful person in this area. He looked over to the woman to show his gratitude. "Thanks Miss. Now they have to fight me in my own element! He stood up and got right back into his boxing pose. One thing he noticed right away was that one of these criminals had gotten into a pose that was unfamiliar to him. He was braced to guard when the man blasted at him with a green energy blast. However, he was caught off guard by a strong ki blast from his side. The green ki blast connected immediately afterwards, with the combined force of the blasts launching him out of the building, breaking a hole in the wall in the process. This fight was not going well already. He escaped the blasts moderately bruised, but not too heavily damaged to put up a good fight. As he picked himself up, he found the half-saiyan child hovering off of the ground. "Yo kid, you picked an absolutely perfect time to do this. Really though, there is nothing more important to do than this right now. It's not like there's a bunch of criminals who almost killed a woman, but whatever. This should be quick."
Technically, he wasn't lying. If this boy's power level was truly as high as he'd detected, Chase knew he stood no chance. He hated that he'd have to hit a child, but that was the only way he'd survive. Chase fired a weak electrical impulse at the child and dashed at him with intent to punch him in the gut. Chase knew that his best bet was to force the boy into close combat. So this would be his first test as a hero...interesting...

Shiomi would smile to the boy and girl who had thanked him. "Don't mention it, just make sure you handle these people so we can get this girl out of here..." the voice of the fiery maiden would trail off a bit as a new woman had entered the scene and walked towards the injured woman. Her power was nothing special to say the least, pretty average for an untrained human. Shiomi's eyes would trail after her, a bit worried about if she was going to get herself hurt, but for the most part, she seemed to be helping the injured woman. She was doing her part in all of this, and Shiomi would smile. But this lady really seemed to have no cares in the world as she went and picked up the gun of one of the restrained criminals now. Was she planning to try and use it on the crooks? That was a little morbid to use the gun of a friend on them but really Shiomi had no idea what the lady's plan was with how quiet she had been, outside of talking to the boy behind the counter about the Lookout, was she hiding something?
Shiomi would just shake her head immediately afterward though, seeing a Ki blast be fired at both her and the young man near her. She would raise her hands instinctively to block the blast, leaving very small scuff marks on the back of her wrists where it had landed. But that wasn't the worst of it, as the boy from behind the counter would spring to life and launch himself at... the other boy who had no power level?! "W-What are you doing?! The criminals are right there, you two can't be getting into scuffles while this is... ugh!" she would have her hands on her head in a bit of a worried way. She hoped that they wouldn't tear each other to pieces. She knew she had to deal with the remaining criminals now with the other girl, who she would turn to right after.
"That's what you can expect out of young boys like them, leave it to girls like us to get things done. I don't think I introduced myself. My name is Shiomi Adonael, it is a pleasure to meet you miss." she would bow to Lucy, not knowing exactly what her name was for now, but she would smile and set a hand on her shoulder. "You look like you know how to take care of yourself, finish mopping up the stragglers, I'll take care of this Martial Artist guy, I need to pay him back for blasting me and all of that." she would smirk, knowing the situation was a lot less heavy knowing that the woman was going to be alright. Shiomi would then turn to look at the man that had fired two green ki blasts at her and the boy with no power signature, a scowl appearing on her face as she would get into a combat stance.
The red-head would clench her fists, staring into the eyes of the martial artist as she would make sure all of her focus was locked on him. "You shouldn't try to hurt kids. Fight me one on one, if you even try to hurt another one of them I won't humor you in a fight, I'll stop you right away and you won't be going to prison without a trip to the hospital first." she would speak coldly to the man who was in a Martial Arts stance, pushing off of her back leg to launch herself towards the man, aiming to stop right in front of him before throwing a hard right hook towards his face, aiming to connect it on his lower jaw. Shiomi would immediately use her left hand to try to gut-punch the martial artist as hard as she could, aiming to wind him. Her assault would immediately end regardless of if he took the blows or not, stepping back to see what he was to do next if he wasn't out cold from such strikes. Tomina chirped, giving the blonde a smile before turning her head to look down at the human that had been shot. Tomina covered her mouth with a gloved hand. Part of the reason she did this was to disguise the fact that her smile had dropped from her face. She didn’t want anyone to catch on that it wasn't genuine. Also she felt mildly queasy after her exchange with the blonde.
<Bleh! I wanted to strangle myself with how disgusting I sounded! I mean I know I’ve been acting more cheerful around Tarro, but that was just… uggghh!>
Tomina raised her head when she felt the ki of one of the robbers spike up. Her eyes widened as she saw him charging up a couple of energy blasts. She had so many questions now, but only asked one of them as she telekinetically contacted that particular robber.
<Now why didn't you just do that from the start? I’ll keep the red head off of you, but that's the only way I’m helping you, got that?>
Tomina was pleased to see that the kid had obeyed her and was attacking the kid without a power to sense. That only left one more person to account for.
The gun Tomina was holding clattered to the floor. In an instant, Tomina appeared in front of the red headed woman. She caught both of her punches, having to lower her left hand to intercept the gut punch. Both of them hit against her palms with a sharp smack. Tomina's fingers only grabbed onto the woman loosely, so she was able to step backward like she originally planned to after her attack. Tomina gave the woman a small smirk.
”It’s a shame, but boys will be boys, ya know? Still, I didn't expect to encounter two humans this strong. This is already more interesting than I expected for acquiring clothes to be. But I want to make things even more interesting."
Now that she had moved seriously, Tomina’s true power level was now on display for everyone. Even her base power was absurdly strong when compared to the average Earthling. Tomina would have told everyone to stop fighting, but she was sure just her power alone was enough to get everyone's attention. Tomina raised her left fist in front of her mouth. Clearing her throat, she spoke up loud enough to get the attention of all the fighters
“I'm a simple gal. When I see people thowing punches, I want things to be competitive and even as possible. Here's how we’re going to do this. Only the people who can manipulate ki well enough to throw an energy blast can take part in it. So holster your guns and just watch the show if you can't. The fight ends when either two out of three of us baddies are defeated, or if all 3 of these “heros” fall.”
Tomina had glanced over at the other robbers as she said that they should holster their guns. She narrowed her eyes, her eyes turning golden foe a brief second. Hopefully that would be enough to keep them in line. Tomina turned to look back at the redhead, directly addressing her.
“I know that my energy feels intimidating, but don’t worry, I’m going to put a couple of handicaps on myself. For starters, The only person I'm allowed to throw an attack at is you, unless if someone breaks the rules. I’ll only use physical attacks on you. I’ll only throw out one attack at a time, I won't go for follow up strikes if I get a get a clean hit on you, and I won't kill anyone no matter what happens.”
Tomina turned her head, looking at each of the fighters in turn to make sure they were paying attention. Her sea blue eyes regarded them all with interest.
“Everyone else here can fight however they wish. You can even kill your opponents if you want to.The only two rules you lot have to follow are no running, and no attacking bystanders. I’ve talked long enough, so have at it!”
Tomina turned back to look at the red head. She didn’t enter any kind of fighting stance. She just slid her hands down to her sides, her eyes locked onto her soon to be opponent. Tomina wondered how everyone would approach things. She wanted to see how each of them performed under duress.

Tomina uses a basic block against Shiome’s melee. Math will be calculated later if it needs to be, but it's more than enough to stop Shiome’s attack.
Lucy was shaking slightly as she would hold her own, her shield still raised so that she was hiding behind it, only just peeking over top of it. It wasn't until she was sure that the bullets and blasts where no longer flying that she would straighten up and find one of the boys that had come to help go after the other. Had she missed something? Why were they suddenly fighting? Couldn't they see that the robbers were right there in front of them? Sure that lady was fine now... but did that mean they had to turn into total muscle heads?
"I uh... I'm Lucy... Lucy Devla I guess..." She would murmur to the older woman, Shiomi, as she introduced herself. Honestly Lucy didn't have a last name, or at least she wasn't given one, so she had come to adopting that of her creators until such a time as she found one of her own. She never put too much thought into it, but now it just felt odd when she was introducing herself. It had been so long since she met someone new, that she couldn't quite remember how to be polite about it, and her face would just turn red.
Thats when things really started to get weird... the older woman that had helped the injured one started talking about them fighting one another, making a small little tournament here to see who could win first, the Hero's of the Villains. She had to blink a few times to make sure she was actually seeing and hearing the girl right. What was she up too?
"This isn't a game!! They're bad guys and they need to go to prison!! I'm not playing this game. You helped that injured lady so please don't get in the way anymore!" She would say with all the naivete of a child as Lucy darted forward, reaching into the belt hidden under her shirt and retrieving a small handheld device. Much like the shield on her arm, it began to move, opening up and creating a sword that was just the perfect size for the small human.
She would rush at one of the thugs who had been hesitating to put down his gun as Tomina had ordered, but upon seeing Lucy darting towards him, he raised his gun again and fired the last few shots he had remaining in his chamber. Almost expertly, Lucy would raise her shield to protect herself and then use her sword to beat one of the bullets away, closing the gap between them and then stricking her sword towards the two thugs. She was careful to only slice through the guns they had been holding however, and when she finally turned towards Tomina and the Ki wielding thug, her aura would rise up around her. It was a brilliant white Ki aura that almost resembled flames, along with that aura, her power level would slowly start to rise without really noticing it.
Meanwhile... the Ki wielding thug, (let's call him Dave.) would scoff towards Tomina as she seemed to berate him for not using his ki earlier.
"Honestly woman, I didn't think I'd need it for a simple ass robbery. The world is really going to shit hunh if brats like all of you can use energy too" He would say in his defense. He was far from properly trained with his energy, but he knew enough to fly and fire off some basic blasts, which once Tomina intercepted Shiomi he would do just that. He would lift himself up towards the ceiling, hover just above Tomina and begin firing a rain of blasts down on the red head.

"Oh don't worry, based on my power reading, even if I take you out of the picture, the bandits won't win anyway," Beat commented back to the other guy. Honestly, if he didn't saw the healing done on the woman, he would probably also "nope"'d the hell out when he's offered training. He was ready to give up on the woman, his fault really. If he moved the woman, it might ends up with her lose blood faster. He doesn't have healing techniques... so, he was ashamed that he was ready to toss the woman's life, or at least, ask someone to call ambulance. But even so, with the city mostly empty, is there is any reason to do so? Will they come? All those panicked scenario flashed in his mind. Despite so, when Tomina happened to came, even though he's annoyed that she somehow changed the entire saving scenario into game of fight between him and the guy without Ki signature, he was really really really thankful that she's here. He does hear it loud and clear when people shouted that this is not time of game. He agreed if only the life of the person was in danger. Bystander being dying is totally not what he wanted.
...But now, she's not in immediate danger. Promise of training is far bigger priority for him, more than life that's already saved. He's going to claim that promise of the training. He already calculated that it might not be a literal promise, but something like a carrot and stick. It might just happened to be an empty promise. However, he doesn't mind. He'll make this fight as worthy training as it is. Beat licked his lips to hide his nervousness, but that's probably unneeded. He's quite confident he can win. The other guy sent out his attack, and he was about to dodge, or at least, activate his Shundo. His legs crackled with bio electricity, his way to increase his speed--- but then, suddenly, he noticed Tomina's ki rose to its maximum potential, distracting him. The moment he was about to dodge, it's too late, the attack is already in front of him. He swatted the attack away--or at least, that was the plan.
"GAAAHHH!!" However, the impulse coursed to his body made him spasm momentarily, and his ki is in disarray, forcing him to fell to the ground. A stunning move. He can't use ki this moment... Even so! He countered the guy's fist with his own, hoping that his power is enough to counter it. The moment the fist hit, he used the chance to gain distance from the guy and straighten his stance. "...Heh, not bad there, nii-san." No damage, or at least, he believed so. The recoil is kind of hurt to his untrained fist though.
Beat now noticed that it's no longer 5 on 3, but 3 on 3 with most of the criminals now out of the picture. Only ki blasting bandit, him and Tomina on the team "bad guy" and the other three on the other team. Well, indeed, if only this is on more friendlier situation, he'd love it, but as this is not really on a friendly situation, with the other guy thinking that he's out of his mind, he don't have much choice. He mentally takes a note that if the ki tossing bandit guy dared to use the woman as a hostage, he'll blast him for real this time. No hostages allowed, no matter what. Luckily, Tomina seem to reinforces this.
"...That blondie, she's suppressing her ki?" Beat muttered, noticing her ki change. Well, that's fine. He'll continue this nonsensical game with the other guy anyway... albeit, he admitted, to be able to summon weapon from ki seem to be really interesting. Too bad they didn't happened to meet on friendlier circumstance. He'd love to ask her how.
The bandit's won't win anyway? That's his rationale for attacking me? Even the Saiyan children are needlessly destructive...how unfortunate..
Chase stood there with his fists connected to the young child's. He'd sort of flinched when the child launched his punch. It was stunning to find that their strikes countered each other. Maybe his scanner had been wrong? As he contemplated this, he watched as the kid regained distance to compose himself. This is where he'd learned the truth of his current situation: he was one of the "good" guys and he, alongside the two human women, had to defeat the "bad" guys, which were of course the two half-saiyans and the criminal. He honestly should've expected this from the same breed that destroyed his home.
As he examined the scene, Chase noticed that the blonde girl's power level had spiked to about double the power level of the kid he was battling. Had she supressed her power...how intriguing... Either way, it seemed that she should be able to easily dispose of this criminal. The older woman, on the other hand, did seem to be significantly weaker than the Saiyan woman; however, the limits she'd put on herself might be able to even the gap. Chase didn't want to take any chances though...he'd have to win this fight. The blonde girl would probably win her fight, so either he or the older woman would have to win in order for the "bad" guys to leave. He'd have to give this fight all he had.
Chase realized that his stun move would likely not work again. He'd have to close the gap again before he could start blasting him again. He dashed forward at full speed, launching his left fist toward the child's face, preparing to launch himself into a combo. Let Round 2 begin!

Shiomi's eyes would go a bit wide as the girl introduced herself. She gave her last name but there was something familiar about it... where did she hear that name before? It certainly was for someone important, but the fiery maiden couldn't exactly place her fingers on it. Maybe the name Devla would come to her in due time, but honestly, that could wait. "That's a nice name, Lucy. I'll make sure to remember it." she would wink at the girl as she launched herself into the fray of what was about to happen... but, the outcome wasn't exactly what she expected.
The girl who had previously saved the woman who was bleeding out showed her true power. It wasn't exactly something surprising to Shiomi, the girl walked in far too casually to have the power of an average human. It was far higher than Shiomi expected, however, and even further the true surprise here was when said girl caught Shiomi's strikes. She was definitely strong enough to do this, there was no surprise there but rather the intent to do such a thing caught Shiomi off guard as she would just narrow her eyes. The way this woman spoke... was all clearly summed up by Lucy in the next few seconds. "I don't know what your deal is, but this can be settled without these robbers being involved. You and I can have our little fight... and those kids can have their scuffle if they want to. But it can be saved for later, these robbers can be put away and then we can do whatever you like." Shiomi would back up a bit, leaping backward as she would stare at the woman before her.
There wasn't really a way to get around this lady if she really wanted to force it to happen now, Shiomi wasn't as strong as she used to be. Knowing that already, the fiery redhead could only really get into a battle stance as she powered up to her current strongest maintainable form. It was only a fivefold power up, but it should do to at least hold her own for the others to finish their fights. "If you really won't let us take the robbers in, however, I guess I am not allowed to say no to you. I accept your terms as well... but just know, if any of these kids lose their lives because of this little fight of yours, I'll make sure that whoever fired the killing blow is punished immediately for it." the redhead would narrow her eyes further as she spoke. The thought of Lucy having to fight the Ki-Wielding Robber scared Shiomi a bit... she just had to have faith in the girl to be able to pull through. The other two kids seemed to be about on par for their fight so far, there wasn't much risk of death or lethal intent there but the Robber was really a wild card in this situation. The woman could also be a wildcard if she was lying about her side of the bargain but Shiomi couldn't really do anything about her currently.
The fiery maiden would just turn to look at Beat and Chase as their fight continued... they were so equal to one another in a way that the fight seemed really intense for people of their level. They were both really lost causes at this point... their fight had already broken out and gotten into a round two. She would then look at Lucy who was going after some of the Bandits who weren't listening to the orders given. She really was a good girl... it was a shame that all of this had to be happening at that time. The girl expertly dealt with both of the Bandits, which made Shiomi smile before all of their attention would turn back to Tomina and the Bandit, Lucy's power level raising making the redhead even more intrigued but she had more things to focus on. If this fight was going to be a 3 on 3 of sorts... they definitely were the two big bosses of this encounter.
It seemed that Shiomi was the first target of the bandit in this case, but he didn't worry the redhead as much as the lady who instigated all of this did. Shiomi's increased power level to try and have a more even fight with this new woman was a big help here, as the rain of ki blasts that followed were novice at best, the redhead just strafing out of the blasts with a bit of ease trying her best to keep focus on both him and the woman at the same time in hopes that they wouldn't tag team her.
Whilst all of this was going on, Shiomi would just meet her eyes with the woman at last once the ki rain was done. "If you really do want to fight, and keep it just between us... you can at least give me your name." she said this for now, but really Shiomi would hope that this woman would wise up and just let them put the robbers out of commission before they started their fight. If not, then the redhead was certainly ready for a fight. [Inner Power(x5): 417,770]
