Getting up from where he was standing and doing push ups Sithis would sigh to himself and nod his head very slowly. "Yes. I just have to keep training no matter what. it's an absolute must." he said very carefully to himself. With that being said he would sigh to himself and close his eyes again. "I must get stronger no matter what. It is my mission. One of which I cannot fail. To be King of this planet is an absolute must." he said carefully to himself. With that being in mind Sithis had to remind himself that there are bigger and badder fish out there that would try and challenge him for power. This Sithis could not simply allow to happen sadly. So Sithis had to keep training no matter what. That is the last thing he wanted to do is slack off his training. because training was simply far to important for Sithis to pass up. Since he was doing Push ups the next thing on his to do list was basically sit ups. Which he indeed to do no matter what. In fact he was so inclined to doing this that is was not even a choice. In order to get stronger he just had to keep training harder. The world was out there for him to invade.

He would shake his head and then get down on the ground he had to do at least one thousand of these puppies to break his new record no matter what. He had no choice if he wanted to get super strong then he had no choice but to simply just do it and believe himself. His back placed on the wet ground he lifted it slowly at least five inches off the ground and would begin to move his body back and forth to get a proper sit up, doing sit up and then going back to that lifted position. He kept on doing this. Man this out to be very sweet to be quite honest. Soon he will be able to follow his path to being an evil strong Villain. Soon the world shall know his suffering. No matter how many times he would fail. He would simply get back up and simply prevail each time no matter what. Shaking his head very slowly he would would keep up with his training.
Shaking his head he kept on doing those crotches moving back and forth he got to at least two hundred and fifty, before he sped up the pace. As that was done he would speak. "I can't give up no matter what it is my destiny to become strong and rule and enslave the world as my little slaves and only my allies will live to tell tales about stuff. I have a meeting soon that I do not want to miss. It would be a shame to keep the great Nayiko waiting." he said quietly at this point Sithis had reached the Number Seven Hundred but Sithis had no choice but to keep moving. After this sit ups would be finished. Sithis would then move to a different Location to Hunt for food. This was the only way of doing it. The heavy rain that poured on his face made him heavy for breathing but it was all right he got this. After finishing one thousand Sit up he would sigh to himself and get up slowly. It was time to change location and hunt the wildness for food. This would certainly be perfect.
