Personality: Tezla has a reclusive disposition when out in public. He doesn’t handle crowded spaces well, due to his anxiety troubles he doesn’t attend parties. If the situation isn’t dire the Elemi teenager will seclude himself. The origin of this behavior is unknown to him. Crowds just so happen to give him Anxiety. Outside of his anxiety, he is what you would expect from a young man his age. Although, others would see him a little more mature than others. His maturity superceeds Suusao by a large margin.

History: Tezla was born on a HWRE Research Ship in the East Galaxy. His father was captain and lead researcher. As a child he was groomed to be a soldier, and was molded into an officer by age 15. At this time his Father would retire passing the mantle onto his son. For the next 4 years his notoriety as the ships Captain reached back to the Tower. This earned the young man high honors from the leaders.

Sometime after his 19th birthday the ship’s scientist presented 11 prototype stasis pods. This would allow them to stagnate subjects, thus allowing them to run tests as well as simulate gene development. This research wasn’t shared with anyone off the ship however, as it was a frowned upon practice to undertake. Tezla volunteered to undergo with the first test, but there was treachery from within his ranks.

One of the scientists set up his stasis pod with a fail safe program. This program would be used to kick start his body’s abilities to produce electricity. This allowing him to keep his pod as well as the other ten pods should the room lose power. Tezla went on ice for what was meant to be 10 days which then turned into 10 years due the traitor on the ship. Shortly after this event however was an attack from a Arcosian ship. The attack forced the Ship out of the sky as they crashlanded in the Northern area of Namek.

Ten years later Tezla as his ship was discovered by Suusao, whom offered the young Elemi refuge at his home. With the Alpha ship being the only home he knew, he took Suusao’s offer graciously. Now assisting the young man in his everyday living from studying, training, and sometimes hijinks.

Offensive Techniques
[OT-1] Flash Strike: Using their mastery of ki or the element of lightning, the user channels an electric charge into their hand. While engaged in combat, the user brushes their hand against their foe, transferring the charge in a violent manner. [25% Damage]

[OT-2] Raindrops: Like raindrops in a storm, the user takes their blade and unleashes a flurry of blows against their opponent, each one charged with a small amount of lightning. [50% Damage]

[OT-3] Perfect Storm: The user unleashes a whirlwind of sword strikes against their foe, each devastating in their own right. Each strike is as fearsome as a clap of thunder, and the user strikes with all their might. [100% Damage]

[OT-2] Full Power Lightning Wave: The user starts by charging an electric sphere in their hand(s). Then, they draw their hand(s) forward and fire the electric sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage. [Does 50% of Users PL in Damage]

[OT-1] Shining Sword Attack: The user flies up and comes down to vertically slash the opponent with his sword. Next, he slashes the opponent multiple times, aiming to cut him into bits. Finally, the user draws his hand back and brings it forward to fire a yellow energy wave at what's left of the opponent, inflicting a high amount of damage. [25% Damage]

[OT-1] Sword Slash: The user performs a series of swift sword strikes within close range of their enemy. [25% Damage]

Support Techniques

[PT-1]Demonic Gateway: With proper training from a player who already knows how to open a Demonic Gateway, a player is able to open a portal to and from Makai.

[Once per month a player may travel to or from Makai alone. -Going to and leaving count as separate uses- This technique has a cooldown of 1 month, meaning if you are travelling to Makai, you will be stuck there for 30 days]

[PT-1] Ki Suppression: Allows user to hide ki signature if no techs are used.
[PT-2] Ki Suppression: Allows user to hide ki signature if only support techs are used.

[PT-1] Ki Sense: allows user to have a general notion of people's PL as long as they are in the same region.
[PT-2] Ki sense: allows user to have a precise notion of people's PL as long as they are on the same planet.

[PT-1] Telepathy: The ability to mentally communicate with people. Its range going off what tier of Ki sense you have mastered. If the user does not have Ki sense then physical or eye contact would be required.
