Ikuto Hisashi, you do not know who I am but I am well aware of who you are. It is my understanding that you have blossomed into something of a young warrior.. it almost seems like you'll be following in your fathers footsteps. I'd advise against this however, as it seems your father has stumbled across a case of terrible luck. You see, currently I am entertaining him as a most esteemed guest of my family and I can assure you were taking excellent care of him. He's been so overjoyed that he could hardly speak, though a few words were fairly common.. your name. I took the liberty of translating his cries and thus offer you an invitation of your own. You won't be entertained as much as your dear father but I can promise you tea at the very least.

within the envelope is a picture of Hisashi’s father with tape around his eyes and mouth, he his bound to a chair and his clothes are in tatters. Dried blood and sweat has stained what was once a suit reducing it to the value of rags. On the image in cruel writing it states "Tateyama, Golden Dragon Casino, answer with 'I'm here for tea'
When Hisashi had returned from her daily patrols of her territory and the hunt for that night’s dinner to find her home and shambles and a note left on her father’s bed. There were signs of a struggle all throughout the small home, and it looked like there had been more than one person giving the place a good hard shakedown. Art was torn off the walls, furniture was scattered about if not destroyed, and most of the doors were swinging off their hinges if not completely busted off or split in two.
While all this was very distressing for the canine, nothing could anger or upset her quite like the words left for her on the small sheet of paper. Even in her rage, she had picked up on a particular scent that was exclusive to the note. Hisashi crushed the letter in her fist and let out a low growl before letting the crumpled piece of paper drop to the floor. With little time to waste, and a still fresh trail to be following, Hisashi spun on her heel and was out of the house before she could think to stop and plan her approach more rationally.
The winds howled around the Ikuto residence that evening, a cacophony of sharp wails accompanied by the violent shaking of tree branches and the scattering of leaves and even small forest critters. The young Elemi was intent on seeing justice be done, and having her father return home safe and sound, regardless of the amount of his rules that it would be breaking.
Hisashi had to find her father or die trying.

Tateyama was something of a modern day ‘boom town’, started off as something small but within a decade and sprung up to what it was in present day. Known by many for its nightlife entertainment and for it’s almost cruel police force, who some believe is more like an organized crime organization that just so happens to have a hard-on for beating the snot out of other criminals. It's a frightening lil’ city where one must keep their head low and try not to get to deep into the city’s many temptations, ‘lest they end up working off a debt for the wrong people that carries an impossible amount of interest. Hisashi would have to be more careful than anyone else- even as an armed Elemi, she wouldn’t be able to dissuade thickly headed thugs from attacking her with her appearance alone.
Hisashi was overwhelmed by the amount of stimuli she found in Tateyama, the bright flashing lights, the loud sounds, and the mixed scents between hundreds upon thousands of people overloaded her keen senses to the point of making it difficult to see and hear. Blindly, she stumbled through the streets, turning a number of heads with her old-fashioned appearance and with her unusual actions: Bumping into windows she ‘didn’t see’, miraculously dodging traffic in her blindness, and at one point even ‘falling’ down an up escalator.. It was a mess, and she hadn’t even gotten around to finding directions to the Golden Dragon yet. Suffice to say, modern civilization was about to put her through the wringer.
