Personality
Soi isn’t much of a talker even within his own social circle. Those outside of his circle think very little of them, but same can be said about his perception of others. He’s fairly mature for his age a characteristic often pointed out by one of his friends. Recently he’s discovered a new hobby in collecting nuddy magazines. He found his passion after one day he and his best friend discovered a magazine belonging to his father in the bathroom.
He prides himself on his collection although others may view him as a closet perv. The only thing he happens to find the most enjoyable is just being in the presence of his friends. All of them have decided to make the most of this upcoming summer. He also expressed his eagerness to spend more time with his friends. With the end of summer marking the start of their high school days, and so much could change in their first year alone.
Soi fits the typical adult description of a modern adolescent, ‘just a young punk out causing trouble’. At least that’s what most of them believe. It couldn’t be anything farther from the truth. If adults paid more attention they’d understand Soi and his gang keep the peace more than anything by keeping the local bullies at bay.

Backstory
Soi was the idea of what you would expect from the typical adolescent. When amongst his friends he hardly stands out, one of his friends even once referred to him as an extra. Soi and his Gang all lived on a small chain of islands referred to the Gengoro Islands. Hardly anything interesting ever happened in their small little town in Penguin Village.
At least that’s what Soi and his gang always believed, until one day the unimaginable happened. It was the day before they officially started spring break. Soi and his cohorts sat in the back of class coming up with plans for tomorrow. Soi and Toph, on the other hand, were completely engaged in the conversation. Far too busy digging their noses in a new dirty magazine. After school as the gang made their way to the usual hangout, they managed to stumble upon a body and being the kids they were their first instinct was to find the authorities.
Yet on their way to the Station, they started noticing more and more bodies. Lifeless husks of the people they’d come to know. Whatever plague swept across their little village struck indiscriminately. Men, women, and children alike all fell to the disease that spread across the land. Time wasn’t on their side as Soi noticed that the sky had a strange purple hue to it. As if the clouds themselves were almost poisonous. Not long after he made this observation his best friend Toph collapsed, and then Soi himself fell to this same fate. For the moment everything was dark and cold, but then he was suddenly taken by surprise surrounded by numerous tufts of yellow clouds.
