It was just the start of her training day, but she had gotten herself into a breathless mess, performing sword swings as she tried to hit the training dummies she had set up. She breathed in and then out before launching an attack with the wooden sword she had. Despite being young she had a tremendous amount of stamina but even that had it’s limits. “I’ll never be good enough…” She breathlessly said while on one knee and looking up at the dummies. She had to get better because she didn’t manage to break one of the wooden statues she had built.
She brought up a hand to wipe the sweat off of her head and just stared at the ground where her small footprints of quick steps, dodging imaginary attacks had been imprinted on the wet muddy ground. She panted before standing up again before running toward the training dummies with a yell..well more of battle shriek before swinging her stick at them. She put her entire body strength into the hit and wondered if that would be enough to break one in half.
She was training hard this day and she wouldn't end the day without fainting. She honestly wanted to get stronger. She just wasn't doing it right. She didn't have endless stamina and was already out of breath already.

Power Level: 2,267 (6,801 with Permanent x3) Callahan had spent a good number of days after his return to Earth wandering, it wouldn't take long for him to find someone of interest for him to talk to. He'd heard of the recent bouts, though was still quite clueless as to what was going to occur. He decided his best move was likely just to talk to as many people as he could and spread his knowledge and love of the world. This, of course, meant actually meeting people.
He'd somehow managed to find himself in the Eastern Islands again, wandering from place to place in search of someone to truly have a discussion with, but he found little to no one of importance. That is until his senses picked up on a powerful person off in the distance. Someone of noticeable potential. Callahan was not one to know the fullest extent of Ki. He barely knew what it was, let alone it's possibilities. Being a Magi, he was used to acts of nature and power, nothing as abnormal to him as Ki. Making his way to the person, he'd find a woman training her body rigorously with the assistance of wooden training dolls. Quite the sight to the old man, who wandered into the area on foot, dressed chest to toe in his white robes and garb. His thick white blond beard matching well with the similarly colored long hair reaching down. He looked partially homeless to those who didn't understand what he was or where he came from, thus causing the sandals of the man to make a light smushing sound when pressed into the mud and soggy dirt.
"You've got quite a' form. Interesting... But different. I've never seen anythin' like it, and I've been around" the priest would say aloud, attempting to catch the attention of the woman, his partially wrinkled face curled with a smile, and his eyes closed to express his sight issues. A hand raised to wave to the younger one, greeting her with an efforted bow. "I must say, it's quite nice to see ye of the newer generations gettin' more into keepin' yourselves in shape. If I were smart enough to do it when I was a wee lad, maybe I wouldn't have the issues I have today." The older man continued, stopping to keep a distance from the girl. He'd been curious as to the power the girl exhausted, something high and mighty, giving the man a curiosity unlike others. He knew his magic was nothing like the Ki of the kids these days, though he believed his powers derived from his faith, the pacifist would stand silent, awaiting a response from the young lady.

Letti just wondered why her strength wasn't that strong while dropping her wooden sword onto the floor while falling to her knees and just started to cry, thus letting tears run down her cheek and drop onto the ground. "Why am I not strong...." She stressed as she yelled as loudly as she could. But considering she was eight years old, it wouldn't be that loud. She heard someone speak out and looked toward the source of the sound of the voice. She listened to them and just turned her head and got up off the ground while trying to wipe off the thick mud off her hands. But considering she had White Royal Vanguard attire on. It was customary of all Royal Guard to wear white as it signified purity and courage.
She looked at the new person while shaking in fear, she saw that he was way older than her and needed to identify them as quickly before anything. "I just started my training today, I'm still not good enough to be an actual guard to the Royal Saiyan Family. I'm just a guard to the Weapons Depot for the Royals." She said while shaking and wiping her tears with the back of her hand as she walked closer to the person. She wasn't going to attack him though but she needed to be closer to hear him more properly. She just looked back at the training dummies and her sword that was on the ground now muddy as she turned her head back around to the older man.

"Aye, well top o' the morning to ye young one. It's swell to see another sensible soul on this planet with something on their mind besides dying along with it. Though I must say, Lass, ye seem to be working hard at proving something to someone who isn't even here." Callahan would say aloud, watching the girl move towards him. His hands would come out of his sleeves to his sides, empty and showing his calloused and damaged palms. Forty years of fighting and hard labor leaving his hands horribly damaged. The man would wave to the young girl, smiling a deep grin and hopeful eyes. Finally remembering he'd never introduced himself formally, he would bow to the girl and propose a full formal introduction. "It is nice to meet you Saiyan guard, whatever your name may be. I am Father Seamus Callahan, minister of the lord and soon to be Pope-elect. I felt the surge of power and came to see what was up. I never thought I would see someone so young practicing martial arts." He would say, looking over at the sword and wooden training dummies. Wondering the semantics of sword-fighting and it's capabilities, he would feel the holy energy of his magic through his veins and body, letting his eyes glow golden as he charged the energy in his body.
"Personally, I find martial arts to be pointless. Someone like me is far too frail for physical combat, though I may have some pointers for you. Someone like me not exactly weak either. While the young like you may be able to hit hard with your fists and metal rods, I can feel the wavelengths of nature and life, the energy of God and the powers of the angels coursing through my body. Every inch of my being is a weapon capable of burning down forests, shattering the hardest of stones and burning the bodies of the most advanced of soldier." Callahan would say to the girl with the smile, pointing to one of her wooden dummies in the distance. "I have had nearly five times as many years as you have lived to perfect my art, and even I have much to learn. You fret and wonder why you seemingly aren't developing, but I must tell you that you need patience, my dear. You're not strong now, because you are so young. When I was your age, I could barely lift the top of the stove in my mother's home. I could never dream of doing what you are today young lass." He would say, before frowning and holding out his index and middle finger pointed towards one of the wooden dummies. "Look closely at what happens. Even someone as weak as I can accomplish with merely waiting for the right time."
Waiting for a moment, and taking a deep breath, he would prepare his verse and watch as clouds gathered above the two, charging full of blue and red magical lightning. His voice echoing as he prayed to his lord.
"Be wise now, therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him." He would say, before watching the lightning explode from the clouds and detonate the wooden doll he was aiming at, turning the wood into a smoldering pile of charcoal and ash, leaving a small crater. Draining the old man of his energy, breathing deeply as to not overdo it.
"Do ye see what I was meanin' young lass?" His smile would return, eyes closed into an expressioned grin. Happiness filling his overall being.
Letti watched as the lightning came down and struck the training dummies with power. She wondered where the old man got this power. She assumed it some sort of magic which confused her as she looked at her sword and the small pod she arrived here with. "I do. Thank you, Mr. Callahan, for showing that strength isn't always everything. My name is Letti, and I'm currently trying to train to get the Demon Sword Murasame if it even exists. I've only read about it in books and archival records." She muttered as he looked back up at the old person that had appeared in this dark forest.
She knew she was safe, she had tremendous speed even when she was distracted but she couldn't shake the feeling she was going to meet this person again sometime. She could trust him, well she didn't really know about the trusting part but she knew she would see him again. She picked up the wooden sword and cleaned it with her hand, and thus getting wet mud all over here hand but she didn't mind that. It was only a disposable sword to her. She would get more powerful swords, she was sure of it. "I know this planet is about to explode and I was wondering if I come with you to safety?" She asked Father Callahan. It was true that this planet was going to explode and she needed a way off it before that happened.

Callahan watched her with curiosity and listened hard to what she had to say, before shaking his head and greeting Letti with her name. His body posture changed roughly when she asked to come with him. His shoulders dragging slightly as he remembered his own escape pod. It was disgustingly small and definitely couldn't fit Letti with him. He worried and wondering if she would have her own way to get wherever she wanted to leave to. Especially since she was aware of the problems with the Earth. It was going to detonate, as the guardians had been warning people so they could evacuate. Callahan originally was going to stay on the Earth and go out with it, dying with the planet as to live his final moments with his people. However, even he knew this was foolish and was prepared to make his own escape when he got the chance. Coordinates set, and everything, he knew exactly where he was going. That was when the thought struck his mind.
What if he gave the girl the coordinates to where he was going?
Quickly reaching into his robes, he would retrieve a small black cube. Pressing his finger onto it, a hologram screen would erupt, showing a basic notepad styled automatic notebook, where he would begin to write.
Planet Vatican Starfield 3148912 Planet 76B-2 Located at 30.33121 North, 29.11920 East, 131.784° acension.
When finished, he would press a small button on the hologram keyboard, changing the boxes color to a deep shade of crimson, before handing the cube to the girl. His voice would perk with excitement as he did so. "This is a holocron Black Box. They're most commonly found in older models of space ships, and they record data. On that one, I permanently saved the location of the planet I will be evacuating to, since I cannot bring you there myself. It would kill me to find out I couldn't help, so with that you should be safe to find your way if you get lost. Also, don't worry about deleting the coordinates, you can't. They're permanently engraved into the memory of that thing. Considering it's designed to take an impact from space into the ground, you're okay to have it in a bag or something. Don't worry about it breaking." he would say, hoping she'd accept it. It was about the size of her hand, and pulsed with electronic energy. In the corner of one of the sides, a small capsule corp logo could be seen, partially scratched off. "I wish I could do more, but I have limited resources. There's only so much I can do. I personally came to the planet to help get people towards evacuation ships, but it seems like we may be some of the last on this planet." He'd say, frowning at the thought of such loneliness.
Thinking back before his epiphany, he remembered her mention the demon sword muramasa, and his spine shivered thinking of it. He was well aware of such magicks in the world and what they could accomplish and do. Being a man of faith and holiness as he was, he took it all too seriously. "You mentioned the heretical sword of the hellspawn earlier, did you not? I'd question our motives, had this planet not be on a time limit. I know the stories of the weapon, and I have personally met demons claiming to have seen the wretched sword. Like a meat cleaver to the soul, and a poison on the body and mind. I won't stop you on your quest, but heed my warning that nothing good ever comes from facing demons directly. Be prepared for whatever the demons may hurl in your path-." He'd say, before being interupped by the dimming of the planet's energy. His magic feeling the weakness all around them. He wondered just how long the world could hold up with the stress it was already wielding.
Letti nodded as she softly grabbed the coordinates for the location he just said they were for and smiled warmly at him before putting the note into her satchel bag before turning away and picking up her backpack as she strolled over to her ship as she opened it and then hopped inside of it and then pushed the buttons exactly matching the coordinates of the location. Inside of the space pod was two more wooden swords for her practice as she looked at the Old Man. She was very sure she would see him again but when. She didn't exactly know when but it was certain. "Murasame will be mine." She whispered to herself as she put her hands on her knees as she ran the space pods autopilot. She would arrive at Space Vatican soon, so she just fell asleep as the ship simply made way for it's location.

As the girl would disappear with her space pod, Callahan would sigh with great relief that she would be able to leave without worry. His own body returning to its original posture, arms in his sleeves and holding high on his chest. His smirk fallen into a small smile, while he would begin to use his Ki sense to continue searching for more powers, watching the girl fly off. When he finally caught onto the weak power of a young male, he would float up from his spot, flying off towards the man with haste, feeling the energy of the planet fluctuate. His job was far from done, but he'd have to make his own escape soon. He just had a few more to send to his planet.
"Thus sayeth the lord. Free my people from their shackles, and let them find the holy land." [Father Callahan is leaving the thread since he has nothing else to do! That should finish it. Short but sweet for the last moments on the planet.]
