It had been two years since the invasion, two years since she had last been here to destroy the planet. The shame being however that the planet still existed with mortals on it. Mortals were so much like these cockroach creatures. So stubborn, so unwilling to just stay dead. However, the reason this planet was still alive, while maybe a mystery to most. She held a familiar reminder of a guess on what truly happened. Somewhere, most likely namek, had used the dragon balls to bring the planet back. In a way she was thankful for it. While she couldn’t show her primal form on this planet any longer, there were other plans that could be done. Plans that could truly make some changes. Now was the perfect time to study these mortals, their strengths and weaknesses. In order to better prepare for the next time. It should have been easy after all to just wipe away the mortal life of this world and yet they had struggled. Struggled enough that the demon queen had fallen as well. Those were Ash’s very thoughts since those four months ago.
This revitalized world was just a shame to say at the very least, and a new chance. It was to be her home once more for now, but for how long one couldn’t say. Every other month she had been trying to relay information to the demon king’s forces. New info on Earth progression, her movements to blend in. Blending in was no where near as easy as she would’ve hoped however. She could still remember others first reactions to meeting her. The new name she had taken for herself while on this world. Cynder, the ending title to her…mortal first name. She played herself off as a visiting Artificial Intelligence from an outpost on Mars. Her disguise has otherwise worked for the most part these four months, she had been sure to keep herself on the downlow as much as possible, not trying to show off her full strength.
The reason she got so many strange looks was of her appearance, so futuristic, so perfected. It was raw nanotechnology moved into its most advanced state. In silent instances, Ash would even admit to herself as being the most advanced Artificial Intelligence yet to have existed. Still there were her own natural instincts she wanted to keep up with, she tried to keep in her daily schedule to visit the park for its floral life, and then the nearby dojo to keep up her skills in combat. Typically requiring her to hold back significantly due to her near infinite power.
One of the many gifts of the Big Gete Star, what had started simply as a small chip device, encased in brenchian glassworks, she had broken free and merged with. She had used the data stored upon it to begin creation of her army, and while it was still small, hidden within her stealth ship in free space, it needed to assimilate one day. Nearly eight months since she had found it, and the technology she found within, had improved her own so significantly. It was a miracle to say at the very least. It had even begun to help stabilize her fracturing, allowing the creation of fully working husk to materialize from her prior connections. A temporary fix, but a patch for certain at least. Soon her full plan for earth would come into fruition and she would have cemented her position as a spy within the earth culture.
Ah, though it seemed her time was running short, soon she would need to leave the park to continue her daily training.
Slowly, she would begin to rise from the bench, and simply start walking down the path out from East City Park. Her scanner picking up a rather, decently size power level nearby…she stopped and turned towards it. “Hmm? You seem to be stronger than most of the other average power levels of the earthlings here.”, she would comment towards their direction.

The sun was shining, the birds were singing. The wind was blowing gently, swaying the tree branches above her. Shiori was sitting up straight on a park bench, wearing her usual attire. She was here to relax, but she could never let her guard down completely.
Shiori had taken a break from all the training and recalibration to spend some time outside. She had gotten some strange looks from people. One mother had ushered her 7 year old kid away, completely walking to another part of the park. This was fine with Shiori though. She simply wanted some relaxation time to herself.
However, someone did end up talking to her. They stood out even more than she did. Shiori’s scanner had quickly displayed this person's power. It was unlike anything she had ever seen before. If she was phased by it then Shiori didn't let her on to it. She stared at the individual calmly, staying where she was on the bench.
“You were able to read my power without the use of an item. Therefore you must be an artificial being. You’re not listed in the database, so your origins are not from Earth. May I voice some inquiries? Part of my profession concerns cataloging all notable beings that appear on Earth.”
Shiori wasn’t someone who judged someone based on how strong they were. People were still people, no matter how much power they had. Many people were frightened by someone just by their strength alone. Still, it was important to keep track of all powerful beings on the planet. You didn't want to be caught off guard after all.

A fellow artificial being it truly seemed. This was already cheering up her day as she smirked. It was a pleasure to meet such beings, albeit this one was still a lower model, but was an advanced model none the less. Such fascination she could scan, it was quite remarkable the technology indeed. It held her curious who designed this model. Before such questions could be asked however, she had her own answers needed to be given. It would be rude after all not to introduce oneself, especially when trying to stay in cover. It was with such that her smirk began to open as she spoke towards the fellow android. “I see no harm in such inquiries, and I will gladly answer such. Hopefully this world’s newer government isn’t like your prior one. The one that ruled prior I believe it was Queen Rinako’s rein. Such…ignorant pricks the lots of em were.”, she would begin to tsk in remark to the once corrupt governing party long ago. “My designation number was E.M.B.E.R.S, you’re right that I’m not from Earth, but rather a project hidden in operation on Mars.”, she would begin to remark as she led closer to her introduction.
“My name I chose for myself, is Cynder. It’s sort of hard to explain but the old government became rather…afraid when they found out I had developed a free will. I was place into some artificial sleep mode signal relay locked. Almost two years ago, the signal stopped for some reason, I awoken and once I stepped outside, I saw what thousands of asteroids was just where the earth was. Some large metallic dragonoid creature flying away from the blast radius. Only a few minutes later, the world just…put itself back together. A theatrical sight if I must say so myself.”, she would begin to explain as her robotics eyes simultaneously blinked, almost in a rhythm. Every five seconds or so.
“I would’ve departed for the Earth immediately then, but my technology still needed to be updated at the time. I was unaware whether the government was still there ready to harvest me again. Six months, and three days ago I arrived upon the planet once more. Finding the old government remains gone and replaced with new reins. While I did help myself to accessing what had gone on throughout recent years, I have tried to…surround myself in a semi normal lifestyle.”, she would begin to say as she would pull her jacket up. “I find its quite hard, to adapt to these surroundings so far. Everything is very, changed from what I remembered from records. "
“If I may ask myself, my own scanners display to me that you are a host of rather advanced level cybernetics. Subpar currently to my nanotechnology, but none the less, have room for improvement. Who was it that installed your cybernetic enhancements if I may ask.”, she would speak quite curiously of Shiori. This was the first artificial android Ash had met so far to reach satisfactory requirements. Someone that could possibly be a useful ally to adapting here, and in a way, learning to act more…human like to fit in. It was clear she was still awkward after all with trying to fit in like the other humans. If she could build their trust however, she could discover so much more… Information that would be necessary for the Big Gete Star’s improvement.

Shiori wondered what possessed the machine to smirk. It seemed like such a strange expression to have when completely unprompted. Didn't one have that expression when they were being condescending towards someone else? She didn't know for sure since even before turning into an android, she never had smirked in her life.
The negative connotation was reinforced by the way she talked about the last regime. Honestly Shiori didn't know that much about Queen Rinako or the people she had surrounded herself with. Still, that seemed a bit harsh of a term to throw around. Perhaps it was justified though: she would have to do some research later.
“I know there was some amount of corruption. I am unsure on how much it affected Rinako directly though. Queen Holly has more direct control then Rinako had. I’m not aware of a project by that designation, or of one being conducted on Mars. Who mechanized you there?”
Shiori was careful to be vague when asking about how she ended up an android. Some were built like that while others were converted from organic life, such as herself. It was a sensitive topic for some, including herself. Although she managed to train herself to let it bother her less than it did a year ago.
So she had been sent to Mars by the old government? Well Shiori now had a more concrete idea on what to look for later. Although it was quite possible she would find nothing. Who knew how many old records were left?
“I escaped from Earth before it was destroyed. No one knows how it was put back together. Earth’s destruction had nothing to due with a mechanical creature, as far as I'm aware. My name is Shiori. Do you have a name you were born with?”
Cynder naming herself would seem to imply that she was built without her creator designating her as anything. Which would imply that she was always a mechanical being. Shiori decided to remain quiet until she was done talking about the remainder of her story.
“Much has changed since the old system, and is constantly evolving. We intend to make sure that a tragedy like the destruction of Earth doesn't happen again. My cybernetics were designed by the Red Ribbon Army. It's true, you’re more advanced than I am. I must inquire as to who designed your cybernetics."
Currently. Shiori wasn’t going to reveal military secrets to a complete stranger. In truth they had much more advanced cybernetics they could upgrade to her. She needed to get stronger before they could get safely applied though. Shiori stood up, keeping her eyes on the other android. She thought it would be best if she was on her feet when talking with a stranger this much stronger than her.
"Master Yoshida... What are you doing?" Rex asked him on the comms with a puzzled brow as the Red Ribbon Commander flew toward the strange presence in his super suit. Shira was not too keen on unknown presences on his planet, and he certainly wasn't going to allow Shiori to deal with it alone. "Don't mind me, Rex. I'm just giving the welcome tour to the new tourist...," he said to his assistant through the systems of his new and improved Metal Knight armor. This project had been three to four years in the making, and now he had finally completed it. An exoskeleton to surround the warrior powered with a neutron generator allowing him to increase his own power innately. Even people who were incapable of using ki would find their powers raised considerably beyond their pathetic parameters...
Shira was quite pleased with the achievement, and it allowed him to fight at a much higher level than before. It wasn't perfected yet, but he was getting there. The young Commander continued to fly through his jets toward the pair. Black and red shining armor could be seen in the distance as it flew on toward the two with booming speed. {"Shiori... what's going on?"} the Commander asked her through a transmission which she would soon feel in her inner ear. One could tell from his voice that he was a bit worried.
If it was an enemy then he would soon be ready to help her exterminate it... And put the thing down permanently.

This was an interesting individual that she had to admit to. So much mystery to them that she wanted to find out, yet even some of her own questions were answered by how they tried to word their questions. This was going to be an interesting case, but no where near impossible at least. “I’m afraid the ones who did I suppose create me, kept themselves rather well kept secretively wise. Top level government clearance for their files, at least top level for the old age they were apart of. Nowadays it seems that it was more child’s play to finish cracking through. They were well kept in keeping their documents secret however. There was no found way I could see to identify potential suspects. Simply a very, very hidden sector of government control I could find.”, her tone would begin as it slowly dropped to a very careful ensued noise. “What I did find was that it stored weapons of mass destruction, weapons that would be considering…against human morals. Most of the research never finished or destroyed, however…one of the containment cells, when I had awoken, was already open. Something managed to get out, the only thing I couldn’t place was some suited being. The video feeds I managed to find showed it slaughtering the staff there. Considering the skeletons, I found there…particularly around said cell. It looks like he escaped, possibly near the time I awoke.”, she would keep to a whisper, using what she perceived as them gathering information, to try and relay this to whoever necessary. She wanted to show herself as trying to help them after all.
Moving on however to answer her other questions to come, over the earth itself even. “I don’t know full details on how it was destroyed fully, but I can say I saw some metal beast fly away. How it was restored? That is a question I still have no answer to, there was this bright light, and everything just started…reappearing. I just haven’t been able to deduce yet, why only a portion of the planet’s population was brought back and not others. The only things I was able to deduce since my time on this planet these six months was that some of those that didn’t come back held some kind of criminal record. I wish I could tell you more, but this reasoning for why it all happened, I simply cannot scientifically explain.”, she would explain with a slight huff, the mystery of that situation always did bug her substantially so. Something she just couldn’t truly explain and yet knew at the same time. Next time would be different, that much she could hope for.
Her Hud would begin to go off once more as it detected another higher power level approaching, electrical energy. It seems she was starting to grab a group. Such a public place however…tsk…tsk. “I already said, whatever corporation ran this facility, they kept very dangerous things there, what their intent to do with such. I have no clue. I was locked there as well, jammed into a sleep. My reason because I’m dangerous? I’m no normal artificial intelligence. I’m self-aware, I possess free will…all my upgrades, are original design by myself. Am I dangerous? Yes, but if I were here to cause the people or planet harm, I would’ve done so when I first came six months ago. I’m here because I don’t want to see the history of this world and its people get erased once again. Like it almost was two years ago. Now…why don’t we go meet this other approaching energy somewhere more private.”, she would simply say as she would reverse her own magnetic polarity towards the ground, allowing her to hover upward as she would hopefully go to approach the incoming signature…preferably with Shiori here.

One of the perks of turning into an android was that Shiori was able to multitask much more efficiently then she could before. So she was able to pick up Shira’s transmission and listen to Cynder’s as she briefed her about where she came from. Shiori’s facial expression didn't change in the slightest.
{“Commander Shira, I have encountered an artificial life form who is far stronger than me. They haven't made any malicious intentions clear and haven't made any hostile moves. I will inform you if any major developments occur.”}
Shiori blinked as Cynder talked about how they had brought back Earth. They brought up one of the biggest mysteries of Earth’s revival: the strangely selective groups that were present, or not present.
“A criminal record was a common factor among the population that didn't revive, but there were those without a record that didn't return either. There's a piece of information you may not have been aware of. People without prior existing records appeared after the Earth was restored. Research into this phenomenon has been inconclusive thus far.”
The specifics of the research on these group of people was also classified information. They all shared an unusual group psychosis. The exact wording varied, but it usually involved some variation on “this isn't my Earth.” No one had any inkling on why they shared this view or what it meant.
Shiori rose into the air, hovering with the use of her propulsion systems. She of course intended on following Cynder. Leaving this being unchecked would be unwise.
“I have insufficient data to confirm your origins. I shall this information at face value for the time being. My commanding officer is the one that is approaching. I recommend not making any sudden movements or motions that can be interpreted as hostile. He is aware of your strength, so he is wary of you currently.
Shiori rocketed through the air, her propulsion system managing to keep up with Cynder’s. Although Shiori knew she was capable of going much faster if she wished. For the time being she had enough information to start an investigation later. With the way they were approaching Shira was unlikely to open fire. Although that likely wouldn't end well for either of them if it came down to a fight.
This was certainly a surprise he thought to himself as the traveler from the stars listened and watched lightly from afar curious at the strange looking individuals that had been partaking in the parks lovely view this day. He'd heard mention of the Red Ribbon Army briefly and taken a interest from afar trying to keep out of site. He knew only a small bit of this planets ways and still wasn't sure just how peaceful or kind its leading forces or laws were towards someone like him. Even some planets boasting freedom still treated creatures like him as vermin or debris to be cleaned away with force. He was calm and quiet even as they departed but his curious nature was strong even for a saibamen. A little more information was needed to figure out just how this planets higher powers operated. Just moving through the cities in daylight already caught a few rough stares now and again but he did try and stay well behaved at least so the reactions didn't get much worse then that usually.
If the whispers of such a faction were true he wondered if they might lead him to a place to gather more information. Maybe he could discover what he needed without risking to much after all. A small green force unaware if they'd know he was following them sticking to the ground moving as fast as one could dashing from forms of cover to forms of cover. He could sense their powers at all so he had to constantly keep a eye view on them only briefly taking to the skies now and again when he had to get a closer look to keep from losing them always keeping his distance however. The moment there was the option to as well he'd return to the ground running from cover to cover as best he could although he wasn't quite sure if it'd work or not or if they'd spot him quickly or not. But even still he'd trail them for a time curious if it'd lead to answers that could help the little traveler. Fixing his clothes now and again as well as the brush and bramble would lightly cause mess to it his bag secured to his back as well as a small walking stick was held tightly in hand as well. Red eyes sticking close to the strange figures above. Wondering what curiosities awaited him.
Shira was very suspicious of these random power level readings his scanners were picking up. First there was this extremely strong Android, and now he had another random power level appearing out of nowhere. The random power wasn’t much of a threat however, but he still didn’t like the idea of people trying to sneak their way onto Planet Earth. He doubted they even went through the formal spaceports. “How troublesome…,” he muttered to himself. The Android or Machine or Cyborg (whatever it was) clearly was beyond anything the Metal Knight Mark II could handle (even in it’s 2nd Gear). If they had hostile intentions: things would be very bad for the Metallic Hero, as he was completely outmatched.
Even if he and Shiori went at them head on, the fight would not end in their favor. Shira only wished that Galen wasn’t dead. He’d settle for any of the stronger fighters on Planet Earth right now, but they were on their own. It was a shame that the Armored Corp of the Red Ribbon Army weren’t quite field ready yet. Maybe if they were here, things would be a bit easier. But even that wasn’t certain for them. Shira had made tremendous progress in these past two years, but he still had a ways to go before they were truly ready.
“Master Yoshida… What are you going to do? This being is way too powerful for you to take on, even with Miss Shiori’s help!” Rex yelled at him through the communicator. It was clear his assistant was very worried about his safety, but Shira knew what his answer was. “Same thing I’ll always do, Rex. I’m going to do what I have to, and hope I make it out okay…,” he said with a smile.
Shiori finally messaged Shira back, responding and reporting on the situation to him. An artificial life form. So it was an Android of some kind. They haven’t made hostile moves or announced malicious intents. That was good to hear. Hopefully it would stay that way. “Don’t worry Shiori. I’m almost there… Just try to keep things as tame as you can until I get there…,” he said on the transmitter, boosting his thrusters forward for an extra rush of speed.
Shira appeared before the two, stopping short from his thrusts. Calmly gazing upon the Android, Shira began to analyze their form and their machinery. There was a slight sense of deja vu, but Shira couldn’t place his finger on it. It was as if they had met before, but not really. The Android he had met at Flare’s Dojo had been very different, to the point that the two were indistinguishable. “I am Shira Yoshida, Commander of Earth’s Red Ribbon Army. Identify yourself. Why are you on this planet? And why didn’t you register with our Spaceports when you came into the atmosphere? You’ve parked here illegally. People can’t just fly onto this planet anymore, without going through the proper security protocols,” Shira introduced himself, before diving straight into business. He wasn’t going to cut corners. His guard was very much up, and his suit was powered to full efficiency.
If only the weapons had been properly installed, but he had only just finished forming this upgraded Power Suit. But it would have to do for now… In the worst case scenario - Shira would have to practice his bluffing, and see if the Commander could scare the Android into cooperating with them fully.
