Influenced by Demons? No that wasn't right, the Demon's hadn't been seen on Earth since it's destruction two years ago, and as far as her intel went, the Demon Queen was still sealed away and the King still dead... unless there were some minor Demons at work here, there was no reason to suspect Demonic influence on Earth... that was a tad bit suspicious to the young Patrolwoman... though it seemed like the second Kai who was here knew of the first..? Still... that second Kai seemed majorly different... She could actually feel the good from her in the sense that she didn't feel any ill intent... from this North though... it was a different story.
She reached into the pouch on her belt and withdrew a small metal kit. When she opened it, there as a long metallic tube inside with what looked like an electronic window on one side. An earthling could look at this and think of it as some kind of high tech thermometer. She withdrew it and put the kit away once more before glancing to Harmon. She was about to speak once more when White arrived on the lookout which caused Lucky to smile brightly and wave at the girl.
"Heeeey! White-chan! It's me! Red! I'm just here on some official business n behalf of the Galactic Patrol, I didn't realize you guys had an office thingy for aliens yet! But I mean am I am alien technically... I guess so since my dad it an alien, but my mom's an Earthling... hmmmm I guess because I'm an officer I should anyways right?" She asked her curiously before looking back towards the Kai called North.
"I apologize ahead of time Mr North Supreme Kai sir, but in the event of any suspicious activity an officer of the Galactic Patrol has full authorization to verify the identity of the suspicious person VIA the Genetcsinator. As per clause 53212 part 654 of the Galactic Law Protocol." She would explain as Lucky suddenly vanished from her position, re-appearing quite suddenly next to North with his arm in her hand. She stabbed the metal tube onto his arm, a tiny needle coming out f the end to prick at North's skin. Immediately the screen came to life and a robotic voice would echo.
"Analyzing-DNA-Genetic-makeup- 30% - Analyzing- analyzing" The machine would speak out, counting up from 30% until the full analysis was complete.
"Full DNA analysis complete. Suspect confirmed 90% Demon DNA, 10% Earthling DNA." To which Lucky promptly stuffed the pen back into her bag, twisting 'North's' arm back behind him and promptly grabbing the other arm as well. She would hold him fast before putting a set of handcuffs on him and holding both him and the cuffs tightly.
"I'm really sorry about this but... you aren't a Kai at all are you? Why would you lie? White-chan, he is a Demon on Earth so he does fall under your jurisdiction." She said calmly, having avoided any possibility of a battle on the lookout with her quick thinking. Hopefully. Because if her Geneticsinator was wrong, she jsut handcuffed a Kai.
There was something unique in the atmosphere around this place; he couldn’t tell if it was just the place being what it was or there was some tense stuff going on, but either way, he could tell that at least, something was indeed happening.
Cornatto couldn’t help but be curious at least in regards to what it was supposed to be— there was fairly amount of people gathered that would build up to quite an overall amazing strength if everyone’s powers were summed, but then, what was the deal with all of this? The moment he had arrived, the man could notice a platea of individuals and a few of them greeted him too!
He was soon addressed already, by the Namekian he already taken note of but this time, the green-skinned guardian had also managed to guess his species, which had definitely amused him. “W-wait, how do you know that I am a Saiyan? Are you… the current Kami?” - questioned the man briefly. He did recall a similar experience with a former guardian, because it was usually hard to tell Saiyans and Earthlings apart— in selective cases which Cornatto was part of, but hey, he was genuinely impressed and if this guy was the Guardian of Earth, then he definitely approved of him!
Maybe it was a little of bias because he was a Namekian, but c’mon, they were so cool!
“Oh— Sorry, let that one slide. But yeah, I am Cornatto! You know— it’s been a while since I have a Namekian as strong as you around here.”
The man’s smiled widened but soon formed a little gap between his lips as one more individual addressed him and this time was a girl that he… had definitely not seen around before. Yet, she even called him a warrior, which, as much as maybe it was obvious from his clothing that he was a fighter— perhaps it was too much of an exaggeration to be just a coincidence.
“We… crossed paths before?”
The Earthling Saiyan was confused, especially when she brought up the tournament. What was up with that? It was true that at some point what happened with Corn was confusing and all, but he was definitely sure that this blue-haired girl was nowhere to be seen around the place. Especially her ‘flames’.
Thankfully, though, she unveiled the mystery when, through some magic or ki technique, she managed to create images of the past and in particular of a robot that had caught the man’s sympathies during the short conversations they managed to hold.
“Wow— like, seriously? You’re Fusa?! I thought you were… uh. Scrapped? I think?”
But Chione soon pointed out that she was now a different person— the being that Fusa had turned into was also special, apparently, the way she called herself ‘of the South’ had definitely sparked his interest.
“The South and North… Wait, are you two Kais?”
The Earthling Saiyan had never gotten the pleasure to meet a Supreme Kai before, especially given his limited and… relatively short time in the afterlife, but he had heard about them from Tomo who mentioned some dude who had her as a Guardian? He didn’t exactly know how that worked, but if anything, this visit was becoming worth it.
But apparently, there might have been trouble, though everything was apparently under control. “I hope so!” - exclaimed the man in somewhat a concerned tone but also relieved one. “As much as I’d love a battle, I’d rather not have trouble around here either!”
Another one of them was this… pink-skinned, white-haired girl! If he didn’t know any better, he’d have said that earthlings had some cool aeshetics lately but he was aware it was a Majin— old experiences, boring stories, blablabla, but hey, it had been a while since he had seen one, so he was intrigued, to say the least!
He smiled and soon swung his hand to go for her hand and grip it in a not too solid and friendly shake. “Hey! Nice to meet you too, pal,” - responded the man until he gave her a curious look the moment she defined his gi as familiar; had she seen this before? Maybe she referred to the Turtle colors— that was very likely. They were similar, in the end, so it wouldn’t have been surprising.
“This is my school’s uniform! It’s the Turtle School! Have you ever been around the Kame House? It’s somewhere in the South— you seem strong. Maybe you should visit and square off with one of my students sometimes. I am sure he’d love a fight!”
And now again, one more person had joined them! Gosh, this place was getting crowded, this time, though, with far more aggressive tones, the World Tournament Champion— or so he heard from the Guardian, not that he really knew what the Red Ribbon Army was— yes, oddly enough he didn’t, but yeah. She apparently asked everyone to… introduce themselves but in a very elaborated manner.
Corn shrugged; he didn’t have any issue with that.
“I am Cornatto and I am a Saiyan born on Earth. I guess I am technically still the Turtle Hermit, but, just call me Cornatto or— well, Corn works too!”
The Earthling Saiyan then quietly proceeded to watch the procedures that the Galactic Patrolwoman applied to the situation and, well, he could say that he was definitely surprised. Mostly because, now he could maybe see why he was usually scolded by his squadron leader when he was a child— so, that was how he was supposed to do it, huh? As a child, all he did was usually beat up the baddies and… just hand them in after they were out.
Cool!
He still preferred his way, though.
Not that he’d still do it, of course. But hey, it was entertaining as a kid!
Though, that tool apparently indicated that the individual was no Kai, but rather a Demon, for the most part. And as much as Corn decided not to speak in, he did somewhat make his stance slightly stiffer— in order to ready himself in case this guy would try to harm anyone instead of peacefully giving in.
Things got surprisingly quickly rather quickly. Shiori knew that what she brought up could be rather intimidating, but she had made sure to speak as calmly as possible.
Yet the small green alien immediately backed off into a combat stance, putting his hand on his weapon and raising his power. It wasn’t anything she couldn’t deal with if she had too. Although the amount of strong individuals around her put her in a precarious situation. Her sensors beeped, her vision zooming in on the sheathed knife.
“The Red Ribbon army was established as a force designated with hanging missions normal individuals can’t do. It was primarily established as a defense against stronger species. They have not been kind to the human race, especially in recent years. So one of my duties is to keep track of all powerful entities that arrive on Earth. If you mean no harm, then you have nothing to fear.”
Shiori tilted her head so that she kept one eye on the Saibaman, while also looking over at the blue haired woman with pointed ears. She talked like a wise old monk, despite looking around the same age as her. She introduced herself as Chione, a Kaioshin.
“Your race does not show up in the database. Regardless how you came here, you will have to go through official procedures. Even if it weren't the law, trusting people at face value is illogical. One could easily lie and cause harm later.”
Shiori’s eyelids closed most of the way, her gaze turning downward. Her face was still like a sculpture, not changing in the slightest. Her eyes told a different story though. The transparent window in her eyes revealed the forlorn android haunted by something. The moment passed after a few seconds. She looked up again, her eyes returning to normal as she addressed the Kai again.
“You are being the most cooperative person here, if that means anything to you. If you continue that then you have nothing to fear. I cannot make any exceptions for the proper protocol. It's necessary to keep Earth safe.”
The other green alien was a Namekian. She had visited their Homeworld for a short period of time. He calmly addressed her by the title she had won a year ago. It seemed like it was yesterday for her. Time didn't have the meaning it once had for the white haired girl. Her eye turned to look over at the current guardian on the lookout.
“You competed too. That title doesn't mean anything to me: I only entered to test my abilities. It proved to be more productive than I expected it to be. I thank you for your hospitality.”
He then criticized the way she was handling the situation. Shiori knew that her demeanor could be a little off putting to others. It was something that Shira had pointed out to her a while back. But it was better to be composed then it was to wear your heart on your sleeve. That was how Shiori viewed it.
“I am calmly handling the situation. Perhaps my choice of words made it sound aggressive. It was necessary to address you all at once this way. Gradually easing a group of this size would have been time consuming. I’ll relay your message to my superiors, as you suggested. It would be sloppy to do otherwise.”
Shiori panned her vision to look at the member of the time patrol. She encountered her a year ago in the tournament. It had been a memorable match for strange reasons. It hadn't been unpleasant though. It was nice to see this familiar face.
“You will have paperwork to fill out. Fortunately, Being born on Earth makes it a less tedious process. I know you will get it done though, so I won't push it upon you. It’s nice to see you again, Red.”
Then the Kitsune analyzed the other Kai. It turned out he was a demon! Shiori wasn’t particularly fond of them. She didn’t try to dislike them for being a particular race. It just so happened that every demon she encountered happened to be causing trouble. So she was especially wary when it came to them.
“I would appreciate it if you could keep him restrained for the time being. First I need to make sure the current situation with the Saibaman resolves without escalating further. Rest assured, he will go through the due process established by Queen Holly. Section I-45201 allows me to bring him in.”
Shiori turned her full attention back to the Saibaman. She didn’t respond to the Saiyan. He had given her the necessary info. He had also heard the general idea of what she expected from each of them. She would elaborate things for him further once the situation calmed down.
Tension felt high for the moment with adrenaline pumping inside him. He eye'd carefully the woman that spoke in some mild explanation as to what her and the other pointy eared fool were. But their claims were bold if not brash as well. Claiming to be gods of creation like the figures sounding similar he'd read of in his studies here. He couldn't help but feel himself snerk at the idea as well as the words harmony and growth. It was a explanation he didn't believe... The mere idea that it could be true would have only infuriated him more even if he held down any indication to show it.
"You'll forgive me if I remain skeptical of your claims. I've learned of gods... or at least the idea of them. I've also learned the deaf ears they must also carry with them if such beings do truly exist. While I believe they have a plan for many and guide much else as well. The idea of one claiming to actually be on is not something I can believe you on only good faith. That is not to say that I don't appreciate your kind respect. Its a pleasure to meet you Chione" He'd say simply as that. His story was his own and he didn't feel like sharing more then that with this woman. Nor did he wish to continue and risk insulting her with a slip of the tongue. She'd proven kind, respectful, traits many in the galaxy fell short on. He had to be of similar showing in return. Even if he didn't like such claims or the ideas they allowed to stew in his mind as a side effect of them. The explanation of a plent destroyed and something so powerful as her claims bringing it back as well just left him with more questions and doubt. This whole venture had become far more of a confusing vex then he'd wished it to be.
He felt some trust of her at least claims aside though as she kept a cool and calm demeanor in the coming moments. Her nature in itself was somehow also calming in itself. The protector of this place speaking of himself as the Kami. Something he'd heard hints of further down with the kind tribes bellow this massive tower. Although this was not who he expected to find up here at all. Not the swordsman he'd heard stories of and began to wonder truly what all had come to pass since the last time the natives bellow had been informed of the true details of the things above the clouds tower.
He still snorted at the when the woman spoke up after the strange being was being arrested it seemed. He wasn't sure what was truly going on at all anymore but he scoffed when the white one gave the idea of trusting at face value being illogical. How people could easily lie or cause harm. "I've known a few of the like... A few worth trusting but a great many more who've proven to have dark hearts in this universe." He didn't make any other movements but he held steady all the same. Eventually hearing her even acknowledge what he was. "If you know what I am... You can likely guess my Journey to where I am now was not a simple one." Drawing in a heavy breath for a brief moment as he contemplated the situation briefly in his head.
"I really don't know anything about demons, or so called gods. I came here seeking a warrior I heard stories from the kind tribe of people far bellow, Stories of... A swordsman of peace who I thought would share a like mind such as myself. Who could have maybe helped me in my plans but I see now that he is not here. I have been training for the flight down. My skills in such a feat are limited and it is a long way down as you must clearly see." Explaining the situation lightly briefly giving a nod to the announced Kami as well. Hoping it made his situation a bit more clear with his mention of the tribe and the swordsmen might explain his situation a but better. He'd never intended to trespass.
"My name is Saibacus... An I have caused no harm and kept to myself in my journeys." He'd say calmly his sandals clawed feet remaining firmly planted on the tiles bellow. His head nodded towards the so called or accused demon. Asking curiously his hand held firm on his daggers hilt. "What will you do with that one?" He'd ask calmly. Awaiting a answer briefly before speaking again. "I'll make you deal, I am all to familiar with... soldiers and their duties. You'll have to forgive my worry of you but if I didn't have such careful wits I would not be here today. I know little if hardly anything of the Red Ribbon Army and of you directly I know even less... I prefer more to know the weight of the one standing in front of me not just who they serve. But I believe fairness and kindness can be a bridge to peace when peace is possible. So I'll hear you out... I'll grant you what information you want whatever it may be as long as you don't expect me to go anywhere or anything. An when I give you what information you want... Perhaps you'll agree in the idea of fair trade and peaceful resolution you'll answer questions I have in a small sitting just the pair of us. Given what I'm hearing and if what all you say is true it sounds like you or at least those you work for may have quite allot of information and knowledge. Would agreeing in sating my curiosity on your word be a accepted resolution for you?" He'd asked in a calm voice. His hand never leaving his dagger but he'd never actually drawn it either. The only time his eyes left hers was when he briefly nodded towards the Kami. An one other time when he'd eye'd the edge of the lookout perhaps considering his options if things went sideways. But he was curious and there were few ways he saw this going. He could see peaceful resolution as in most cases was the best option.
Unfortunately for her, her so called 'coworkers' turned out to not be what she thought he was. Honestly, if this was not such a holy place, she would probably explode already. The aura of kindness and respect that she showed few moments ago now shaken--nay, it would be putting it too lightly. The Kai's ki flared to the point where she looked so terrifying, almost like a hannya. Few strands of hair covered her eyes, creating a ghastly look that probably does not suit a goddess of creation at all. She glanced at the creature before her, not even willing to address the demon properly...
"...Kindly dispose this trash or get him away from mine sight before I demand capital punishment for the worm. Surely you understand how crucial this is, right?" Chione spoke between clenched teeth toward the galactic patrol lass. "Too many offense has been done by this being. I thought if he truly a Kai then at the very least there is indeed a helping for him... but to think that he dared to even slip into the afterlife and pretends to be a Kai... something must be afoot. Regardless, I thank you for verifying that. I am sure that next time around I will be on guard on matters regarding this sort of event."
Calming herself down proved to be much harder than she thought. If anything, the way she got agitated is completely unbecoming of her. "Warrior Cornatto, our meeting is like a boon for me. I have a quick question that I hope you could answer... Considering you have gone to Hell as part of your effort to recruit ten Universe 7's finest warrior, have you ever met someone by the name of Mira? Whether yay or nay, I'd like to ask you if you ever know if this man is related to any of the present age demons. I do heard from Sir Galen himself that you met with Saiyan King Nasu and heard about Mira from him... Anything, anything will help my effort to ensure stability of the world. Please, I beseech you, do tell me anything that you know, even if it meant to repeat any sort of infos that I already got."
Sadly, the one from the Earth had no idea about her, huh... well it can't be helped. She guess that it's normal. Kaioshins are rarely involved in any mortal world problem directly, but she decided to go on the more persuasive side. "Exactly because it doesn't show up in database that you should trust me, or perhaps have the Galactic Patrol young lady over here to scan me with the very same device that used to scan the... trash, to scan me? Or should I invite you to my world to prove that I'm someone to be trusted? I understand if you are not keen on matter such as afterlife or various spiritual stuff, but believe me, the moment I desire to cause harm to this planet is the time where that device marked me as a demon. Really, the best extent of cooperation I can offer you is for you to put in some sort of tracking device on me, but to fill in any legal procedure is both a headache for you and me. It's a waste of time that I do not wish to partake, especially considering I might return here now and then to speak with your spiritual leaders, with utmost urgency at that. Do I have to repeat every single procedure like that? You can't expect me to do so. However, I understand your paranoia, especially due to this planet's history. That's why I suggest to just put a tracking device on me, and let's end it there. Is it not more beneficial for you?"
While she felt that of course she understand where she came from, saying that a Kai could create a havoc is seriously offensive for her. But what can she do?
"Sir Guardian, there should come a man named Galen who is interested in partaking your trial as the the new Kami. I assure you he's a man of good character and can be trusted. Two times he lost his life for this planet. It just shows how he loves this planet. Together with him should be a fighter from universe four, who is a good friend of mine. Should you need any of my assistance, I'm sure that he could call me. If there is nothing else, I'd like to excuse myself however. Officer of Red Ribbon, do chose your course of action. I do not mind to listen more, but information of man named Mira is paramount compared to other mortal matters. You have to excuse my haste. I am needed in other place."

The one named Corn seemed to be nice, even giving up an offer for her to meet some of his students. You didn’t meet that many friendly souls like that anymore. “Thanks for the offer, I think I just might check it out. Turtle school though? It’s funny that you mention that, on my trip, I met a kid name Sai who I was helping to master his lessons with that teaching. I think maybe that is where I recognize your clothing from. He was a nice kid, rusty at first, but sure as hell made progress…though I might also be the reason he has a slight fear of sweets now…”, she began to whisper at the end as she would twist her fingers around.
Another, however, would begin to speak saying that some of them would need to register or something, that it was the law. What was this law? She had never heard of it before? Was it something new to come from the Earth’s revival? “Hold on, its the law to register?”, she would question as she went to thought, she didn’t like the idea of registering to the government here. She was all for helping her planet out, but having to register themselves down? Maybe this was why some heroes wore a mask. If they chose to register, they were giving these people intimate things about themselves, they were allowing another group to have a level of control over them. “Sorry, but I do have an issue with it. Saying if we mean no harm that we have nothing to fear is a horrid argument. You just told us not to trust at face value, right? How do we trust you at face value that the information given to you wouldn’t be used to influence us?”, she would speak up to the android. Agreeing with the beginning of what the saibaman had said towards controlling armies. How much had Earth changed over those two years? This wasn’t like the earth she remembered those years ago. “I’m not going to register, you will just have to trust me that the last thing I would ever do is harm my home. If you can’t trust that at face value. I have no reason to trust yours.”
There was the fact of the demon here as well, at first, she considered just turning him into candy, but…and with her gaze turning towards the android. She would be showing off some of her own ability there. With that, she held back from doing so. As of now, she kept watching over this to see where the conversation would head. However, with the saibaman poking her tail, she couldn’t help but smirk towards him. Her smile still friendly. She had a warm side to her heart, but the thought of restriction on her abilities? She couldn’t agree with that.
Harmon was pretty stone-faced as the Turtle Hermit asked him how he knew he was a Saiyan. “I’ve studied every face on this planet and learned as much as I could about everyone without invading your privacy and reading your thoughts,” Harmon was in the middle of explaining to the group.
“Though I am not the one who truly possesses the title of “Guardian”, I have pledged myself to this Sacred Temple to assist the Guardian in any way they should see fit.”
He supposed spying on them with his abilities was a little invasive, but it was necessary to learn as much as he could about Earth’s most interesting characters. And he learned a lot. The one known as Shira was a bit of a naive fool who didn’t hold much weight with him, but the Queen’s group was respectable enough. He knew Earthlings with virtue worth noting, and others just as foul as the Demons.
Corn was an interesting character, of who he did not have a particularly strong opinion yet. The Saiyan was unlike anyone else he had observed. He wasn’t sure if that was good or bad yet.
“True. There is only one I’ve heard has shared this title on Earth before me, at least in some time. I hope nothing happened to him. Ryuteki told me his name was… Arion?
He was supposedly quite wise,” Harmon would say with a nod.
Meanwhile, things over this registration business with the Red Ribbon Army were supposedly quite a controversial topic, at least with Chione and Isabella. Harmon silently watched the interaction play out, quite interested in it. He would let Shiori speak for herself, wondering how she would respond to this resistance.
However, things drastically took a turn for the worse.
Harmon’s eyes widened as the Galactic Patrol used some kind of device to detect the Supreme Kai before them as an imposter. One could feel the Namekian’s ki tense up and flare at the news, clearly not happy. He thought back to the decades he spent in captivity, in torture. A strange hatred rose inside of him, and the ki that was normally a dark blue turned black. What was this sensation? “...,” there was a strange silence from Harmon. He had nothing to say.
But he was visibly upset by this.
“You may do with him as you wish, I only ask you respect the sanctity of the Lookout, and take any violence elsewhere,” Harmon would chime in.
Harmon was then taken aback by the Supreme Kai, who spoke of a possible candidate for the Kami position. He listened in as she gave a brief but informative synopsis of the man’s qualifications. And one could tell Harmon was a bit impressed. “Very well. I look forward to meeting them in person. Thank you, Kaioshin-sama,” he would say with a bow.

Sorry for the short post. It's just a lot to respond to and some of it didn't seem like it pertained to me needing to respond.
Two of the beings here had their doubts on her intentions. Which wasn’t that surprising to the android. If anything the Saiyan willfully cooperating the way he did was unusual. She did understand that just coming out and enforcing a law that gathered information would make those at the other end rather uncomfortable. It would be best that she started by addressing their concerns.
“Correct, I did say not to trust things at face value. Therefore I shall present evidence that should help qualm your fears and legitimize my claims as to who I am and what my intentions are. Lucky, or Red as I call her, and Harmon recognize me and don’t view me as a threat. If you need further convincing, then my basic military information can be accessed by the public. Simply search for me under the context of Red Ribbon Army, or contact the RRA directly and ask for the information.”
Things like military rank were common knowledge. Of course it wouldn’t mention that she was an Android, or mention any classified things about her. But at the very least it would confirm who she said she was.
“Secondly, all we require is very basic information that cannot be used against you. If an off world being wishes to settle down on Earth, they will need things such as a social security number, credit card information, or anything that could compromise you in a serious manner. Those are separate processes conducted by agencies whose employees have become as robotic as a standard issue power suit due to their monotonous jobs.”
Shiori’s red eyes focused on the pink alien. She was the most critical towards the registration process. This was another potential mess that could crop up if she didn't douse the embers before they started then things could get rocky down the road. She didn’t want who was most likely an innocent bystander to face the potential consequences of not following basic, but important procedures.
“As I said before, we only require your name and race. What harm do you think we can inflict with those two basic pieces of information? I know this isn't the most pleasant of welcomes to a planet, but due to certain incidents within the last few years, we have come to realize that we cannot simply let strong individuals to their own devices. I understand your distrust, but if we took everyone to their word alone, then we would put civilian populations at risk. If Red and everyone else here had trusted the disguised demon, then there's no telling what damage he would have done.”
Shiori walked over to the Kai impersonator and grabbed onto his wrists firmly. Sure he was cuffed, but she wanted to make sure he didn’t try anything funny. Shiori turned her head, her gaze fixing on the small green alien.
“I am not as knowledgeable about things outside of Earth. Most inhabitants of this planet spend their entire lives here. As for this demon, he will go through due process, as I have said before. His final fate will be determined at the end of it, as a verdict is given at the end of a trial.”
Well this was a new one. No one had asked her for a one on one interaction with her before. If anything others wanted to interact with her as little as possible. Shiori closed her eyes, crossing her arms under her chest.
“If you are familiar with soldiers and how their operate, than you know that there are pieces of information that is classified. If you wish to sit down and talk things over with me then I will accept your request and answer what I am allowed to tell you. You may regret trying to get to know me though.”
Shiori opened her eyes, turning her attention to the Kai. She considered the beings word to her. She was another strange one. Still, at least she was being semi-cooperative. She lowered her arms to the side and addressed this unusual being
“It isn’t my place to question your spiritual beliefs. As a member of the military, I must follow all procedures. I have already registered you, as you have stated your name and you’ve mentioned “kai” in a context that all but says you are of that race. We monitor all high powers the moment we detect them, but it does make things easier if we use a personal tracker. Since you have suggested it, then I ask that you come over here to get tested by red and have a tracker applied.”
Shiori turned her eyes towards the last alien. He was playing peacemaker rather well. Hopefully it would help keep things from getting out of hand.
“I don't intend to harm this demon. Unless he tries to escape or takes an scion that threatens everyone here. As such, you need not worry about violence on my part.”
She had no control over the actions of the others. She wouldn't take violent actions unless if she had no other choice. That was all up to how things played out now.
He seemed to calm lightly as things seemed to settle and show a more safe atmosphere then he'd initially expected. He had never been one to trust most forms of military or government as few would accept to see any of his race as anything more then tools or objects to simply be used and discarded. In his travel's he'd seen few were willing to see anything beyond that when it came to the saibamen at large. It made it difficult for one such as him to travel and flourish as at times danger could be lurking around any corner for little to know reason simply for being what he was and nothing more.
He'd put his weapons away and let out with a light sigh. This woman was cooperative at least but she seemed... almost void of much emotion. She was strange but in a way he couldn't quite easily put his claw on. It was something to ponder at least as he occasionally allowed his mind to wonder on many a quandary easily in his waking hours. "I'm a saibamen... Born on namek. My name in my own tongue would be hard for you to pronounce. But you may call me Saibacus. I would prefer to speak with you privately to ask a few things about this planet. Heh, You sound almost hostile to the idea of becoming friendly? It should go without saying though I to do not encounter making friends easily given who and what I am."
