Personality:  If her mother is a blazing fire, than her daughter is a glowing ember. Like her mother Serra is not afraid of speaking her mind. Albeit she is considerably less condescending then her mother can be at times. Serra’s bluntness can come off as such though. Being two years old, she doesn't understand the concept of restraint. Which will likely put her at odds with other people. This includes her comrades, whether they're a common soldier or one of the big shots.

Still she loves her mother and father. She loves her brother too, although her competitive spirit often has herself butting heads with him from time to time. When not training, she spends her time reading things. Books, computer files, anything she can get her hands on. She is a curious child, eager to learn anything that she can. It is a bit of an unusual trait for a Saiyan, but she tackles it with the same passion she throws into training.

History: With a passionate and fiery couple like Tomina and Tarro, producing offspring quickly was inevitable. Serra was the first of the two fraternal twins to be put into the incubation chamber. Tomina let her out a couple of months before the present day, having deciding to raise her from a younger age then she was. Serra was born with a power level of 10,000.

It wasn’t long before Tomina began training her daughter to become stronger. She starred with the basics, which were the least daunting to learn. Of course Tomina wasn't going to put her through the rough parts of it yet. She was only two after all.

Serra got aquainted with most of the major figures in the kingdom during this time. She has spend her time learning everything that she can. And of course, she trained with her brother all the time. She defeated him all the time in their spars. Yet her power level always was the same. Tomina couldn’t sense her getting stronger. It was a bit troubling for her, but she was sure there would be results soon. After all, Serra was her daughter. Royal blood that spanned generations ran through her veins.

As a young child, Serra has room to grow. Who knows what kind of girl she will grow up to be? With how self sufficient she already is, she's sure to have a bright future ahead of her.
