Nasu opened his mouth, completely shocked to know that Cambia was his half-sister. As if having Atsuko, that annoying bitch as kin wasn’t enough, the other was fruit of a one night stand of his father with a disguised demon who probably wanted to harvest his powerful DNA and use it for creating a tool of war. He liked Cambia at first, but he quickly grew to dislike her when she chopped off his tail, but not as much as he disliked Atsuko. In fact, he hated the Kami of Earth. And then, to make things even worse, he mentioned that she was pregnant with Athren’s child. Nothing against Athren on his own, but he was still the Saiyan Prince, and that meant that they were now related to the saiyan royal family and that disgusted him deeply. Nasu face palmed and sighed. He was feeling really wasted with all this information and plummeted into a chair.
– This can’t be happening… - he limited himself to say, with his hand covering his eyes. He only took off his hand from his face when Komatsu started to explain what happened to him. While Nasu heard what happened in silence, Miso laughed out loud, feeling rather entertained with that story. – HAHAHA! Amazing, brat! You tore him in half and then ripped the chip out of your neck! You must have grown a third ball, maggot!!! I like that! Hahaha! I like that a lot! Damn… I miss spilling the blood of my enemies, and gutting them. I could use a war! Hahaha! But… First we must fix our home! Heh. – he said, with his conceited tone of always. Komatsu had grown quite a lot in Miso’s concept and he was now respecting his nephew quite a lot. He then stared at Nasu, chuckling a bit. – As Counselor, I believe we should make him at least a Captain. I would suggest Major, but he is still breastfeeding, so, that’s a little too much! Haha! – he said, making his suggestion. Nasu stared at his uncle with the corner of his eyes and shrugged. – Do whatever you want… He is a capable fighter and he isn’t afraid of dying… Just a little too eager to put himself into some stupid danger. I can’t have someone who can’t control an Ape in a rank above Captain anyway. That could be dangerous and I don’t want a Major of the Alliance going pack mentality! That’s shameful. – Nasu said, in a serious tone and the shrugged again. – But, anyway… Komatsu is indeed one of the strongest of the Alliance, he needs some authority. – he said in a thoughtful tone.
Miso slapped the arm of the couch and laughed again. – It’s settled, then! Welcome aboard, Captain Komatsu! Hahaha! Anyway… - he pauses, staring back at Nasu. – What do you intend to do regarding Kimiko, then? – he asked with a curious look on his face. Nasu stared at his uncle for a while, and then stared back at Komatsu. – Our sister, you say… And mom and dad wanted us to get along… That’s bullshit! I can’t… I hate… Well… - he snorted, folding his arms and frowning his brows again in a serious expression. – I guess I can’t kill any of those fuckers then… - he said, with a bitter tone.

Komatsu stared at Miso with a surprised expression on his face. He didn't know why he was surprised by his words, it was his uncle after all. Finally though, he smirked lightly as miso laughed about him ripping the saiyan in half. While he didn't remember the whole thing, he remembered the way the fight had made him feel. Even while in excruciating pain, he had been able to enjoy the lust of battle.
Then his uncle suggested making his Captain and Koma couldn't help but look towards Nasu to see what he thought of the idea, but then turned back to look at Miso with an unimpressed glare on his face.
"Hey, i'm young but not that young. Jerk" He huffed but then Nasu agreed to the idea in his own way, even going so far as admitting that he was a capable fighter. He blinked repeatedly as he let the words sink in. He felt like that was the best recognition he would get from his brother and he couldn't help the wide smile that spread on his face. He pushed himself up to his feet finally.
"Maybe I can't control it yet but I'm working on it." He stated confidently. If controlling his great ape form would get Nasu to acknowledge him again then... he'd have to master it and fast.
"Nasu, there are a couple of things I want to bring up off the bat... for starters, here." He would walk up to Nasu and hand him a small sheet of paper that Atsuko had given to him I that had her scouter frequency on it.
"For starters, you'll need this more than me if you ever plan on going back to Earth, for whatever reason. It's Kimiko's scouter frequency. Second of all... you want people to start getting stronger right? Why don't you have mom's arena finished? It'll give people reason to push their limits again and I'm sure you'll see people getting stronger faster. And lastly. I want on the council. So far there's only you and uncle Miso right? No offense but you could use someone a with closer ideals to what mom and dad wanted for the alliance. It might not have seemed that way up until now but after what I went through, and after finding them again I understand a lot more than I did." When he first landed here, he had absolutely no intention of staying for too long. He planned on coming here, having this conversation and possibly going back to Earth. However, after seeing Nasu again he was reminded of just what he was like. He wasn't a bad person, and he would make a great leader... but he needed someone to ground him a little bit. Of course, he didn't know that Kyuri was still around. With the both of them, Nasu would have his hands full.

Komatsu said that he would eventually be able to control his Great Ape form, but Nasu paid no mind for that and shrugged again. Miso stared at Nasu for a while but didn’t said a word; the young Overseer was still sore he had lost his tail and was anxious for it to grow back. He didn’t want to use the machine, but if it didn’t recover within the next month, he would have to. Now as a Super Saiyan he didn’t actually need it for power, but it was part of himself, it was a distinguishing feature of the saiyan race and he was proud of his tail. The thought of having lost it was absurdly annoying and made him drum his fingers in the arm of his chair.
Then, before he could put much more thought into that, Komatsu approached with a piece of paper that made him raise one of his eyebrows in curiosity. ”The hell…?” he thought, still feeling rather sore to find out that both Atsuko and Cambia were his sisters. Komatsu said he wanted to talk to him about a few issues and he just nodded, telling him to continue. In the paper there was the frequency of Atsuko’s scouter. Nasu narrowed his eyes. ”The bitch has a scouter? Wanna play saiyan now that she knows about her heritage?! Fucking convenient…” he thought to himself, feeling more irritated now. Komatsu quickly changed topics to the strengthening people, and mentioned their mom’s arena, which was a quite interesting idea. Miso chuckled and clapped his hands. – I like that, brat! Go on! – and Nasu nodded in agreement.
But then he said he wanted in the council, asking if, so far, it was only him and Miso. He defended his case saying he was closely aligned with their parent’s ideals. Nasu was caught by surprise with his request and arched both of his brows, and so did Miso. But the older saiyan quickly shifted his expression to that a naughty one, feeling rather entertained with his nephew. Nasu, on the other hand was astonished with the request and shook his head quickly as if he wanted to get his mind straight. – You want in? You want to be a counselor? - he asked, pausing briefly. – I honestly don’t know what to say. There’s too much on my plate right now, and you are wrong. It’s not only me and Miso in the council right now. Kyuri is being repaired and will soon join us again. You may not now, but grandma was smart enough to turn herself into an android. She is a genius mind, but a shitty warrior. That way she guaranteed that she wouldn’t be dying in vain. – he explained, taking a deep breath. – On top of that, I wish to bring Karota back to the council. She went missing after Etorin took over the position, and a little before that she grew annoyed with the other counselors and left the board, but I value her both for her wisdom and ability as a warrior. – he explained. – And she is a beast in bed too! Hahahaha! – Miso interrupted, only to receive a glare from Nasu in response. – Don’t look at me like that, maggot! You can measure a warrior’s heart by how committed they are in bed! Heh. – and Nasu rolled his eyes in his orbits, giving up on scolding Miso on that matter, it was helpless.
– Anyway… Other than being… What? Avatar for mom and dad? Why do you even think you are worthy of being a counselor. Don’t get me wrong, I value you as a warrior and you are one of the strongest, but we don’t need only strength in the board. We need particular skills that can complement it! I won’t put you there just because you are family! – he said, seeming unbelievably mature for his regular self.

Komatsu gave a satisfied smirk as Miso said he liked the idea of the arena, even Nasu nodded his agreement to the idea. Hopefully opening the arena would help people get stronger without having Nasu rising their asses all the time and trying to scare them. It opened up a lot of possibilities for the alliance, they could open up more martial arts schools to train the warriors, and even have tournaments within the arena to create some sort of healthy competition between fighters. Right now, the saiyans of the alliance had nothing to work towards, and that most likely explained why they didn't seem to be up to Nasu's standards.
When Nasu finally commented on his statement of wanting to join the council, Komatsu smiled at the news that his grand-mother was on the council as well, but raising an eyebrow when Nasu stated she needed to be repaired.
"What do you mean?" He asked but Nasu quickly answered him. So she had turned herself into an android? Go figure, that was definitely something she would do as soon as she had the chance to do it... he wondered just how she accomplished a feat like that?
"Is anyone actually able to repair her? She's probably used some pretty advanced tech to change herself." He noted, thinking he just might go and see her sooner rather than later and see if he couldn't help at all. He was grateful that Nasu told him what had happened to her, he cared for his grandmother a lot as she had been one of the only ones in his childhood he could really relax around. He loved learning new things with her as they were always more on the passive side than anyone else.
He listened as Nasu continues to speak, saying he wanted Karota to come back on as a Councillor. Who was that again? Komatsu had to actually look away from Miso and Nasu to really think about it. The name rang a bell but he really coudln't remember her. Had he actually met her before? He started to blush again as Miso mentioned that she was good in bed. So she was his uncle's mate? He didn't remember him having one...
"I... don't really remember who that is... Sorry." He apologized to his brother, though knew he wouldn't pick some random saiyan off the street to be in his council. Then, he asked him just what it was he thought he could bring to the table and Komatsu looked back up to him seriously as he crossed his arms.
"That's easy. I can see things that you can't. No offense brother but you are very hot tempered and quick to jump to a solution. I can see value in things you would tink otherwise worthless. Like the arena, for example. I bet it didn't occur to you to use it as incentive? With the arena open, you can open a few schools, and maybe an Academy for the younger saiyans. Different schools will create some healthy competition between them. It'll make our people want to get stronger, they will have something to fight for." He said, using that as an example for what he could do. He was a lot stronger than he used to be, a lot stronger than the powers he could sense here. Besides that, he was more passive than Nasu. He was level headed when his brother was rash. He would be there to balance him out.

Nasu rolled his eyes in his orbits and hammered the arm of the chair with his finger at a faster pace, showing he was growing impatient. – Well… I sure hope they are! They are supposed to be her apprentices! And I truly need her back. She is the best scientist we have. – he said, with true concern in his tone. Nasu wasn’t only concerned because of her utility as head of the science department, but also because she was his grandmother, but he wouldn’t say that out loud, but everyone else in the room knew he cared about family.
Komatsu didn’t seem to remember who Karota was, but he couldn’t be blamed, she was never very social around kids and Komatsu had been missing for a while. – Karota was the one who taught dead how to fight properly. She helped developing the Soy School and is a master tactician with plenty of wisdom. But she has a shitty personality, and she is a wild beast! Annoying as hell and only does whatever the fuck she wants! – he muttered, feeling annoyed just to remember her. Miso laughed out loud with that comment. – That’s what I love about her! Hehehe! That wildness! Good memories! But then, she left me with that baby! Gotta beat the shit out of her for that! – he mentioned in a highly spirited tone. – Yeah, we have a cousin too. She is two or three, I don’t know… Miso’s daughter. Her name is Tamari, like our paternal grandmother that hated dad, and that Miso says would like me, so I believe you won’t find that appealing. – he commented. Tamari was a fierce member of the Empire, a squad leader and a saiyan to the core. Natto’s kindness disgusted her and she was much like Koko, but less goofy, as she was always seriously trying to kill people and her arrogance was more “mature”, instead of whiny, like Koko’s.
Then, Komatsu started to defend his claim to the council. He accused Nasu of being hot tempered and impulsive, and that was true, but Nasu didn’t like to hear that and growled, with the popped vein pulsing in a sort of contained rage that was quickly building up inside of him. ”Cheeky brat!”. But as he continued to defend his position, Nasu was stroke by an idea that slowly made a mischievous smirk to appear in his face.
– Well… If you want it so badly and are bragging about the arena idea, I believe I have found a way to give you a shot at being counselor. – he said, chuckling a bit. – Why not fight for it in the arena? I don’t want fools claiming the position, but I have one person that may be counselor material and that holds the same rank as you. If he is interested, I will make counselor the one who proves to be the better fighter. What do you say? Do you have the balls to do that, Komatsu? Or the only muscle you’ve been training lately is that tongue of yours? – he teased his younger brother. Miso chuckled too, liking the idea.

Komatsu listened closely as Nasu spoke about how he hoped Kyuri's apprentices would be able to fix her. He had no idea how they were trained but Komatsu scoffed lightly at the idea. As if they would be able too... as far as he knew, Kyuri was the smartest pure bred saiyan he knew. Saiyans were just naturally simple minded... even with training he doubted they could do any real work on her. She most likely made herself way too complex for the to figure out. He would have to swing by her hospital room and check on their progress and possibly even help out.
Then Nasu mentioned that they had a little cousin to which he nodded. He had mentioned her a little earlier in their conversation, but he didn't press the issue. all he could think of on the subject was how old Miso was and if it was even possible for old men to have children. However he bit his tongue as he simply listened for now.
That was when his brother turned his idea against him... Nasu wanted him to fight in the arena against someone? A captain? This was a test of course but... would he really risk the fact that Komatsu could lose and possibly embarrass him? No, he couldn't... this opponent of his had to be weaker than he was.
"Well I walked into that one. Fine, I'll prove to you that I am stronger than you think I am." Komatsu said with a frown as he looked down to his brother as he was still standing before him. If he had to prove himself to his brother to officially get a seat on the council then fine, he would. However even if he lost he wouldn't leave Nasu alone.
A small smirk crossed his face as he thought about just how large a pain in the ass he could be, win or lose. Nasu wasn't going to get rid of him any time soon...

Komatsu had walked right into his trap and accepted his challenge to fight in the arena. Nasu chuckled a bit as his smile widened in a quite mischievous, almost evil look. He was feeling delighted to have used his cunning to corner his little brother into biting his own tail. He seemed rather confident in his skills but that only made Nasu feel even more delighted.
– Since you are my brother, I will be kind enough to give you some info on your possible foe. His name is Jie Shan and he is a hybrid saiyan. He is strong, Komatsu. If he goes all out I will have a rough time in my base form and have to use all of my skill to beat him! – he said, pausing a bit to let his brother digest that information. – On top of that, he is training under the Soy School, and is doing quite well. He already mastered the basics of the style and is developing greatly, and I believe he will soon reach an even higher level. – he said, chuckling a tad bit more. – But I’m willing to be fair. You own the Soy School as much as I do, because it’s our father’s school, and I’m willing to teach you all that I know. I just don’t think you will be able to catch up with Jie Shan before your battle, but that’s up to you. – he said, shrugging a bit.
Truth be told, Nasu didn’t consider Jie Shan for council. He was beginning to really trust the hybrid and maybe he could eventually become one of his top soldiers, but since Komatsu came with such a claim, he wasn’t willing to let him have his way, especially because he had been annoying Nasu quite a lot with his comments, despite the fact that he had a point in plenty of them. In the end, it would be something interesting. The two warriors would do their very best to achieve such a prestigious position. This would also be a good way to reopen the arena: a fierce fight between two captains of the Saiyan Alliance.

Jie Shan? He'd never heard of anyone by that name... or if he did he had long forgotten about him. Was he really as strong as Nasu said? If he was then why hadn't he bothered to beat the shit out of Etorin long before Nasu had gotten back? It didn't make much sense to him in that regard. Nasu seemed fond of him, but with the information given to him, Komatsu wasn't too sure. If Jie Shan was strong, why did he let their people suffer under Etorin? Did he was Etorin as counselor then? Did he only support Nasu now because he had taken that title? There were too many questions he had, but all answers he would find out on his own...
Then, Nasu mentioned he was training under the soy school and Koma looked at him in surprise.
"The Soy school? but that's dad's, that doesn't make s-" He paused as Nasu finished explaining that he was teaching Jie Shan, and was willing to teach him too. His look of surprise never left his face as he continued to speak.
"I didn't know dad taught you any of that... Yeah... I'd like to learn too." The truth that he had been taught stung slightly. He trained more often with their mother so he had taken on more of her skills but... why hadn't his father bothered to teach him too? He would inwardly sigh at the thought. Now he had to learn his father's fighting style from his brother.. that would be twice as hard for him he was sure. No doubt Nasu would be twice as hard on him as he was his younger brother.
"I might not be able to catch up in the ways of the Soy school, but you didn't get to see anything I can do back on Earth." He stated with confidence returning to his voice. While it was true the battle on Earth had ended far too soon, he had skills that would give him the upper hand against this guy, no matter how strong he became.

– He didn’t teach me in person. – Nasu said, interrupting Komatsu’s second sentence before said he wanted to learn it too. Then he sighed and ran his hand through his unkempt black hair. – Father and Grandmother left an underground training hall in the ruins of the Alliance in Earth. I was investigating the area and happened to discover it. Once there I activated the computer, it recognized my DNA and a hard-light hologram of dad appeared and taught me the style. That’s what I was doing before I attacked the Lookout. – he paused, giving Komatsu time to digest that information. – It was rough, but I managed to continue the teachings. Dad had started teaching me before the Alliance-Empire War, but just basic concepts. The style was much more complex and took all I had to master it. Right now I'm the master of the School. And Dad made me promise I would teach you as one of the requirements of learning under him. – he said, telling Komatsu just how concerned Natto was that Komatsu would get to inherit his legacy too. – He said that the school belonged to all his children. But I will fucking beat you to the pulp if you dare to teach any of it to the Kimiko and Cambia! This is OUR legacy! The legacy of the TRUE children of Natto and Tomoroko! Do you understand me clearly, Komatsu? – he asked, with a quite serious expression on his face right now.
– And yes! I didn’t see anything because you transformed and went rogue! And fucking blasted me away and nearly killed me! Still… I’m not mad at you. Because I barely survived your attack, I managed to increase my power with zenkai, which, together with my rage, allowed me to transform into a super saiyan. So… Your attack ended up helping me. – he said, sighing a bit. – Still, it was absolutely reckless and cost your life! – it didn’t take a genius to get things together and realized that Nasu’s super saiyan trigger was Komatsu’s death. Miso laughed there. – Heh! My trigger was envy! I was so pissed your father was super saiyan, that I ended up transforming! I wanted to march to war with him, to destroy Earth, but he said it was too dangerous. Heh. I remember our fight! He broke both my arms and ribs and left me to heal in Vegeta. Bastard! Always concerned with people! – Miso mentioned, and that was the first time he was talking about the time Natto served under the Empire.
Even with his children, Natto barely spoke about his actions as a General of the Empire. It was an episode of his life he wasn’t proud of. Nasu stared at Miso with the corner of his eyes, curious. – Really? – he asked and Miso nodded, with a nostalgic look in his eyes. – Yeah, really. Heh. Natto was not very strong at first, but his sense of duty towards the Empire made him ascend. In one year he became a super saiyan and that drove me mad. I was always the stronger sibling. But the past is the past! Heh. – he said and Nasu agreed with a nod, turning back to Komatsu.
– How many days do you want to prepare? I can train you in some of those days, but I can’t guarantee you reach Jie’s skill. – he asked with a serious tone, and Miso nodded, chuckling a bit. – Yeah, that half-blood is skilled. – he mentioned.

"They left something at the ruins? oh yeah I guess that makes sense." He said as he silently cursed himself for not even going to visit the ruins of the old alliance. Of course if he had, then he's probably be dead thanks to his companions from the Empire. Still though, he should have gone before he left to come home. Still, he couldn't help but smile as Nasu stated his dad specifically told him to teach him as well. Even though Nasu would be teaching him, it would be something he held close.
"I won't, you don't have to worry about that. Just because we're siblings doesn't mean I've become close to either of them." He stated as he raised an eyebrow towards his comment. He had nothing against Cambia or Atsuko, in fact he had actually started to like Atsuko, especially after everything she had offered him. It was a kindness he hadn't known in a very long time. This though... the teachings of the Soy school, Nasu was right. It was something even he felt should be reserved by the two that had actually been raised by their parents, by those that knew them.
Then, Nasu went on to talk about the fight on the lookout. He had no memory of ever blasting Nasu. As far as he knew, Nasu had also been in his great ape form, and since he had control over it, wasn't he just following Nasu? That's when Koma -finally- noticed Nasu's missing tail and his face went red again as his mind just filled in the blanks.
"Sorry, the only reason I transformed was because I thought you were in Great Ape form too. I didn't realize what was happening I was focused on kicking Jarvis' blue ass." With the mention of Jarvis his anger flared up and he scowled. He still hadn't gotten over the fact that he thought he was so weak he would just push him aside to the wayside. He clenched his fist, only just hearing what his uncle said about his father but not commenting on it. In fact, all that really registered in his head, was that insinuating that Jie would still be stronger after his training with Nasu.
"Tsh, two days. That's all I need." He said with an irritated tone. He wasn't mad at Nasu, but he was upset about the constant reminder of how weak he was compared to others.

– Yes, he left, but now there’s nothing there. I destroyed the whole facility when I finished the training. It was too dangerous to leave it there, and since I’ve learned everything, it was better this way. – he said, paying no mind if Komatsu would agree with that or not; Nasu had to protect the secrets of the Soy School and, somehow, his father sort of forced him to destroy it when he taught him the ultimate skill of their school, the Spirit of the Saiyans. The young Overseer also felt relieved when Komatsu assured him that he wouldn’t be teaching anything from the Soy School to their estranged sisters, but only nodded in response. ”Good we are aligned in that matter. Takes away my concerns regarding his good relationship with those two endangering our legacy.” he thought to himself, taking a mental note of that.
Then, when he got back on talking about the attack on the lookout, saying he thought Nasu was in Great Ape form, he snorted in irritation. – I was. Cambia chopped off my tail when they tag teamed on me. But it’s about to grow back. – he lied; in fact, Nasu had no idea when or if his tail was ever going to grow back naturally and that annoyed him to no end. There were traces of this annoyance in his tone despite the fact that he claimed it was about to go back, but it was quite obvious that it was an itchy subject for him and not even Miso dared to utter a word on that matter. – At least I still managed to kill that blue-haired treacherous little shit! That’s pretty much the only satisfaction I had on that damn battle… - he sighed. It was still too little to be happy for, not even worth of being called consolation prize, but at least it was something and his attack wasn’t completely useless.
Komatsu also said that he only needed two days to get ready for his fight and that made Nasu arch one of his eyebrows in surprise, but the first one to speak was Miso. – Heheh! And the brat just grew his fourth ball! To be so eager to face Jie Shan. I will definitely be sitting in the first row of the arena! Nothing will make me miss this fight! Heh! Also, as General of the Alliance, I need to be full aware of the capabilities of my soldiers! – he said in a quite cocky tone. And with those words another new hit Komatsu: Miso was made General. That meant that, army wise; he outranked even Kyuri, who was a Colonel. Miso was now the highest ranking officer of the Alliance’s army whose authority during war times was only lower than the Overseer himself. Nasu then spoke. – Are you sure? I won’t accept prorogation once this is set. – he warned his little brother, and Nasu wasn’t known for opening many exceptions.

Komatsu sighed as Nasu said that he destroyed the place... there went that idea. He couldn't even go to learn the Soy martial arts from there instead of Nasu. It was a bit of a bummer, but at the same time, he didn't mind so much since he had no real attachment to that place.
Nasu then went on to depict the fight and how Cambia had chopped off his tail. He didn't utter a word after that statement. A saiyans tail was a source of pride, and he didn't know anyone more proud than Nasu. It must have been a real painful blow to lose that. Then, Nasu stated that he had killed Jarvis, and instantly Komatsu's eyebrow shot up.
"Weeeeeell... I don't mean to burst your bubble... but I killed him. Said so himself, he wouldn't stop bugging me about it in the after life. You have no idea how hard it is to punch someone when you don't have a body..." Komatsu stated. At first, he sounded apologetic that he stole Nasu's thunder, but then he started to grumble at how ineffective his attacks against Jarvis had been. They had literally been like two floofy pillows trying to wail on one another.
That's when Miso started to laugh about his statement, that he only needed 2 days to prepare. On top of that, it was revealed that he was a general... 'of course he is... it's not like Nasu could take two steps without having uncle Miso there...' Koma didn't actually realize how jealous he had been of his uncle, earning all of Nasu's attention the way he did. Even now, Nasu seemed to lean on his uncles words and actions. He would of sighed once more, but refused to let it show that it bothered him at all.
"2 days. I'm sure, I hope you're a fast teacher" He smirked finally as he finally stepped away from Nasu and Miso.
"Starting tomorrow, first I need to go check on grandma. There's no way the taught her apprentices everything." He said but then stopped within the doorway leading out of the sitting room. He was still wearing his bloody clothes...
"Uhm... anyone have a suit or something I can wear?" He asked as he turned around to his uncle and brother.

Nasu didn’t seem happy at all when Komatsu tried to still the only glimpse of glory he had in that failure of a battle, claiming he had killed Jarvis instead of him. Supposedly Jarvis said so himself in the afterlife when they were… Bodiless and arguing with each other? That was just too much crazy information and the young Overseer just shook his head in disagreement. – Bullshit! I saw him die with my own eyes! You might have finished him by accident, but he would have died anyway with my attack! – he said in an angered tone. But, anyway, that didn’t matter at all. Komatsu then said that he only needed two days if Nasu was a fast teacher, and he hmphed. – Jie is not complaining about my teachings. – he teased his little brother further, comparing him with his new rival in his claim for a sit in the council.
It was settled then, they were going to start training tomorrow and Nasu nodded. – I will be expecting you first light. Don’t be late. – he said. And when he mentioned that he needed to check on Kyuri first, he nodded once again. – Do as you please. You are home after all. – and with those words, Nasu finally got up from his chair and started walking towards the door of his house. Miso, on the other hand, didn’t seem to going anywhere and remained in the couch. Before Nasu could leave the place, Komatsu asked both of them if they had any suit he could use and Nasu pointed towards the armory they had in the house. – You will find all models in there. Feel free to choose whichever you want. As I said, you are home after all. – and with those words being said, Nasu turned around and left their home. Miso chuckled a bit and stared at Komatsu. – Rough day, brat. Take it easy and relax. Your old lady should be back into shape soon enough. Heh. – that was his way to wish the best to Kyuri.
Despite their differences, Miso and Kyuri didn’t hate each other. Doesn’t mean they got along, but he knew just how important she was to the Alliance, and truly wanted her to get back into shape. – Jie Shan is a resourceful fighter. Be careful when you face him in the arena. – Miso said, giving Komatsu a heads up, although a quite vague. Still… Better than nothing!
[Leaving thread! It was really fun!] [Will be taking Zeni!]
"I wasn't complaining." Komatsu huffed as he held back the childish urge to stick his tongue out at his brother in that moment. Did he have to keep doing that? He was really starting to hate this Jie Shan guy and he hadn't even met him yet.
When his brother stated where the armory was, Komatsu was about to dash down that way when Miso spoke up, causing him to stop and look back at his uncle with a crooked smile on his face.
"You're telling me. It wasn't quite how I expected my first week back to go. Ah well, I'll take it easy after I've checked up on her... I feel like I can help her somehow." He said as he thought about what he could do for Kyuri. He wasn't exactly the best scientist, though he had picked up on quite a few of her old tricks. Maybe he could be of some kind of use if they were having a hard time fixing her. Then, Miso warned him about Jie and Koma just smirked back towards his uncle.
"So am I. Just watch, there's no way I'm going to lose." He said confidently, raising his hand as if waving good-bye and darted out of the door towards the armory. When he got there though, there was literally only different kinds of armor there, causing him to sigh. Wasn't there anything a little more light weight?
As much as he searched, there was nothing but saiyan armor available, and with a sigh he picked one of the heavier sets and got changed into it quickly. Maybe once he's checked up on Kyuri he would stop and buy himself some actual clothes... with... money he didn't have...
"This is going to be a long week..." He said to himself with yet another sigh as he headed out.
