Appearance:
The Northern Kaioshin is quite short, with just a humble 4’7” height and quite skinny in look, seeming almost like a harmless being. Despite being male, the Northern Kaioshin has androgynous looks, with almond-shaped large black eyes and long pointy ears. His skin is beautiful and well treated, light purple in tone. His hair is light pink , short in the sides, but with a big Mohawk on the top.
He has two red-colored Potara Earrings on both ears and uses a traditional posh Kai outfit, composed of a navy blue long undershirt with a sleeveless red overall with golden details and a single golden button on the left side. He uses dark gold sash clothe tied to his waist, white baggy pants and golden boots.
Backstory:
4 Million years before Age
On Planet Kaishin, after the demise of most of the Kaioshin at the hands of Majin Buu, a Golden Fruit sprouted, and a new Kaioshin was born. Upon learning about the risk of Majin Buu, the Eastern Kaioshin put the newborn Kaioshin to sleep, and he would sleep for millions of years, completely unaware of everything that was going on in the universe, safely protected by other Shinjin on the planet, for his time to protect the universe would soon come.
Age 787
After peace is brought back to the universe by the Z-Fighters, the Eastern Kaioshin decides it’s finally time to awake the other Kaioshin and travels to Planet Kaishin. The new Northern Supreme Kai then starts his training under the Eastern Kaioshin, learning everything that is to be known about the lore of the universe, as well as some fighting. This teaching lasts for centuries and the two grow close and become true friends.
Age 1,300
The Eastern Kaioshin finally dies and leaves the protection of the universe to the Northern Kaioshin and the others Kaioshin to be born. He feels completely devastated to lose his only friend, but is guided by duty and starts to watch over the universe, in order to stop evil from tainting it with fear and death.
Age 1,512
For nearly two thousand years, the universe was at peace, save for the war between the Planet Trade Organization and the Saiyan Empire. The Northern Kaioshin watched closely this battle, but since both factions were filled with evil, he could only hope they would end up destroying themselves. He didn’t intervene because, although none of them were good, they didn’t pose a real threat to the galaxy’s existence.
Age 1,525
North Kai gets desperate when the saiyans manage to gather the dragon balls, and tries to talk to Guru and convince him to deactivate them for once and for all. However, since the saiyans only wished for their planet to be restored and that would do more good than harm to the universe, North Kai allowed the Namekians to keep their Dragon Balls, although it still bothered him deeply.
Age 1,557
The fearsome weapon known as the Tree of Might is put into use again after almost one thousand years. The weapon is used to destroy the Kold demons homeland and put an end to their mighty Empire. After that, North Kai started watching closely the new Planet Trade Organization of the Brenchians, but, since they never used the weapon again, he decided against interfering. He was starting to feel that the universe needed new warriors to take the place of the long deceased Z-Fighters and he was growing way more concerned with the pass of the years.
Age 1,585
With the Z-Fighters restored and a new Kami on Earth, North Kai is finally put at ease, trusting the defenders of Justice will be able to protect the universe. Still, he is getting ready in case they ever come to need his assistance.

Life was at peace in the Sacred World of the Kais. Truth be told, the planet was far too big and far too empty. There wasn’t much to do or to be concerned at. Still, a Kaioshin has more than his own home world to care about. North Galaxy was under the Northern Kaioshin’s jurisdiction. Obviously he had King Kai to take care of minor threats and stuff, so he wouldn’t need to involve himself in such matters as the saiyans and the Kold demons fighting at each other and this kind of stuff, but, to his extreme lack of luck, the Earthlings seemed to be adamant about ending the peace of the universe: they had recreated the Dragon Balls.
– You’ve gotta be kidding me right?! Really, Kami?! Dragon Balls again?! For crying out loud! I curse the day the Namekians decided to make those wishing orbs! And I curse even more the day Katas’ son was sent to Earth! – he exhaled deeply, with a quite annoyed expression on his face, walking from one side to the other while massaging both his temples. – And this Arion guy… To recreate them. I know the Z-Fighters of the past never abused them, but, still… It affects the whole balance of the universe! And the risk! What if an evil being… Or a demon lord! What if they happen to gather them?! Trouble, I say! Deep trouble! – he sighed, closing his eyes for a long while. Then, Northern Supreme Kai scratched the back of his head, slowly opening his concerned, large, almond-shaped black eyes.
– Still… Until there’s a real threat, it’s not my place to meddle with earthlings affairs! They at least used it as leverage for that crazy saiyan boy not blowing up the Lookout. Which reminds me… That prince boy… Isn’t his transformation similar to the one who wiped out the whole South Galaxy a few centuries ago? If that’s it, then I will most definitely need to keep my eyes on him. – he said to himself, with a quite thoughtful expression. The Supreme Kai folded his arms and sighed again. He was concerned, but when wasn’t he? That was in his nature; the burden of being responsible for a fourth of the seventh universe. Hopefully the God of Destruction would still sleep for many years, he didn’t need another problem, especially not a problem like that one.
