Click. Click.
The way she was clicking on the device of her Galactic Dragon Radar, making the screen show its grid lines, before going blank again, it was as if she was treating the object like some stress toy. With the way she was being kept waiting right about now, that might as well have been accurate, as her eyes had gazed upon the ship in front of her.
It was massive in size, and from her personal inspection, was able to comfortably hold eight people in total. Six in the main areas, while two could be kept in the cargo bay, which like the rest of the ship, was rather spacious.
She wanted to say it could rival the size of her mansion, if not for being aware its accommodated size could be attributed to the technology and furniture within. Things such as space seats, engines, and the like, would all keep it from being an appropriate substitute as a home. Still, it was quite clear it would make a journey comfortable.
As one should be. She expected nothing but the best when it came to what she owned. It took several months to do so, but she was able to garner the wealth she needed, in order to not only buy an additional two perfect medical machines, but also two houses for the growing number of servants she was quickly acquiring. Over 30 she personally associated herself with, along with 12 that she saw on a day to day basis, in some way. Be it living with them, or school.
But those were still only a representative of the allies she could garner herself. The Vampire population, hidden as they might be, and potentially self-distinction with the annual culling of those considered weak, they would still come to her aid. At least, the ones who weren't afraid to embrace who they were. She was a Countess of the Night, after all. The kind of power she held, was one not seen by a Vampire for a long time, as said by the older ones.
Though the lore that surrounded the Vampires, was only a concern of hers, when she felt she was at a slump of sorts, when it came to growth. Rarely, did that happen, and there was no recent misfortune for her to feel as such.
She was perfectly content with her progress at the moment, else she wouldn't decide to embark on the trip that would have absence from earth for quite awhile. The time had finally come around for her to give a certain Namekian a visit, as she had said she would. With both the confidential data she had of his planet as CEO of Capsule Corp, along with the Saiyan and Supidoan knowing their way around space, getting to the planet shouldn't prove to be too difficult.
What she was waiting on, was mostly for these workers of hers to finish supplying the ship. While she expected to be back in a week or two, leaving her cousin able to look after the place through some careful representative bindings, they were supplying her with food that would last a month. Her Saiyan and Majin allies, were the blame for that.
They seemed to be nearly finished, though it was difficult to tell for sure. The sight of them had reminded her of the androids one of her business partners had, only more expressive. They still feared her power, as they should.
Though she had certainly gained a lot more trust since working here. Pocketing the radar into the slingbag she so often wore, her gaze had turned to the allies she had asked to come with her on this trip. The Majin, Saiyan, and the Supidoan, were the three she considered to be a given to have. They've been with her far longer than any others.
Newer in terms of acquaintance on this level of potential danger, was the sister of her crush, who had brought all but one member of her coven, that couldn't make it. As expected with some families that were unwilling to let their child leave them for too long. She had assumed that was the case at least, seeing as this pinkette was a Vampire.
The rest of her allies, who were human, would stay here on earth accompanying her cousin. They weren't ready to face the danger of space, which was the reason why everyone she had gathered were nonhuman. She didn't need any countless deaths of those she considered to be her assets. They haven't disappointed her yet, and she couldn't see them doing so any time in the future either. This was not to be mistaken for caring. Their use just didn't end yet.
With or without those humans around, this place that served as a hanging dock of sorts, was still rather lively. All of them should be aware that while she expected the trip to the planet to go smoothly, there was still always the possibility of being attacked, or going off course for one reason or another. Driving the ship wasn't going to be her intention on the way there. She had people to do that for her, and would only step in if she found herself impatient.
As what looked to be the last of the workers leaving the ship, her mind thought of the plan she had after reaching this planet. See if she could find what these artifacts the Namekian had told her, looked like for herself, and seeing how he was doing, being the other. He would come to realize that her power was great enough to conquer his planet.
The Elemi and their people, was already a work in progress, that needed more time to cater to. She was the first to enter the ship, which cool air was far greater than the warmth generated from having so many people about, outside. Four hours was it would take to arrive, and she would spend the time with her thoughts.
Or at least, she was hoping.
