Paving the way to Revenge (Solo/Southern Islands)

The final days of the full moon cycle were upon him, and he had to train! It was a must! An obligation, in order to get his revenge on the run! ”So close! Once I polish my skills just a little bit more, I shall be able to face them with all my might!” he nodded to himself and, with that in mind, he headed towards the destroyed titled floor of his father’s ancient training dojo, exactly where the ring used to be. He could feel all that tension, all of that power from the past, filling his heart with a will of fire. Nasu was wearing his weighted battle suit on, that was starting to feel more natural. [”I feel like I won’t be needing those in a short while, with how much I’ve been progressing due to the Soy School teachings! I will show them all just how amazing a true saiyan warrior, fully trained in the arts of combat truly is!” and then he frowned his brows, flaring his ghostly-white ki aura around his body and increasing his speed, ready to begin his training. ”My power level is just above seventy thousand! I’m getting real close to the turning point! I’m stronger than Atsuko was back then! Hahaha! And with my Great Ape form, my power level will reach almost one million!!” and with those thoughts, a mischievous, almost evil grin cracked on his face, as he felt butterflies filling his stomach and going completely crazy. Along with that, pride started filling his heart. ”But that was to be expected! I’m an elite, born and raised by the greatest warriors of all time! I couldn’t be bested by an outcast! An earthling raised saiyaness whose main goal in life is to be a freaking guardian of this shithole of a planet, which kicked my parents away!” he thought to himself, changing to a more serious expression.


The first part of his training was based on helping his bodies move more swiftly, becoming capable of avoiding dangerous attacks. The best part about the Great Ape transformation was that it didn’t hinder speed, even with the massive increase in size. In fact, it augmented the saiyan speed during that stage, in the exact same proportion as it augmented his strength, and that was an advantage that he had to use to its fullest extent. With that, and with the help of his powerful ki aura, he started trying to vanish and reappear. At first it was really hard to do it, especially due to his weights, but after a while, he started to feel the ki flowing through his body and, just like a burst of power, he could quickly move – almost like he was teleporting – to the desired location, as long as it was still a place on the proximities! It was the Rapid Movement skill. Not a teleport, but it sure as hell looked like it at close quarters. It was the ultimate dodging technique that both his father and mother mastered, and he was only know tapping into its initial levels, and he was already deeply impressed. ”With this... I can avoid most attacks! Damn! Why didn’t I pay attention to it sooner?! Well… No point complaining now, the important part is that I mastered it! Hahaha!” he thought, feeling rather excited with his own accomplishment.

– Now… For some serious offensive power! – he exclaimed to himself. Being able to avoid damage was really important, but there was no point in attacking the Lookout if he couldn't deal some serious damage himself! He needed to make sure he could fire all his mighty Great Ape power at once ”And for that I shall master my Shine Trigger!” he decided. First and foremost, he spread his legs apart, bending his knees quite a bit as he brought his arms to his side, bending the elbows and clenching the fists as he started to charge his ki to its maximum potential. His ghostly-white ki aura flared up and increased, engulfing all his body and expanding. Small stones started flying up, as his power level reached the mark of almost 18.000 due to it being suppressed by his weighted battle suit. – AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!! POWER UP TO THE VERY LIMIT!! – he screamed as the ground beneath him started to shatter, destroying more of the already seriously damaged titled floor, due to his incredible power level, that was far even his fullest power when he had arrived on Earth, and already considered an elite warrior.


He kept on charging up his power the most he could, but that was his limit, there was no way to pass beyond that. Nasu didn’t know how to suppress his ki signature, and thus he was always around his maximum potential, even though he tried to surpass it now. When he was satisfied with that, he made his ghostly-white ki aura vanish, as he deeply breathed, staring at the place with a rather determined look upon his face.

The young saiyan warrior took a very deep breath and closed his eyes for an instant, as he brought both his arms to the side of his body, charging blue energy spheres on both his hands ”Let’s start with a little warm-up!” he nodded to himself and, after that he started throwing them forward one after the other, firing a rapidly succession of blue-colored ki blasts to the annoying blue skies of Earth. – Explode! Continuous Energy Bullet!! – he shouted as he fired his technique. He kept on firing them until he had fired about twenty of them blasts and after that, he bent his body, charging his energy as he vanished, reappearing in front of his own attack, using his newly acquired Rapid Movement skill to accomplish such a feat. – I won’t be touched!! – and with his newly acquired battle reflexes gained by his martial arts training, he started deflecting them as fast as he could. Although he managed to deflect most of them, he had yet to fully train the dodging and blocking skills of the Soy School, and therefore, after deflecting the fifteenth blast, the others started hitting him, one after the other, making him growl in pain, as he took them straight to the chest. – Dammit!!! – he swore, feeling rather angry he couldn’t avoid them all. Still, he was happy that, even though he took them to the chest, those blasts, capable of defeating and even killing low class warriors, were easily withstood by him. ”My power is rising... Almost overflowing!” he realized, with pride.


It did, however, injury his body a little bit, but nothing that would require medical assistance. After the attack, smoke covered him, due to the consecutive small explosions that took place on him. Nasu was in the middle of it, panting a little bit, as he felt his chest burning due to the attack. ”But I still need to improve!” he roared to hismelf, as he started repeating the drill a couple more times, firing the energy attack, and then using his Rapid Movement technique to intercept and try to deflect them, receiving whatever attacks he couldn’t fully blocked, to help improve his own reflexes, constitution and endurance do damage and pain. Nasu improved, as he started to block almost all of the attacks, but he was still getting hit and recognized that it was about time to finish this warm-up. ”If I continue with this I will end up damaging my body seriously, and this will fuck up both my training and my revenge and I can’t have that!” he thought to himself. At least he was now moving his body in a better way, which made it easier to anticipate attacks and react to them, pricing the exact moment to move his body, even with the restrains of the weighted armor. He knew that without them those blasts wouldn’t even be able to touch him, and that was good enough.

His sight was far better than his body movement, making it rather easy to anticipate the trajectory of the ki blasts, and to precise the exact moment to move his body, since he was getting used to the weights, due to the fact he was using his weighted battle suit almost on a twenty four hours basis. He kept on doing this training drill for far longer, since it didn’t take so many tools on his body. His limit now was his own ki reserve and his stamina, which were quite high now, making it possible for him to keep it up for more than an hour, in such an intense and unstoppable rhythm. When he finally finished it, he sit on a broken wall of the training dojo, deeply breathing as he stared at the skies of the Blue Marble. Nasu always got homesick when he looked at the sight of the twilight, when the yellow sun of Earth would turn orange as it started to set, painting the canvas of the skies in a light crimson light, turning it into some sort of Vanilla Sky. ”Once I master my skills and get my revenge, I will have finished what I came here for… And I will be able to go back to Planet Natto, to go back home, and claim my position as part of the council. Then I will work to make the Alliance a strong faction again!” he thought as he got awestruck by the nostalgic beauty he could never stop missing. He felt a sense of belonging when he was in his home Planet, even though he had left it in anger due to the actions of his comrades. Still, he loved it and felt that it was his duty to protect Planet Natto from any harm that could come and put its survival at stake, and therefore, he had to return soon.

Nasu ran his right hand through his hair and scratched the back of his, as he sighed. If Komatsu was here to look for the Prince, it meant that the Saiyan Empire was ready to begin its counter attack, and the clear target was obviously the Alliance. And, other than Miso, there were no one else strong enough to fight against a super saiyan, since Toma and Ninjin went missing again. ”Can’t really understand those two… They change sides like a earthling women change her clothes!” he snorted. That thought gave him enough will power to get back on his feet and continue his training. ”I can’t give myself the luxury of resting like I have not a single care in the world!! There’s too much to be done, and I still need to increase my power!!” he thought to himself, feeling the flame of determination burning inside of him. The moment he stood up again, his ghostly-white ki aura flared around his body, engulfing it all with his power and he flew up in a dash, completely destroying the already shattered wall he was sitting on due to his impulse. As he got up into the skies, he looked around and put his right hand forward, charging a blue-colored energy sphere, on it. Then, he drew his arm back before bringing it forward and firing the energy attacked he had just learned with his father. – Spirit Cannon!!! – he shouted, firing the attack that roared through the skies, hitting the ground beneath him, just some feet away from the dojo area, causing a big explosion and an equally big crater to be created, destroying all of the vegetation around the area.

Following that, Nasu landed in the middle of the newly formed crater and started charging his Spirit Cannon again. ”Now… This technique is just as powerful as my Shine Trigger! So… In order to improve my Shine Trigger, I need the power to completely overcome this attack as I fully charge it!” he said inside his mind as he gritted his teeth, charging his power to the very limit, in order to harvest twice as much power before launching the energy sphere up into the skies with a shout. – Pierce the skies, Spirit Cannon!! – he shouted, firing a far larger energy sphere. Immediately after that, he used his Rapid Movement skill and reappeared above it, high up in the skies. The young saiyan warrior drew his hand back to his right side and started charging an energy sphere. His mind was focused on his battle to come, on the Timeless Lookout, as his ki energy became red, a tribute to both his father and mother. The red energy sphere appeared on his right hand as he brought it forward, together with his left hand, powering it up even further and making the energy sphere increase in size, before he fired it, making it immediately take the form of a powerful red-colored energy wave that flew towards the charged Spirit Cannon. – This is not my regular attack! This is far beyond that!!! Super Shine Trigger!!! – He announced his newly evolved attack.

The two energy attacks collided and a beam struggle started. Both the attacks had the same power, and due to their color, they intersected formed a purple sphere of energy, with jolts of lightning surrounding it from time to time, as the energy was accumulated, one wanting to take over the other. Nasu was giving all of his power into it, but still not enough to surpass his previous attack! – More power! I need more power!!! Come on, stupid body!!! You MUST GET STRONGER!!!!! – he demanded, and slowly his Super Shine Trigger started to gain the upper hand against his Spirit Cannon, pushing the energy sphere towards the ground, but not enough to completely overcome it. With that in mind, he harvest all the power he had remaining inside himself, and a new sensation took over his heart, sending shivers down his spine, as the wave of power ran from his stomach to his shoulder, almost in a loop and, finally, was released to his arms, doubling the size of his attack. Naturally, he understood what happened and, in awe, he shouted. – DESTROY EVERYTHING, FINAL SHINE ATTACK!!! – he shouted with all his lungs. The Final Shine Attack was overwhelming and easily won the beam struggle, hitting the ground with a mighty power, making the old crater triple in size with a huge explosion that was so bright that Nasu couldn’t even keep on staring at it.

Instinctively he covered his eyes with his right forearm as the light slowly faded away. After a couple second, he stared at the result of his fully evolved technique and he was quite delighted. ”That’s it! This is the power I need to crush those annoying bugs!!” he said to himself, chuckling in an almost evil way, as he got filled with confidence and pride. His vengeance was at his hands, and tomorrow he would be attacking that place and punishing all the little maggots that defied him. After that, though, he was quite beaten, since he used quite a lot of stamina and energy to fire so many ki blasts and for such a long time, ending his training with a beam struggle against his own attack where he had to overcome his power and evolve further beyond, overcome one more obstacle to pave his way towards greatness.


Natto landed on the title floor nearby, on the training dojo area, feeling his body sore and heavy, especially due to the weighted battle suit he was wearing and sit down there, panting to no end. He closed his eyes and breathed heavily for a while. – For... The rest of the day… I shall rest… Tomorrow… I will be fully ready!... They… Won’t even understand my newly attained power! – he said to himself, reassuring his resolve. He was sort of nervous deep inside, as he feared that they might still pose a real challenge, but there was no point in thinking about that anymore. He had decided to fight and he would be committed to his goal. Finally, he lies down on the titled floor, putting both his hands on the back of his head and slowly closing his eyes. A peaceful night of sleep was what he deserved.
