Ah, it really was so hot out.
The building was always kept so cool, but not enough for her or anyone else to feel cold. Ah, she had hoped no one here had felt cold anyway. Someone could get sick, and that was so bad for a place that was usually so busy. Everyone here was always working so hard, it'd be sad if they couldn't come in.
She had met so many people since she had started to work here, and they were all going to be safe with someone so strong looking after them. She just wished everyone else in the destroyed cities, would come visit and see for themselves. So many people were saying so mean things that they shouldn't have.
She could see how much it made Lady Rukia frown, and that was bad. Someone so strong had been the one to keep her family safe, and she couldn't do anything but work here, to try and make up for that. It wasn't enough, but she could try and try. She just wanted someone like that to be happy and not sad.
The faces around this place, there were so many humans than what she was used to, when East City was still here. And they were so different from what she had knew. They didn't stare at her for too much, and when she had waved, they did too. Their faces were funny looking when it happened, but it didn't bother her, because she knew they just weren't used to her. More time just needed to pass before that had changed. They just needed to know her better.
Coming in here to work, she had always patted her clothes down first. Her parents had always told her, she was supposed to look her best in a place like this. People around here didn't want to see her wearing her school outfit. They wanted her to wear something more formal. Something that looked like business. Her outfit wasn't different like anyone else around here. A lot of people here liked to wear white coats, so she always did the same too!
It felt so good to smile and come in to where the other interns were. The break room was supposed to be where they got their snack and drink, before things had all started. Stuff around here could always move so quick, but it didn't feel like Lady Rukia wasn't headed over here just yet. So that meant there was still time. Her suitcase was set down on one of the counters, the box of donuts, always the first thing she had saw and gone towards first.
This place had a lot of other good snacks in the cafeteria, but she always liked the sweets here. And ah, water was so better than the dark coffee. She could choose to pour it in fancy paper cups, or just drink from a plastic bottle. They were things that always made her happy she could choose herself.
A pink, sprinkled donut that was the same color as herself, caught her eye as she carefully nommed one, with a napkin underneath to catch any crumbs. The face of someone blue, and who she had recognized from the mansion, made her wave as she hurriedly chewed. They started working here at the same time.
She always found it funny this lady had always worn something that wasn't white like her. But Lady Rukia didn't seem to mind, which meant that it was okay. But ah, that reminded her of the assignment they were supposed to do and talk about. But was that today or tomorrow? Hmm, she couldn't remember.
"Good morning~ Are you feeling tired yet? Saeko still wants to do a lot, before Saeko leaves today."Her eyes had looked down to something this lady might have been holding, after swallowing a piece of her own food, and sipping some water from the paper cup she had chosen. People drank coffee because they didn't want to feel tired, she had been told. But she only got tired when she trained, or had to really think. A lot of the questions Lady Rukia asked, was so hard, she didn't like it, but she was being counted on. So she did her best to answer.
She could only hope that it was right. Corporate purpose, promissory notes, and so many other stuff, she knew all was because of the new queen. That lady always made the boss frown so much, and from what she could remember from her notes, they always talked about her everyday, on what bad things she could say or do. She didn't get why someone would make up so much stuff about someone so strong, but there was also two more other people who made Lady Rukia frown.
"Was the presentation supposed to be today? Saeko would like to see your notes, so Saeko could see if Saeko was right."She didn't get why Lady Rukia kept saying there wasn't a wrong answer. That wasn't true at all. All of the tests and homework she did, had wrong answers. But ah, this might not have been like that, but the work reminded her so much of school, so it had to be similar too, right? It was the first time so many important people would be watching, and she wanted to make a good impression. If she didn't, then they would only be more nervous about her, right?
She didn't want that to happen.

(Saeko is wearing a labcoat, instead of proper business attire, but no one is allowed to correct that. The work the Majin does, is practically the same as a child, i.e. doodling on a tablet she keeps in a suitcase, while everyone takes proper notes, and recalling what she hears when asks.
The Majin thinks it's normal, and will only think the work everyone else does is funny or hard. Everyone else will start to be introduced next turn or something, but essentially the beef of a typical day for interns, is brainstorming how Holly could screw Rukia over, along with the 'wrongs' of Celerous and Cambia. It's nothing that hasn't been talked about once before, and in the end, its purpose is to know the information like the back of one's hand.
Business terms:
Corporate purpose - Corporations tend to have a stated purpose, which is not required in some areas. West City, out of convenience, will require it, and Capsule Corp publicly goes for "any lawful activity", which they're allowed to be that vague. Not stating it would be Ultra Vires Acts, or beyond its purpose, which a corporation can be sued for.
Rukia's restraining order against Holly, is essentially a mix of things. The most basic being a required 250ft distance from Rukia's current and future interests, which can't be gotten around, through Holly hiring someone to kill her people or whatever. Part of it is also involves the ruling of promissory notes, in writing, unconditional promise, and payable on demand and on time. Authorization of Confession of Judgment, would mean Holly would give away her rights to contest, as she has confessed that she owes Rukia something, which among the corruption of business, would be the bite Rukia used as consideration. Evidence that was already taken in for judgment off screen, as her agreements are meant to be sealed rather tightly.)
