Nakiya found herself in need of getting physically stronger as of late… it was strange, the need to build up one’s own strength to acheive their goals… however it seemed that in order to claim her place as Demon Queen, as well as rule over planet Vegeta, she needed more than just the strength of her creations… She needed to prove to those that would serve her that she herself was a force to be reckoned with.
Coupled with this need, there was also the necessity of building trust with the saiyan race that she planned to conquer. They needed to know her, and trust her if they were to ever see her as their overseer. She would not claim the throne, she would leave those politics to their own kind, however she would use whoever did claim the throne as her puppet… she might even decide to create a new bio-android to claim the throne perhaps. Only time would tell what her next move would have to be.
For now though, she was working on building trust with the saiyans. She currently found herself in her saiyan form, climbing into a tiny spacepod that would take them out to the far reaches of space. The Empire’s forces had grown thin, and they needed to lay claim to planet once more to start building themselves up again, to get the money flow returning to the planet and possibly even capture those they let survive as slaves.
So there she was, the demon princess in disguise crammed into a tiny saiyan space pod like a sardine in a can. She hated how tiny the ship was, and made a silent note to herself to construct a ship far superior to this one. It shouldn’t be too hard to accomplish with her resources, and with the information from Android 21 she was getting better at understanding the more mechanical side of her science.
The planet that they were approaching was a small one on the outer reaches of the milky way galaxy. It was so small that night time only lasted a couple of hours before the sun came back up again, making the entire planet extremely hot and uninhabitable by most species on the surface. Everything there was underground and so it made the planet look barren.
When Nakiya’s pod landed on the planet, she stepped out of the pod and took her time stretching out her body after being confined for so long. Moments after her landing, a second pod landed nearby her own and Vulpeca walked out seemingly unphased by the confines of the ship. This struck the young demoness as slightly strange, as Vulpeca was a lot bigger than her. Maybe he was just more used to it due to having been born from a similarly confined space.
“Master… I have no issues with the heat of this planet but I feel like it will quickly grow too warm even for you. We should hurry up and find a way into the underground cities.”
Vulpeca stated calmly as he took the jacket off of his shoulders and tossed it back into his pod before walking over to Nakiya’s side. The demoness nodded to the fire fox demon as she looked out to the horizon. She could sense multiple power levels below the surface, however there was no visible way to get down there from here, and if they spent too much time on the surface, no doubt she would cook within a few hours.
“You’re right… well. There’s no sense spending our time looking for an entrance… besides, it seems more saiyan-like to force our way in. I admit, it is relieving to be able to act like such a brute now and again… it is… quite the experience.”
She admitted as she flew some ways away from the pods, Vulpeca in tow. Vulpeca couldn’t help but smirk after his masters comment, speaking up as they flew.
“I’m sure there are many more ways for you to relieve your brutish tendencies. That Prince Lucifer is most likely a willing victim.”
He teased, causing Nakiya to raise an eyebrow as she glanced back to the red haired demon.
“If you are implying that I act like a brute when we mate in the future…”
She began, causing Vulpeca to laugh, his smirk only growing wider as he interrupted her.
“I am just teasing you master. Forgive me I didn’t mean to pry.”
He assured her, his laugh continuing until the moment they landed. Nakiya couldn’t help the strange feeling that washed over her just then… what was it exactly? She felt… embarrassed? Why would she need to feel such a thing? Their relationship was purely political and there was never any doubt that relationship would become physical… but to hear it out loud from her own creation seemed to make it that much more real.
“I would appreciate you didn’t make any such jokes from now on Vulpeca. Remember who it is you are speaking too.”
She stated calmly as she looked down at the ground at her feet. Now that they were safely away from the pods, she activated her laser eyes. Her eyes began to glow with red ki, almost seeming as if they had caught fire before two laser shot forward and into the ground before her. It was a strange feeling any time she used the skill, she could feel the pressure of both the ki, and the resistance of the ground. However, as she persisted, the ground began to bubble and crack around the energy, and as her gaze shifted in a circle, the beams cut through the rock with no problem.
The ground suddenly collapsed, revealing a whole big enough for the two to fly through. It had been like cutting the outer hull of a ship, and once they passed through, they were welcomed with a wide open space. The civilization down here looked ridiculously advanced! There were strange vehicles whizzing about on light rails, the buildings that these beings lived in were so big, she couldn’t see their base just yet.
“How incredible… Darn… it seems such a waste to get rid of these beings… surely there is something to be learned from them… the obvious technology is amazing… perhaps there is more that I can learn here.”
She extended her right hand to the side, stopping Vulpeca from flying passed her. She knew that her mission as a saiyan was to purge this planet of every living creature to make it habitable for a new race… and she would do just that… but surely they didn’t need to all die… surely there were a few she could spare and learn from… oh perhaps she could even find some research data…. or files on the civilization itself to salvage!
“New plan. It seems you will be the one doing the attacking… I’ve got some research to collect. Oh… and the plan is to whipe them all out so… don’t hold back.”
Nakiya stated, removing her hand from Vulpeca and soaring down towards the large, looming buildings, flying around the light rails and vehicles that passed by. She needed to find a place that looked as if it housed information… a library, a medical facility… anything.
While she searched, Vulpeca began his own mission. His body caught flame, the fires roaring around his body, engulfing him and his growing form as he began to transform into his giant fox form. He roared loudly once he had transformed, alerting the citizens to his presence before beginning his work.
