In his long and varied life, Sinthe had never actually been dead before. Go figure. People had always said that it was very much like falling asleep, in his case this was very literally what it was like because that was pretty much the last thing that he remembered doing. Well the last thing he remembered actually doing was forcing a Super Saiyan out of that kid and then powering up. I overcooked it, he thought to himself. That alone though should not have been nearly enough to have killed him and as much as he had thought Rensu to be misguided and foolish in his loyalties, Sinthe did not imagine for a second that he would have been the one to have dealt a finishing blow. There had been more important things going on at the time as he recalled. That must have had something to do with it, he thought, Saiyans being Saiyans.
So, in recap he had punched a legendary warrior out of some kid, fluffed his power-up and seemingly been rendered in a cat-atonic state until someone did something immensely silly to the planet he had been sleeping on. Great. Just great. That certainly explained why he was at the back of a very long line. 'Looking' ahead to the front he perceived in the far distance an elegant tile roofed building frequented by what appeared to be Oni going hither and thither, some accompanied by cute little formations of clouds tailing after them like a flock of birds. Yep. Definitely dead.
The waiting was quick to become tedious but the attendants on hand were very clear, cut the line, go to Hell. Sensible policy when you were on the one side of it but Sinthe was very, very close to doing something very, very stupid. Although what he would actually be able to 'do' in this amorphous fluff body of his was rather up for debate at the moment, no ki and no limbs was not a good starting point although depending on what he was actually made of he might be able to suffocate someone to death where pressed. That didn't sound like a pleasant experience for anyone, however and was likely best to be avoided if at all possible. That window was closing fast though and after a length of time that he would not have otherwise countenanced had he been in possession of his ow form his anxiety to have this seen to only increased when he came within reasonable distance of the check-in itself.
Just as he had begun to feel he'd been kept waiting for a year or more, just when he was about to snap and storm ahead (wildly appropriate now that he appeared to be a floofy cloud creature) whatever the consequence he found himself thrust into the station proper. With all the confused grace and poise of a man striding out of the shower buck ass nude only to realize too late that his in-laws are visiting he was left hovering before the massive desk of.
Huh, well that wasn't EXACTLY what I had been expecting.
