The scientist had gone out of her ship again. It was time to renew what she learned about the planet. In 2 years time, she had mapped all of Namek, and even observed how its core was. The planet was average, but now she knew so many things about Namek as well as aliens. It was quite the discovery but she hadn't found a place to call home yet, after all her original home was destroyed and now she had nowhere to go. It was quite upsetting for her at first but now she moved on with life and she had used her free time to make dig sites on Namek, her ship was planted down on the ground with an entrance to the dig site inside of the ship, no one could find out about it yet.
She was looking for someone to talk to, she had been hiding her ship and her interactions with others for about 2 months now and she needed a change of pace, she discovered much about Namek through this process which most were unaware of (unless they moved her ship) but now she was flying past the great grasslands of Namek, hoping to see someone interesting at the very least. Maybe she could find someone that had the same intelligence as her, or maybe she could find someone that knows where to go from Namek, because soon enough she needed to get out of this planet to study another one, the universe is a very vast place after all.
As she was flying she used her scouter contacts to mark off any notable beings in the area. Making sure that she didn't forget about anyone who might have strength. Learning more and more about Planet Namek was a busy job and some socialization would be a nice change of pace.
Mac Cogadh was out training, using some of the moves that he had learned over the peaceful two years. The demon was a bit far off from the mansion that he was residing in with Zero. The hybrid wanted to get these moves down right, like a dance that he was excited for. His father had told him of a very good philosophic fighter that had a motto: *"I fear not the man who has practiced a thousand kicks, but a kick a thousand times." Mac Cogadh took that to heart and knew that if he wanted to get better, every hour or at least every day he would practice a move one thousand times or more till he knew he had gotten it right, and then he would practice that move again a few days later another thousand times. Mac Cogadh had paid attention to the ki signature that was flying about.
The demon continued to practice against his other self. He had learned how to split form, which he thought was a pretty good thing to do. It helped with training a lot, but he had never gotten the chance to use it on a sparring partner or against an opponent. Then again, ever since Mac Cogadh had learned how to do this technique, he stopped paying attention to his sparring partners. His mother had quoted an old tactician who said, **"If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle." Mac Cogadh knew that he didn't know himself, so he figured in training against his split form, he could eventually learn more about himself. Then, when he would go into battle, all he needed to do was to learn about his enemy.

Since she hadn't seen many people in the past two years, her memory was a little fuzzy on who she saw before. She remembered her daughter, the guru and the Saiyan that showed her the way to the Guru. There were a few other people that joined the journey there. She saved their names on her scouter. There were just a few of them there, it was a goey person, a native and another type of alien, she never really did get the details throughout the two years she just did what she had to do and kept quiet for as long as she could.
Speaking of the devil, her scouter had indicated that someone was close by. It was Mac! She remembered the name but not so much his face, two years is a long time to be separated from someone that one only met for a few minutes, or an hour, give or take. She might as well go talk to him, it may end up in a fight but that didn't matter to her, she had to meet up with some people before she left to go elsewhere, she had just found a planet to go to and after a few more interactions it'd be time to go.
She had flown above him and then saw him training. She fixed her glasses and landed near him."Fancy seeing you again, Mac." She said, the only reason she remembered his name was because of her scouter. "If you don't know who I am, I'm someone you met 2 years ago with another person, a Cold Alien or something similar they called themselves, my name is Sigma. If you remember." She explained crossing her arms and waiting for him to say something back, she was prepared for combat if he ended up fighting her so be it. She needed a good workout, the only workout she ever did was manual labor to build the dig-site.
Mac didn’t see her or hear her land, much less feel her power level nearby. When she spoke to him, it actually caught him off guard. His former half had actually jumped into the air tried to ground pound him, but Mac stepped off to the side and allowed the split version to land in front of Sigma. He looked up and smiled. “Hello there, long time no see.” Mac Cogadh stood up, while the other Mac walked up to Sigma. “Pleasure meeting you here,” said the second Mac. “It’s been a very long time since I’ve last seen you. Did you enjoy the meal that I had prepared last time?” At this point, both Mac’s were talking in sync and didn’t know it.
“My, I can feel that your power level has grown from last time. You’re almost twice my power, and that’s a bit scary.” The Mac’s turned and looked at each other and then back to Sigma. “I was in the middle of training, so hold up.” The Mac’s turned, one facing the other’s back, and they fused together, making one whole person again. “This will be a bit better. I won’t have two thoughts going at the same time. How have you been?” The demon turned back to Sigma, engaging in conversation. For some unknown reason, he didn’t feel right all of a sudden.
‘Maybe it’s because I’m dehydrated, or tired,’ he thought to himself. ‘I have been going about my training almost a whole day. I haven’t stopped at all for any rest or nutrients.’ The hybrid began to check his body signals. His heartbeat was fast, which he thought was a normal thing from training. He wiped the sweat from his brow, which was a bit more than he thought he was giving off. ‘That’s a bit odd.’ The demon felt some slight twitches in his right arm and legs as well as his back muscles, which he thought was due to not drinking, but he didn’t want to bother Sigma about it. He carried the conversation on as normal, not worrying about his body telling him that something was wrong.
“Do you have any water on you? I’m a bit thirsty from my training.”
It seemed like he was friendly enough in all honesty. She didn't feel threatened while she approached him, though he might change that attitude if she didn't say the right words and that bothered her a bit, what should she say? She didn't know, but she most likely should just go with the flow and prevent herself from saying anything inappropriate towards humans, since her studies always concluded that humans and aliens weren't entirely the same, but emotionally they feel the same way about things as humans would, which is odd since most theories go on saying that human feelings and anecdotes are based on something unique from the past, however, her hypothesis provided a conjecture towards that.
It was quite unique seeing how his face was, she paid attention to what he did and documented it in her scouter without making a sound or even any visuals that she actually did anything with the information he just showed her. It turned out that he actually fissioned himself to form another form of himself yet, it's hard trying to have two thoughts at the same time, and that made sense."I see that's rather interesting indeed." She gave him a smile to let him know that the entire situation was okay and that she wasn't freaked out by what he just did or anything similar to that.
He asked for water. She took a water bottle from her labcoats pocket out and gave it to the alien. "Here, you can keep the bottle as well, I have more where that came from, it should be enough to sustain you for now if you drink it all." She said, she didn't know the recommended daily values of aliens, she only really knew that information for humans, and even then she didn't know if they used the same conversion techniques and had the same measurement types.
"I'm really here just to say hello and to say thank you for your help, without it I might have never started what I needed to start before going off to another planet." She said to him, giving a smile in response to show that she was truly happy and thankful for his patronage and that she got a chance to meet the Guru because of his and some other person's help, she forgot his name, after all she never did see these guys after then, excluding now.
Mac Cogadh took the bottle with glee. "Thank you," the demon said. He opened the bottle and chugged about half of its contents, some of the water dribbling down his chin and mixing with the sweat that was slowly appearing on his body. He listened to her speak, saying how she wanted to say hello and thank you. He stopped drinking and gasped for air, the bottle of water popping and regaining it's own air. "It is truly no problem. I just wanted to help someone who was in need. Tell me, what is it that you needed on Namek? And what planet are you going to next?"
The demon hybrid took a swig of the water and capped it. He took a piece of his sash and wiped the sweat from his forehead. The demon just realized how tired he was. 'It's always good to see an old face,' he thought to himself as he uncapped the water and finished it's contents. 'Now, what to do with this bottle?' he thought to himself as he started to tap it on his thigh subconsciously.

She was asked a question about which she will be ready to answer. "I will be going to a randomized planet, I checked on my graph and plots and I found a planet with Similar conditions to Namek and similar hospitability and I will be going there to study it once more." Her life was short and she didn't want it to be like that she needed a way to extend her lifespan but all she could do with the technology that was available to her was to extend her lifetime by about 40 years or so. Quite a long time, almost half a lifetime before she would become an old lady who couldn't move. Extending this life meant her active lifespan was about twice as high.
"You can throw it on the ground if you wish. It's biodegradable and nontoxic to the species on the planet. I should know, I've studied them for the past 2 years."She said before wondering what might come next, she was as passive as one could be at the moment, waiting for the one she was talking to, to take initiative and start something up, whether it will be a fight or something completely different.
Mac looked at her questioningly. He didn't feel like it was right to just throw trash on the ground. 'Well, she is a scientist,' he thought to himself as he dropped the bottle.
"How is it randomized if you've been checking plots and graphs and charts? That doesn't sound too adventurous to me at all. Almost sounds like you know where you're going, doesn't it?" Mac would wait for an answer before asking a more personal question for himself.
"Tell me, how is Earth? You're from there, yes? I want to know how the planet is. My father would talk about it, but I've never been there myself. I figured that you may have something that can show me what Earth looks like. I plan on going there one day, I don't know when exactly, but one day I will. See if all that my father told me about it is true." Mac Cogadh would wait still for another answer, and as he did so, he remembered his father: a righteous man who died at an inopportune moment because he had made a promise to his son that he would show Earth to him in person one day.
