It was only the silence of the forest that scared him. He still needed to be stronger if he was going to even be able to compete with these new and higher power levels he kept running into. That's why he came here. His fear of watching others die or coming near an area of death had to be faced. It would only hinder him in battle otherwise and that was something he couldn’t afford to let happen to his friends. Chris looks as the sky became darker and darker not because of the time it was. No it was still noon. It was becoming darker because of the sunlight that couldn’t get through the thickening of bushes and trees. Chris continued to walk for hours upon hours until he finally found a perfect spot to train. The only reason it was really the perfect spot was because of the aura of death that while so large was easily sensible. He didn't know what could have killed this much but he still found it the perfect place to train a fear such as his away. Chris could only begin to smile to himself. Gouken was counting on him to get over this fear and he damn well was going to. Someone believed in him and that was what gave him this strength to keep on going.
Now the question was what was he going to set up here? As Chris went to go place his back pack down he looked around at this clear area surrounded by trees. There were even a few boulders set up along the way. He could start off by using the trees for his minor ki blast and then his actual punching. Than he could move onto the boulders for his actual fighting techniques or a few on his punching and kicking skills. This was going to go perfectly smooth...he could feel it in his gut. What better way to get rid of a fear rather than training right in the middle of it. Well...maybe a psychiatrist would have suggested different, but this was a pure blooded Saiyan. The only cure to any mental problem was through fighting….at least that was what he thought was right. With everything finally starting to look more and more like a training area he felt that he was almost ready to take this challenge on. Now the next stage was where the fun could truly start to begin. The excitement of the training was only coursing through his blood and he couldn't hold back any longer. He had to start his training this instant or he felt like he was literally going to explode.
Chris took in a deep breath as his muscles bulked up. ”Hraghhhhhh!” Chris would yell as he began to charge his ki up to his limit. His ki beginning to overflow as it surrounded him. He had to keep control of his ki otherwise he could end up in a very bad situation. For instance if he were being attacked and than all of a sudden he was out of power due to not managing his ki properly. These were some of the worries he hoped to fix through this training while conquering his fear. He could do this….He could win...He just had to try. As his ki reached his peak he looked towards the trees he had marked in his head and charged towards them with a fist being forced with more ki than the other parts of his body. His fist erupting splinters of wood to explode out ward as it went through. It wasn't over yet though. The ki started being forced to a different fist and produced a similar result only with an upper cut instead of a normal punch. This only continued on and on and on until there was nothing left of the tree except a few branches and a lot of wood dust on the ground. He wasn't done yet though as he slammed his fist into the pile of wood dust with it going straight through and leaving a fist sized crater in the ground. This was only becoming progressively easier until the sinister thought swept in of how people died here. That it was his fault that he hadn't been here to save them….no...it wasn't his fault. He wasn't responsible for every person on this planet. He wasn't responsible for the deaths here and that was final.
As Chris began to walk towards the boulders he could have sworn he heard something coming from the river. It was almost dinner time anyway so why not. As he began flying towards the river he spotted a orc harassing a fish...a fish.. Though as soon as the orc laid eyes on Chris it was obvious a fight was about to begin. Chris felt his Saiyan pride his once more and lowered his power level down to only a thousand as he charged at the orc with a flurry of punches. The orc was having a hard time stopping this mere child as finally one of the punches connected and caused the orc to spit out blood. However the orc finally managed to punch Chris in the face and as his face was turned he slowly turned back. “Thanks Mrs...may I have another..” Chris would say with a rather sinister smile as he upper cutted the orc and knocked him out. He wasn't going to kill the orc. He still held a morality and didn’t want to kill him. As he walked towards the fish he picked it up since it was out of the water and smile. A talking fish it was though. ”Thank you kind sir now I shall grant you one wish for your kindness!” The fish would say as Chris's stomach growled. ”I wish for you to be my dinner!” Chris would say as he slowly began walking back to camp with a giant screaming fish being dragged over his shoulder…

After enjoying a large fish dinner over a freshly made fire as saw by how a skeleton of a fish was hung over the fire. Chris enjoyed his nice little dinner as he walked back over to the rocks and got ready to train once more now that his dinner was done. His ki charged up once more he launched himself at the rocks firing multitudes of ki blast at the rock until there wasn't but a pebble left. He could only enjoy himself once more as he charged his first attack onto the other boulder. “Dawnriser! Ha!” Chris would say with as now a charged yellow wave launched from his palms in a single beam. Its blast completely obliterating the rock. “Aww I wanted to train more before I destroyed everything..all well..I guess its back to the books for tomorrow than.” Chris would say a little saddened by how his two training boulders were probably in rock heaven right now. That was a note he was going to have to make to himself later on. Otherwise he could risk not to being able to gain any actual experience from training at all! Than what would he do? This was just becoming one task after another. Eventually he reached his small camp and looked around. As he lied down on his sleeping bag he pulled out a random book and begun to read from it. “In the age of 777 there was a massive…..” Chris wouldn't finish as he was snoring now. He had fallen asleep already and looking from it he wouldn't wake till the next morning...the good news was that his training was at least over...for now.
