Wolf School - Part II (Solo/Soy Capital)

The sound of a fearsome and fierce clash of warriors could be heard even from outside of the Soy Training Hall. The whole place was shaking, almost like if a weak earthquake was taking place, with the sound of thunder’s rumbling in a mighty roar. It was also raining like hell outside, the water was pouring down like there was no tomorrow, but there was no real thunder, just the fists of the two saiyan warriors clashing with all their might and determination. Inside the Soy Training Hall, the holographic walls showed a devastated planet, where the flames of war had scorched all life and leaving but a scenery of mayhem and death; it was planet Vegeta during the Alliance-Empire War, a war fought for freedom, a war that ended up in tragedy. A war where this two warriors fought with their lives, where they conquered an empty win. Those warriors were Nasu, the new and young Overseer of the Saiyan Alliance, and Karota, a Colonel and Counselor of the Saiyan Alliance, a far older saiyaness with quite a lot of experience and skill in martial arts. She was the master of the Wolf School and had just recently taken Nasu as her apprentice and the duo was training hard day and night so that he could master its secrets and become a far more complete warrior than his father, the man he idolized, ever was.

– You are getting it, Nasu! But you still lack refinement! – she said with a large smirk on her face. Nasu was also smiling. At first he was ever so frustrated when training with her, but as he became a little more humble, he began to accept all Karota had to teach him and started to enjoy their bouts. He was giving it all he has got and harvesting strength from the core of his being. – I will be getting there!! Wolf Fang Fist!! – he said, as he rushed towards his opponent, trying to attack her with the fierce combo, the main signature technique of the style, but Karota managed to dodge all of the attacks, as she was completely familiar with every inch of his body movement. The saiyaness chuckled a bit and fell back into her fighting stance, rushing towards him with her fist on fire. – Take that! Heat Phalanx! – she said as she delived a flaming uppercut on his chin, hitting right on the mark. Nasu was sent flying away with his body beginning to be engulfed by flames, but then the young saiyan warrior quickly rolled back to his fighting stance, glaring at Karota and making the fire vanish, remaining unburned for the most part. – Not this time! – he roared with a fiery determination in his eyes.

Karota chuckled a bit and touched her nose with her thumb. – Ohh! Seems like you’ve finally mastered the Wolf’s Fury! Still the basic level of it, but it will come in handy! – she said, with some pride in her tone. Nasu, on the other hand, nodded and chuckled too. His body was scorched and some of his under clothes were burned away by her burning attacks. – I was already getting tired of your bullshit fire! Hehehe! – he said with a cheeky tone and Karota replied immediately. – Guess I’ll be needing to beat some humility in you again. – she provoked him, but it wouldn’t be unanswered. – I would like to see you try! – he teased her and they clashed again.

Punches, kicks, elbow strikes, claw attacks for the most part, the training was so fierce that both of them were damaged and bleeding. Nasu was worse, obviously, since he was being hit three times for every hit he managed to land on Karota, but the two of them still had plenty of stamina to spare and the fight continued with them making the world shake again, almost like they were the real knights of the apocalypse, bringing forth the doomsday. Some saiyans were gathereing outside the Soy Training Hall, quite curious on what was going on, but Second Lieutenant Pepper was at the entrance to make sure no one would get inside.

– This is a private training session between the Overseer and the Counselor Karota! No one is allowed in! Don’t insist! – he would repeat time and time again, receiving glares and complains in return, but none of those curious saiyans were crazy enough to try their luck against Nasu’s orders; the Overseer wasn’t known for being lenient with straight disobedience and they knew better. This didn’t stop them from remaining on the outside, trying to figure out what was going on. Funny thing was neither Nasu nor Karota were in their super saiyan forms. If they were, things would be much more violent and the earth tremor would definitely become a real menacing earthquake.

Back inside, in between their attacks, they would speak to each other, especially because Karota was trying to teach Nasu one of the final techniques of their style. – Okay, kid! Since you’ve already understood the Wolf Fang Fist, I will have you go even further beyond that, to the ultimate melee technique of our Wolf School! The Neo Wolf Fang Fist! Are you ready for that?! – Karota asked Nasu, as she prepared herself to strike him with the technique. Nasu fell back into a more defensive position with his fingers open in a claw like position; being a master of the Soy School, these open fingers still bothered him, but the Wolf School required it due to the claw attacks using them, as well as their grabs and some other useful moves. – Sure! Show me just how powerful it is, Karota! – he said and, as soon as he finished speaking, she was already right in front of him. ”So damn fast!” he thought, still surprised how difficult to anticipate her moves and sense her energy it was, but right at this second her power level rose to its peak as she couldn’t keep it suppressed, meaning that this technique was a real deal.

– Neo… Wolf Fang Fist! – she exclaimed. Her fingers glowed in a crimson light and she initiated the rush attack, that looked exactly like the Wolf Fang Fist but much stronger and faster. She finished by sending him flying downward with her double palm strike. Nasu groaned in pain as he was attacked and even more when his back hit the titled floor below. His battle suit cracked one final time and then it shattered, being completely destroyed due to the countless attacks he had been receiving during all of this training session, but he didn’t care. The young saiyan warrior quickly got back to his feet and flared his ghostly-white ki aura once again, dashing towards his sparring partner, with his claws ready. – Gotcha! – he exclaimed as his hands began to glow in a light-blue color, different but also similar to the way Karota’s hands glowed. – Show me you got the technique, Nasu!! – she said with a rather excited look on her face, giggling a bit as he approached. – Hell yeah I will show you! Neo… Wolf Fang Fist!!! – he roared as he clawed her chest again, making some serious damage on her battle suit and then he clawed her a couple more times and then changed it to fierce punches, using the maximum speed and power output he could tap into. Finally, after a few more heavy hits, he attacked her with a double palm strike, just like a biting wolf and sent her flying, sailing through the air adrift until she hit the holographic wall of the Soy Training Hall, groaning in pain. The impact also destroyed her battle suit to pieces, leaving them even in that regard.

Nasu couldn’t help but smile in pride as he panted, feeling completely drained after using such a taxing technique. ”I freaking did it! I’m almost done with the Wolf School training now… I just need to learn the secret technique! That’s all that’s left!” he thought to himself, feeling some shivers running down his spine due to excitement. Karota, on the other hand, recovered a bit and floated towards Nasu with a smirk with the corner of her mouth. There was a thin line of blood streaming down her lips, but she didn’t care. The hybrid saiyaness folded her arms and nodded. – That’s good, kiddo! You are almost done with your training… But now you and I need to recover a bit! The final technique requires a bunch of ki control and concentration and this tiredness will definitely be a bitch in training that. So… How about we finish your training after the battle in the arena? – she proposed.

Although he was quite anxious to finish his training, he had to agree with her. This time would also be important for him to practice the principle and basic techniques of the school, so he could learn them by heart. – Fair enough. Let’s call it a day then! – he said, agreeing with Karota. The second part of Nasu’s training was complete and he could almost feel like a Wolf School master. Just a little bit more and his power would increase many fold and his skill will be absolutely polished in a way most people weren’t. In fact, that would make him the most complete martial artist of the whole universe. And he couldn’t even wait to test it against his greatest rival: his younger sister, Atsuko Inoue.
