Kohlrabi let out a loud yawn as she walked into her quarters, turning her back to her bed and allowing herself to fall back onto it. She would let out a relieved sigh as she sank into the oh so comfortable bed. The feeling of something other than sheets and blankets underneath her startled the saiyaness. She would throw her legs off the bed and sit up to see that a letter had been left for her.. At least, she assumed it was for her. It did have her name on it in big black letters. It couldn't be anymore obvious it was for her. 'It can't have been from Komatsu.. He would've just came to my door.' Kohlrabi thought to herself as she picked the letter up and held it up to her face, arching a brow out of curiosity. 'Better not be that Kiiro weirdo.. The last thing I need is him trying to write some creepy love poem, or something.' She stuck her tongue out in disgust and let out an 'ech' as she thought about it. That was when she heard a loud knock at the door- she hadn't even been given a minute to unseal the letter and read it for herself.
"Heeeeeey! Kohl, ya in there gal? Your friendly neighborhood albino needs ya!" The obnoxiously loud voice yelled, though muffled by Kohl's door the young hybrid could still hear him. Letting out an irritated sigh Kohlrabi got up and walked over to the door. "Shoulda known I wouldn't be getting any damn sleep tonight.." The hybrid grumbled as she pulled the door open. "What?" She growled at the albino, who faked a recoil in response to her anger. "Hoo.. scary blue monkey! Someone must be having that time, huh?" The albino put his hands up and waved them a little bit before letting out a chuckle. "No need to be so hostile Kohlrabies. I'm not bothering you for no reason.. Did you get that letter?" The albino would ask just before he noticed the unopened letter in the hybrid's hand. "Yeah, I got it.. didn't get a chance to read it. It isn't some creepy love letter from you, is it? Because I'm more than not interested." Kohlrabi grumbled, crossing her arms. She wouldn't be so pissy if not for the fact she were tired and feeling as if her time was being wasted.

He then added on, getting the conversation back on topic. Irritated by the albino saiyan's confident response, Kohlrabi let a huff out through her nose before glaring up at Kiiro. "And why shouldn't I?" She asked accusingly, tossing the letter onto her bed and crossing her arms once more as she looked back at Kiiro and scowled. "To put it simply, you aren't ready.. Not to say you aren't already ridiculously strong compared to what people were telling me about, but-.." Kiiro let out a deep sigh. "It's impossible for me to explain without spoiling it for you, Kohl. I know you're tired as hell and you've got a rebellious streak but I'm asking you to not read it." Kiiro at this point was pleading with the grumpy little corporal. He had a more than sufficient reason for Kohl not to read that letter, but he couldn't truly explain it without giving away what was actually in the letter.. thus defeating the purpose of preventing her from reading it.
Kohlrabi thought over the albino's request. As curious as she was about the letter.. part of her honestly didn't care. The part of her that was tired and just wanted Kiiro to go soak his fucking head so she could take a nap. "Yeah, okay.. fine. I won't read it." Kohlrabi muttered, letting out a sigh and hoping now that that would get Kiiro to leave her presence. Unfortunately for her, the letter wasn't the only thing Kiiro was there for. "Komatsu has given me permission to use his gravity chamber to help you train. If you don't happen to know what a gravity chamber is.. It's used by stronger, higher ranking officials in the alliance to further increase their power. It's a big help, as at one point you'll notice that even your power level will be harder and harder to increase." Kiiro was right. Kohlrabi had no damn clue what a 'gravity chamber' was, and she didn't much care to.. that was, until Kiiro basically said it would make her stronger.
Kiiro had lied though. No one had approved of use of the gravity machine, and Kohl's little body most definitely could not handle it- especially with how weighted down and tired she was. But the albino saiyan had a plan, and with that plan came great risk but also greater rewards. Kohlrabi had to be strong, and those two both were willing to go through any and all extreme conditions and methods to get her there. If Kiiro and another friend of his were right to be paranoid over the whole deal between Nasu and Atsuko.. Kohlrabi would need to be strong enough to make her own decisions. She couldn't always rely on Komatsu, after all. Kohlrabi let out yet another huff. She really wasn't going to get any sleep that night. "Okay.. take me to this gravity whatever and we can get started." The saiyaness side and proceeded to follow behind Kiiro as the albino would then nod and turn to leave.
They would most likely be in massive trouble if anyone were to find out. If they were to do any training at all, it was to be light. But Kiiro planned on pushing Kohlrabi to her limits and even beyond. It was for her own good, after all. Maybe even the good of some of those earthlings. If Kohlrabi wanted to set the world straight, then she would need the strength to prevent her from hesitating. As good of a soldier the alliance wanted to mold her into, Kiiro was going to set her onto the path to extreme self-sufficiency and the ability to make tough decisions on the fly. Kiiro wasn't nearly as important as Kohlrabi was, so getting in trouble could mean big trouble for him.. Not so much Kohl, as the albino saiyan was willing to take full responsibility for his actions as he knew just how worth it the results would be later down the road when the time was right.
Kiiro walked further ahead of Kohlrabi, making him the first to get into the gravity room. The door had automatically closed behind Kohlrabi and the ten times gravity would automatically come on just as well, sending Kohl down onto her hands and knees near immediately. The combined weight of the extra gravity, her weighs, and exhaustion were all trying to force her down and she was doing all she could to fight against it. As for Kiiro, he was completely fine- but his power levle had spiked exponentially surprising Kohlrabi. "Y..Your power level.." Kohlrabi muttered, noticing that Kiiro's hair was slightly flared upwards making it appear spikier than normal- of course, he wasn't a super saiyan.. The power level increase would've been far higher.

He gave a swift kick to Kohlrabi's side sending her across the room. He knew he would regret it later, and he hated even doing it to begin with but it had to be done. There was no way to avoid it. Kohlrabi soared across the room and hit the wall before immediately dropping to the ground hard. 'Holy shit that hurt..' Kohlrabi thought to herself with a hand on the side Kiiro had just kicked. Felt like he cracked a damn rib, or something.. "What the fuck, Kiiro?!" The hybrid roared as an orange aura ignited around her thus turning her hair a shade of reddish-orange.
This power surge gave the hybrid the ability to stand up- but at that of a cost. Anger quickly rose inside her chest and her lips would curl back as she growled at Kiiro. Her pupils and irises dissapeared leaving her eyes a white blank as a blind rage overtook her. She could bring this rage out willingly, but she could not fully control her hidden hybrid power. "Stop- you can't fight me like that! Do you not realize it yet? Even if that power grants you a better chance against stronger people such as.. say, the general outside of super saiyan. You're still so blind due to that intense rage that you risk hurting the people you've sworn to yourself to protect! Do you really want that?!" Kiiro stated, trying to get through to the hybrid and reason with her despite her berserk state.

Kohlrabi most definitely did not want to hurt the people she cared for like Kiiro claimed she would. "That state you've entered.. It's not as great as you would think. There's a way to surpass it's current drawback and get even more strength out of it. The first step is to suppress your rage.. That much uncontrolled energy is going to eventually destroy your body. It already has, hasn't it? You can feel it- that Ki burning you up from the inside.. It's why you get burns, you goddamn idiot!" Kiiro shouted to the hybrid whilst she hesitated. "Look at you.. You think you might be strong with all that rage to fuel you, but you're only hurting yourself and you're eventually going to hurt others!"
The enraged saiyaness growled and charged forward, bringing her fist back to strike at Kiiro's chest. In response to this, the albino saiyan would narrow his eyes and inhale through his nose as his muscles would suddenly bulk up turning him into that of an unmovable wall. He would raise his hands to defend himself, stopping Kohl's punch in its tracks and forcing her back. He would counter the attempt by hook punching the false super saiyan in square in the middle of her face causing her to fly back once more. "If you could just control your rage, you could almost double your offensive capabilities and stand a better chance in a fight." The albino saiyan continued to explain whilst Kohlrabi was recovering from the first blow. Kiiro was right- this power was eating her up and making her even more susceptible to damage. The susceptibility is not something Kiiro was trying to make null, but instead he wanted to make it so the drawback came with an advantage that made the lack of defense more worth it.
"Teach.. me.." Kohlrabi struggled to speak- her body fought against her the entire way, as she wanted to do nothing more than just attack Kiiro just to inevitably be thrown aside like a ragdoll again. "Well, good.. You can at least form proper english. Now lets see if you can follow instructions! Stand up!" Kiiro ordered, motioning with his hand for the girl to stand. Even with all that power, Kohlrabi still struggled to stand. The amazing amount of Ki running through her sister was making her feel physically sick and the aura surging around her was burning her skin. Honestly, she was in extreme pain- and now that she was calming down she was really truly feeling it.
"Drain that excess power out through your muscles.. Allow it to expand your mass. While it may reduce your speed, you'll gain a great boost to your physical strength. Do you think you can do that? It's not a simple process- and the first time can prove to be quite painful.. You won't look the prettiest with extra mass, but why would you want to look pretty in a fight to begin with?" Kiiro crossed his arms as he spoke. He wanted to watch Kohlrabi make an attempt at this. She knew the first step was to suppress her rage- which she had already somewhat done, and this was soon to be evident as color returned to her eyes and her aura would begin to calm down. With her teeth clenched, the girl would start to whine and groan as her muscles would pulse and throb as Ki energy was forced into them.
As time went on, the young hybrid continued making several failed attempts at bulking up and using all her extra energy to make herself even stronger than she already was with her power increased fivefold. Kiiro estimated that her new power level would be around seven times her usual base- not very far off from what a super saiyan could do. This was exactly what Kiiro was hoping for- it was just the edge this little hybrid needed to get her by until she could unlock super saiyan! "Alright, you've just about got it.. But don't think for a damn second that your training ends with that!"
Kohlrabi's hair would return to its normal raspberry blue, but remain flared up like that of a super saiyan. Her eyes returned to normal and her aura had gone from a bright orange to a pure white color and her muscle mass was slightly increased. Kiiro would decrease his as he no longer had a need for it. "Right, now lets move onto more simple exercises!" The albino smiled, returning to his usual happy go lucky self. For the next hour he would have Kohl do little jumps, flips, push ups and other normal exercises most regular people did. Outside of the gravity room there would have been not as much point to them, but with how heavy everything felt Kohlrabi had to get adjusted to the extra gravity which would increase her strength outside of the chamber.
While she had suffered minor burns from her transformation, now that it was all under control she felt amazing. Her power had increased greatly, but she knew the drawback of that extra strength would be her inability to effectively defend herself against an attack. Kami forbid someone get hit by an attack of hers, though. With two new energy attacks in her arsenal, the hybrid was almost guaranteed to do some real damage in a fight.
Kohlrabi at one point had braced her hand down by her side and started to charge a blue energy sphere. Kiiro would simply spectate as the hybrid would fire an energy beam across the room and hit the wall. Evidently the room was built to resist, as she had not even put a scratch in the wall. With mastering her power came the ability to manipulate her Ki to its utmost potential, without the drawback of burning her skin and messing with her physical health. Without the extra help, she could've ended up just as sick as Komatsu.. and with the power difference between them, Kohlrabi would've been a lot worse off than him. Maybe even dead.
Fortunately, Kiiro was there to prevent such a thing could happen. He had successfully made a strength out of a flaw and helped Kohlrabi ascend further towards great heights in power. She knew that this little girl had now surpassed him in terms of strength and, rather than be mad, he was truly proud of her. On top of making her stronger, he had shoved the girl out of away of having to discover something she was not yet ready to learn. Not with their arrival on earth being so damn soon.. Maybe one day when he was older he would actually allow her to read the letter- that is, if she didn't decide to go back on her word and read it sooner than he intended for her too.
A good couple hours of gravity training did wonders for Kohl's power, but wrecked her physically and left her emotionally drained. Kiiro happily let the girl use him as a support as they would walk together back to her quarters where the albino would see Kohlrabi off and wish her a good rest before returning to his own sleep. Kohlrabi probably had never slept harder in her entire life.
