Android 100k pl implant change (The core or the orbs?)

So, do I have this straight: if a player has not benefitted from their choice of android upgrade, they should be allowed a mulligan?

The way I see it, these upgrades are just another step in the android's transformations, or at least part of it. Other races that have choices in their paths of power do not get flexibility; They get one choice and they are stuck with it. For example, a Saiyan that chooses to pursue the LSSJ path cannot switch to, say, the SSJ4 path later.

However, in consideration that sometimes we all make mistakes, perhaps the following could suffice: since the two are the same cost, perhaps a mulligan could be allowed if they haven't RP'd with it, or, as you suggest, they have not beneffited from it. And perhaps make the change window smaller, since the upgrades aren't critical path. Perhaps to one week after the initial purchase.

As long as they don't change all the time. an keep in mind their loss if they do. if you drop your absorber to buy the overclock or whever I forget its called you'd not get your money back or if you had cooling agents not for those either. So you just pay that fee like nasu said then buy the other module. Both ahve their perks so nasu's idea is okay for me I suppose but honestly they ar rather straight forward and simple.

Given if you keep switching your are screwig your self out of zeni which is what androids need the most to be played effectively. For instance if your lost the energy unit I believe it is. or the absorber unit you may lose the money you spent on cooling agents or what not or have to pay full price for your overclock.

We could just raise the price of both to around 5k of sorts and just have it be that and a 500 z removal fee
