Power... was all I desired... but all that grew inside me was the darkness I acquired
---------------------------------
It had already been months since she freeded herself from her father's imprisonment. For much of the time after her escape she took her rage out on her fellow earthlings. Their age didn't matter, nor did their race... not to her. She'd make up reasons like 'they wanted her dead anyway' 'they were to weak to survive' to justify herself. She wasn't justified though, not anymore than the other residents of the prison she was locked had been locked away in. Back then that didn't matter. They were in her way so they died. They supported her father so they died. Heck they smiled at her THEY DIED. Back then she was so sure she was right, She even convinced herself over the years. Ever since she stabbed Hikariko. She thought she was right about that to at the time... but no She was very very wrong, they helped her to see that. @armingreis, Galien and the fiery girl... Flare? Mainly the first two though. They refused to kill her despite it all. Hell she spilled the full payload of crimes on The sayian and what he say? He said she'd be a leader someday. He said she'd rather she was celebrated... than feared. More than anyone else she met a sayian of all things prodded at her heart the most. He was the first in a long time to care. The first to make her see the world for what it was, rather than what she thought it to be.
Ermine.... where was he now? She did hope he was fine. Heh.... not to long ago she would have blasted her own face in for having such a weak thought. Things were different now. She didn't care for many on this blue ball of stupidity, but she did care for him. It was part of the reason she was back in her hometown, all the reason she knew what she had to do. It was this simple fact that made her want to claim what her blood said was hers to begin with. She was the princess of earth. Because of her quite a few nameless people had died. Because of her Hikariko was dead. She owed it Ermine and to their memories to do this right. What her it killed her or anything else didn't mean a dam thing to her. Because of her she was the LAST princess of earth. She was willing to take responsibility for all of that, but it meant going home. It didn't matter what her father said to her, not in the end. She wouldn't be locked back up. She coudn't make a difference like that. Whether he liked it or not he'd have to accept her again... she knew it was gonna be hard for the idiot. She was his last daughter though, he was all she had and vice versa. She was gonna keep this stupid blue ball together if it killed her! That was her purpose now. Standing outside her old home with the streets bustling with life that was all to clear to her.
Her past did not define her. It was what she did now that mattered, according to her friend.
I'd much rather you were celebrated
She'd make dam sure it came to be!
