Now that Komatsu had done his training within the hyperbolic time chamber, it was time for him to make a trip home, at least for a little while. He would leave Kyuuri here to remain in charge of things while he was gone... not that the saiyaness was very happy about that decision, but it was a sacrifice she was willing to make as this would be Komatsu's first "Day of Fallen Heroes". It was a day they had created to remember the warriors that had fought for the Alliance back during the Alliance-Empire war, and all those that had fought and fallen for them since.
Komatsu now found himself inside of the Stargazer sitting in the captains chair, setting up the various systems for take-off. He had a rather serious expression on his face as he got ready to launch. Not only would he be attending this for the first time, but he fully intended on challenging his brother when he got there... he'd done enough relaxing since the time chamber, and he needed to really test his skills. Who better was there than Nasu to do that? Of course Kimiko had an amazing strength as well, but he figured his sister would hold back against him, and knew that Nasu wouldn't. Nasu would put him down if he wasn't strong enough, and it was that brutal honesty that he needed right there.
He was definitely nervous about all of this, but there was no point worrying about it until he got back to planet Natto, and so with the flick of a button the Stargazer fired up, and was soon taking off from the Alliance outpost for the vaste emptiness of space.
