Meeting a familiar face in battle [Private,Chris]

Chris had heard about this tournament going on. Frankly he wanted to trying see how well he could do at fighting while he was suppressing his energy. Frankly though, with his big stunt at the outpost. That would've been hard to do without having placed on a disguise. So here he was now, in his light's embraced form, entering a tournament with heavily suppressed power. Well yes he did need the prize money as well, it wasn't his only reason for entering this tournament. There had been a stronger power he had sensed here, one that he had recognized from familiarity from the outpost in the Southern Islands. Frankly it had been the one he had wanted to test before, so what better time than now. He just had to figure out who it was that was the same kid he had met.

As he began to climb the stage towards the arena. He kept his power suppressed to rather low point, high for an earthling maybe. However it was still quite low. His blond hair from the transformation hoping with hiding his identity, the hooded clothing he wore as well thanks from this form, did even more to help. All the other fighters that he had faced during this tournament. They had all been easily felled by him. They possibly would have fallen even faster if he had used his full power. Of course though he wasn't here to use his full power. If he was using his full power this would be over in an instant. There wouldn't even have been a chance for he competition. Now where was the fun in that. It wasn't like he couldn't have some fun either.

As he gazed upon the younger boy he had to face, he couldn't help but smile. He could feel the strong power from this kid. As he walked up the side to face the kid, his hood covering his eyes from view. The whole point of this was that in this form he saw more through the Ki of others than with his eye. That was when the announcer had noticed his arrival and began to speak. "Ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to announce that our contestant has arrived. On the right side we have Ruttsu, A seventeen year old Earthling from the southern islands. Don't be fooled by his appearance folks, for everyone he has the first up to now, has fallen from a single punch. Now both contestants ready up and let the battle begin." The announcer proceeded to say as Chris would look to his opponent.

"So you're the one I have to fight now aren't you, I look forward to this fight so make sure you're not holding back. If you do that, well let's just say this fight went faster than you can speak." Chris would say as he began to get into his fighting stance one hand raise palm facing towards the opponent and the other palm farther back facing towards him as well. The stance was so professional, it was obvious that he was well trained.
