Saki was now resting in a bed in the wizard’s base. He needed some sleep before he trained. He was twisting and turning under the covers.
He was dreaming about fighting his dad who killed his mother. First it was hand to hand combat. Saki was a young master but his father was more skilled. Saki kept parrying and blocking the strikes in his dream, hoping to soon get an opening on his father. Suddenly a strong palm strike hit the center of his upper body in his chest and pushed him back 6 feet. As Saki slowed himself down, he was spitting up blood.
“Dad…Why?!” saki screamed.
“power can be gained through hard work but for true power, you must offer a sacrifice…my wife was the one thing I’d die for…but to ascend to a new level of power…I had to sacrifice her. I loved her son, I really did….but for the sake of power, I sacrificed her…I killed her with no feeling or emotion in my state of mind and now…NOW I HAVE ULTIMATE POWER!” Saki’s father proclaimed.
The father then spat up blood as Saki was wounded as well. “Your too weak to avenge your mother…go and train some then avenge your mother’s soul….” Saki’s father then phased from view and Saki was starting to feel weak…soon he collapsed, passing out.
Saki then woke up in his bed in a rush. “Ultimate power? The power to protect the weak wasn’t enough for father…he wanted to conquer and destroy at the sacrifice of his wife…I will not let evil destroy familes and homes again….” He said to himself as he got back to his feet and used his dark powers to put on his training gi. (I always thought killing dad would free my mother’s soul from hell….it was the reason I became a demon….to judge mortals….it’s not like I hate mortals, but they can be moved to do dark things.)
The short wizard then walked into the room. “So saki, I see your memories are haunting you…” the wizard stated, saki then replied. “Yes, as you know, my dad killed my mom and the fight we had after that left me on a whim…then….your father found me and made me a demon….your kitara the daughter of Kitora…you wear the family crest of Kitora the wizard…but you know he had to seal me away after I was of no more use to him…my question is why was my seal broken and why was I drawn here?”
Kitara then replied. “Well, my father died 1,200 years ago…his death causing his unbreakable sealing spell to be crushed…but it wasn’t that simple…we had to find you…but Kitora’s apprentice Katora took his army to capture you…”
Saki then smirked. “But that wasn’t the case, I got out of there, I killed them and destroyed my icy tomb…I don’t want to be a chaotic demon like I was in the past….i wish to protect the innocent and stop families, homes and even children from getting destroyed.”
The female wizard smiled with her purple hood over her head. “Well Saki, I like the light I’m sensing from you. You were evil but now it’s like you’ve turned good….that’s cool dude. Now would you like a tour of the base?” Saki smiled and nodded. They both walked out of the bed room and went down a hallway. Soon they got to a row of doors. “These rooms are where you can train against monsters and creatures. You enter and walk into the hexagram and you’ll be teleported somewhere to fight creatures as well as scenarios.”
Saki was beginning to like this place. Soon there was a room with a pentagram on the door. “This is the meditation room where you can focus your spirit and mind to do some private training.”
Saki nodded and went with the wizard until they got to the quartermaster’s room. “Saki this is Bonn. She specializes in weapons. Bonn gave Saki a utility belt with two leg holsters with a powerful 30 round modified glock in each holster.
“This belt has ammunition for your guns. The two 30 round modified glocks in each leg holsters has laser sights to accurately aim and take your shots.” Bonn said as Saki put on the utility belt and leg holsters on himself.
The wizard and saki left and went to another room which was the firing range. Saki decided to use the guns and opened fire on the target with one of his guns in his right hand. He fired 15 shots at the target then pressed the button with the butt of his gun. Soon the target came forward and there was a cross grouping in the head of the target. The wizard was impressed. “Good work Saki, your very accurate with gunplay…”
Saki nodded. “Yeah, I’m good with firearms.” They then left the firing range and went out to a courtyard where he was earlier. There was a 30 by 30 foot square ring outside. “This is where you’ll be training…with a fallen guardian. That was the power you were sensing. A former guardian that looked after earth 2,000 years ago was locked up until I used a spell to feed off of his power…he’s a good fighter, a sage and a druid. I took him for you to train with.”
Saki smiled. “Wicked, well I’d like to start training.” The mage then nodded. “Look at the center of the ring” A pentagram appeared in the center of the ring and a robed figure appeared in the ring. “Saki..” The figure said. “You wish to protect the innocent and stop killing and murder…that pleases me to no end. Now I will test you with 4 fights. When your ready to begin, enter the ring and prepare for judgement.” Saki turned to the mage who smiled. “Your much stronger then you were before…go on Saki, enter the ring and get ready for training like you never received before…go on have fun!”
Saki then walked into the ring and a sphere of energy enveloped the ring, keeping saki and the stolen former guardian in a barrier which couldn’t be disturbed.
-within the sphere of energy-
A man wearing purple robes sat on a throne. “So you saki, wish to protect the innocent…you will need special training for this…first you will fight 4 of my minions…first you will fight Fenal!” A light overtook the ring and a big thick ox creature appeared in the ring.
“Are you ready for Fenal Saki…I hope you are…” Soon a gong went off and Saki and Fenal shot forward, trading blows with each other. Saki threw a volley of fast punches which were being parried as well as fire being returned by Fenal who Saki parried as well.
“Fenal’s spirit is one of my students that passed on…you’re going to have problems on him.” The robed man said as the fight went on. Soon Saki preformed 2 punches to the chest, then a stomp on Fenal’s right foot then a left jab to the stomach then finished off with a right handed super man punch to the head yelling. “Riot Pulse!” A massive explosion was launched to the head of the ox creature and he flew back. Saki got underneath him and kicked him high up into the air then got above him with his palms forward, a red orb of energy coming about the hands as he discharged an energy beam which picked up the ox creature and pinned it hard into the tiled ground, a massive explosion like a nuclear bomb going off was seen in the ring. Saki then shot down with his right knee out and slammed it hard into the stomach of the warrior who blocked it, the tiles of the ring cracking underneath the weight.
Soon Saki wrapped his legs around the ox’s throat and began to wrench hard, the warrior losing conscienceness as he kept wrenching his legs on his neck. Suddenly Fenal powered up and his legs were pushed off the neck. Saki rolled away from the raw power then turned his body around, taking a tiger stance as the ox creature got back up to his feet.
“Lucky moves…that won’t happen again.” Soon Saki rushed forward after doing some steps to show his Tiger Kung Fu stance, a white tiger seen rushing forward as the illusion of his attack. Soon both were going back and forth, throwing down and blocking each other’s attacks as they each laid it down. Soon the ox went for a punch and Saki flipped to the side of it and a tiger illusion was seen biting up the arms then a final strike was going to the face which knocked the man back. Saki then phased behind him with a spinning round house to the center of fenal’s back, sending him flying forward. Soon Saki appeared infront of him with a super duper man punch to the throat then used his right leg to use the rubber foot technique, striking the lower body and torso with his right leg moving at an extremely fast speed followed by a chest punch with his right fist. He then jumped up, grabbing the shoulders of the ox creature and began to launch rapid knees to the face then flipped over it with good acrobatics then nailed him in the back of the head with a hard knee.
The knee landed and the ox creature fell to the ground out cold. “So this is the extent of your power…pitiful and I was sealed away….” The robed sage caused the ox to disappear and a lizard man appeared with armor and claws as well as a tail. Saki frown and summoned his Dragon’s Bane for the fight. The lizard rushed forward with a volley of claw strikes which Saki used his sword to block and parry, his arms getting the workout of their lives. The lizard man kept slashing with his claws as Saki used his defensive stance with his blade to parry. He then phased in mid slash of the lizard and appeared above him with an axe kick to the top of it’s head, the lizard in defense launched his tail to strike Saki in his stomach and he flew back. The lizard grabbed his head and Saki recovered and rushed forward with a volley of fast slices with the sword that the lizard was parrying and blocking with it’s clawed hands. The lizard man went for a knee to the stomach of Saki while in mid slash which the mayko-jin blocked with his free elbow, getting sent flying back. The lizard man rushed forward as Saki was launched and the demon hero thrusted his left hand forward then fired an orb of energy at the lizard who crossed his arms to take the attack. Saki then came behind it with a slash which was countered by a tail whip which saki used his sword to slap away. Soon Saki grabbed the tail and hurled him into the air. Saki then rushed up with flight and preformed a volley of fast slashes at the warrior who was blocking with his clawed hands. Saki then sheathed his sword then rushed forward, unsheathing his sword as he attempted to slash his opponent clean in two. The lizard blocked it and was launched back until Saki got behind him with a double kick to the center of the spine. The lizard crashed down to the ring and Saki shot down fast after him.
The lizard hit the bottom of the ring and Saki shot down with his sword in the back of it’s neck. The robed sage smiled. “Heh, you like killing, it’s in your tainted blood. You’ve defeated my ox and lizard creature…two out of four isn’t bad. I’ll allow you to train with this wizard. This is a building area for you to build up your skills. Thank you for being such a good sport.”
The energy around the ring faded and Saki walked to the meditation room to focus on his dark inner power.
