Personality: Rutaba is a very lighthearted, casual Saiyan man when he is around his friends, talking about battles and troublemakers that he took down in his days so far, when it comes to other members of the Saiyan Kingdom. Others he takes a more direct approach to just try not to cause trouble with his saiyan bloodline. Depending on said Leadership role, Rutaba falls in line with whatever they are saying, treating them how he would want to be treated if he was filling such a role. However if the role is led by somebody his profession would most likely have to take down, this drastically changes to as much resilience as can be given.

Appearance:
Rutaba is a somewhat tall, fit Saiyan male, he has the token black hair and black eyes, with not many additional traits if you were to take him down to his base value, not including anything he may have on his clothing or weaponry. The only really notable thing if you were to search his body is a small, golden tattoo on his neck. It is not a design, but rather a small tattoo that shows ‘07A9X2P’ engraved, and all it is for is his designation in his profession. Aside from this, his appearance is pretty average aside from a slightly toned musculature from his time fighting.
The most basic, clothed appearance that Rutaba takes is his personalized Squad's Peacekeeper attire, which consists of steel arms and leggings, that go from the tips of each limb, to the part where they attach to the torso. This keeps his shoulders and thighs covered all the way down to his hands and feet to make sure that he is protected from casual strikes to those places when keeping the peace. His torso however, is covered in a stylized blue coat of sorts that ends in a cape that flows down the back, it looks more like a royals armor but it’s just his normal attire as a Peacekeeper. Around his waist is a belt that is also apart of a sheathe, where he puts his silver sword.
Backstory:
Rutaba, being a member of the Saiyan Kingdom, and a member of the Saiyan race in general. Was born into a society that lives and succeeds through combat in general. Using raw strength and power to win fights rather than too much cunning and skill. However, for the good of their home worlds and the universe they knew and loved, the Saiyans used their battle tendency to fight for the good and right, to be the protectors. Rutaba, followed suit right along with that in mind and went right along into becoming a member of these, Defenders that he was so used to.
Just like his love for battle, it was like this lifestyle was filled into his blood before he was even born, and even without much of a parentage to go off of, the boy made sure to make his own path into training and becoming one of the greats. The lack of parenting in his early life mostly came from his parents being protectors as well, going off to stop evil whenever they could, and they inevitably paid the price in the end, as they died all too soon before their son could even really get to know them.
The community he was raised into however, was not a cruel one, the right thing to do with this boy was to nurture him as his parents did, eventually breeding him to be a kindhearted soul himself, and none other looking to follow in his late parents footsteps by the time he was able to consciously make decisions for himself, and actually train. And train he did, with a power level not to sneeze at, but not to really write home about either in the end. He was an average boy at best, but average was enough to make a good protector amongst a sea of others.
Given time however, he would slowly respect and look up to those at the top even more so than what he was becoming, taking note of the leaders like the King and 2nd in Command, as some sort of god's among the rest of the Saiyans due to their sheer skill and ability to keep the Kingdom together like this. Truly, if he had a goal, it would be to become the successor of those people at the very top. And he would work towards that for the rest of his life as well, making sure to put forth effort in every mission he would go onto with his squad.
Whether it be some sort of recon mission that required his power level suppressed as low as it could possibly go. Orr if it was a mission to take out a group of villains on a planet by going all out and putting them out of commission and bringing them in. Nothing was really outside the realm of possibility to what the Saiyan would put effort into, as long as he could work towards his end goal, it was all for the good of the Kingdom and all the galaxy’s as he knew them.
As time would progress, Rutaba’s squad would become more solidified with one another, because as trainees there was no real bond between partners, and members would be switched out with one another with relative ease and not much care for them meeting again, but with members going on more and more missions with each other, they would become brothers and sisters in arms and slowly a Squad that was built for a mission, would become a Squad that was built for one another.
This held absolutely true as one day, no member was ever swapped out of their squad, each one of them being held firmly together as allies to go on missions. Relying and trusting each other was the easiest part for them all. The Saiyan’s squad comprised of three males and two females, including Rutaba. Their commander, Tunnip, was the most experienced member of the squad, being much more developed in both age and power, he was definitely the strongest member alongside his experience, overpowering all of them even if they tapped into their Saiyan Soul. The other male in Rutaba’s squad, Azukai, was like a true brother to him in that they were both born near the same time, and they got along almost too well for them to not be best friends. The two girls on the other hand, were twins who were half breeds as well, their half bred blood making them a lot more kindhearted and peaceful than others, despite keeping to a peacekeeping lifestyle nonetheless, with their names being Rosémarie and Lavender.
Mission after mission, they would would get closer and closer together until a mission went bad in all the wrong ways. Despite how bad the mission went, Rutaba was determined to keep on with his Peacekeeping, but he would never be emotionally the same again on the inside, and his outlook on allies was never as cautious as it would be after that day.

It seems I have finally passed through my training, and solidified myself as a member of the Sadal Defense Force. I’m still just a Recruit but I am finally going to be given my first mission today! Assigned to a Starting Squad, hopefully I’ll meet some new people and we’ll put some bad guys out of commission! Oh, anyways, to everyone back in the Capital City, thank you a lot for raising me right! I swear I’ll do you proud and be as safe as I can.”
“Here we go, Log Two… Well, I can’t say my first mission was the best work.. Everyone else overshadowed me and I felt like a nuisance, but that doesn’t mean that I can just give up yet, right? I got more words of encouragement than I did rude comments or anything like that. It was just a little field work with some space pirates, so I can’t say it was a major mess up, anyways! I am looking forward to the next mission I have with my squad, or whatever squad I get assigned to! Write you all soon!”
“Log Three, let’s keep this going strong! I know it has been a little bit but I was just overbooked with a few missions, so I guess I just was taking the time to learn a bit more before I made one of these. Anyways, they finally paired me up with somebody who… you know, works well with me? He’s a cool dude, his name is Azukai, laid back and never really out to be the best. He just wants to keep the peace, he’s a lot like me in that sense, though he doesn’t want to become Leader or anything. Maybe if I go through with that he’ll be my second in command, wouldn’t that be something? I’ve already found my second in command!”
“I guess whoever is putting together the squads takes notice of how people work with one another. I’ve noticed a lot of other people from squads being taken from theirs and put into a squad that never breaks apart. It sort of feels like they are trying to make teamwork the biggest thing here, which I definitely can’t complain about. They say that me and Azukai are a pair that can’t be separated, which means once we find another two solid matches, we’ll be good to go! The commanders swap out from time to time too but, I don’t know if any will really stand out for me, I am more looking out for my own teammates here as the commanders are all sort of great, I wouldn’t mind any one of them more than the others.”
“So… the missions are still going pretty good, I know my logs are getting farther and farther apart now, but it is not from a lack of care or anything I am just, piled with missions sometimes and I sleep before I even get to get on. I am staying safe for all of you at home though, me and Azukai are getting a lot stronger thanks to these missions which in turn let us take on even bigger ones. Of course our random partners are too but it’s only really us two as a constant. However they put us with an official Commander now, he is a cool old fellow. His name is Tunnip, but he doesn’t say too much he is more of a, wall I guess you could say? But he always carries such a lighthearted look that I can’t think he is anything but nice, and the words he does say are always oh so encouraging. I am glad that we have a good person to mentor us through these situations.”
“I think we have more or less a squad formulated now. These teams are formed in groups of four and a commander, which means with me and Azukai as a pair, they had to stick us with another pair. What did you know, there are recruit twins in the force now, they aren’t purebred like me and Azukai, but they got quite the personality as twins. Hard to tell them apart though unless they stare, their eyes are different. But either way it seems like we got our squad. Azukai, Lavender, Rosémarie and Rutaba falling under the command of Tunnip! I’m sure we’ll be an unshakable team!”
“I never thought that our commander would be such a strong man… we have never really sparred before but after we all got to know each other, the team and I thought it would be fun to try and fight the old man four on one. Oh how bad an idea that was, swore he was weaker but he just sort of, shot up a yellow aura of sorts and kicked our asses. He was like four of himself at once it was amazing! I want to get that strong… I need to get that strong, just like commander Tunnip, even Azukai is progressing really far ahead of me, I need to catch up and fast before I am left in the dust.”
“It’s been a few years together with this same squad and I have to say, this was the best decision I have made in my entire life. All four of them, the commander included of course, are such wonderful and amazing people to work alongside. It is like the timing that I was born, the timing I started training, the timing of when I finished my official training and when I got put into the squad system, all of it was just so perfect. I love every last one of my comrades and I look forward to many, many more years with them.
