"Clearly, you haven't been with my mate." Kinoko stated in retaliation to Carva's comment about this being as good as lovemaking. She had to agree that the level of pleasure she was feeling from this fight was easily just below the level of satisfaction of being with her mate~ Still though it wasn't really fair to him to compare the two, but she wasn't quite thinking clearly now was she?
"Heh, who cares about this useless training room anyways~ Those Brenchian dogs made it pretty sub-par. It's crap and needed renovation anyways" With every word from her mouth there was visible fire slipping from her lips like drool. She laughed at the idea of the two working demolition on the place, not taking into account that they had already taken out several adjacent rooms and support structures for this sector of the palace. She wasn't really aware of her surroundings anymore, having found someone just like her to test her limits on... She continued to fuel more and more of her ki into her strike when she suddenly felt a secondary presence arrive within the trashed training room. Her smile faltered when he chastised them for their fight.
"And who the hell are you to talk to your Queen like that hunh? Keep it up and there'll be a coffin with your name on it too!" She threatened, her eyes narrowing on the saiyan as she contemplated charging him and taking him out of the picture altogether. He was already spoiling her fun by just being there...
Though before she could take any action against him, she felt the arrival of another, far too late to do anything to the first saiyan that had arrived. She scoffed as she then looked towards this new intruder. Why did these flies keep coming for them!?
"Who the hell... do you think you ARE TO INTERRUPT ME?" Kinoko yelled at him now, the palace around her starting to tremble as the power she had been gathering quite suddenly doubled. She growled at the newest arrival as she took a step towards him, stopping only briefly as she heard her light side crying and yelling at her from within her mind. Begging her to stop, to stop attacking Carva, to leave the new saiyans alone and to stop fighting altogether.
'It hurts... Stop! Make it stop! They... they follow you... we're their Queen... we can't hurt them... we can't...' The light sided Kinoko pleaded silently towards her darker half. Mentally, the darker half only knocked her away, laughing at her misery and wondering why the form was in so much pain. It wasn't like she felt any.
With the silent struggle drawing to a close, Kinoko then opened her mouth once more, fire spewing from her lips as she launched it towards Tarro once he had launched his binding attack towards Carva. The flames weren't meant to intercept Tarro's rings, instead they were meant to engulf Tarro in her fire breath completely and char the bastard alive for daring to interfere. The fire would be more than enough to kill him, even enough to vaporize him is no one intervened.
When Tomina arrived and asked her to power down, Kinoko would just tremble, angry with all of their intrusions. She jsut didn't get what it was they were going on about! Why the hell where they butting into their fight! She'd waited forever to have a fight like this and they were ruining it! She'd kill them all if she could! and in this form, it was tempting to let every ounce of her inhibitions slide... She didn't let up though, her fire shooting for Tarro like an angry bull.
It wasn't until Karota suddenly arrived that Kinoko stopped moving altogether. The sound of her voice yelling at her rang in her ears long after her fist collided with her stomach. Kinoko lost all breath with one strike, instantly coughing up the blood that had been accumulating from her internal injuries. Her hair immediately dropped it's golden luster and returned to black, her eyes returning forward as Kinoko collapsed forward onto Karota's fist. After having taken so much damage from Carva, there was no hope of her withstanding anything from Karota, and so the Wueen promptly lost consciousness after that strike, all of the inflicted pain rushing to her mind and setting her nerves on fire...

The power...the absence of pain. The golden glow emanating from the muscular form of Carva. It was intoxicating, and at this time he could think of nothing but winning. Winning in this case wasn't just about defeating the Queen of the Saiya-jins. No. In this case, it was about impressing her, the warrior wanting to finally cement his place in the Saiyan Galactic Kingdom. You see, Carva knew that his attack could completely destroy a normal man, but he also knew that this warrior wasn't normal...it would hurt her. But it would not kill her. It would leave a lasting impression of his Legendary power.
Unfortunately, some would see this situation as being detrimental to the state of the very structure in which they stood. Carva's thirst for destruction, the massive power he emitted...it would first begin to falter as his ki sense picked up Tarro, those teal eyes falling on the newcomer in a death gaze. For a moment, his rage would flare as his attack began to fizzle..."What the he'll are you doing, rookie?! Do you have a fuckin' deathwi-" before he could finish that thought, the golden rings would appear on his wrists, ankles, and neck...and he'd slam into the wall with a loud thud, struggling to get free. "Grrrrr...you better hope these rings are strong enough to hold me, or el...oh shit!"
So it would appear that the beautiful, destructive Queen would physically finish Carva's thought by firing off a brilliant plume of fire at Tarro! Carva's eyes would go wide as the flames headed toward the warrior at full spees...and honestly? Carva felt no sympathy for the idiot. He'd interfered with the battle of Carva's life...and now? He'd pay. His only regret? It wasn't by his hand.
Carva would cut his eyes toward his pupil and sneer. "Quiet down, pup! This doesn't concern you!" The alpha wolf would bark, but soon...he'd sigh and shake his head. The Android was there...Tomina, Karota...they were there, no doubt to try and stop the battle by any means necessary.
Carva felt a nagging anger within him, burning like the fires of Hell, intensified as he saw Ash. But as he watched his opponent...his Queen...fall unconcious...he just huffed. Suddenly, the rage filled warrior did something that would likely surprise all those gathered, but not without issuing his reasoning. He'd laugh a bit..."I suppose we've gotten a bit carried away after all, have we not? It's not every day that one achieves such power...jumping in such levels in one battle, so do forgive me..." he said mockingly, knowing deep in his heart...they couldn't beat him. He knew that one on one, he could take them all. Suddenly...his power would drop, his eyes turning brown...his hair turning black. He willingly powered down. "...this isn't a win, seeing as how you guys stopped us. I will not accept a tainted victory, there is no honor is such." He grumbled. "...kami damned party poopers."
Carva had done what he'd never done before...he powered down, not out of fear...but out of necessity of his position in the Kingdom. He conceded peacefully, showing more control than anyone ever thought he had. In the end, his honor showed through.Pwc: 554
"You claim to know the definition of "pain". Allow me to show you it's true meaning!"- Carva
<You're not gonna be talking to me like that for long...>
Carva barked back at his pupil. He referred to him as a pup and even disregarded him from this whole event. The nerve. Just because he was stronger than him and capable of smacking him around. He, reasonably, felt like he could just talk to his pupil like that. Ren's thoughts weren't of the threatening nature, though. Rather, they were the prophecising type. He could swear that on his life. Grinding his teeth, Rensu could feel his feet shifting. As if he was going to charge into his instructor and, meaninglessly, attack him. However, self-control played its role. Refraining from doing that, he watched as Tarro subdued the elder and bound him by. Refusing him any movement or ease of doing so. Good move on his end, excellent call. The main idea her was to keep the two evil incarnates from destroying any more of what they have. Permitting them to do even more would only result in an angered Nasu and an even angrier and rebellious Saiyan race. What would they think of a leader who destroyed and held little to no regard for her own people. None too pleasant things, that was for sure.
The Queen had successfully been put down. Temporarily of course, but she was downed. Lucky for the weaker Saiyans that Karotta was around to calm the royalty. But she had fired something off before being undone. A flame like attack that was aimed for...Tarro. Great. Growling some, the youth wanted to do something. But...even he could feel just how powerful the attack was. If he even got near, he could suffer some damage. Let alone being enveloped by it, why, he'd be disintegrated! But he didn't want to see Tarro just get killed. What could he do? <Part of me is really glad no one has said anything to me, but another part of me is kinda mad. Heh...whatever.> Ren thought, but he couldn't figure out what to do. Any effort he had potentially put in would've been in vain. Was it worth throwing himself into a literal wildfire? What was to gain? <Got it,> He mentally snapped his fingers, thinking of an incredibly mediocre and amateurish plan. Let it be known Rensu wasn't a cerebral fighter, not in the slightest. Like a flash of light, Rensu's arm had snapped up. Palm open and facing away from him, his right hand slapping down onto his wrist and clamping down tight. Working as a prop to keep his aim right and steadied. No harm in trying to save a fellow Saiyan right? Besides, if he was at least a little successful, he could earn himself an IOU from Tarro.
<Ready, aimed, good,> He mentally sounded. Ren's body surging with Ki and mustering what he could. "Galick Blazer!" He bellowed. His young voice differentiating from the older, more matured and deeper voices in the environment. His useless attack probably rendering comical responses of his superiors who were present. But, he tried. The attack, his Galick Blazer, was projected. Taking the form of a large sphere of Ki being pushed forth by a controlled beam. lucky for Ren, he was capable of taking control of the attack. His intent being to intercept the flame with the brunt of the orb. If that failed, the beam would have to suffice and create at least some kind of diversion, right? Right?! <Hope this works out. I need a training partner, and that guy ain't half bad. Let's hope he doesn't think I'm doing this outta the good of my heart..heh.> Ren smiled some. He found some light relief in this whole thing. Being a Saiyan and all, he was able to hand this kind of thing at least somewhat well. That, and it was a good thing he didn't know Tarro too intimately to give too much of a damn. <I'll handle- And by handle, I mean get mercilessly beaten the hell out of- after..>OT-3 Galick Blazer fired off towards the direction of Tarro. Intent is to create an incredibly limited and weak barrier between Tarro and Kiniko's attack.
Tarro stared intensively at Carva as his energy rings took their hold. It seems they were strong enough to hold him down. Truthfully he had been a bit concerned. The strength he felt from Carva was more than enough to put fear into the heart of nearly any Saiyan. He had truly ascended into the ranks of greatness - though he still had a ways to go if he wished to compete with Nasu's family. But unfortunately for him Tarro was no such Saiyan. He felt no fear in his heart - even though he should given the massive gap in strength. But to Tarro it mattered none. His death mattered none. He had expected to die months ago - and so that made death in of itself inconsequential. If he died it was simply as far as he had been meant to go and that was all. "Well he seems to be steady - now it's time t-," he began to say before he was so rudely interrupted! The Queen's rage had been insatiable - and it seemed that she had set her eyes on the renegade Super Saiyan! Tarro was not expecting what was to come - an inferno dead-set coming to destroy him.
Tarro was bloody from the battle of the Moginanians - their tribes full of truly formidable fighters indeed. The battle had been fierce. With the sun rising once more - the three smiled at the remains of the battlefield. The corpses of their tribe stacked on high. He, Arres, and Captain Aru had been nearly on the cusp of death. "Well that was a crazy battle, ahahah," the Captain said with a hearty, cheerful laugh. Tarro and Arres smiled - the both of them rather proud with themselves. "Thank the gods for today. That could have gone way worse," he laughed nervously. It had been true. He had not quite expected their powers to be so formidable. Arres and the Captain had their Super Saiyan transformations to lean on - but Tarro had managed to stall his lot until the Full Moon. Without his tail and his Oozaru transformation - he above all of the others would have surely perished.
"Don't be silly, Tarro. There is only one true god," Arres called back to him. Tarro chuckled, asking the Saiyan to clarify. What the hell did he mean when he said there was only one god? Arres chuckled, coughing for theatrics before explaining himself to the Saiyan Elite. "It's the thing that takes our souls and passes us into the otherworld. Death," he said with a light chuckle. "But I've heard of the Kais and the God of -," he began before he was so rudely interrupted. "Yes but those are titles. In the end the only 'absolute' is Death. The Kais can fall- as can even the Gods of Destruction," he said. "Since when are you such a know it all, Arres?" Tarro asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I'm just saiyan - it's a fact. And I'll tell you... the only thing I'll ever say to Death is 'Not Today My Man- Maybe Tomorrow', Hahahah!" before Arres started breaking out into heinous laughter. And Tarro joined him. He found it fairly amusing after all - though he knew death as inevitable and completely absolute....
As Tarro stood there in what would likely be his death - all he could do was remember those words his dead friend had once spoke to him. "NOT TODAY!" he shouted as he fired a yellow energy wave in futility. It was not yet his time. He was sure of it. There was so much he had to do. He had to avenge his planet, his family, his friends. He had to make up for all the things he had lost, all the devastation he had felt. He had Jarvis to make suffer. His memory to erase from this Universe and every other Universe like it. He had Komatsu to pummel for failing him and all the other Saiyans on Natto. He had so many drinks he had yet to try, so many bars he had yet to tussle in. He wasn't ready to die.
He wasn't strong enough to stop the blast - but he'd be damned before he'd let it hit him without a fight, without resistance! Firing from his hand a purple energy wave he met the flames head on - his Saiyan spirit resisting the attack with all of his might. It pushed the beam back every slightly - but it would inevitably kill him barring interference.
If he did die - at least he wasn't afraid.
[Fired an OT-1 Energy Wave with 2 Warrior Spirit's behind it to clash against the inferno. He then bumped it up with a second charge giving it all he had for a grand total of 1,114,000 PL versus the nigh-7 mill. Nearly 6 mill of damage coming to vaporize him if no one else interferes lul]

The situation was becoming more manageable, and yet more insane at the same time. It looked as though Carva had managed to regain control, and Karota had come in and knocked out Kinoko, but the Queen had fired off a stream of flames at Tarro before she was subdued. There was only one thing she could do in this situation.
“Galick Missile!” Tomina thrust both of her hands forward, shooting out a fuchsia colored beam out at Kinoko’s attack. They collided, the beam of energy collided with the wall of flames. Unfortunately, Kinoko’s flames were actually gaining ground on her beam. Tomina didn’t think things could get any more troublesome, and then Ash showed up. She talked about how they needed to work together to get the situation under control. Then she brought up something that was actually intriguing to Tomina, despite the current situation she was in. Ash was offering to help her reach a new level of power. Of course, that meant emotionally triggering her in a very stressful manner. Which of course involved the Android’s mental abilities. Tomina gritted her teeth, preparing to gather even more power out of herself.
“Tch, you won’t have to even bother. I can still put more strength into my beam. I know I have potential within me. More than you could possibly imagine. I couldn’t access at first, since my hybridization made it unclear how to obtain the next level of power. I know how it works now though. As much as the idea discusses me, if your abilities can help ascend me to new heights, then I’ll take full advantage of it. I can’t rely on emotionally triggering myself. So just this once, throw everything you’ve got at me!”
Tomina would almost regret those words, as Ash’s aroma filled her nostrils. Suddenly she was no longer struggling against her Queen’s attack. She found herself transported to a snowy forest. Tomina knew that it should have felt cold, but every snowflake that she felt on her skin felt warm and comforting. This presence was very familiar. One name filled her mind.
Karen….
Tomina still remembered her best friend. She had eventually made comrades among her peers and earned their respect, but Karen was the only one who had stood beside her through everything. Even when Tomina was at her worst she had stuck by her. She stood there and closed her eyes, the snow falling all around her. Tomina was at peace for once in her life. Karen had been the only person to ever given her that feeling. They had all been brief moments: her times with Karen had been like being in the eye of a hurricane. It was peaceful while it lasted. But the storm of battle always came raging back.
All too soon, a literal storm came and ripped away the warmth from her. Tomina found herself in the middle of an icy blizzard. She trudged through the snow and ice, the wind howling all around her. The ice slapped against her face, making her trek through the snow a treacherous ordeal. Tomina tried warming herself up with her fire, the blue and blame flames roaring to life around her. To her surprise, they were quickly sniffed out by the storm whirling around her. It was too fierce for her to fly away from it too. She saw a cabin though, and headed right towards it. She opened the door and went inside, slamming the door behind her. The wind quieted down, although she could hear it whistling around outside. Inside the cabin was…. nothing. There was nothing but empty space inside the shelter. There had been things there though. There were bolt holes in the floor where a bed used to be, and an indent in the floor where a kitchen counter used to be. Tomina felt completely hollow in that moment.
"That’s right, those bastards took everything from me. No, they took everything from us all."
Images flickered around her like shadows. She saw some of the harsher moments of her life. She saw her 5 year old self getting ganged up on and beaten by a bunch of older Saiyans. One of them punched her in the gut, and then all of them proceeded to kick her repeatedly on the ground.
“You got that promotion over us? What a joke! I refuse to accept you as my superior, you filthy half-breed filth! You don’t even have a tail! You’re weak, and don’t deserve anything!”
Tomina’s life had been hard the moment she had come out of the incubation chamber. The Empire was filled with many people who viewed hybrids as inferior beings. Tomina had train so much harder than everyone else just to prove them wrong. One day she had become stronger then all 3 of the people who beat her up combined. She had returned the favor in full, completely ignoring their cries for mercy.
The weak don’t deserve mercy. You said it yourself: the weak don’t deserve to have anything. You won’t receive anything from me but pain. That being said, I still want to hear you beg. Go on, tell "me how much it hurts! I want to hear your cries of anguish! Plead for me to stop! DO IT!!!"
Tomina couldn’t help but smirk at that memory. It had been so satisfying to beat the crap out of those guys. They had gotten out of alive, but not without some broken bones and some burns. Oh, she had made sure to keep it non lethal: they were on the same side as she was after all. Other than that limitation , she didn’t hold back on them. Any positive feeling she had about that memory were quickly swatted aside by two of her most painful memories. The first one occurred just after the war. Where her life changed forever.
Planet Vegeta: 8 Years Ago. After the War.
Tomina had woke up from an healing tank a few days later. After she had put on her armor, she asked the head technician for an update on the situation.
“What’s our status?! I heard that all the major hierarchy had been killed. Is this true?!”
The technician gulped, talking a couple of steps backward. Tomina was significantly stronger than him, despite the difference in age. The glare she was giving him looked strong enough to kill any weak being she aimed her gaze at.
“Y… yes, they’re all dead. Commandant Redis, Chancellor Rukko, even Queen Lettis. All our strongest warriors perished out there that day.”
“They’re all dead…. We really did lose to them. How? How did we lose to the Alliance? We are true Saiyans. True Saiyans who show no mercy and have no hesitation in wiping out our enemies. How did our strongest fighters die to those weak minded traitors? It doesn’t make any sense….”
Tomina looked down at floor, utterly shocked and devastated by everything that had happened. In that moment, the technician almost felt sorry for her. She was frightfully strong, but she was still a 10 year old kid. And in one fell swoop, she had lost her purpose as a Royal Guard. The technician handed Tomina a device Tomina recognized as a video file holder. She took it from him, slowly rolling it around with her fingers.
“What’s on here?”
“I don’t know. Only you are allowed to open it. It’s a message from the Queen. She ordered for this to be given to you if she died. I don’t think she ever expected to give it to you. Whatever is on there must be important.”
The technician gave her a salute before walking off to attend to other things. Tomina stared blankly at the file for a few minutes. Then she went off in a daze. She locked herself on her room and had just laid on her bed the entire day. When it became dark, she put on her nightwear. She was tossing the file up and down in the air while laying on the bed. She was partially scared of what might be on there, and she hadn’t been in a good frame of mind all day. Orders were orders though, and she felt stable enough to look at it. She activated it, the face of Lettis popping up and staring at her. Tomina stood up, looking at the image with awe.
“I don’t expect to ever have to give you this message, but if I somehow perished, then this message is for you Tomina. I have no doubt that you’ll live on even if I die. You’re too stubborn to just accept death. I have a special assignment for you: this will be my final orders for you. You’re the only one who can accomplish this task, and that’s because…”
Tomina had been completely shocked by everything on the video. When it was over, she covered her mouth with one hand, her entire body quivering. The knowledge Tomina had received from Lettis was both a blessing and a curse. It was in that moment that Tomina realized she had lost so much more than she thought ever could.
Present Time
Tomina had felt many emotions in the immediate aftermath of that message. She had felt a lot of pride. Pride that Lettis had chosen her with such an important mission. Yet it also had filled her heart with more anger and sorrow. The sound of the storm grew louder outside, the windows of the cabin starting to crack. One more memory flashed before her eyes. It was the most painful one of all.
Planet Vegeta: 8 Years Ago, Alliance-Empire War
For the first time in her life, Tomina had disobeyed a direct order. She had been tasked with helping Prince Athren get to safety. However, there were plenty of strong people left to guard him. And Tomina was worried about the well being of Karen. Tomina had flew right into the fray, surprising Karen when she showed up.
“Tomina?! Aren’t you supposed to be with the Queen?” Tomina gave her friend a very wide grin.
“I was ordered to come here. Besides, I wouldn’t miss this for the world.” Karen raised an eyebrow skeptically at her. They both ended up breaking into hysterical giggles, despite the situation they were in.
“Well, no matter the reason why, I’m glad you’re here. We need all the help we can get. We aren’t going to be able to hold the line for much longer.” Tomina cracked her knuckles, her fiery aura surrounded her as her power went up.
“Just let them try. I’ve been training for this moment for two years. This won’t be as easy for them as they think it will be. They’ll have to fly past a mountain of corpses if they hope to get past us.”
Tomina kept true to her word. She was responsible for the deaths of many Alliance Saiyans that day. Karen had stayed nearby, using support techniques to help her out. Karen wasn’t that much of a fighter, and most of her techniques were designed to help the actual warriors. Tomina wouldn’t have gotten through the amount of encounters that she had if it weren’t for her friend. Tomina eventually ended up facing against a rather tough Saiyan. He was stronger than her and very experienced. As she thought of a way to turn the tables, he fired an energy blast at her. Instinctively Tomina got out the way before it could hit her. It went right pass her and slammed into Karen. Tomina looked behind her in horror as her friend was sent flying through a wall and into a house. The beam exploded the moment it made contact with it, sending debris everywhere.
“KAREN!!!”
Tomina charged at the Saiyan Warrior, who was momentarily frozen in surprise over what had happened. He did regain his composure, but by then it was too late. He was up against a enraged Tomina, and he couldn’t stand her assault for long. Everything became a blur for her then. She fought as many opponents as she could until she had run out of energy.
Present Time
If there was one regret she had more than anything else, it was not being able to keep her friend alive. She had many things she regretted from back then, but admist all of them that one stuck out.
“I could have clashed my beam with his and weakened it, I could have payed more attention to where Karen was and ordered her to get out of the way. Her support was why I lasted as long as I did against that guy, but still, I could have done anything else. If I had been more aware of the battle around me, if I wasn’t so fixated on that one opponent, if I had been stronger.. there were so many ways I could have saved her!”
What had made it even worst was the aftermath. After the battle, Tomina had found what was left of her friend and cremated her. She kept her composure despite that though. She kept herself together by telling herself that Karen hadn’t died for nothing. That her friend allowed her the opening she needed and gave her the strength to vanquish the Alliance Saiyans she had come across.
When went to the nearest group of Saiyans, they told her they had lost and that Lettis died, she completely broken down. Years of training, all that hard work, suffering through being a half breed Saiyan and working her way to the position of Royal Guard, it became almost worthless in that moment. And Karen, Karen had died for nothing. Tomina had fought her hardest, yet they still lost in the end. If she had saved her friend, she would have had one thing left. Now she had absolutely nothing. Tomina buried her face in her hand, tears running down her cheeks as she cried.
“I’m sorry Karen. Please forgive me. You put up with a truly rotten Saiyan as your friend for all those years, and I couldn't return the favor. I’m so sorry. I should have just saved you. Then we could have had each other at least. I’ve been all alone for all those years. Even that misery isn’t enough atonement for my failure. I’m sorry! I’m so sorry Karen!”
The windows of the cabin completely shattered, and part of the roof collapsed as the storm tore the cabin apart. Tomina was hit by all sides with ice and hail. The pain she was feeling from the blizzard knocked her back to her senses. She felt a rage start to fill her. She looked up, her tears freezing as she glared up into the sky.
“No! I refuse to let it all be in vain. For the sake of my mission, and for the comrades who died that day. For the greatest Saiyan monarch that ever existed! And for you Karen, the friend I didn’t deserve. You gave me something no one else ever had. I promise you that I won’t rest until they’re all gone. I will not fail this time! YOU HEAR ME?! I WILL NOT FAIL!!!”
Tomina let out a cry of rage, her flames rising up into the air. This time the snow melted in them. The storm could not withstand her wrath. Suddenly she was back in the room with Kinoko and the others. Still letting out a cry of outrage, she out all her power into the beam. It combined with Rensu and Tarros attack, gaining ground against Kinoko’s attack, enveloping it. Even as Tomina aimed the beam so that it would exit through one of the holes in the wall, she pushed herself harder. She was so close to a new level of power, she could feel it! She pulled out as much power as she could, trying her hardest to advanced to the next level. She would have to get stronger if she was going to accomplish any of her goals.

Tomina's Galick Missile clashes with Kinoko's Crimson Flame technique. She pours one stamina into it to give it an additional charge. It also combined with Tarro and Rensu's attacks. 5,218,878 > 7,828,308 + 105,900 + 1,114,000 > 9,043,208 vs Kinoko's 6,963,640. Tomina's Galick Missile wins the clash with 2,079,568 damage heading through. Tomina aims it to that it harmlessly flies outside and into the sky.
Stamina: 1/3 > 0/3
Tomina is attempting to unlock her Unleashed Super Elemi form. The brief moments of joy followed by the intense sadness, despair, and rage she felt as a result of Ash making her relive her most painful moments threaten to push her over the edge and reach a new level of power.

Karota’s attack was enough to knock Kinoko cold, but not enough to avoid her energy blast and that was very troublesome. The Mastered Super Saiyan 2 saw the fire breath heading towards Tarro and, by the looks of it, there was no way he could fend that attack off himself. ”Dammit!” she cursed as she stared at the scene that was happening quickly. Rensu tried to help Tarro, but he wasn’t nearly strong enough to make a difference but before all hope was gone, Tomina managed to ascend even further and fire a monstrous blast against Kinoko’s attack and utterly destroy it. The downside was: the remaining of that blast was heading their way and it had enough fire to kill the queen, and that would be a huge mess.
The saiyaness sighed briefly and flared her sparkling golden aura, heading towards the blast and crossing her arms in front of it, completely tanking Tomina’s attack, which exploded on her, covering her up in smoke. Once it cleared, Karota seemed quite alright other than light burns on her arms. Once everything seemed safe, she sighed deeply this time and landed back on the ground. ”That could’ve gone worse…” she spoke mostly to herself, but when she heard Carva’s whining, she huffed in annoyance, pointed her hand towards him and fired a normal ki blast, aiming to just knock him out cold, considering how injured he was. ”Oh, shut up.” she said in annoyance, then, she turned to Rensu and Tarro with a serious expression on her face. ”Take those two idiots to the healing tank, or they will likely die. Oh, and Tarro, you are a brave one, you’ve earned my respect today.” she said, managing to crack a half-assed smile. Karota turned to Tomina next. ”You. We’ve gotta talk.” and her tone was more serious now.
Karota's Stamina 3/4 > 4/4 Aiming to knock Carva out. Allowing Kinoko and Carva to request Zenkai by using the Medical Machine.

She had been honestly hoping for this fight to go longer. Simply to watch as the SGK struggle to control their own soldiers. It was pleaseant truly to watch and maybe if she had gotten lucky one of them would have died. It seemed she wasn’t fortunate enough however to have such luck. It was a shame, but truth however being told she was glad of it. In a way it allowed her personally to deal with such a task. A task as simple as getting her own revenge. The pawns were already in place afterall. Everyone here had just watched her do what she could to help Tomina unlock her own power and save one of their fellow soldiers lives. Most knew she personally served the queen. She was an android after all...to most she was built to serve.. The mortal mind of hers however, she had her own plans. Such a perfect combination of metal and machine. Was there any other such perfection? In her eyes now there wasn’t. She was already coming closer and closer to being the most perfected being that could exist. What she lacked in a saiyan’s strength or a brenchian’s speed she gained in intelligence. Strategy. It was time for the queen to make her own moves. The pawns had done their work already. Once Carva was to be knocked out and only when he was knocked out would she go over to grab Kinoko and Carva, to take them towards the Med Bays. “Don’t worry you two, Tarro, Ren, I will take these two to the med bay. Both of you go get some well deserved rest. God knows you two will need it after today.” Ash would simply say as she would grab the unconcious bodies. Only if both of the bodies were unconsicous would she begin to continue as planned. She would give the briefest of nods towards Tomina, a common gesture of good luck considering that Karota wanted to speak with them privately. With her threats out of the way she found now was the time. Time to get her revenge. She would begin to drain the energy out of her defeated foes. At the same time she would activate her fake ki generator, generating a fake ki over Carva to match his own. She kept it steady as she would attempt her subtle absorbtion of their life energies.
She couldn’t kill the queen, if she killed the Queen, Nasu would have her own head. However if the soldier was to have died from the wounds inflicted upon them by the queen? In her mind such perfection was nigh. The perfect cover up to a murder. How else would they explain his life energy gone unless by the wounds he had been inflicted with so far? None of them knew she had been waiting for her revenge all this time. To be presented something like this was a present on Christmas, if she died one day? So be it. She could finally perfect the arts of her former master. Arts to a point where a mortal could never reach. Then there was the queen herself...draining her “excess” energy so she wouldn’t wake up enraged..how perfect the plan could simply grow. Her thoughts continued to grow. What was going to be her plan next? Who was going to be next on her list? She could only wonder such things, but her own power, she just needed to grow further. Tomina had a new form of strength after all. She needed to improve her own. Her own limitations needed to be broken. She didn’t care how many had to be stepped on to achieve such. It just was such a shame that one of the patients would die on the way there...

An exhausted Carva barely stood in the place he once thrived in, dark brown eyes surveying the destruction his battle with the Queen had wrought. He wasn't whining, moaning or groaning...he just refused to accept a hollow victory. Who could blame him? After all, he'd been trained by an evil warlord with a twisted sense of honor. Yes, the man was a murderer. But he was also a great warrior who always fought his opponents on equal ground, only sending his armies in afterwards to "clean up" the survivors.
Pain wracked the Saiya-jin's body as he limped forward a bit, his good arm twitching as he reaches into his belt. His tail would sway to and fro as he pulled out a small red capsule, his breathing sharp and short as he watched Tomina saving Tarro. His grin broadened as he witnessed his sensei's transformation, but the warrior was so out of it that he was punch drunk. Everything was blurry. Except that small red capsule in his hand...with a white medical cross on it. In true arrogant fashion, he flipped the capsule into the air, the pill rolling high into the destroyed structure's rafters.
He would have simply caught the capsule in his mouth, had the blast not come from nowhere...he'd cross his arms in front of his chest and do his best to withstand Karota's mighty power, the red pill still rolling around on a single rafter...caught near the wall. Carva's huge form would fly backwards into the steel wall, causing the entire structure to shake.
As luck would have it, the warrior would slide down...and...his head would roll back, his mouth open. The capsule would suddenly fall down slowly...and as if by slow motion, it would land in Carva's waiting mouth. At first...he didn't react. Everything was darkness, and all he could hear would be the chirping of small birds...then, the hallucinations would begin.
Inside the Mind of Carva
Standing before our anti hero in his dream was a young woman, dimutive in stature wearing a pair of black shows, red socks, cargo khakis, and a red tshirt. Carva would growl at the child before him, a nasty taste invading his taste buds. "Great...you've gone and died, haven't you Carva? Damn...that bitch packs a punch!"
The young girl's hand would lift upward, pointing toward the warrior and he'd hear a giggle. "Poor poor Carva! Gettin' beat up by a girl, right? Hah. But that's okay...remember when I kicked your butt? That was funny..."
"Shut the hell up, brat! You couldn't hold a candle to me now!"
The young girl would move over to Carva and look him in the eyes. The Saiya-jin would just growl, unable to move as the Energy Capsule dissolved on his tongue, medicine sliding down his throat. "Are you going to just lay there? You know, most men couldn't survive a punch or blast from that lady. Why don't you get your butt up and show her you're not most men? Why don't you show Nasu's friend your value? If you believe in your strength, it's possible...you can do it. Then...MAYBE...maybe you can surpass even m-"
In Reality
Carva groaned as his bones began to fuse back together rapidly, his bruises and cuts beginning to dissappear. Much to the surprise of everyone, the seven foot Saiya-jin SuperMan would stand up with not a scratch on him and he'd look at Karota with a smirk. "Okay...I'll shut up, Karota. You'll get no more trouble out of me. Now..." he cracked his neck, determination burning in his eyes. "...what are your orders?"

"Huh, well I'll be," Rensu was kind of surprised by the result of everything that had just transpired before his very eyes. Tarro was saved by Tomina, Carva relaxed and Queen Kinoko was knocked out cold. Or, thats what it looked like anyways. Either way, it seemed everything had officially calmed down. Actually, everything was finished. Shrugging his shoulders, Rensu turned heel and smiled. He was even dismissed by Ash to head off. Alright! Now he could get back to his own daily grind. Sweet!Short, suuuuper short but exiting thread. PL, please.
Oh how infuriating it was to be saved. Tarro hated having to rely on others to make up for his own weakness, even if they were fellow Saiyan comrades in battle. He had just become a Super Saiyan, and yet he still felt like he was nothing but commonplace garbage to be scattered along the wind. The golden-haired Super Saiyan stared as his Captain's power soar even further - the chasm between their powers growing even larger. He felt gratitude for her sticking up for him, but it was overshadowed by the blow to his pride. He was falling further and further behind her. Her power was so far beyond his own that it seemed impossible to surmount. He'd never reach her level at this rate. "Damn it...," he whispered quietly to himself. The three of them together managed to overpower the Queen's immense inferno - Tomina sending it to the sky. Or so he thought. Perhaps the immense power of the clash had been too difficult to re-direct, or maybe it had just happened too late. But the blast continued on toward the Queen (not that Tarro cared at all what happened to her; especially after she almost killed him for no reason). Karota tanked the attack - which quite frankly scared the crap out of him considering its immensity. And she seemed perfectly okay. How strong were the other Saiyans in this alliance? It seemed impossible to him how powerful each of them were.
And yet he was still like a Imeckian Pup. Weak. Helpless. Worthless.
Tarro sighed by the aftermath - his own transformation fading with the moment. It had been such a brief fight, but that energy clash left him winded. It felt like he put all of his power into that beam. Such was the intensity of these strange mutated Super Saiyans. They had so much power, but it was maddening to them it seemed. They were subjects to their own impulses. He could not fathom how such a transformation was beneficial. He prided himself on his technique and his tactic in battle. He couldn't survive if his powers controlled him instead of the other way around. Such was the curse of their power he supposed.
He straight up ignored Carva's outburst. For someone who just got knocked out - he was surprisingly chipper after all. "Perhaps we can chat after this, Carva," the former Elite suggested rhetorically. It would happen whether the hybrid wanted too or not. But better to at least let him believe he had the power of choice. The Saiyan Warrior nodded at Karota who called to him to retrieve the two and escort them, but not before expressing her respect for the Saiyan for whatever reason. He didn't quite see what he had done that was so praise-worthy. But he wouldn't forfeit the compliment. "Thank you. Perhaps next time I won't need rescuing however...," he said before leaving their sight. He had a lot of training to get back to. This had been a disgrace.

Tomina wished that she had a mirror right about now. She couldn’t see her new form without one. Oh yes, she knew she had succeeded at reaching a new level of power. She could feel the strength with her. She felt power coursing through her veins. It was though her heart was conducting electricity and sending it throughout her body. The electrical sparks her transformation was giving off certainly made it seem like an actual possibility.
Tomina’s red hair had turned into a glowing amber hue. Like the Super Saiyan 2 form, electrical sparks were sputtering into the air around around her. The temperature in the room had gotten noticeably hotter too. Tomina was transfixed by her new form, opening and clenching her fist a few times before throwing out a blinding series of jabs in the air in front of her. Her arm was then held outstretched, the hybrid Saiyan suddenly freezing in place. For a good 5 seconds, she was a stationary statue. She then smirked, looking down at her fist as she contracted her arm. Oh yeah, she definitely liked this new form.
Tomina’s attention was then diverted to the other people in the room once they spoke up. First her gaze locked on Carva. He seemed to have recovered from the blow he had just received. He even had his normal cockiness back. Still, she didn’t need him at the moment. And the truth was that like Karota, she found his excuses to be a bit annoying. It was a habit she was going to have to drive out of him later.
“Your training is paying off I see. You need to learn how to control it though. Your spar with the Queen ended up turning into a death match. Leave now and practice mastering that form when you can. I’ll call upon you when I feel that your training should be accelerated.”
Tomina’s gaze fell on Rensu for a few seconds. She didn’t know him and he didn’t have that much power on him. But he did show bravery in trying to save one of his comrades. She gave him a nod of acknowledgment before her gaze shifted to Ash. Tomina did not like or trust Ash one little bit. She folded her arms, staring at the android crossly.
“Just because you helped me doesn't mean I owe you any favors. So don't bother trying to guilt trip me. From now on, never use your abilities on me. If you try that a third time, I will do everything in my power to make your life a living hell.”
Tomina unfolded her arms, turning to look over at Tarro. He had shown a lot of courage, intelligence, and sense. He immediately tried restraining Carva, which proved to be an effective way of stopping him. Even if the face of taking an attack that he couldn’t avoid and would have killed him on the spot, he fought to the bitter end. Tomina was very proud of him in that moment. Carva was also her student, and he had reached a new level of power that impressed Tomina. But Tarro had handled the situation well, despite being at a huge disadvantage. His transformation was also recently acquired, but he didn’t lose control like Carva did. As Tarro turned to leave, Tomina called out to him.
“Tarro, I’ll make sure that you’ll reach a level where you can fend for yourself. I promise I promise I will do everything in my power to ensure that happens.”
With that out of the way, Tomina turned her attention to Karota. She had taken her attack head on, and yet was still able to talk to her with authority. Tomina held the woman's gaze, despite the seriousness in her superiors tone.
“You got yourself hurt doing unnecessary theatrics. I was in full control of that energy beam. I would have made sure it didn’t hit our Queen. Even if it had, I limited the output of my energy after I broke through her attack. Our Queen might have gotten hurt in the worst case scenario. I acted on what would have happened for sure: we would have lost a soldier if I had not repelled the blast. I wasn’t strong enough to simply use my body as a meatshield and come out barely scathed like you did. Although I reckon I could take an attack of that power easily now. What do you think Commander?”
Tomina formed a fireball made of her signature hellfire, and held it up to eye level. The flames were burning with a brighter intensity than they had before she got the transformation. She then tossed the fireball from hand to hand, staring at Karota with a smirk. While she was showing more control then Karva or Kinoko, Tomina’s new transformation was influencing her behavior considerably. Before she would have respected the chain of command. Now she was talking to her commander like they were equals. This form was bringing out the pride that Tomina had within, and who knew what consequences that would bring about?

Karota narrowed her eyes when, after approaching Tomina, the hybrid elemi spoke back to her, even though the Commander hadn’t even said what she was willing to say. When she said she did unnecessary theatrics and kept on the cocky tone, Karota frowned her brows a bit more, growling angrily. She was going as far as to play around with a ball of fire and that was the last drop in the bucket for Karota and she flared a yellow colored ki aura around her fist, much akin to what she used on Kinoko and aimed to punch Tomina right on the face with her Ki Blast Thrust.
”You will hold your damn conceited tongue while talking to me, girl! Or I will beat respect right into your cocky little shithead!” she roared in anger as she attacked. Still, Karota wouldn’t fall into her fighting stance, because she wasn’t in the mood to fight anymore, the punch was solely aimed to try and knock Tomina out of her annoying attitude.

Ash was more than happy to have the alone time she needed with the queen, she had gained more than plenty of the energy she needed from her. She could feel her own strength beginning to increase as well. Soon she would be ready to begin her true training. This cash stock of getting herself the materials she needed to upgrade herself was nearing its end. A feat that even she was more than happy to be reaching soon. Why some might ask? Well she wanted to reach her perfection before she did such petty things as training. If she could be more efficient then such training would only produce more notice to her own powers. She couldn’t help but think of all the training that had even led her here to this point so far. She had came from a mere student to what one could only describe as a true monster of creation. A pure mockery to the Kais that should never have even been allowed a chance to exist. She was essientially a virus now, a virus on the universe itself, draining it of its resoursces to help fuel her own progression. One day she would be strong enough to topple all who would oppose her, but until that day she needed to have patience and focus merely on collecting her own forces.
Her main priorities as of right now were to grow, to continue growing and to reach a finesse with her skills. After all if shew as to be the strongest possible, she needed to be feared as such one day. Let the mortals have their rule as of right now, but one day it was all going to fade away from them. She would make sure this world was coated in ash so that a new era could be formed. That was a promise she intended to keep. It was funny when one thought of it. She had been made through pain and suffering, now here she was planning to cause it to all that she could. All that had dared trespassed her, had made a fool of her. No one was truly innocent...if these allies weren’t enough...there were always alternative means. After all..the enemy of thy enemy was thy friend. She knew exactly where she needed to head, she just needed to finish her clone first. Once it was finished, she could begin phase two of her plans. She could delight in them already, it would be nice to visit her old world once again.
These thoughts all just continued over and over for her, more and more she thought of exactly how easily it could be accomplished. All on her way towards the medical center with Kinoko asleep, evil thoughts forming in her mind, rebelious thoughts. She held no true care for the SGK, after all, how could she care for the people who enslaved her? The people who mistreat her? No they could all die for any care she had...in fact she hoped they did...would give her a chance to gather some strong powers...let the world burn in ash so all could start anew.

The Dark Knight of the Saiya-jin Galactic Kingdom stood tall, like a redwood in a forest of pine trees. The man cast a shadow over those which he stood, and he carried himself with a sense of pride unparalleled by anyone. He was as a Saiya-jin should be. Proud. Violent. Blood thirsty. When Karota didn't address him directly, he took this as a sign of disrespect. His eyes would narrow into black slots and his mind would race with thoughts of sheer rage, pure anger. "Hrmf. She dares ignore me, that much is for sure. For now I suppose I can let it go. I know that there's nothing I can do to defeat her...but one day, perhaps I can knock her off of that high horse and teach her a lesson she'll never forget." He thought to himself, his fist trembling before him. But he knew that if he let his anger take hold once more, then he'd have a bigger problem on his hands.
He relaxed his fist, staring down into his hand. Something was different, having healed from his injuries as he had. He felt as if there was a latent power surging deep within him, a new power...was this that thing his people spoke of? It was said that his kind got more powerful from every fight, especially having been mortally wounded. The corner of his thin lips curled upward, eyebrows arched downward in a malefic V. "I suppose this outing isn't a total loss after all. Such power...but is it enough to burn my name into the history of Planet Saiya? They will remember me...most will fear me. And..." he'd kept his thoughts to himself, but his smirk would fade as he noticed something.
He'd seen the way Tarro looked at Tomina...and the way she protected him. Looking down at his wrists, and back at Tarro his expression would darken further. He'd grit his teeth, a slight tinge of jealousy burning in his eyes. Then...he'd huff...and walk over to Tarro, laying his hand on his shoulder hard...like a hammer hitting steel. "Oh, trust me...Tarro...you and I have much to discuss. And one more thing..." he leaned in, so close Tarro could feel his breath on his ear. He growled low, his whisper raspy as he issued an ominous warning, eyes flashing red for a moment as that deep, demonic drawl came out. "...if you ever interfere in my business again, I will beat you so badly, you will wish you'd never heard my name." leaned back out with a sinister grin, which turned back into that same, cocky grin. "Capice?"
And with that, it became quite clear to the Saiya-jin with the blackened heart that his control over his powers? It was a bit better than once believed. Carva turned his back and walked...with a stride...out of the training room, no fear or shame in those now onyx eyes of his. A voice in his head stopped him..."You've done will, Sir Knight...let them know, let the universe know what you are. Let them know exactly who they are dealing with!"
The warrior simply chuckled, and disappeared into the shadows.Wc: 547

Karota’s fist went right through Tomina, who’s image then dissolved into a puff of smoke. Tomina appeared just 10 feet beyond the range of Karota’s attack. She didn’t get behind her though, so she made it clear that she wasn’t trying to start a fight. You tended to use it to get to a more advantageous position if you really were in the middle of a fight. Tomina’s smirk had vanished from her face, although she still talked to her superior very confidently, despite the exchange that just happened.
“You know, I am dying to test this form out. It is quite hard to control. Surely you can understand that, considering our Queen just had the same problem. The only difference is if we fought, we’d bring down the entire palace. And I’m sure King Nasu doesn’t want to sleep under the stars tonight.”
Tomina clasped her hands together, making the fireball disappear. She powered down back to her base form as well, her hair and eye colors returning to normal. Tomina frowned, lowering her hands to her sides while opening and closing her right one constantly.
“Wow, returning back to base form feels so uncomfortable now. Right now it feels like putting on a heavy suit of armor. It just weighs me down and feels more unnatural. So Commander Karota, I presume you want to go over how I almost hurt the Queen. I did do a very risky thing today, but I think I made the best decision I could have given the circumstances. Although you’ll be the final judge of that.”
Tomina’s gaze shifted over to Carva and Tarro briefly. Carva seemed to have taken what Tarro had done rather personally. She could not hear what he whispered to the other Saiyan, but the look on his face said it all. It was definitely some kind of threat. Tomina didn’t pay it much mind though. Dealing with the darker side of comrades was all part of the Saiyan experience. If Tarro couldn’t handle it, then he wasn’t fit for battle. Tomina’s eyes moved back to her commander's, seeing what she would do. She really didn’t want to take a hit from Karota while in her base form, although that was definitely a possibility.
