Applying for the free upgrades of my School Special:

[ST-2] Myaku
The user has a special way of dodging incoming attacks. By vibrating their body at a high enough intensity and therefore breaking it into cubes they can move at high-speeds to avoid incoming attacks. Stemming from their small control over reality they can choose to re-appear in a new destination similar to teleportation. It does not grant them the ability to go to other dimensions however.

[ST-3] Myaku

[ST-1] Healing
Heizen channels his energy into himself, allowing him to regenerate scratches, bruises, and any other normal damage over time. He can also stretch out his hand to heal someone with physical contact, giving someone a pleasant feeling while he's healing them.

[ST-2] Healing
Heizen channels his energy into himself, allowing him to regenerate deep gashes, trauma, and any other severe damage over time. He can also stretch out his hand to heal someone with physical contact, giving someone a pleasant feeling while he's healing them.

[VT-1] Omega Beams
These beams fired from the eyes are special. This is an ancient Makaian technique of one of the older Demon Lords of old. Trajectory altering beams of high intense ki concentration capable of obliterating incapable foes.

[VT-2] Twin Midnight
Heizen charges two black energy spheres in each of his hands... with dark blue streaks across it and keeps them tucked at his side. He then thrusts his hands forward - unleashing two powerful and large black energy beams with blue streaks- resulting in an V-Type explosion. These beams are not as strong as the original technique, but they are still powerful.

[VT-1] Hellfire Barrage
One charges black energy around one of his hands. Then he launches multiple black fireballs toward an opponent. Black Hellfire does not just burn, but it siphons energy from it's targets depriving them of some of their own life force. It is not a technique to take lightly.

>> [Description]: Much as her distant cousin's evil wizard had done to his various victims, Liari has discovered how to force her will on others, making them fight for her! Symptoms of mind control include intense migraines, deafening commands in the afflicted's mind followed a 'L' forming on the user's forehead once the domination is complete. The afflicted will then have Liari's voice speak through them under their real voice as a final sign they are under her control. Their irises turn red when under her control.

(The ability to force yourself into the mind of someone. Making it harder for them to resist and removing the need for them to be willing. [The target must be bellow 50% Your PL for this to work, Going off Base PL Not Transformations/ Icly flavored as them not being willing but permission oocly will still be needed. - If the user doesn't have any version of ki sensed mastered they will also need to physically touch the person. But with Ki sense they may do it hands free if the person is nearby.])

Claiming the Free Upgrades of my INT Portal Technique

[ST-2] Portal: The user can create small breaches in reality – creating two portals that are connected together. With these portals the user can manipulate the space around them- redirecting the position of energy blasts or even physical people themselves if the user can maintain the strain on their energy to keep it open. This allows them to create chaos on the battlefield. Redirecting an enemy’s attack against one of their allies optimally, which makes it difficult to attack the user with a group as opposed to a one on one duel. [For each tier they can affect any offensive attack and redirect the target of the damage as long as they meet the PL requirements of each level.][70% PL Damage]

Heizen heals the most dire of wounds either on himself or another.
[Heals Severe Injuries and Lost Limbs. Recover other people's stamina. Can't use senzu/capsule Z later on a RoD. Once per thread on a target]
