Identifying Markers: Other than his flawless skin, he often wears designer clothes, even if he’s in a situation where in doing so would not only be impractical, but simply suicidal. He possesses a small number of scars but he often covers them up with a bizarre amount of makeup and ironically enough he does so to the point of where his makeup is far more noticeable than any scar might have been.

Personality: Obsessed with looking good, to the point where he’ll often skip entire months of communication with others just so he can tone his muscles and perfect his poses. He’s very self centered and lacks most forms of empathy and sympathy unless he’s acting it out, he’s surprisingly stable and will never go out on a blind rage from just words alone, but if someone were to damage his physique in some manner, he'd very easily fall into a fit of rage. Despite these previously stated facts, his original demeanor tends to break into one of a more loving sort when he’s faced with an adorable creature, he may just drop whatever he’s doing to interact with something he deems “Cute.”

Appearance:

Comely has a strange complexion, due to his constant training he has very massive muscles. Although in comparison his face is smooth, soft, and almost feminine. He bears blue skin and orange eyes, which almost look like they’re glowing in the right lighting. He has long silver locks of hair which stretch down to his pectoral muscles, these are occasionally braided or just left as is. His current apparel is a designer suit of armor, looking similar to the old model of saiyan armor but with a cape that covers both his back and his front, and a hood that can be put up to hide his features.


Backstory:

Born to two loving parents on a boring yellow planet, Comely had a fairly boring early life without anything truly noteworthy going on with it. Comely kept this boring, bland lifestyle till he till he turned 12, when he started to care about his appearance far, far more then he ever did before. It was a peculiar twist of fate, as far as Comely remembers there's nothing that provoked it into happening, it just, happened, soon after he'd quickly begin studying cosmetology, and training to improve his physique, by the time he turned twenty his beauty and power were unparalleled by anyone on his home planet.

In the later years of his life he continued this regiment, learning new ways to express his fashion and continuing his training, which had only increased in both efficiency and effort. Although despite the strides he was already making, he found annoyance in the fact that there was no-one who could truly appreciate both his handsomeness and his power, to remedy this fact he left his home planet in search of a place perfect for him. Later he would find this place, a large bustling planet, full of commerce and sin, it was a home he never knew existed. It took absolutely no time at all for Comely to find use of his impeccable looks, becoming a womanizer overnight, and finding a job in which he could utilize his charm. He'd later find a Dojo in which he'd train in, learning most of his combat skills from his master, quickly becoming known through out the planet.

By present day, Comely comfortably sits in the lap of luxury, enough influence to persuade anyone he'd please, and incredible strength if influence wouldn't work. Of course, not everything will always stay the same...

[OT-1] Bedazzling Stare: While it appears as if Comely has done nothing at all and something has simply spontaneously exploded, the Bedazzling Stare is simply a transparent energy blast shot from his eyes that upon making contact with something, explodes, a user with Ki-Sense will be able to notice this beam however, and it will seem simply like a basic energy attack.

[VT-1] Killer Look: An improvement over the Bedazzling Stare, when Comely uses the Killer Look not only is the projectile much stronger, it'll often knock the wind out of whoever it hits, leaving them stunned.

[VT-2] Full-Power Killer Look: By exerting more power Comely can produce a Killer Look of much stronger magnitude, the power produced by this attack is great, but leaves Comely very exhausted.

[OT-2] Radiant Grenade: An improvement over the Light Grenade, while it appears to have barely changed at all, a few key differences are notable, not only does it glow far brighter, the strength behind the attack increases massively.

[OT-3] Super Radiant Grenade: By giving it his all, Comely can charge a Radiant Grenade of incredible magnitude, it's size and power increases by huge amounts.

[OT-1] Rage Blaster: Comely assumes a stance in which he raises his hand above his head and gathers energy in his palm, as soon as it's charged he'll point his finger at the intended target, firing a large beam of energy from it.

[VT-1] Rage Barrage: By gathering more energy, and splitting it into different fingers, Comely can fire off much more beams, making dodging the attack not an option.

[VT-2] Full-Powered Rage Barrage: By raising two hands above his head to channel his energy, the amount of beams fired increases two-fold, and the power increases greatly.

[OT-1] Merciless Mania: An incredibly violent combination, most of the time the attacks and sequence won't even stay the same, however it often starts of the same and ends the same, by Comely punching the opponent in the gut, and slamming them down with a sledgehammer.

[VT-1] Brutal Mania: By increasing the power he outputs, the damage dealt through Merciless Mania becomes even harder to defend against.

[VT-2] Ruthless Mania: Comely intentionally fills himself with a blind-rage to use this combination, the attacks become far stronger then before and trying to defend against it becomes far more difficult.

[OT-1] Energy Slicer: A somewhat simple attack, Comely forms his ki into a blade on his hand to cut through objects.

[OT-2] Mystic Grab: Using their ability to strech their limbs, the namekian aims to grab the opponent at distance, using the elasticity to powerfully throw the opponent, causing serious damage upon impact. Due to Comely's inability to stretch their limbs, he'll charge forward to an enemy, attempting to grab them, and then throw them with monstrous force, causing serious damage upon their impact.

[ST-1] Parapara Dance: A strange and ridiculous dance, but the ridiculousness is offset by the amazing power that in doing this dance, someone of weak will would be forced to copy the dancer's movements, leaving them stunned, Comely has adjusted the dance to be closer to his tastes.

[PT-3] Telepathy: The ability to not only speak with a ally. But the ability to link other minds in mental speech. Working as a form of conduit for telepathic control. [Allows the user to link the minds of 'two' people. Not counting itself, They can all communicate freely with their minds.]

[PT-1] Mind Reading: The ability to read the thoughts of those willing to let someone in their mind. [Ooc permission as well as Ic cooperating needed to read their mind - Range needing to be within the same vicinity. If the user doesn't have any version of ki sensed mastered they will also need to physically touch the person. But with Ki sense they may do it hands free if the person is nearby.]
