Genderbent Uta, from Tokyo Ghoul

Race: Konatsian
Gender: Female
Universe: 4
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 126 lbs.
Hair Color: Purple
Eye Color: Black
Identifying Markers: Piercings and tattoos around several visible areas.
Personality: The Konatsians are a people who not only are gifted swordsman, but are a group of people who take and share everything with each other, as they live a life of peace and harmony. Nothing which Serabi contrasts with, although it is the extent and approach of these interests, that separate her from the other Konatsians, allowing her to even be in the ToP.
She considers her weapon to be an art, and one which not many of her people, or those who decide to wield weapons in general, have taken seriously enough. A blade such as her own should be used heavily, being sharpened and pristine, rather than old and dull.
One thing that also seems to be amiss among her people and others, is that a blade can turn the tide of things, depending on how it's used. All beliefs that she wishes she could really demonstrate, but there's are reasons why she's not Universe 4's best fighter. As much as she appreciates being able to swing around a sword, traveling and meeting people, she enjoys even more.
Neither of the two requires being particularly good at what already comes natural to her, and being a bit of a talker, swinging a sword around would be the last thing on her mind, when with people. Money and having the lack of, is also the only thing that gets in the way of doing so, though she isn't particularly shy with using other methods to get the comfort she wants either.
Likes/Dislikes: Her sword is something she loves swinging around, always making sure the metal doesn't wind up rusting, and that the edge remains sharp. However she likes to talk even more, finding amusement in the way others react to what she says.
Believing in her people's ways of traveling, the kind of comfort she has around people, is only limited by her usual lack of funds, and own mood for the situation. Having to be interrupted is something she dislikes, and the same goes for show offs who swears they can accomplish something that someone so obviously could do much better. One of the reasons she can accept being one of the weakest of the ten who were chosen to participate in the Tournament Of Power. It's just not in her nature to fully challenge people.
Aspirations: To continue traveling beyond her planet, and getting a taste of different personalities.
Homeworld: Planet Konatsian
Allegiance: Universe 4
Starting Planet: Free Space
Appearance:
Her people generally have unnaturally colored hair, usually being red or orange, but she had been an exception, having always had a shade of purple. As someone who had started out as a simple traveler across her own planet, she had not nothing but darker variants of the cloaks her people were known for wearing. After being exposed to one traveler visiting the planet, and pouring in the money to travel across others, her look really separated her from the rest of her clan. Piercings in her ears brought attention more than mohawk already would, which grew out more than the rest of her people, having wished to get along even better with other cultures.
Tattoos were also inscribed onto her neck and arm, showing off how much of a free spirit she actually was, in a way that had she always stayed on her homeworld, she would have never really even thought of. More casual clothing, and one which leaves bare either both of her shoulders, or one half of it, isn't out of place for her to wear either. Her sword's holsters is also near her hips.
Backstory:
It was natural for a Konatsian to travel the world.
That was how she had always been told, and was able to believe herself, having found unbelievable comfort when it came to talking to others. Also a natural swordsman like the rest of her people, there was never really much trouble on their planet.
However, there was the occasional outsider on the planet, which while her people wouldn't hesitate to welcome like any of their own, had a bit of distance no one seemed to have brought up. She was a forward one, persistent as she had been told, and had met with this traveler beyond the local rest stop, always finding an interest with just about anyone who carried a sword with them.
The traveler had been able to beat her, which although wasn't exactly an accomplishment, did leave her impressed nonetheless. Their way of fighting was different, and rather than be disturbed at the loss, she had asked for training, playfully poking the traveler's chest as she did. It was an odd sight, and they had even drawn a few stares as she did some begging.
Her request, having been accepted, with only the condition that it'd be off the planet. Something she found to be a difficult decision, knowing there were plenty of places she still had yet to see on her own planet. There was also the matter of how much funding she would have to pour in, to even go and take such a flight, which the traveler didn't offer a free ride towards.
She had practically done a 180 turnaround towards the begging she had done, not denying the request, but putting it off towards a later date, with the explanation of what she still had left to do. Though bewildered, she and the traveler winded up having an agreement of sorts to meet again when she was ready. Not particularly in the same place, but somewhere around the planet.
Something that was accessible, with a greater range of ki sense. It would be another several years before she had actually been ready to leave the planet, with the two having passed each other throughout it, and her still repeating she wasn't ready.
When the time had came around to actually leave, she had already found her Inner Power, which she had wished to use against the traveler, not longer after they had settled onto the planet they were from. A rematch for their first encounter, which although winded up with the same result, it was pretty evident what arsenal of skills she had involved with the other bleeding out.
She was taught the skills she had wanted to learn from the traveler, although rather than personally continue going back to her planet, or traveling with them, she had sought to explore the new land herself. Power was gained along the way, which was nothing that she had shown off, as tempting as possessing the Din's Flame actually made her wish to. In her experience, people tended to be less at ease, when meeting someone with a stronger power than what they had. Nothing which she truly wanted being a talker.
Recruitment to the Tournament Of Power, had came at a time of a spar, where her opponent just didn't wind up slouching from the cuts she had already delivered. Supposedly within the top 10 of her universe's strongest fighters, she had gladly made a bet with the traveler she had asked for time to find, not holding back the news their universe might get erased, if they didn't win.
While not expecting to get past the first round, it excited her getting to meet with new people, having already traveled across several of the planets of the other tournament fighters, well before even being recruited.

[One turn Blind] - [ULTIMATE] Tri-Beam: The user unites his hands at the tips of the fingers and aims at his target between his fingers and his thumbs. Then he shoots a powerful energy blast to hit it. This is a very dangerous attack, because it uses up most of user's health so this one has to control how much energy he is putting into the blast in order to not over use it. Mechanically wise, the Tri-Beam charges at an impressive 140% rate, and can be charged up to four times in a fight, reaching uncanny 560%, but the forth charge or attack will always kill the user.
