The sun never seemed to set on the planet of the Northern Supreme Kai... in fact it never would because the planet had no sun to begin with! Kaitara found it strange that there was just this... light that illuminated the otherworld, with no true source. Of course she understood who and why things were set this way but she thought it might be more comforting to have an actual sun of sorts... or at least something to represent it!
The newly born Kai sat atop the lush green grass of her planet, Riga rolling around in the small patch of flowers that Kaitara had been able to create for her to play with. While Riga played away, Kaitara would focus on her own powers. Her hands would lay on her lap, palms open and facing towards the sky, her eyes would remained closed as she focused her powers into a small orb that would slowly begin to form in her hands. This orb was unlike any ki any mortal would have ever seen. It burned so brightly that Riga wouldn't be able to look directly at it, and it was so hot that the grass in front of her began to burn away. She raised her hands above her head, the orb still hovering there, and then pushed her hands up as if hitting a volleyball.
The bright, yellow orb would then soar into the sky above her planet, growing bigger and bigger until it was the size of a moon! It would exit the atmosphere of her planet, and immediately found it's place in the open space around it.
"There! now we have some sun! Hehehe I wasn't sure I could actually do that! That's so fun... maybe I can make a moon too... I bet it'll get too hot with just a sun... okay, ready Riga? hmmmm!" She brought her hands down in front of her, this time holding her open palms facing one another, closing her eyes as she tried to focus on creating a moon out of nothing.

Aurora was rather bored.... things in Universe Six proved to be rather tame and peaceful as of late (which was no doubt a good thing!) but without people to interact with her in Heaven she found herself bored nonetheless. Nothing interesting was happening in the day to day lives of the Namekians or the Solisoans... and the Southern Kaioshin wasn't exactly booming with people to socialize with in Heaven. Sure the Check-In Station was always a possibility… but she wasn’t super close with anyone there.
Perhaps one of her fellow kais weren’t busy. After her conversation with Demalia however… Aurora wasn’t really feeling like seeing the Grand Supreme Kai for now… he had proven to be rather disappointing to her. And a conversation between the two of them would just end in a fight. Perhaps the Golden Tree had conjured some other Kaioshins for her to see… Aurora hadn’t really checked to see if any other Supreme Kais existed…
Focusing her senses… Aurora jumped for joy when she felt this new presence! It wasn’t as mean and grumpy as Onato’s aura gave off… in fact it seemed quite pleasant. Channeling her Shinjin powers… Aurora popped out of where she was and re-appeared in front of the Northern Kaioshin with a smile. “Heya North! It’s me, South!” she greeted Keitara with a gentle wave.
“What you doing?” she asked while tilting her head to the side.
Kaitara must have looked quite ridiculous when Aurora arrived, sitting in the grass with her eyes closed, tongue stuck out and hands in front of her like she was trying to hold something invisible. There was even a light hmmmmm'ing sound coming from the girl as she concentrated. Though when Aurora quite literally popped right in front of her, greeting her out of nowhere the Northern Kai would gasp and snap her eyes open. Out of this air, a basketball sized moon would appear and fall down into her lap.
"Aye!" She squealed again as the weight of the mini moon was already pretty intense! Small tears appeared in the corner of her eyes as she placed her hands on top of the little moon, then they slid to it's side as she pushed it off. It would clatter against the dirt ground, leaving an indent at her feet.
"Owwiiiie.... Big sis! You startled me! I was trying to make a moon!" She pouted up towards Aurora, Riga climbing up onto the girls head and meowing towards Aurora in a way that might have been a growl from any other kind of animal. Both Kai and creation just looked adorable and helpless just then.

Aurora was surprised when the Northern Kaioshin reacted so silly to her entrance. Was it really so sudden? She wasn’t really conscious of things like that. Maybe it was her impulsiveness. She laughed nervously when she arrived as Kaitara was rather startled. This was pretty awkward, wasn’t it? She looked at Kaitara’s moon with a bit of interest. That was cool! She picked it up after Kaitara threw it to the ground… but the thing was admittedly really heavy. “Oof! This is heavy little sis!” Aurora said with a small laugh. “Sorry sorry. I was just bored. Onato’s kind of a grump and my side of the Universe doesn’t have anything going on right now. It’s just the same old Namekians meditating and stuff!” she said and explained with a sigh. She loved her Namekians. She did. But she was getting bored. Being a Kaioshin was no fun sometimes. The Solisoans were also pretty quiet at the moment. Just working away at their technology quietly. There was one mortal there who was proving to be quite interesting though. She would have to visit there soon too, after the Tuffles. She still had Demalia to visit after all.
All of this was distracted however as the cute little pet Kaitara kept around looked up at him. Her eyes widened. “Oh my god… he’s… SO CUTE!~” she shrieked while fawning over the little creature, before throwing the moon behind her recklessly. She scratched its head gently with a smile. This was definitely much more fun already. “Ugh damn it... I want one!” she said with a pout. “I know that silly. It’s a nickname. It’s supposed to be cute…,” she said with a rather blank stare, looking back over to Kaitara.

"Of course it's heavy, silly, it's a mini moon!" She retorted with a cute looking pout on her lips, her cheeks puffed out as she looked up to the older Kai that had picked up the moon she had just dropped. Already it was starting to cause problems on her little planet as it's tiny gravity started pulling nearby pebbles into it's orbit. Whenever Aurora apologized though, Kaitara would just chuckle as she tried to picture what her older brother was actually like. She hadn't met Onato yet, so she knew nothing about him and had no idea about how grumpy he actually was. Why be grumpy though when the Universe was so much fun to watch over.
"Well, The Northern Galaxy is pretty fun. The Saiyans are doing a really good job with their peacekeeping! Things seem to be as they should... I think... I mean, I didn't look into it too much because uhm. Well I'm not really good at it..." She admitted with a bit of a mumble to her voice. Her pout though would turn into a gentle smile as she leaned her head against Riga gently as he climbed from her head to her shoulder. She chuckled softly as he purred lightly before leaping from Kaitara's shoulder onto Aurora's arm, climbing up onto her shoulder and then licking her ear.
"Hehehehe looks like he likes you. This is Raiga, I made him I think... I was lonely and he just showed up one day after I was practicing my skills... maybe I can make another one? Oh! Oh! Maybe I can make a WHOLE planet of Riga's!!!" She said excitedly, completely missing the fact that 'North' was meant to be a nickname. She was too focused on the new idea of creating planet Riga, full of little Riga's!

Aurora laughed nervously. She knew that. Perhaps her boredom had made her a bit silly however. “I believe that’s the first time I’ve seen a little moon, myself. That might have been a good try haha. It certainly had the right density, little sis.” she smiled gently with a tilt of her head. “Probably wanna take care of that moon before you find yourself sucked into it as it expands by the way…,” she would advise. If that little mass was unchecked it could cause a few problems for her. It would draw other rocks and things into the moon and cause build up until suddenly the moon left the planet out of commission.
Aurora listened as Kaitara explained what was going on in her side of the Universe. It sounded so much more fun than what Aurora had to watch. The Saiyans were proving to be a rather productive member of the Universe’s balance. Watching their peacekeeping efforts was surely more entertaining than the Namekians meditating! Perhaps the Solisoan’s would prove just as effective. It was hard to tell as they were lacking such a spirit right now. “It’s surely more fun to be on your side of the Universe. I’m kind of jealous…,” she said honestly with a small laugh. This was nice though. Much more pleasant than her interactions with Onato. “I mean our job is fairly simple, Kaitara. For now we just simply watch their behavior. We are the overseer’s of Universe Six. It’s only if an individual threatens our Universe’s balance that we can step in, and even then it’s frowned upon. That doesn’t mean we can’t try to guide mortals however. If there’s a mortal of interest to you, you should try to see them~” she would say matter of factly.
The truth was Aurora had been interested in visiting Demalia for a little while now, but had been a bit busy with all of her own stuff. She hadn’t had the resources to make a trip quite yet. She was still busy formulating her own planet and stuff. Aurora was also in the midst of pretty intense training. Despite Kaioshin being more like peacekeepers and watchers, it was important to her to maintain her physical strength as well. If the day arose that someone threatened Universe Six, whether internally or from another universe… she would be sure that she could help in anyway she could!

With slow steps, the Grand Supreme Kai approached slowly the meeting spot for the newborn Kaioshin, who was greeted by the Southern Kaioshin, who was far from being liked by the leader of the Gods of Creation. He grimaced ever so lightly when he noticed that Aurora was the one person to first interact with the newborn and was already growing concerned on what the first impressions of her "job" would be. As he got closer, he rested both his arms behind his back in a strict posture, showing his high and might as the Lord of Lords of this Universe, the one whose life was directly connected to that of the God of Destruction. "I see you are already interacting with the newborn, Aurora of the South. But you would be wise to direct her to me first as it should. But I will overlook it this time." and he cracked a fake smile, before turning back to the new Kaioshin. "In any case... Welcome to the Supreme World of the Kais, Northern Kaioshin. I hope you are ready... Our duties are of utmost importance to the constant evolution of this Universe." he said, widening his smile.[/blokquote]
Riga would hop from one foot to the other, excited at the idea of having a planet full of creatures just like it to play with. He would bount from Kaitara's shoulders to Aurora's then back again in it's excitement, stopping only once Onato appeared on the planet and staying tangled in the Northern Kaioshin's long mane. Riga would just look at Onato curiously, though didn't move a muscle from where it was.
Kaitara had been laughing at the idea of the little planet when she was suddenly reminded about the moon. She looked startled for a moment before she would rush over to the object, placing her hands over it and a white light would wash over it before the moon would completely vanish into the light she had created. The increasing gravitational pull suddenly stopped, and for a moment it seemed as if the object never existed.
"There... I put it away so it won't cause trouble. Maybe I can make that Riga's moon... hmmm..." It suddenly seemed like there were quite a few idea's running through the girls head, thinking about how she might be able to use soil from the world of the kais on the moon to make it lush and livable for the little creatures should they ever be able to leave the planet and get to the moon... what about Riga's ecosystem!? Probably lots of valleys and rivers... Riga also liked flowers to plenty of those too! She really needed to start making a list.
Once again her thoughts were disrupted by Aurora giving her a little speech about their duties, about how they were meant to be the overseers of the living realm. They were just meant to watch and not interfere..? Well that wasn't going to be fun at all! Why make toys you couldn't play with? She gave Aurora a bit of a pout, but before she could say anything another Kai appeared on the planet that caused Kaitara to pause. For just a second, she felt something weird in the pit of her stomach when she looked at Onato... something she definitely hadn't felt yet... she didn't like it, and it caused her to hesitate at first, but the Northern Kaioshin's kind demeanor was quick to overtake such a strange sensation.
"Thank you, but my name is Kaitara... uhm sir. Not Northern Kaioshin, okay? I like Kaitara better.. oh! and this is Riga! He's my dear friend!" She explained, perking up and smiling brightly towards Onato. Part of her 'knew' in a sense, who he was, but another part still didn't as he had yet to introduce himself. The tree had taught her many things, and yet, without seeing these things for herself, it was like she didn't understand them fully.
"Why is it that we only watch? We create the mortals... right? So why can't we go and play with the good ones? And what if there's bad mortals? shouldn't we stop them?" She asked curiously, though she sounded genuinely curious, and not at all as if this was her absolute conviction. This was literally like talking to a small child.

The creature was definitely cute. Perhaps she would get herself a pet of some kind. Maybe something a little bigger for her though. Aurora extended a hand to pet its head a bit, scratching behind its ears with her fingers if it let her. “You’re such a cutie..,” she would gently whisper to him.
It was also cute to see her planning out her own little planet for the creature. What an effective caretaker. If she treated the mortals like Riga.. maybe she would end up being a kind Kai. Not like Onato. Aurora let out a soft laugh, before she was rudely interrupted by the arrival of the stick in the mid himself. Now she didn’t hate Onato, or even dislike him really. That wasn’t how Aurora was. But she didn’t agree with him on many things, and they clashed a lot. He would always be authoritative with her and try to control her actions, despite the fact that her Quadrant of the Universe was hers to oversee. Not his.
As he arrived, Aurora crossed her arms out in front of her in a rather annoyed position. She was blatant about the fact that she wasn’t happy to see him. She was just starting to have a little fun, and now here he was to ruin it all. “Hey.. Onato,” she would say with a frown. As he continued to speak to her in that condescending tone, Aurora couldn’t help but feel her temper rise. Typical for a male organism, even that of a God. “There’s no rule against us interacting. I was simply saying hello and making fun conversation. It’s good for Universe Six if the Kaioshin are on good terms with one another, no?” she would say with her own fake smile.
She activated her own True Power, which was exactly on par with his. She wasn’t behind him anymore, although she had to admit she wasn’t fond of fighting. She wasn’t fond of being pushed around either though, so she had to make due. “And I’d advise you to drop the tone. I’m not like the mortals who fear you. You don’t get to bully me around. If you have a problem with that- feel free to duel me.” she would say with a firm resolve, her smile fading as she grew rather serious and stone-faced. She was a strong character and she would not let herself be lowered by anyone, especially a grump like him. She had more respect for herself than that.
She turned back over to Kaitara with a smile. Telepathically she would message Kaitara with her thoughts, not wanting to speak in front of Onato. {“Sorry about that. We just don’t get along me and him…”} she would explain.
Aurora looked back to Onato and said, “I guess you wanna explain this to her then, oh wise one?” she said sarcastically. WC: 486
This Southern Kaioshin was one that couldn't handle hierarchy and the rule of law and Onato seriously disliked her attitude. "I have to continuously watch her closely." he thought to himself, grimacing a bit when she talked back to him. "As it seems, you are hard of hearing, Southern Kaioshin. I never said there was a rule against interactions between fellow Kaioshin. No. If anything, this is quite recommended, but!" and he raised his index finger, pausing for a moment as he closed his eyes. "As the Grand Kaioshin, I'm the one who is supposed to be greeting the newborn and instructing them as of their duty. It's just a natural way our world works and keeps its balance." he added, before slowly opening his black eyes again, with a cold and taciturn expression on his face, especially because she already went to a more belligerent tone with him.
"I guess some centuries locked in a sword would do good to you. But, again, today is not a day for conflict, but a day for celebration. So... You should be the one to drop the tone, Southern Kaioshin." he coldly warned her before turning back his attention to the newborn. "Your name is both, young one, for you are not only your own person, but a Goddess of Creation, a symbol and an entity to whom the mortals are to look forward to." he explained with a more calm tone, and then, as she continued to question him about their duties, he took a deep breathe but cracked a somewhat gentle smile. "In the Universe, we have two major forces: Creation and Destruction. Us, the Kaioshin, are the Gods of Creation and our job is to create life and watch as it develops. We should not be directly interfering with the mortals, as we want them to grow without depending on us completely. But that does not mean we are forever forbidden to give them our holy guidance." he started explaining, but paused so she could digest his words.
The relationship between Aurora and Onato was definitely... weird. The two didn't seem to get along at all, and that caused Kaitara to tilt her head in confusion. Aurora even clarified that they didn't get along, but it didn't make sense to the young Kai. There were only 5 of them, so why shouldn't they get along..? They were all family, brothers and sisters after-all. She didn't sense any hatred between them, only frustration and annoyance.
It made her sad... to think that her family might dislike each other like this. She didn't dislike either of them!
"Why are you two angry with each other? There's not that many of us right... so we shouldn't argue..." The young Kai would state flatly and rather innocently as she looked between the two, picking up Riga and holding onto her like she was some kind of stuffed animal. She would turn her head to face Onato, listening to his words carefully and nodding when he explained everything from the meaning of her name, to what it was they should be doing as Kai's.
It seemed she was wrong in her initial assumptions, they weren't completely forbidden from interacting from the mortals, but they shouldn't do so until extreme circumstances presented themselves. She however, wanted to interact with them a lot! She wanted to help them grow into the best versions of mortals they could possibly be! Maybe she would go down there one day soon to say hi, see what they were like without revealing herself...
"I understand that, Grand Supreme Kai! Look! Riga is one of the first creatures I made! I even made a moon, buuuuut Aurora startled me so I kind of dropped it... I want to make a home for Riga and more creatures like her! Can I do that? I think I can...oh! and uh... the North Galaxy has that one planet with the saiyans right... Sadal? Do you think I can ever go down there just to see what the mortals are like in person?" She asked him curiously, a bright smile still on her lips as she acted like a child trapped in the body of an adult.
