It had been at least one month since Bernael had left her and she had been no closer to escaping than when her demon had left her. Without any sleep, food or drink for that entire time, she sat staring at the rift her demon had left her with, trying to imagine her way out of there as he had. She had come SO close... or she thought she had, several times! The air would ripple, the ripples would begin to split, another place vaguely visible in the center before BOOM it was gone... And that was on the good days. On the bad, she tended to get no reaction at all, spending her time doing nothing but stare at a tear in reality that wouldn't open for her. At first, she didn't take it too personally. After all, nobody tears holes in reality on their first week! But as time went on and her progress at freeing herself ground to a halt, the little blue majin started to grow a little frustrated.
"OPEN YOU DAMN DOOR!" She screamed at seemingly nothing, her chest rising and falling heavily as she stared at the veil. Yeah... just a little frustrated. "AAAAAAAAGH!"
More time passed and Liari was really starting to lose her patience hurling balls of Ki, candy beams and punches just to see if anything would make a difference... to no avail. Everything she did either bounced off it or passed right through, leaving Liari breathless, enraged and over all feeling helpless... Was Bernael wrong to have trusted her? These questions wracked the majin's mind for literal weeks as she screamed and swore and even pleaded with the veil, desperately trying to get a reaction out of it... All in vain....
Liari had completely lost track of time by now... The sky never changed, nothing dared to encroach on Bernael's now old and decrepit encampment... there was simply nothing for her to do besides scream at the Veil. For the entire time she was stuck down here, she had only slept where Bern had slept, rested where he rested... She tried her best to keep him in the forefront of her mind at all times. He was her primary motivation to get out of here...
One day, she floated up the the veil in it's almighty wigglyness, glaring at it with such a profound hatred. Her gaze looked like it could boil water and probably if she had any. She had a few choice words for this stupid door, but as she got closer and closer, they simply boiled down to a simple command... She took a deep breath, readying herself to reason with the veil...
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" She roared, screaming at with all her might. "LET ME OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT!!!!!"
Energy EXPLODED all around Liari, ripping at the air around her and even the veil started to show some wear-and-tear! With her eyes shut from the screaming, the little blue majin couldn't see the hole starting to rip in in the air before her, a fluctuating cut into reality itself! Eventually, she did run out of breath, heaving heavily as she glanced up at the veil.... to find a hole maybe the size of a doorway... Leading out to Namek...? She stared at it, blinking in shock as she attempted to get her breath back, shocked... This had never happened before. Did she do it...? Did she find a way out of this god-forsaken place...? As if to chastise her for questioning reality, the door to Namek began shrinking with each pulse, getting smaller and smaller. Snapping back into reality, the majin decided that she couldn't take the chance this was some sort of trick, throwing herself through the hole before it closed on her, landing flat on her stomach as her eyes locked onto some familiar soft blue grass....
"I... I did it..." She giggled softly, rubbing her face into the Namekian dirt... before falling right to sleep.
