Personality: According to friends and family, Rukiki is a lot like how Rukia was as a child, before coming to the realization of what the world was really like. The Android was programmed to ignore and casually accept discrepancies that don't match with its internal database, viewing the modern world as some kind of weird or bad dream it should get away from, in most instances. Being nothing more than a naive child, its quite honest for the most part.
Its normal routine involves spouting things its creator had done in her childhood, as if it had really done those kind of things itself, or really even had the time to do so. When faced with meeting other Androids that have likeness of those it should know, the originals of those Androids, or talking to its creator itself, Rukiki will casually refer to them as their future versions. Beyond admitting it's too hard to process, the Android carries on as normal.

History: The Android project was meant to build Android versions of family and friends, knowing Rukia would long outlive them as a Vampire, and after learning about the afterlife, that they wouldn't likely revive themselves. Numerous of these Androids with the likeness of those she knew, are mostly stored somewhere safe, and moved around in the case of an invasion, left mostly unfinished due to careful allocation of money being needed elsewhere.
Among two of the three friends she had in her personal life, which she had already finished making, there had always been the potential route of her own death, and a contingency for such a thing. While she trusted in her allies enough to carry on any plans incase of some delay with revivals, and even decided on having Amalga as an heir, to surpass her, the ambitions of a Vampire were so closely linked to their own state of mind. No matter what was planned, things would never be as perfect as envisioned. Not when her own existence, was meant to be a punishment, as she grew more and more in power.
After becoming an Antediluvian, and considering a different approach to ridding how clingy the Bio-Android heir was, Rukiki was finished over the course of a few months, not long after RYU had been completed. The Android would 'age' and change her appearance, through further modifications, when the time had came for it, but it was unnecessary at the moment. She was meant to be nothing more than an observation of behavior around surroundings that contradicted with its internal database, and how it would develop as time had went on. Somewhat giving Amalga someone to raise, could potentially also be favorable.
The one thing about Rukiki however, was that until further notice, she was barred from fighting unless survival played into things.
