Her training to become the Western Supreme Kai, was so full of wonder. The universe had seen and gone through so much, with joys and sorrows of these beings within their own societies, something she'd like to observe more of. They were what some of the other Shinjins had considered to be lesser shoes, which she could see, through studying their conflicts. It might have been because she was young, but the conflicts of this year, she still found peace of mind with.
Even when the existence of this universe was threatened, and Lord Lagerus was full of ire, she found it simpler to try empathizing with the mortals, pairing their issues with reasons why any Kai befell into corruption. Why some had even found themselves giving up this position, to become a mortal themselves.
She learned it was easier to blame, rather than to forgive, and recognized so clearly how as time had gone on and societies had developed, how Lord Lagerus might have grown to be more impatient. The mortals who were around now, were much stronger than the ones they had only a thousand years ago.
It made her wonder if she was supposed to be filled with doubt or concerns, like some of the other Shinjin, but her thoughts had only went back to the earlier days she had heard of, were things were leisure enough for them to freely fish and interact with each other. This sense of peace, she had learned might have remained in one of the other universes, and that was what had continually kept her comforted. The observation of these mortals were essential.
Their sorrow, and moments of happiness they shared with those close to them, had came to her mind time and time again. How could someone like her, who was training to oversee them, fall away from the path that she had been born from? There might have been instances of monotony, but that seemed to be something that came with longevity. Though there was also pleasure with it, knowing that there were beings who had the same amount of lifespan as they did.
The Vampires and the Elemi were two of the few she always took interest in studying. More so than the Saiyans, who while continued to grow in power, the majority had yet to reach the kind that might have been a concern. Something big enough to where she would have to leave the voluntary comfort of her planet, and intervene herself. At the moment, there still wasn't any reason beyond Lord Lagerus' own call, so she took pleasure in doing many of the things she had missed out on, being born so late into the universe. Each and every experience was so memorable, and she was so curious on knowing more.
Likes/Dislikes:
Having only come into existence recently, and knowing the universe had gone through so much, she likes to study other beings, although not for research. Their culture and motives for their own conflicts is something she is interested in, much like how GoDs have interest in the development of cuisine.
With her lack of strength compared to most beings, she doesn't see reason to leave her own planet, taking comfort in observing mortals through her far-seeing arts, and watching their growth. While there have been many individuals with potential for training, should they ever die, only a few really deserved it. She might not have been able to hear their thoughts, without invading their privacy, but one of the joys she found was to narrate their situation.
It was a simple pleasure, but it kept her happy. She did training now and again just as well, in the case that she had ever needed to intervene, although without a proper that wasn't just half of her power, there wasn't much room for growth. Even so, one of her other comforts and a majority of her time, is spent lying around, or enjoying the creation of her own lakes and rivers. Everything she needed or could need, was ultimately at her grasp.
The insistence that a situation is dire, unless told so by Lord Lagerus or Whis, she has no hesitation in refusing. Anyone who could pose a credible threat were likely to be erased, if their behavior wasn't right. But many people liked to, and wrongly believed that a person couldn't be redeemable, despite how what she had read during her training, seemed to show that all they really needed was a helping hand. The opportunities for them to show change.
Aspirations:
To one day meet the individuals that King Kai had taught afterlife training, when she felt that they were ready to meet her. Creating more opportunities for individuals to prove themselves, she also has interest in.
Homeworld: Afterlife
Allegiance: Kais
Starting Planet: Afterlife
Appearance:
There was a time in society, when those on earth had adapted what was now seen as 'traditional' clothing. Unless called to be in the presence of Lord Lagerus, she continues to wear red and white haori robes, as the period had brought on so many joys for her, that she could never forget. Its continued presence among the mortals. In the presence of Lord Lagerus and Whis, she nearly wears the standard robes of a Supreme Kai, with the only minor alteration being her shoulders being left as bare as when she wears normal clothes. There's comfort in dressing as such, knowing the air is normally so right on her own planet. It is also the only time where she wears more than stirrup socks for her feet, knowing in the presence of power, the upmost respect should be given with some leisure.
Backstory:
She had only been into existence for less than a year.
Within that timespan, so many potential instances of what the mortals would consider to be a danger, had surfaced among their society, although the compassion of certain individuals tended to relive the damage within the area. Essentially, they were doing the work of the Kais, taking care of threats they truly had no business in dealing with, and risking their lives that way. But to put so much restraint and expectations, would be taking away their individuality, along with what made them who they were. Certain individuals showed capability of dealing with these threats, while others chose to run.
Being young, she only felt wonder at the worries the other Shinjins had shared, as those who were walking away from the path of good, got stronger and made things more difficult for heroes. It was the duty of a Kai to intervene when they had saw it fit, and still being in training to watch over the Western Galaxy, disturbance was nonexistent. Though the north had seemed to have plenty. An amount that seemed unending, as time and time again, danger showed up.
But she didn't mind. All the responsibilities that came with being a Kai, she was still learning, and only so much could be expected of her. Essentially, she lived in isolation when not studying, and the thoughts of how the mortals tended to pray for help, came into her mind, through observing them.
There was only so many that could be given such help, that someone wouldn't just find a solution for. Never a guarantee either, but she liked to think that the other Kais had did what they could to subtly interfere, and provide the opportunities the mortals needed to have a more peaceful existence in their society. It was their own individual desires that broke away from that, and time could only tell where it would go on and lead for them.
The only thing she knew to be certain, was where any Kais could have gone with their paths. Nareli, who was much older than her, going off to be corrupted. The amount of distress the others must have felt, she could only imagine how heavy it must have felt, hanging over them. But they didn't seem like they were meant to be so openly with the mortals. A few individuals it could be excused, but their existence wasn't meant to influence their behavior.
At least, before the Tournament of Power, had revealed the mortal level to its participants, who had spread news to those they had told of. This was nothing that could be taken back without force, a measure that she seldom believed in, knowing that it wasn't necessary. Much like how when Northern Kai, Maikeru, had given up his position to live amongst the mortals. Or when the mortal who made himself into a Kai through the dragonballs, found his life to be nothing but miserable. His appearance, always supposedly changing, as he tried to comfort himself. Beyond not letting them kill themselves, Lord Lagerus hadn't said much on needing to intervene. Though she knew from observing certain individuals of power and position, that her isolation might wind up being challenged.
The Tournament of Power had brought great ire to Lord Lagerus, and the best remedy beyond time to fix it, she supposed was offering opportunities to change that behavior. Although it would still come at her own leisure.
Though it would still come at her own leisure.

Things were at peace here.
It was so different from the mortal realm, but it was because this was her own creation. No one else was on this planet besides herself and Rin, which was the way that things were supposed to be. They had control here, and none of the worries that could create conflict. Didn't need to deal with the issues of others. So why exactly did she so often allow her thoughts to peek into what was going on in the mortal realm? Her own galaxy was at peace at the moment.
It was the others who had trouble controlling theirs, doing what they could to give it peace. That was the reason why this universe had been dragged into the Tournament of Power, wasn't it? The Kais who were much older than her, hadn't been able to interfere and solve the conflicts in their galaxies.
From her months of studying, she learned it wasn't that simple, even if it had felt like that might have been the answer. Enough to where she had no trouble smiling, as she dipped her feet into the rivers of her own creation, Rin nestled onto her lap, as they had watched together what was going on in West City.
It wasn't her jurisdiction to interfere, and she lacked the strength to be much of help. Though she knew that if she had been allowed to participate, she could have done what was needed to save as many lives as she could. More than what seemed to be faring for those innocents within the city, incapable of fighting. Things felt like they were nearing to an end for the earthlings, and she could feel the weight of it hanging onto her as she had watched.
But as quick as this feeling of dread was building up, Rin had smacked her lips, lightly glowing, and took the feeling away from her. Incubators had seemed so compatible with their kind, she had grown to want one when she had read up on them. The ability to feed off of negative emotions and use it as a source of power. She could see the danger that could come towards her in time, and was even warned about it. But would it be bad to think of it as a future test?
It was already hard to believe something sitting this small, could prove to be trouble, but the visions of the other Shinjin didn't lie. These creatures just didn't see much activity, compared to the other beings. But that was one of the things she liked about them. Their presence was unknown, and in a way, they were alike because of it. She wanted to do the best she could to be the kind of Kai her superiors could rely on, but in the future rather than now.
There was so many things she had to look forward to and try for herself, before she could be capable of more. What was the rush, knowing Lord Lagerus already warned the mortals? She waved her hand over the mist that was her far-seeing arts, moving her feet around more in the river, which was warmer than the rush of cold she had read it was supposed to be. The demons looked like they might win, because of the Vampires who were involved in things.
All of the excitement going on, made her wish she could approach them, and her thoughts had gone to what form she might have taken, if that had been possible. Different enough for them not to have realized who and what she really was, and never really figuring it out, unless she wanted them to.
A sigh had escaped her, knowing it was nothing but a dream at the moment, though she still managed to easily hold a smile, thanks to Rin. Her eyes had drifted down to the Incubator, who was starting to shake off the amount of energy it had consumed so far, yawning as it had stretched out its legs.
The creature was almost as old as she was, being a creation, but probably knew even more than she did. Not too much of its knowledge was just shared, though she held onto the hope it would talk to her more than it already did. She watched it get up and run off, likely in the direction of their house, leaving her alone by the river. She supposed her own legs needed to stretch out as well, though she took more comfort in letting her body sort itself out with time.
Pulling herself up, and putting on the straw hat she had left at her side, she started tapping at her chin as she walked off. This river wasn't good for what she had wanted to do. Her own steps lightly echoed against the grass, which terrain was much softer than what it could have normally been.
There was some loose bits and ends that she knew would cling to her feet, but nothing that couldn't have just been brushed off. She had hardly even started walking, but she could already feel a light weight take onto her shoulders, and the desire to do no more today, other than lie down in what would have been hours. Or at least when Rin had needed to feed on her some more. Time had mattered to the mortals, but here, she could so easily lose track of it all.
The sight of the lake she was looking for, had her run completely forward, her feet touching the waters as if she was walking on something completely flat. It was easy just to drop down there on her back, the corner of her hat shading her from this planet's sun, as she lied down. Only a few seconds needed to pass for her to find the lake comfortably grip onto her, and made her recall how the mortals had special material for what they called isolation chambers.
This lake was filled with it, sinking her in just enough to enjoy herself, as she closed her eyes. So many thoughts came to her, doing so, knowing she was left alone and without Rin to feed off of her at the moment. But it was her decision to think about all of what was going on in the northern galaxy.
Even knowing that people there were getting hurt, all she could wonder was what she could have done, if she had been older.
