Appearance:
An amphibious race hailing from the planet Zoon, the Zoonoans stand at just under six foot when fully grown. They have no visible nose, breathing passively through pores in their wet skin, or additionally through their mouths during times of great physical exertion. Zoonoans have fish lips, wide set mouths, and purple or blue tongues. In addition their skulls are elongated to store their proportionately large brains, and their ears are large squarish openings that have excellent hearing. Their skin comes in a range of colors from pink and purple hues to greens and yellows. These colors are dependent what continent of Zoon they were born on, with gestating eggs determining color based on air temperature. Zoonoans have no visible pupils, having evolved their entire eyes to take in light due to low visibility aquatic ancestry. In battle they wear black jumpsuits and spiked white armor that covers their back spines and their elongated craniums.
Background:
Zoonoans are a race hailing from the planet Zoon, they are both hardy and extremely agile, owing these traits to their planet's naturally high gravity. Zoon is a harsh and largely desolate planet located in a sector of space far enough away from the prying eyes of the Planet Trade Organization that they remained unmolested during the reign of King Cold and his tyrant sons Frieza & Cooler. Not entirely lucky though, the Zoonoans fell to the dark magics of the wizard Babidi during his quest to resurrect the monster known as Maijin Buu. Zoonoan soldiers joined the ranks of Babidi, serving as his foot soldiers and lending him their military technology, such as their space ships. Notable among their ranks was the powerful warrior Pui-Pui, who was brainwashed by Babidi, serving as one of his elite lieutenants until being slain by the saiyan prince Vegeta.
After the death of Babidi the people of Zoon were freed from his dark spell, enabling them to continue their peaceful way of life. They are capable warriors, relying on exceptional speed and surprising endurance in battle. A very proud and determined peoples, not known to back down from a challenge and fighting to the death in many cases. Zoonoans know no cowardice, even in the face of superior opponents. A trait developed by their ancestors when they battled the giant terrestrial predators during the early years of their emergence as a civilization. In modern times Zoon keeps its insular traditions, having avoided becoming a pawn to the Planet Trade Organization or being conquered by one of the other major galactic powers. Despite this, individual Zoonoans that seek wealth, power, or glory will leave their home planet to serve as mercenaries, pirates, and bounty hunters.
Unique Characteristics:
Gravity Adept - Due to evolving on a planet with ten times Earth's natural gravity, Zoonoans are extremely resilient to the adverse effects of increased gravity. As a result Zoonoans gain a +10% to gains in Power Level in any thread taking place in a Gravity Machine or high gravity planet.
Sniper Shot - Extremely good eyesight grants Zoonoans incredible accuracy. Once per level a Zoonoan can apply to special effect Undodgeable to one of their energy attacks due to their speed and accuracy.
Speed Demon - As a result of their abnormally high speed, all Zoonoans start with the support technique Speed Bulking.
Transformations:
Battle Hardened - No strangers to battle, a Zoonoan has naturally abnormal reflexes, speed, and even durability. [x4 PERM]
Graviton Speed - Upon becoming sufficient strong, a Zoonoan can use their own Ki energy to make his body significantly more dense, without sacrificing speed. In fact, the extra dense muscles actually improve their agility in this state. {70k+} [x8]
Super Zoonoan- A zoonoan at this level has transcended his limitations and evolved into a great tier of power! Their reflexes, speed, and durability excel far beyond the average member of their species! [130k+] [x14 PERM]
Super Graviton Speed- Upon growing even stronger - a Zoonoan can stack on an increased gravity density which makes them more swift and powerful than before! Now they are truly a force to be reckoned with! [x21]
Ultra Graviton Speed - The ideal envisioned by every Zoonoan elite warrior. Pushing their bodies further they have enhanced the gravity of which they can increase their bodies! Their Ki aura becomes grey and crackles with lightning. {250k+} [x30]
Blackhole Form - Believed a myth by all but the most devout scholars of the Zoonoans, a final form exists said to be so powerful it can escape a black hole itself. Their body naturally has reached a denseness so thick even a Super Saiyan Three cannot easily wound it, and their power transcends anything the Zoonoan race has ever realized before...
