Baas 2.0 [Minor Race]

Appearance: The Bas appear as small creatures, with four to five eyes, purple blood and a reptile like skin that comes in various shades. They also tend to have a low and wide stature with few growing over 4'.

Copulation with Bas is rare and far between. There are no registered cases of breeds between Bas and other races.

Background: The Bas is a race composed of small individuals with multiple eyes on their head. Through the course of it's evolution they develloped psychic powers wich allowed them to thrive in their home planet. Some individuals even became able to freeze time for short periods.
At some point in history, Frieza integrated members of this race into his Galactic Frieza Army. The integration was not without it's share of bloodshed, but the Bas eventually submited to their new ruller and became part of the vast contingent of soldiers.
One of the most known members of this race is Guldo, witch was chosen to join the elite Ginyu Force. Only a few members of this race were able to distinguish themselves, meaning most were employed as common soldiers of the cold demons army.

Psychic powers: Bas have developed psychic powers, this grants [st-1] telekinesis as a Non-Harming Block Stun (requires 30% PL to overpower).
Time manipulation: A rare ability among this race that allows the user to stop time for a limited period of time. Once per thread for every level. the Bas can stop a person in time for a single round. The person cannot act in the turn following the time freeze, but can still notice the surroundings. The Bas can freely act when using this skill, but it uses one point of stamina per use (ergo they can't use additional techniques as it takes up a standard action). 
Note: Allies cannot capitalize on this time freeze for logically in the brief duration it occurs they would be frozen too.


Psychic boost - Using their psiquic abilities, the Bas are capable of increasing their power, strengthening their body. At first this technique causes some strain on the users mind, however, as their power grow that barrier is overcome.[x8 PERM] [Requires 60k+]

Greater psychism - As their psychic powers are developed, the Bas become able to strengthen themselves even more, thus gaining even more power than previously.[x12 PERM][Requires 135k+ and PT-1 Ki Suppression]

Mind over matter - As they achieve the peak of their psychic powers, the Bas become a being capable of utter destruction with only their thoughts. This stage is supposed to be the highest level of psychism causing distortions around the Bas body. [x30 PERM][Requires 275k+ and PT-2 Ki Suppression]

Time Lord - A state scarcely know and thought to be only a legend. After training and growing beyond their limits... the Bas suffer a complete change in power. [x35 PERM Requires PT-3 Ki Suppression] [380k+]

Time God - As the legendary power settles and becomes stable, the Bas achieve their ultimate power. It is said that time only flows because there are no Time Gods in existence. [x44][Requires Time Lord, 430k+]
