Sigma was out of the ship again, she tried venturing out on the opposite direction of where she met that man a few days ago, it was quite annoying having people interrupt her and her ways of mapping the planet and creating secret areas just in case of the people on this planet turning their hostility to her and she would be the target for violence, she didn't want that and a tunnel system that was around maybe 500 meters from the surface would do, having a secret base on the poles sounded good as well, but she just didn't know the planet enough...
She was constantly walking today, she was walking rather quickly as well, going through the landscape as quick as she could since her secret HUD could map the planet on its own, all she needed to do was look in the direction she wanted to map, more and more her map was becoming complete."Almost done with this area, I'm approaching the coast soon, maybe another 5 hours and I can reach the coastline, and I'll call it a day," she said to herself, wondering if there would be another person who would come to interact with her.
She did need to know how the others on this planet acted, she had really only met people once and never again, except for the girl she was taking care of, Letti. "Hmm this place looks flat, I sure hope it stays that way..."As she was walking she approached a Namekian village and immediately hid behind a plateau. She had a dilemma, should she go and interact with the natives, or should she just hide? It was a perplexing thing and she might as well be found out by someone traveling past or something similar.

The wildlife on Namek was surprisingly sparse and spread out. This plain looking landscape was a far cry from the forests that the robot was accustomed to studying. Without its master here to also show it around the place it pretty much had to do things on its own. Auntie and the others were dead set on just setting up shop alongside the alliance, but Jax would have other plans. Flying high above the seas and islands of Namek, she'd come across a few tiny huts with peculiar looking architecture to them. Social interaction!
"Greetings, natives." A tall, busty woman would be seen on the approach to the small village, touching down next to the chieftan's home. Startling a few of the working Namekians who'd been working up to that point, the woman's one eye would scan across them all for any traces of power. Nada, there was no threat of attacks here so far as she could tell. Still among the small cluster of namekian villagers, a few finally managed to snap out of their confused daze and would greet this foreigner with wary gestures and glances.
"Ahh, what bringsyou to our village, out of many?" It was a larger man, the chief by the looks of it, and he made sure to offer this lone foreigner a smile aside the many more skiddish of his kind there. Jax took a moment to realize he was being friendly and would return the gesture rather robotically, a hand to her hip to appear more natural in this social setting.
"Information. And to talk. I have many peculier questions to ask of your people." Something started setting off her built in scanners however. A signifigantly stronger presence than these poor villagers. Quick to eye the rocky plateus and grassy plains from where she stood a moment. The Chief was ready to speak again but before he could get a full word out would be stopped by an extended palm telling him to halt.
"13,800... Identify yourself!" She'd offer a warning shout to the presence of this power, looking through some rock to see if she could just see through it. A tad too thick for her vision to pierce, but she could definitely tell this power was hiding. WC:405
Sigma was caught immediately, she didn't seem to have a chance on hiding, as she predicted. Which means these people are most likely stronger than her, since she couldn't detect any single being like how the person who just called her out did, she could try, but that would just leave her trying too hard and probably doing some stupid pose like they do on television, she needed to know how that person detected her, was it through technology? Technique? Auras? There was just too much mystery between her and this wall that she couldn't see, but could feel, the wall that separated her from everyone she had met so far from herself.
She couldn't fight back and try to run anyway. She decided to come out open handed, with her hands up, and with a smile on her face showing that she didn't mean any harm, even if that meant breaking her hubris, since she did have an ego after all, she didn't want to just obey some stranger she had no idea the name of. She walked closer and closer as she got out of her hiding spot, before she told what the woman wanted was, it was probably for the best that she followed orders.
"Um, my name is Sigma. I'm a scientist here looking to map the flora and fauna on my computer so I can use it for research for my own people!" Well, she wasn't lying, but she wasn't telling the truth. She could feel the natives looking at her like she was some stranger to them, how did she get this close to their village without being undetected, was probably their thought. The woman who asked her didn't seem like she was hostile, though that might change if her body language and tone showed hostility as well.
She had her contacts scan the woman since she was the only one to see the actual HUD, she felt safe, this was really just an aid to take mental notes that she could remember, though she could use it to cheat on stuff like tests since it looked like she had a perfect memory. She took note of her clothes, the height, predicted weight, the fighting styles that might suit her based on her body type, she was really just computing a lot and that made her space out for a short while.
"Who might you be?" She asked back, after analyzing.
The woman continued to keep her stalwart stance as this figure kept back behind the small plateau, taking their sweet time coming on out in the open. Jax would take a quick look at the subdued woman that'd come up from around its edge. Unsurprising that someone lurking would be wary of another who so easily caught them out. The honest looking smile tested out positive that this one wasn't just faking it to get a trick out on her. She'd keep herself alert though, scanning the woman passively on her trek closer. Compiling data on build and body posture as well as many other possible things that make the woman tick. It almost seemed to mirror what Sigma herself was doing to the bot. The name was easy to be thrown out, and she made a very quick case for herself.
"That's a sufficient reason as any. So long as you are not threatening anyone." The woman would offer a more casual smile and relieve herself a bit from the tension this made. A few of the Namekians gawked, but honestly, this was the least of their concerns with how many foreigners had come flooding their planet. They were in good hands anyways, Jax was a huge threat on her own. She was actually here for a similar reason it'd seem.
"Call me Jax. I've come to the native Namekians here to gather information over their planet and resources. As you assure me prior, I assure you I'm here for no harm." Her focus would turn to meet the gaze of the chieftan again, who had already ushered a few of the Namekians to continue on with their work. And after a few moments, he'd nod between the two and head on into his house. Presumably to wait for their conversation as mentioned earlier. This patch-eyed lady with lith body and long silver hair turned up clear to Sigma and took a long step forward Eyeing her a bit closer now.
"You refer to 'my people'. Earthling, perhaps? It would make most logical sense, considering the unfortunate circumstances. You have my condolences. My creator would be furious if she were here." And that would just slip out naturally. Other than the weird get-up, there was nothing really saying this woman WAS an android until that. Actually, now that she mentioned a creator too, very small creases in her skin where her body segmented are seen. It took some looking, but yup. This synthetic's a pretty good replica. And she was here, wanting to know a thing or two. WC: 442 TWC: 847
It seemed she had a get out of jail free card, it didn't seem that this woman had any suspicion on her, so that was a lucky move. She really did not want to get in any sort of trouble amongst someone who she could just feel that she was a lot stronger than her, it would be a mess and she would probably die instantly, that's how it's always been, she has never really stood a chance against anyone no matter how hard she tried, and when she reached her current limit, she never won anything, it was a sad life in all honesty but she got over it.
The person's name was Jax, and just like her, she was here on duty plus she didn't mean harm. What a relief, that took a lot of weight off of her shoulders just hearing that, if she wasn't as tense as she was, she might have let out a relieved sigh that was out of character for her."It looks like our missions sort of overlap. I'm really here just to study the flora, and fauna of the planet. Along with some extra stuff but that doesn't really matter, my main mission is to learn about the life forms here. I may be a physicist, but I also had a bachelors in Biology before I switched."
Though what troubled her, was the next sentence. It almost seemed like it was screaming for attention, just hearing it. "Wait...What do you mean? Your condolences? What happened to Earth?" She just couldn't fathom the idea of anything bad happening to the planet, and this hit her deep in the core, though her fake confused and concerned look sure did a great job at hiding her inner self. Just a patch of lies to add to the table. There were some other notable things before.
This woman referred to someone as their creator, not mother, not father in a more stoic and monotone fashion, plus the creases on her skin. She used her contacts to zoom in on the creases and check for what was in them. Is she an Android? I haven't made those myself, but...I know that's usually how they act, sure there were more realistic ones that were given rights and such, but this one seems to be just an average servant bot...so what is it doing alone?
She was trying to deduce as many things as possible in just the last sentence and the things she noticed, she was doing all this computing in her head that it almost seemed like she didn't care about the bad news on the outside.
Jax would just look the woman up and down a little. Not really keen on picking up false flags from body language like what this woman was putting off, her concern not only seemed genuine to the bot ut made her pat the woman on the shoulder, eyes creeping around to see if anyone was just watching them. While the woman WOULD get a good look at Jax's skin it's pretty clear they were merely where segments of her skeleton created a small gap. It'd been a while since the bot has been maintained and despite the good condition, a keen eye could tell the thing had some stretched skin if you could see the creases like that.
"I am sorry, but you are not aware of its fate? Were you perhaps sent before its destruction? I'm very sad about it too, it was a very good place. With good people." The robot would pat the woman a bit roughly some more as she tried explaining it without sounding super stoic about it, only to come out blunt. Oh well, she at least LOOKED saddened that she'd have to be the one to tell. A few of the Namekians, most already have gone on with their duties, furrow their brows but simply remained quiet about the words that were spoken.
"You seem intelligent, I think my master would certainly love to have chatted with you. If my memory serves correctly, she's got several degrees in Mechanical engineering, robotics, generally applied sciences in Biology and Chemistry, and even made her own robots. Like me. Am I acting alright?" Jax would ask as confirmation to some things that seemed to bother her. Strange, that the metal construct here had the capability to at least sense something inconsistent within itself. It was a good thing she wasn't at least self-conscious with what the fleshy bits that look sexualized. WC: 320 TWC: 1,166
As the woman had gone closer to her, she had carefully observed her, looking at everything that she could use to deduce an answer. It was rather odd, she needed more empirical evidence, though she had to stop soon. Soon enough, she would be caught looking at the android intently, and she didn't want that. She wanted to look as harmless as possible. She wasn't even wearing any sort of armor if one were to observe, just loose clothing that fit her body well really, she had no choice but to wear this same outfit since she was so far from Earth and this was her normal attire.
Her worst fear was correct, the Earth had gotten destroyed. This meant, many of the people she knew were dead. She didn't know how to feel about that, she was technically a social outcast, being part of a small mafia and all, but that also meant her professors and colleagues were also dead. She felt very conflicted, but soon enough she would shed a single tear in front of Jaz. "I see. Well, what's been done, has been done. I'm lucky I left a couple years ago, or I wouldn't be here today." She put her hand on her chin, really trying to digest the information without letting feelings run out, the worst thing that she could do now is be all sad and mopey.
Though her ears did perk up hearing that her master was quite the scholar. "Oh is that so? What's her name? I probably have heard of her before then, due to certain events in the past, us scientists are pretty up to date with what other scientists are doing. I myself have a PhD in Mathematics and Physics, I was working on a PhD in Engineering as well but I stopped schooling before I went off in search of a planet like this one, so I just have a Masters. Too bad I'll never go back to extend my knowledge." It sort of haunted her, the fact that the sweet old man that was her professor well was, dead. The happy man who loved Topology, and even if he was a bit weird to the average person, he knew his stuff!
"It seems kind of apparent that most creators of artificial beings are rather...idealistic with their female designs." She noticed that this person's body was really curvy, it seemed to be a pattern for most scientists, male AND female.
"Are you used to your wear? I can technically update your coding so that you can have a broader understanding of human emotion, meaning you'll have them yourself."
