Celestials 2.0

Appearance: Celestials while holding a strange uniqueness to their powers bear much resemblance to the race they were originally a member of. The ki of a Celestial however holds a very strange tone to it, feeling very similar to the energy felt from the Makyo Star or Full Moon on a much much weaker scale.

Children of Celestial Parents are were true key differences begin to appear, on their backs near their shoulders are what looks almost like bruised markings are actually where their eventual wings are to appear if they are to unlock enough power to tap into them. Their eyes as well appearing to be inheritance of very vibrant colors, these colors being found useful to discover what path a child is aligned towards. Blue, Bright Green, and Golden typically belonging to moon path children, while Purple, Red, and Silver following the children of star path.

Background: The celestial bodies always held mysteries to them, shared by cultures and races of various origins. No matter the culture, there was always a certain lore that bound them to civilizations. Yet none dare wonder, why is it that that their celestial bodies in the skies bare such a close tie to all these races and cultures? Why is it that so many share such a similar folk lore of them and yet have never met when such stories were created. The truth is that the celestial bodies have always held a mysterious energy to them, energy that causes the mighty saiyans to transform into apes, and the fearsome demons to become monsters.

Legends foretold long ago of pieces of the moon and stars crashing to planets, becoming runic relics, myths told to children as signs from their gods and goddesses. These runes bore a strange power to them, a power that came with the ability of altering the very genetic code of those who grasped ahold of such relics. Whether it was technological, or purely magic none have been able to figure out, however such transformation would alter these people, alter their very life force, their ki. This ki they were exposed to was unique, for some granted power by the moons, they found themselves more vigorous, more awake, healthier even. Those touched by stars themselves would find their powers dawn with strength, power coursing from their very fingertips as this darkened star's energy bonded with them.

The children having now been reborn from these relics would go to find themselves at great power, proclaiming as prophets for their individual gods. Their power ferocious, greedful, until they were met with the cause of their near end. When the solar eclipse was once truly rare, the day of its arrival marked the near end. War raged on between the moon and stars, each using their very runes as symbols for each other's power. In the end, they succeeded and yet failed, for both sides had corrupted each other's runes. Granting strange, unnatural powers on this day, the day of the solar eclipse. The cost having been dire however, the runes were corrupted by each other, the solar eclipse being their very marking, a day meant to not be forgotten, only to have easily been such with the passage of time.

Celestials still roam the universe today, whether it be from hereditary means, or lucky souls chosen by their star, by their moon. It was never the people who found these relics, but the relics who found them. This is the story of their past, but what is to come now...of the future?



Primal Aging: Celestial Bodies are no longer as physical as they once were, being composed of now primal cosmic energy, their genetic grows unstable, granting them a shorter childhood, but a much lengthier life span, increasing the natural lifespan of their original species by fifteen times the norm, while keeping them in their prime. (Ages at 1.5x the normal rate until the physical age of 21)

Primal Origins: The energies that are attached to these celestials is similar to a symbiote, it needs a host of genetics to bond with and live. All Celestials in a sense are hybrids, gaining hybrid like racials from the dominant race they were initially created from. This host like process however makes them incompatible with non-hybridizability races.

Celestial Outburst: Being created from cosmic energy, their powers are granted by the celestial bodies in the sky as is. This can engage them in 4 varying modes pending on the path they follow.

- Days without celestial bodies in the sky cause weakness in these creatures, their power drained they gain no benefits from this racial on these days without a present celestial body.

- On days of the Full Moon, if the user is on the path of Light, they are granted the power to heal from bathing in the radiated waves of the full moon. Members of the Dark path gain no benefit on these days (Once Per Thread 10% Self Healing of Max HP, extra use gained each level)

- On days of the Makyo Star, if the user is on the path of Darkness, they are granted the power to strength themselves further beyond from bathing in the radiated waves of the Makyo Star. Members of the Light path gain no benefit on these days. (Once Per Thread 10% Tech Boost, extra use gained each level)

- On the very rare days of the Solar Eclipse, a very peculiar effect occurs, the celestial bodies have resembled their once primal beauty cleanse the corrupted powers of the Celestial, granting them their full power on these days. (Grants the user access to both Light and Dark Path abilities for these few days)



Celestial Conversion

A member of any hybridizable race can convert into this race, however it will cost 5,000 zeni for the Runic Materials. However, this conversion can only be caused on the night of a celestial event.

Path of the Moon’s Light

(Weak Beginning, Strong Mid, Balanced End Game)

Truth of Heart:

The Celestial is glowing with a blazing golden white glow as their hair changes to a lighter color. Their strength not multiplied nearly as much as the darkness-controlled counterparts, but still can give a small boost.

Light's Embrace:

The user is shrouded in a mysterious veil of light before it disperse to cover the user in a thin ki barrier of armor seemingly created from physical light. The strength and speed of the user multiplied even to a rather respectable point.

Angel of Light:

True to the name the Celestial once more gains a new limb while in this form, out from their back grows a pair of wings, these wings unlike normal however as they seem to be made entirely out of pure light! Their power however has grown to be stronger than that of the power of darkness that they had once held a weakness from.

Light's Synergy:

The Celestial has grown with potential from the light, however upon transforming into the power of this form, their body grows unstable as they become a being of pure light, their form able to be manipulated how they wish, but yet still unstable, as shown by the wisp of light they emulate as well as the lack of skin color, rather radiating as shades of light.

Mastery of the Light:

The Celestial has overcome many challenges of which finally making them a practical cosmic being. Their form looking but like their base form, but with a noticeable difference, their ki radiating as it had with their first transformation with the path of light and their skin lacking any of the scars or scratches, or imperfections from their base form. Their eyes as well taking a bright golden color.

Path of the Darkened Star

(Strong Beginning, Weak Mid, Balanced End Game)

Comfort of Mind:

The Celestial glows with a dark and shadowy ki, mixed with a color of a very dark purple with tints of black around the outer edges. Their hair color even changing as it becomes a darker colored hair color. The strength of Celestial with the powers of darkness is very intensive in strength.

The user is shrouded in a veil of pure darkness as armor begins to form from the very shadows. Their face as like with the light variant not even visible under the type of armor that has been created, their strength however no mockery to what they form.
