It was strange as he hadn't seen the mysterious Tomo in some time. He was beginning to think for a time she was gone for good on some mission or perhaps some darkness had befell her. But she'd arrived yet again the other day and hadn't spoke long but brought up something of important to him. He was to meet her today at a meeting place within Citadel walls. He walked down the steel hallways almost with a chill to them that carried up his spine as he wasn't exactly sure what was going on or what was so important he had to walk all the way to one of the bigger meeting rooms towards the center of one of the towers. But he trusted her and she had led him to this place. While it wasn't the most comfortable place to imagine he had ground quite fond of it in some ways.
He wasn't really sure what all this was about but if Tomo said it was important he'd believe her. He cleared his throat as he made his way towards the meeting room as each step down the hall seemed longer then the last. He couldn't help but feel something gnawing at the back of his thoughts. He couldn't shake the feeling something was up his intuition was telling him to be careful but he didn't have any weapons with him. He trusted these people now for the most part as well so he just took in a deep breath as neared the meeting hall and stepped inside... It'd all be clear soon he figured.

Even though the sparring wasn't them going at their full power it didn't mean they didn't go all out with their lower transformations and therefore, their sparring session had the intensity of a supernova, enough to satisfy Nasu's thirst for battle. Though, it still bothered him that Komatsu had displayed such an extreme power at the end of the Tournament of Power and he couldn't test it this time. Apparently it wasn't that easy to trigger, which was a shame, but hopefully some day - rather sooner than later - he would know how to tap into that intense heat once again and Nasu would be able to have a taste of the power that took a God of Destruction to stop. In any case, he felt refreshed. Even though he had sparred with Kinoko upon his return, and despite the fact she was crazy strong, stronger than most people, he still had to hold his punches, but with Komatsu he didn't hold back at all; he came at his younger brother with all the power he had available and using the most of his fighting skills. He was in a very good mood now.
Oddly, though, his mother sent him a message he only received after the spar. Asking Toru for the courtesy of escorting Natsu back to the Star Javelin, he was allowed to go meet Tomoroko inside the Saiyan Citadel. Nasu wasn't at his best of appearance. He had blood all over his face and some cracks in his armour and tears in his clothes, but he didn't care at all; if anything he held it with pride, the pride of a saiyan who was just walking out of battle. Some of the saiyans were staring at him with fear in their eyes. They knew him well. Nasu was the Overseer of all those saiyans not too long ago and when the faction split, those were the ones who decided to follow Komatsu. He smirked at the stares and just glanced at those saiyans, who were quick to look away. Nasu did nothing to hide his absurd power level and walked with pride.
As he approached this mysterious meeting place, he sensed a power level above that of the normal foot soldier, one that was clearly on a super saiyan tier. "Weird... I don't recognize anyone with that power from within our ranks... Who is this mysterious person?" he wondered and hastened his steps in order to reach the place sooner. Once there he saw a boy. No, he was already more a man than a boy and although Nasu was pretty sure he had never seen that face before, he looked familiar somehow. The King of All Saiyans narrowed his eyes as he stood a handful feet away from this man. "Who are you? Where is Tomoroko?" he asked with a tone filled with suspicion.

Defeated by his brother again, and yet this time he felt no shame. He had the most fun he'd ever had in his life during that battle! Honestly he couldn't be happier if he had won! He felt the tiniest spark of his early years within him, just glad that he could stand toe to toe with his big brother, that the elder saiyan not only acknowledged him but also his strength. This moment was something that Komatsu had waited his whole life for, and so losing? He didn't care. He'd just have to keep getting stronger so that the next time he could beat him! Maybe next time he would be able to fully control that strength he had manifested after the tournament of power... Whis had given him some tips on how t train it, but he had yet to do any of that training.
"Hey! Nasu, Koma! I just got a transmition from your mother! She want's to see both of you out of the arena gates when you're done!" Toru called out to both of the saiyans there, quickly reassuring Komatsu that he would take care of Renkon and Hakusa, all while accepting the task of returning Natsu to the Star Javelin. He had been hoping t talk to Karota anyways before she flew off with the Kingdom.
And so with that Komatsu pushed himself back up to his feet with a heavy groan, dusting himself off before unwrapping his tail from around him and holding it in his hands, rubbing it where Nasu had gripped it during their fight. It still strung like crazy! He let out a light huff before following his brother out of the arena silently. He was in no better shape than he was... and so when he walked out, it was no wonder that people would stop to stare. These two were known to fight and it had torn the saiyans in half... it wasn't hard to believe they were worried about what could happen at this point. Unlike Nasu, Koma would just offer them a light smile and shake of his head in an attempt to reassure people that things were alright.
When they finally got to their destination however, he too started to look around for their mother, but instead only finding this boy... He never caught his name he didn't think... but he remembered seeing him around the Citadel when they first arrived.

Tomoroko wasn't far off, having already been on her way to the meeting point when she called the 3 boys over. She had first chosen to make a detour to her mothers old lab... when Kyuri was still here, she had asked her to run a DNA test on Tokibi and what she found had completely shocked the woman... news she didn't know, or at least hadn't confirmed, until that morning when she stopped to check the unreported results. Turned out there was a lot more to Tokibi than she first thought, and her heart wouldn't stop pounding away in her chest as she flew towards the boys energy signatures. She was just above them when she heard Nasu ask where she was, and would soon come in for a landing next to Tokibi.
"I'm here I'm here, I just had to stop and pick up a few things... Wow, you two really went ham hunh? I could sense your energies but I didn't think you'd go that crazy" She noted her son's appearance, blinking several times but then shaking her head, smiling gently. Any other mother might have been pissed that her sons had been fighting, but to a saiyan, this couldn't be better for their brotherly relationship.
"I uh... had some news I wanted you all to know before the Kingdom left... a few bits of news... actually. Uhm so... first I guess I should introduce you hunh. This is Tokibi, he's a Saiyan who's been under the Planet Trade Organisation as a slave his whole life... Yeah Tokibi I did some digging and it wasn't hard to figure out... but uh... see, Nasu... Komatsu... he's uh... also your half brother..." She would admit, rubbing the back of her neck as a nervous chuckle would escape her lips as she suddenly made this announcement. It would be a huge shock to Tokibi as well, having come from no family t suddenly having such a large one. She knew she was going to have a lot of explaining to do... so she just waited for the questions to come...

Tokibi couldn't help but blink a bit taken back as he was greeted by Nasu first within the chambers he'd been called to. He found himself a little taken back as if he'd lost all words briefly unsure of what to say. Taken back by this persons presents and in truth who this person was as well. Komatsu had shortly arrived as well after. Tokibi never quite producing a explanation partially because he didn't have one for Nasu. The two leading powers in saiyan society just sorta felt overshadowing at the moment. He gulped beginning to feel like there had been some kind of mistake to have called him here as well or maybe it had proven to be some accidental over sight.
He considered trying to sneak out while the two leaders greeted eachother. But just before he could Tomoroko had actually arrived. His eyes perking lightly seeing a friendly face he knew. Giving her a soft smile as he felt a little out of place in this mix of power and political power. Giving her a small nod though all the same being polite to one of his few friends he felt. "Good to see you again. Glad to have you back." He spoke in a soft and gentle voice. A kindness coming from him with a true core to it.
He stopped though when he was introduced to the room and powers near him. Clearing his throat looking briefly to the ground. His past was like a ghost constantly at the back of heels chasing him. Like his shadow it was something he at times felt was still chasing him. But it was like a loud bell of clarity ringing through his head when she said he was their brother? A half brother but even still... He just looked up in surprised confusion. Unsure what to say or feel... Did she know something he didn't? All this time? He was completely taken back trying to find the words lost in his throat. His mouth only left hanging open lightly agape.

Komatsu followed not too far behind and once they reached the place where this mysterious yet oddly familiar looking saiyan boy was, he sensed his mother's ki signature approaching and stared in that direction almost at the same time as she landed and commented on their spar. Nasu shrugged, pretending to be bored, but the ones watching the spar knew he was far from bored when they went at it. "It was nothing. We were both holding back. We didn't go past Super Saiyan Two or this place wouldn't be standing anymore." he said with a mildly annoyed tone as usual. But after that small talk, she started introducing this boy as a former slave of the Planet Trade Organization. Nasu chuckled and cracked a smirk. "Than you can thank me later. I was the one who erradicated those scum!" he immediately added as Tomoroko mentioned his sad past under the chains of the brenchians. Nasu remembered his conquest with pride sparkling in his dark eyes.
But the smirk and pride vanished almost immediately as she stated that this saiyan was their half-brother and Nasu's expression became shocked and he went pale at the very instant. For a few seconds, he stood still, not showing any reaction, but inside his mind, everything was happening too fast and he was feeling overwhelmed by such a statement. Yet another mysterious sibling. Just what the fuck were their parents even thinking. To imagine the possibility of Kinoko having a child other than his. He would murder them all. And as his brain started to make some sense out of it, his expression changed. First he frowned his brows intensely, then he grit his teeth and finally, his aura exploded and the ground beneath his feet was obliterated, giving its place to a crater Nasu now floated above it. Bio-electricity run through his body, screeching angrily to match the rage in his heart.
His eyes, turning from dark to teal and then to dark again stared intensely at Tokibi and he could see why he looked familiar; he carried features from Tomoroko, but he didn't have any feature from Natto. Then, he glared at his mother and his rage just intensified. He pointed his index finger at her in an accusatory tone. "This thing is your BASTARD?!" he roared in anger. "You better start explaining this, Mother! Because I'm in the mood of repressing the truth!" and as he said that he glared once again at Tokibi, with his aura flaring from ghostly-white to golden; it was clear he was holding his anger the best he could so he wouldn't explode into super saiyan out of a sudden.

Komatsu didn't say anything as they approached the strange boy, instead opting t just shove his hands in his pockets as he let his elder brother do the talking, since he was already demanding answers anyways. Whenever his mother showed up though, his gaze softened and he allowed himself to smile for a moment.
"Hey, mom" He greeted her briefly though was ushered to silence once more as it seemed she had some sort of announcement for the three of them. That was definitely odd since Komatsu didn't know Tokibi beyond his face, all he knew was that he had seen Tokibi around the Alliance for some time and the boy hadn't been any trouble at all. The words though that escaped his mothers lips now caused the younger saiyan's thoughts to pause so that he could process just what exactly was happening. He had t blink several times to adjust his eyesight as he looked at Tokibi. Maybe Nasu had hit him harder than he first thought... there was no way that their crazy family could get any crazier... could there?
"Uh... hunh?" Komatsu was completely caught off guard, and unlike Nasu wasn't so quick to anger. It... seemed kind of logical to him actually, and it just further brought out the fact that his parent's definitely weren't as perfect as everyone made them out to be. If this boy, if Tokibi was in fact their half brother, then it meant that his mother hadn't been as faithful to his father as they all would have believed. It... made sense? Still though, he wasn't about to just accept some random kid off the street as family and just immediately warm up to them just because his mother said so.
Nasu seemed just about ready to kill him... and Komatsu chose to just stay put.
"Honestly mom... I think we'd all like to hear that explanation, judging by Tokibi's face. Nasu, why bother getting so riled up about this?" Komatsu asked calmly, seriously wondering why it was bothering his brother as much as it was.
Tomoroko would only offer the briefest of smiles to her sons as she had arrived, she knew she had to get this over with so, like riping off a bandaid she just got straight to the point. Tokibi remained silent, a look of shock plastered all over his face, although Nasu... well he hadn't been taking it so well. Instinctively, Tomoroko would put herself between Nasu and Tokibi. She couldn't do much if Nasu did chose to act on his anger, but at least this way he had to get through her before reaching Tokibi. She'd lost the boy once, and wasn't willing to lose him again.
Her own gaze turned to a frown as she glared right back at Nasu. DAMN he looked so much like Natto it was hard not to imagine herself defending her actions against her mate. She had to swallow the anxiety that came with that, and instead address her son as he spoke to her accusingly.
"Look. Your father and I have been through hell and back time and time again. We've both done things we aren't proud of, some things more than others. When your father told me about Cambia, I became so god damn furious. I would of killed her given the chance, but out of respect and love for your father I just chose to leave, to clear my head and vent. I went back to a world I knew I could let out all my anger... an older planet I lost my old team on. When I get there, I found my old squad leader from when I was an Empire Saiyan. We had always been close, and I thought he had been dead for so long. I sort of... gave in to my emotions at that point. That resulted in Tokibi. I... never told Natto about him. I went back to that planet when I found out and we had him put in an incubation chamber. K...Mako was going t take care of Tokibi until he was born but the Planet Trade Organization invaded. Mako was killed and I had always assumed that Tokibi was too, his chamber had been broken so I... I never knew you were alive..." She explained her whole story as quickly as she could to the three boys, glancing over her shoulder towards Tokibi when she mentioned how she had thought him dead, how she had left him for dead. She should have gone after him back then, but that would have meant admitting what had happened to Natto, and it would have meant starting a war with the Planet Trade Organization. One that they probably couldn't have won at the time.
He cleared his throat and took a step back holding his arms infront of him to try and cover himself encase any debris from the mild destruction would come to him. He considered transforming into a super saiyan to be better prepared but he didn't want to trigger more hostility and accidentally get himself hurt. He was among titans and he knew from his days as a slave one false move around a higher power could easily be your last with one little slip. He blinked though at the explanation as Tomoroko's words took more power of him then even Nasu's mighty energy pulsating all around the room.
He felt almost speechless as he knew almost nothing of his past before the PTO. It was just a mystery that the child have never been told. But this? This was his mother and his family? It was too incredible to believe as he still struggled to breathe as he felt his heart pounding in his chest. Gulping as he struggled to find the words that seemed to be lodged in his throat. "No one told me anything. I didn't even know I was actually a saiyan for the longest time. My tail was cut at a young age from what I gathered. But I always assumed any family I had must have been dead or sold me off. I was a slave with the pto... I never had anyone or knew anything from where I came from." He said looking confused if not hurt at Tomoroko. He wasn't sure if he wanted to believe this or not. She was one of the few souls that had shown him kindness but now he knew she was one of his parents. How easily he'd been forgotten he felt perhaps unfairly inside. He looked away unsure what to say as his heart felt like it was twisting in his chest as his mind was haunted by what all he'd been through. Alone without anyone up until this point.

Nasu knew the boy was completely innocent in this matter, he had no way to choose how he was conceived or who his parents were, but the reason he was aiming his rage at him wasn't to hurt him, but to hurt his mother for her infidelity to their father. Nothing, in Nasu's mind, could justify this behaviour and when Komatsu showed himself to be so calm and collected and to ask why Nasu was so riled up with that, he glared at his younger brother with rage in his eyes. "Do you fucking have to ask?! This is unjustifiable! But I do want to hear what she has to say, so... Mother! Enlighten me!" he barked, turning his now more consistently black eyes to his mother as she began explaining the events that led to the existence of this kid. However, if Tomoroko was hoping to appease Nasu's ire with her words, it only made it worse. He couldn't believe what he was hearing and he shook his head in both shock and disgust. "Cambia?... Cambia?!... Her mother took YOUR form when dad bed her! Are you really that petty?!" he growled, gritting his teeth as he believe the situations were too distinguishable to even be possible to correlate them. But then something else sparkled. Of course he had heard about the tales of his parents adventures and missions before they became members of the Alliance, though he had to admit he heard more about his father's accomplishments than his mother, but he knew about their old squads and everything. On thing didn't really smell right in her explanation. "Mako?! Who the fuck is Mako?! I don't recall that name from your old squad! And don't try and bullshit me! I've read and heard about all the stories of when you guys were in the Empire! In case you forgot, that was the reason I even went rogue and conquered that planet for the Alliance when I was a teenager!" he pointed out, remembering how badly he was scolded for that behaviour back then.
Nasu had to stop to take a deep breath and then he folded his arms; he found it easier to keep his cool that way. His eyes were now focused on his mother, but they would dart towards Tokibi from time to time. He knew there was more to this fucked up story than she was letting on and he would now dig to the depths of it.
Tomoroko didn't move from her spot, her legs braced as Nasu's anger only put her on edge. Without all of her strength back, she couldn't put up a proper fight anymore and that frustrated her... if Nasu truly wanted Tokibi dead, he could do it too, regardless of the woman's stance of positioning. She never expected them to accept this, never expected them to even really understand, but Nasu's reaction was so over the top... Would Natto have reacted the same way if she told him...would he have bothered t even stay with her if he had... She felt her chest tighten and brought her hand over where her heart would be. It had been over a decade since she had actually been able to truly feel this kind of ache, and it hurt like a bitch.
"Look, Nasu I understand that you're upset, but what happened back then with Cambia's mother... it felt very different in the moment. You think your dad a god damn saint, that it wasn't his fault that he was tricked... sure she took on my form but she still wasn't me. I doubt she acted like me, smelled like me or even did things like me. They should of all tipped him off, but instead he thought with his dick, not his heart. I'm not saying what I did was any better, I get that, but it happened. Does my explanation really matter? I was hurt and acted irrationally. Komat- Mako and Tokibi had to suffer enough because of what I did, shouldn't that be enough?" Tomoroko demanded of her son, her eyes narrowing on him. She was both angry and hurt, and didn't know how else to really explain this. Komatsu... he was keeping a rather cool head about it, so the last thing she wanted was to turn her youngest son against her to by telling him he'd been named after the man she had run off with then... but seeing as she had let it slip twice now, she doubted that would go un noticed.

"Yeah, I do. I mean it's none of our business what she chose to do however long ago... I'd way what... 18, 19 years? If anyone has or had the right to be upset than it's dad." Komatsu said a bit too non nonchalantly, his eyes travelling to Tokibi who seemed just as shocked by this information. He just seemed to be unable to display his shock as much as Nasu had. Komatsu was just as surprised by this to be honest, hwever what could he do about it now? There was no point in shaming his mother for something that had happened so long ago, she probably felt guilty enough as it was and probably just as shocked that Tokibi was alive to begin with. He just let out an audible sigh as he just scratched the back of his neck, unsure of what to really do or say here...
That's when his mother said something interesting that caused Koma to perk up a bit, his eyebrow shooting up and a mild look of horror appearing on his face.
"You... You're kidding me right... mom? Mako... That's just the reverse of Koma... and you... You did not name me after him..." He asked with the sound of disbelief in his voice. He looked absolutely horrified by this revelation and looked like he wanted to gag. Why the hell did she have to go and do THAT of all things! Sure a name didn't tie him to the person he was named after but... Komatsu was named after her one night stand!? He passed his hand over his face, groaning as he seriously considered changing his name just then... but in an attempt to keep a cool head, he said nothing immediate... only after a moment of contemplation did he speak up.
"No matter the reason for it that's fucked up mom.... seriously fucked. up. As for you... Tokibi right? What's your take on all of this, what are you going to do knowing about her?" He asked, pointing his a simple movement of his head towards Tomoroko like she was just another woman, and not the one that had brought him into this world.
He gulped feeling extremely out of place. These powers and people of such well known status shared blood with him? But it was a scandal a dark secret that revealed it. It didn't really give a sensation of family but only scorned his emotions more. His heart feeling a twinge of pain as given the stress in the room it made him feel lightly more alone then before now that he knew. He struggled for words as he felt his shoulder slump lightly as Komatsu the grand overseer spoke to him. What should he say? What could he say? This was all so hard to believe as if it was pulled out of the pages of some childs fairy tale book.
"This is... Well it's truly a shock. I don't really know what to make of it. I'm not even sure anything I say would make much of a difference right now. I'd stopped imagining about family long ago but never expected if I did learn anything it would be as stressful as this."
A light sigh left his lips as his hands slid into his pockets and his eyes slowly slid to the ground. He was a no body, A insignificant ant compared to these people politically and in power. He felt his skin crawling as he turned trying to hid the void in his soul that was trying to devour him. It took everything he had to keep himself under control. "I need to think... I'm sorry." He'd say having trouble looking back to Tomoroko this time. His heard raced in his chest. His stomach churned as he wanted to vomit but he only calmly walked away out of the meeting room. The truth of all this a bit to much to take in with one swoop. His only true friend in so long had all of this? Knew all of this? He wasn't sure how to feel all he knew was he had to be alone right now.

Tomoroko was feeling prosecuted and Nasu's behaviour didn't help her thinking otherwise, he was acting as an accuser and he was well aware with that and rather satisfied with this position. The more she tried to justify her actions, even by claiming Natto's flaws, she wasn't making things any better for her and Nasu immediately barked at her. "He may have been thinking with his cock, but you were thinking with your fucking head! And I will say when it is enough! I don't give a shit of how much this little shit here suffered! He is not immediately my brother just because you fucked someone!" he roared back at her but then he suddenly realized she spilled something out, something quite relevant: the actual name of the person.
Nasu stopped and widened his eyes for a moment. His gaze drifted away towards his own brother and then back at his mother. "No way..." but before he could say anything about it, Komatsu was the first one to say it out loud and Nasu couldn't believe she had fallen so low as to name her youngest son after her old squad member she had an affair and an offspring with. Even Komatsu, who was criticizing Nasu for being too hard on her for something that happened nearly twenty years ago, became cold towards her. As he recovered from the shock a little bit, the bastard son of Tomoroko was overwhelmed by all of it and decided to take his leave. Nasu scoffed at that as he watched him go before turning back to his mother with a still angered expression, but he now looked more disappointed than anything else.
"You named my brother after your lover, after you fucked him? This is sick... This is disgusting!" he growled, gritting his teeth and clenching both his fists in anger. "Why... I... I can't even begin to understand why you did all of this, mother... Please, explain it to me in a way that does not make me hate you!" he was truly taking it hard and there was no way he would be able to forget about it easily; his family was indeed a very complicated one and he couldn't deny it, but by now he thought there was nothing left to it.
She could hear her youngest son mutter under his breath, and for the first time throughout this entire conversation her expression finally turned sad. Her chest felt tight with the anxiety and depression of talking to her three sons about this... about her past mistakes, her past affairs and of how Tokibi came to be. The boy was so shocked that he eventually turned to leave, and Tomoroko didn't stop him... honestly he was probably safer away from these two at this point. She would try to catch him later and try to shed some light on the matter without having Natto... Nasu yelling at her. She would bite her lower lip as she shifted her gaze back towards Komatsu and Nasu. Her eyes glistened in the suns of Namek, showing that it was only a matter of time now before the older woman started to cry. For now though, she said nothing.
Nothing until Tokibi was gone and safely out of earshot. She'd already said enough to make him feel like he was unwanted... she didn't need to go any deeper then that with his there. Alone with her two other sons though, the woman clenched her fists tightly as she steeled her gaze.
"Listen, I'm not saying what I did back then was right, I know my mistakes and I've lived with them! Things would have been very different if Komatsu and Tokibi hadn't died, or... you know what I mean! Yeah, Koma I named you after him, but not because of what happened. Your father and I decided on that name long before any of this happened. That name was meant to keep us both grounded, to represent what, and who brought the two of us together. Yeah it sounds stupid after everything I just told you, I could have fought for a different name, but I wanted to honor a warrior that helped shape me into who I am." She tried to explain, starting to choke slightly on her own words as her gaze then shifted towards Nasu.
"I am not asking for anyone's forgiveness, all I'm asking is that you give him a chance. None of what I did is his fault, and he's just as much my son as the two of you are!! Regardless of which man I slept with to have him! If any of you lay a hand on him, I swear to the kai's you will regret it. Like it or bot he is your brother! and he will earn his place one day. If you hate me now then fine, but don't turn your backs on him." She pleased with them, clenching her fists so tightly now that her knuckles were turning white. She wasn't acting aggressively, but trying to prevent herself from crying by focusing on the pain in her palms caused by her nails.
"I fucked up back then, I know that okay? I was hurt, it didn't make sense to me how he could be with her and not know it wasn't me... I know it's not his fault, that he was tricked but I was young and... there's no one I love more than Natto! I wanted him to... I wanted him to know how I felt, how much it hurt me... I didn't think then that what I did was worse, but it was. It was a stupid mistake to be with him... and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about how I betrayed him..." At this point there was no helping the tears that started to fall from the corner of her eyes, though the gaze there was still fierce and passionate.
"What the hell more do you want from me? I"m not perfect, I've never been perfect! I've made just as many, if not more mistakes than any other saiyan! but I loved Natto... loved him more than anything and he..." That's when her gaze lightened up as she let her sadness take her over once more. It had been quite some time since Natto had gone... but here she was, alive and able to tell her sons of her mistakes, and he was gone. She couldn't even tell him how much she was sorry, she couldn't tell him anything.
