Echo is a performer at heart, his "Day Job" is an Electric Music DJ who performs at various clubs mostly throughout free space. Even when he fights he likes to put on a show making a fight with even those weaker then him look good. It's not about who is stronger but how well he can articulate the battle, drawing others in to watch it. This might of been heavily influenced by watching the Galactic Wrestling Federation network as a child. While this is all just a persona he plays, he's really a man who is controlled by the fancier things in life, thus leading him down a path to work within the crime networks. His appearance allows him to subject his targets into fear, he is a giant of a man, mostly muscles mass giving an image of a strong fighter. This comes in handy when he performs his convoy jobs, where he attacked a convo in space, loots their cargo and then goes to a distributor to sell them. In his eyes this is the easiest part, he gets paid to steal and then has someone else sell them for whatever price they see fit. He gets the money from simply delivering the goods to the seller. This leaves him to fight dirty when it comes to life and death combat, while he might abandon the putting on a show bit to actually fight all out, his drive to win is like no other, likely something inherited from his race, much like Saiyans they don't back down just because they are losing. Even if they die as a result they will stick to the fight until the end.

Echo's father worked as a bodyguard to a CEO of a major company on Planet Frosty, this is where he met his best friend Zero Ika, the son of his father's client. There were often times where Echo's dad would watch Zero for a time allowing the boys to become friends, and eventually business partners in two ways. Growing up Echo saw that while his father might have been with the rich, he wasn't Instead, Echo would dream of being that rich guy his father protected, he wanted to be the one with the massive amounts of bodyguards. In the end, he pretty much got this. Echo is usually a leader within the strike force he hires from time to time on jobs, depending on the target and what they carry the members he needs varies, so instead of having one solid group he simply hires 4-5 different people with the skills he needs. The most common hired man is his best friend Zero, using Zero's father's company to move the things he would steal. When he was a teenager he got into Djing for cash on the side and found he was decent enough at it to launch himself into a popular brand of electric music. Thus he performs at various clubs throughout the free space region of the galaxy, using this job to land him gigs where nearby transports would be bringing valuable cargo, he'd hit these cargo runs meet with Zero, pawn them off and get his cut. Now that Zero was CEO things were a lot easier for the two to work together, on top of that Zero owned a few clubs from their teen years and used these clubs often as his concert locations. Now while he might not be the guy with bodyguards he knew he always had Zero to count on and the reverse stood to the same measure.
