Backstory:
Rumia was born alongside three others from the tree of their sacred planet-and as such was their way she and the power she was born with would soon become a replacement for the the Kai's that vanished not long before her birth. Specificully she was made and trained by those that were left to watch over the western galaxy. However-She was put to sleep until such a time as her position was deemed needed (And the universe not already falling a part) And so a looooong time later a understandably cranky and upset Rumia would wake up and begin her training, take her place as West Kai after, at least by their standards a short time. Because her quadrant of the universe tends to stay at peace (or as she puts it 'boring and bland as space dust') Rumia can often be found trying to bother her fellow Kai, often times messing around about stealing their positions -North most of all, God that galaxy is a barrel of excitement!- that's not to say she dosnt take her job seriously however, And besides theirs the occasional uprising to watch every few hundred years. She very much understands her role, no matter how boring it may be and strives to fulfill that role to the best of her ability. -no she does sometimes contemplate swiping or communicating with people from her galaxy every once in a wall, what harm could that do right? Not like their would be long distance charges- in the end however She has yet to do so, instead waiting for some worthwhile person to hit the hay in her galaxy.

Rumia builds kind energy in both her hands rather than just one, allowing her to more easily focus her powerful Ki into a focus, this forms two spheres of purple Ki energy in each hand which she then smashes and fires off as a focused beam of energy at her target.

Same as the above, with Rumia putting her full force into the attack, resulting in a larger beam of energy and greater damage.

[Spreads Rumia's Ki around her, resulting in a constant purplish aura, which she then uses as s sort of offensive barrier to rush into her enemy with.

The spreading of Rumia's Ki results in an aura similar to burning flame in appearance, giving the look that she is herself on fire, much like the normal version of the technique Rumia rushes into her target to damage them, however this time the 'burning' nature of her aura causes it to act in much the same way that an actual flame does, leftover Ki from the attack harming the target even the turn after impact
