Atsuko was born an Albino Saiyan, granting her blonde hair and brilliant green eyes.
History:
Atsuko was born under... Let's say, less than optimal circumstances. For this, we must travel back to her time as a baby on the home world of the Saiyans. It was this brief period of time where she was known by the name "Kimiko". While her family was not of a low status, they weren't among the nobles; the problems lie in the fact that not only was she born a runt, but also an Albino. An exceedingly rare, though not entirely unheard of condition amongst the Saiyans. It was for this reason that she holds no memory of her planet. At a very young age, she was sent off world with naught but a pod to see her through the journey. Whether by a stroke of luck, a twist of fate or simply mere coincidence, she arrived on Earth. Her pod crashed within the mountains, it was in no condition for a return trip. In this type of condition, anyone could reasonably expect her to perish. It was fortunate, then. To be discovered by Monks that had seen what they assumed to be a falling star.
The door of the pod swung open as they approached the crater, and inside they found the small Saiyan Child. The Monks took her back to their temple, where she would be raised within their order. There she was given the Earth name "Atsuko Inoue". Her childhood consisted of study and training, while most Saiyans had violent tendencies, she was far too young in order to receive any such culture from her people. Instead, a rage lay dormant within her that could be brought out through frustration, or the damaging of pride. Her Order noticed this, and worked towards tempering her patience, and control. It is for this reason that Atsuko lives a relatively peaceful life. Though she always heard the stories from the senior members. Supposedly, long ago the world was under the threat of Demons. The Temple that she was now a part of was founded to defend against these foul beings.
However, such tales are regarded as ancient history. Their truth or falsity is hard to determine, and only the most devout still partake within the Order's regime. When she grew older, her time within the Temple changed from simple study of their history and rules to active training. How to control her Ki, how to fight, the meaning of meditation. They believed that one's training never ended, and it was a philosophy that she had taken to with devotion. All of her life, what she had known only extended to the Temple, and the mountain it resided upon. It was a peaceful life despite the fact that they were preparing her for what was essentially war. As she neared adulthood, she was given the choice to stay or leave. However, this was the only home that she ever knew.
Deciding to stay was an easy choice for her as a result. At the age of eighteen, Atsuko's training continues as it always did. She was nearing a point of time in her life where she may be allowed to go down from the Mountain and see the world... And what would fate hold for her, then? This is where the story of Atsuko Inoue begins...

* Sentinel's Wrath [B1]
She gathers energy in the palm of her hand, and then directs a beam of Ki towards her enemy.
* Holy Sword Wave [A2]
As the name implies, Atsuko channels holy energy into a sword and then slashes it with all of her might, directing a huge beam of energy at her foes. It is something that can be performed without a blade, by moving her hand in a sweeping motion as she unleashes her Ki.
* Sentinel's Charge [B1]
Atsuko wraps a holy energy around her being, and charges forth at her enemy as fast as she can manage. Particularly used as an unarmed ramming technique.
* Holy Enhancement [A2]
Atsuko wraps her weapon, or her fists in pure holy energy. While it can make for a deadly attack, the energy is dispersed once an attack is launched; regardless of whether she hits the target or not.
Support
* To flow like Water [S1]
Instead of merely avoiding or blocking an obstacle, bend around it. It is one of the philosophies of her Order, and it is a technique made real. By entering a calm state of mind, Atsuko is able to evade attacks that may otherwise prove incredibly taxing to dodge.
* Flight [S1]
Very self explanatory, it allows her to take flight.
