Éku Shizu was, and still is, a pickpocket. Surviving on the streets of Earth one stolen wallet at a time, she could move pretty fast for a kid her age, due to her Brenchian heritage. When she met up with Cambia, when they were both eight years old, she was running from some rather large men who did not take kindly to some skinny brat taking their money. Cambia promptly killed them when the thugs tried to jump her, thinking she was in with Éku.
From that day on, the two used the other to survive, Éku grabbed the stuff they needed, whilst Cambia dealt with anyone that she couldn't get away from. The two of them slowly developed a sort of pseudo sisterly friendship over the course of the next year and further on.

History
Penny had ironically been at the same orphanage as Cambia, but had ran away from it the year before the demonic Saiyan had burned it down in her rage. Despite being half Heran, the young girl looked more akin to a human, minus the fact that she was much stronger than a child her age should've been. A couple months after Cambia and Éku met up, they bumped into Penny, and the two girls recognised one another.
Between Penny and Cambia, there wasn't anything they couldn't smack down, especially not when Penny bulked up, although when she did that, it was up to Cambia to cover her back. The three of them made for a bit of a force, and many mistook Éku to be the leader since they thought Cambia and Penny were just muscle for her. It was also Penny that taught everyone how to suppress their energy levels so that they couldn't be easily caught. The pink haired hybrid also helped the blonde haired hybrid learn how to control her power so that she could appear more Saiyan than demonic.

It wasn't until a year later when the three of them would bump into Cynthia, who upon spotting them immediately set about scolding them like a mother hen. Turns out one of their jobs they'd pulled had caused her some bother because she'd been trying to negotiate aka plead and beg till the shop owner gave up for some food. Cynthia had been floating around from place to place, keeping herself one step ahead of the foster program, since each and every family they'd tried to place her with had turned out to not fulfil her needs, or not understand what she was.
She was a Wind Elemi, and so no human family could properly get a grip on her, so she just left each of them each time. She stuck around with the group, making sure that they were properly rested, and seeing to any injuries or scrapes they'd gotten themselves into... and occasionally smacking each and every one of them upside the head whenever they misbehaved in front of her in a way that she didn't appreciate. If a joke went too far, smack! If they kept on swearing profusely, smack!

Fuchsia rounded out the group, and was the one that helped them figure out how to get a proper grip on channeling their energy based abilities through their hands or any weapon they could get their hands on. She of course being a Konatsian had a natural affinity for weapons, of any kind. There was even one time that she used a pair of stilletto heels to take out a couple of grunts when the gang had pulled off a job in a casino. It's remarkably easy to count cards and cheat at billiards when you've got their unique set of racial abilities.
