29/06/18 We have an updated Beginner's Guide for New Members! Please browse through it to get a feel for our systems before diving in! It is here. 22/04/19 Brand new site skin, what what!!
They had arrived on Earth not all that long ago, and already things seemed to be going poorly. There was a sudden huge spike in power, one large enough to cause the councilor to soar off in the direction of it. No doubt he thought people needed to be saved from what was going on... or he was curious of what this power was? She had to admit that it felt somewhat familiar to her, as if it was someone she had sensed before, but didn't particularly know.
"Who the heck has power like that! That's just insane!" Kinoko couldn't help but declare to no one in particular. She was hesitant to chase after Jie Shan, but if she didn't then she would no doubt get into more trouble, start assumptions that could be avoided... it was dangerous, and only grew more dangerous when she could suddenly feel the power of her Caesar... King Jarvis had arrived on scene, and now things could get tricky... would he follow Nakiya's plan and completely ignore her? They would soon find out.
With a deep breath, Kinoko would drop her weights, powering up to her maximum and soaring after the now Super Saiyan warrior. It took her much more time than jie Shan to reach the battle, as it seemed the fight was in full swing now. There was a large golden ape terrorizing the city, or at least what was left of it, and people fighting one another left right and center. It just seemed like a chaotic battle, and the young saiyaness couldn't exactly tell who all was on their side and who was fighting who. What she did notice though, was the proximity between Jie Shan and Caesar, even if it was just for a short time before the Caesar disappeared to deal with another threat. She would sigh in relief and begin flying up towards Jie Shan.
"I'm sorry I fell so far behind Councillor!" She would call up to him, ready to go and aid him when all these things began happening at once... all Kinoko knew was that in the end, there was this weird looking Green creature attempting to get him away from the battle field. She would frown and begin to form energy into both of her hands, charging up the dark crimson energy as she kept her eyes focused on Jie and Maraca. She would help him, but for now, she would charge her attack so that she could more easily blast this green creature out of the sky...
WC: 432 Stamina 3/3 Charging [OT-2] Beam Cannon: By charging Ki in both of her fists, Kinoko doubles the strength of her Crimson beam. She then snaps her hands forward and fires both beams at her enemy which combine into a single massive beam as they are fired. [131,751, will be 263,501 next turn]
-If this goes into a side saga, will be joining Jie Shan/maraca
Hotato was tense, flying towards the place where a gathering of massive powers had come together, between the signatures, he could recognize Komatsu's, Nasu's and Kimiko's, although there was something different with her's...something that sent shivers down his spine. He past some earthling's cities on his way to the meeting. Taking a better look to the inhabitants, the hybrid realized that most of them were oblivious to the power clash happening just next door, so to speak, and thought of himself - 'How can this planet have survive with so many people oblivious to the threats surrounding them. Weird...'
Arriving at the wastelands, the young half-breed saw what looked like to be a Great Ape surrounded by other fighters trying to subdue him - 'Wait...but his color...is gold...a super saiyan Great Ape?! Is that even possible?! And that's Komatsu's energy I'm feeling!'. Somehow, his cousin have managed to combine his super saiyan power with the Great Ape transformation and created this new form. 'Unreal...that was some genius tactic there...but why there is people from the Alliance trying to subdue him...? Has he lost himself to rage? Well, doesn't matter what I think, better find a higher up and get my shit together'. The young super saiyan then proceed to search for the Overseer, his other cousin, Nasu, and managed to do it - 'Great...he is after Jarvis...not gonna get near that though...that however looks more promising' - thought him by sighting Counselor Jie Shan amidst the ones fighting Golden Ape Komatsu and getting threaten by him. Getting near the battle, he could now hear the loud voice of Komatsu's new form, each word seemed like a thunder had crashed down for how powerful they were. Covering his ears with both hands, Hotato listened as the Lt. Colonel looked like he was responding his equal in rank, and proceed to blast a beam from his mouth against Jie Shan. The Alliance Corporal then extended his arms far and wide and started to concentrate a huge amount of white energy before pushing his hands forward and by that launching his strongest technique, a white wave of energy to help change the trajectory of Komatsu's blast, weak if compared with his cousin's but just enough to make it pack less power against Jie's own technique - 'Please be enough!'
Soon after another Great Ape emerge on the battlefield, but this one was normal and tried to stand against Komatsu, being punched and fell to the ground - 'Not a good move, the difference in power is too strong'. Now was Kimiko's turn to arrive and try to calm Koma down by first talking with him. The Golden Ape responded her rather surly and then he attacks her with a swat from his strong arm - 'Man! Talk about difficult relationships...why can't they just TALK! That couldn't be that hard, could it?'
Getting near the Counselor after the immediate threat of Komatsu's mouth blast, Hotato salutes him:

Saki was frozen solid, the one who froze him was standing over him asking if he was okay. (I’m unable to move or talk…the girl here…she’s concerned about me…she attacked me by accident.) He then started to blink a bit. (She’s so young…what is she doing in a place like this?) He then began to try to move his body. (No, it’s not going to work, the circuits are frozen solid…I tried to defend my city, I tried to defend it’s people…sorry Leena….i failed…)
Soon a wave of energy was coming and it made the ice on saki melt a bit. (I can’t dodge this attack, nor would I if I could get up…most likely I’d protect this little girl….such a nice girl….this sucks, with my base destroyed, I don’t think I could rebuild myself here….it’s finally over…I get to see my dear mother again…)
The wave got closer and began to vaporise saki. (Sorry Chris and Gouken….i thought I could stop him…at the very least, I drew his fire….maybe nasu can end him right here and now…I wanted to thank Jie for trying to save the citizens as well as Gouken for standing up to that brute…alas…I think…) The energy wave began to incinerate saki. (..I think it was worth it, Leena’s dream was worth it…maybe one day I’ll tell her….thank…you…)
With that Saki was vaporised from the attack completely….
The scene from the outskirts of the citadel was powerful and serene. Destructive in its right, yes, but Flare found herself in a bit of a trance. More warriors from around the worlds seemed to accumulate, most of which she couldn’t tell who they were from the distance. They just felt… equally or just a greatly strong as the others. She couldn’t even really hear conversation. All the young flame could do was gander at the gathering.
“Wished I had brought goggles that helped from a distance. This power display is certainly impressive.” The young flame was speaking to herself in the same way she usually did when pondering, looking between everyone she could make out from there. Most of the stuff before the first mouth blast from the super oozaru was tame though. Once the gigantic beast decided to let loose a large beam, she could feel herself shake from the energy. Feeling the power just made her senses roll over and fry! This was followed up by retaliating blasts. She found herself eating the words of “impressive” as this seemed far beyond that now. All of this was so dangerously near the city too, something that she seemed to be sidetracked on.
“Kais, they need to get out of there. Change of plans!” She shouted back at the boulder hiding her car as she glided back to the ground next to it. Unlocking it and getting up in the seat on her knees as she dug the little robot helper out of it. Jax had put himself in sleep mode, a little box with a tiny antennae sticking out. His arms, legs, and head popped out once he was disturbed though and gave his master several blinks of his bright green eyes.
“Hmm? Flare? What are you doing back so early?” It really hadn’t been but a minute since she left him in the car. She just shook her head and still carried him as she got back out of the car, leaving it unlocked this time as she slammed the door shut.
“We’re going to help people. That city’s going to be toppled over here before long. My consciousness won’t live it down if I don’t try.” The little robot had little way of denying Flare’s new proposition and just nodded as she carried him into the air little’s way to get to the very edges of the city. Once there, she just gently dropped him beside her and started off walking, expecting the little bot to walk with her. “Okay, we’re still going to be hiding from those dangerous people if they are around here… so, I’m needing you to act as the master, little guy, and I your assistant.” At the few last words she pulled her goggles down over her eyes to give it the more authentic just-average-engineer look. “Now look, I’ll need you to remain at full power for as much as you can. Hell, I think you’ll need to give off some power intentionally for people to be convinced though.” She offered advice to her little companion as she started running now, potentially going to a fly once the little guy caught her words. “Got it so far, my little man?”
“Hmm. I do not think I understand. You want me to... ?” The young flame let out a heavy sigh and just explained herself.
“Pretend. You know, acting like it even if you aren’t. Pretend that I am your servant. A servant to a robot… actor.” It was what she could think of, Jax eventually flying up beside her using thrusters in his cup-shaped feet. “It’s a precaution. If one of the baddies wanted a fight or if they catch me and want to destroy the warrior figure, they’d go for you first. Gives me more time to get away, get it? Go in front of me, by the way. Lead me to running innocents.” she stopped at a hover and let the little robot go in front of her. It was then a boom voice in her head. This… pompous ass sounding man, she couldn’t even guess who it was. Jax couldn’t hear it himself as he didn’t have a brain for telepathy nor the neuropathy. Flare frantically looked around the place to spot anyone, but no one showed themselves a threat. Just a few civilians running around
“What the…” The robot didn’t seem to understand why she would randomly look away and appear frightened. A sudden flash of purple, white, and light skin went in front of the little guy’s eyes as a sudden force took a hold on Flare’s arm. “Eh!?” The fire lady got startled by the sudden touch. “Excuse me, sir?” The more impressive power level between the two of them wasn’t her, as to perhaps stir confusion on what was exactly happening. This was time for Jax to shine. Before the purple-haired guy could just flash off with her, the little guy had put himself next the two with a perked titanium eyelid.
“Ahem, could you maybe unhand my… servant?” Bulbous green eyes stared down the guy as he lightly patted at the guy’s shoulder. ”I’m not sure what it is you want, but maybe discuss it with me instead? We’re also on a tight schedule, seeing as the whole city’s under attack! The poor woman here couldn’t handle any of this.” Impressive shift of tone and mannerisms once Flare had ordered him to play the part, the more frail looking acting from Flare seeming authentic enough.
“Y-yeah, Masta’ wouldn’t have it if we couldn’t save people though!”
--- This is officially contesting Durendal’s attempt to drag Flare away by instead attempting to trick Caesar 's lackee into thinking Jax is the actual warrior and that Flare is a mere weak lackee.

What could be handled internally by the Saiyan Alliance was becoming a huge mess with people from all over the place sticking up their noses. Nasu even regretted thinking that Earth wasn’t so bad earlier, because, right now, he remembered why he despised it so much: it wasn’t because of the planet itself, but because of its people, it’s annoying weakling people, as well as the fact that the planet was some sort of trouble magnet, attracting every type of crazy bullshit to it. At least his soldiers were good and listened; Jie Shan ascended to a very dangerous form, the Third Grade form, but, against a mindless ape it would be alright. Still, he couldn’t pay much attention to them right now, as he was standing in front of a dangerous person he hated with all his heart, the main pawn of his now worst enemy, Jarvis. And he soon began to speak again with his hateful and cocky voice, that only made Nasu grow even more angered at him. He kept on despising the saiyans, no matter how many times he seemed to be defeated by them; on the two opportunities Jarvis interfered with saiyan business when Nasu was presented, he lost and, yet, he managed to conquer the Saiyan Empire.
– I’m pretty sure of what I’m dealing with, you piece of shit! I’m dealing with a worthless scum who thinks way too high of himself! A pawn of a demon bitch, far too conceited to see that he isn’t a King, but a clown! – Nasu roared to him, with rage in his tone. But, before Nasu could continue, he sensed a very familiar presence approaching, a person he also despised for her cowardice, even when she was finally showing a little bit of a backbone worth of respect, only to cast it all away with her trickery and excuses: Atsuko. Nasu glared at her with the corner of his eyes, noticing that she had arrived at the battlefield and, on top of that, she was sporting her super saiyan three form. ”Show off…” he thought to himself, in anger; he could ascend to that form too, but he wouldn’t! The super saiyan three was too taxing on the body and to use it right away showed how much battle immaturity she had. ”To use a form she doesn’t even control… I think I might’ve reached enough power to control it, but… Still… I won’t use it unless it’s of utmost necessity!” he thought to himself, analyzing the situation. When she referred to Nasu as betrayer, he growled in anger, gritting his teeth.
– Keep your words for yourself, coward! And I’m already taking care of him, or are you not only a fool, but also blind?! – he retorted, pausing briefly. – If you cripple my brother, I will cripple you in turn! So beware of how you handle this, Kimiko! I’m done with your attitude! – he ended up by saying that, before sighing; he couldn’t give himself the luxury of paying mind to her right now, he had more important things to do; he had to cut off a vile weed from the garden for once and for all. When he turned back to Jarvis, he started again, saying he comprehended things he didn’t even dream of and called the saiyans a broken race and kept on bragging on how death wouldn’t stop him, nor old age or sickness because of that stupid wish of his. – You? Teach me humility? You truly are a clown! And you call my race broken, you freak, but here we are… Me, a titan of power, and you, a joke of the gods! You may be immortal or any shit, you bastard! But… Is your master immortal? Is your wife immortal? I can give you a lifetime of pain! And not even death would save you from that! – Nasu said, with both rage and a sadistic tone behind it; part of him was enjoying being mean to Jarvis, but the King Caesar deserved every single bit of it since, after all, he had killed his uncle.
Then, out of nowhere, Jarvis allies started invading the planet. Nasu noticed that first by their energy signatures, and he even remembered one, the little boy who was with Jarvis when they sealed that shitty and worthless peace treaty between their two factions, and the thought of it itself made Nasu growl in anger. ”This bastard…” the first one, who looked like a mutated sort of namekian who was heading towards Jie Shan to engage him. His power level was close enough to Jie Shan’s and that was a concern to him, but he didn’t voice it or showed any sign of it. ”Jie Shan is a graduate of the Soy School! He won’t lose to that moron and… Seems like he is getting reinforcements!” he thought to himself as he sensed Kinoko approaching too and joining forces with the hybrid counselor.
Another one came, a brenchian, and quickly and swiftly chopped off the Ape’s tail revealing that the person behind that was Gouken, the earthling saiyan who had died against Jarvis when Nasu dueled against Atsuko. If he was fighting against him, then it was none of Nasu’s business. ”But I would rather see the saiyan defeating this bastard’s ally. It would be some sort of revenge in a sense…” Nasu thought to himself, but that was as much of thought he put onto that. Finally, the last one was the annoying brat, he was dangerously close to Jie Shan, but didn’t seem to be engaging and, instead, was focusing on some small, meaningless fries that were far too curious for their own good, so Nasu didn’t care. Following that, Jarvis held a finger to Nasu, making him arch one of his brows, surprised. – What?! – he exclaimed as Jarvis began to speak.
The King Caesar asked for a moment for him to catch his breath, and that made Nasu hmph; Jarvis seemed to be well aware of Nasu’s honor code, and he was definitely taking advantage of that. The saiyan’s expression grew more serious and he folded his arms, staring at his foe with his furious, yet contained teal-colored eyes.
Seemed like he wanted to take care of someone before they could fight, and Nasu was fine with that, as long as the person wasn’t one of his allies. Then, as he boasted away, his voice echoed inside Nasu’s mind, making the saiyan Overseer grimace a bit. ”Be quick about it, moron! I will wait you recover because I have a warrior’s honor! I’m a saiyan warrior! But play tricks on me and it will cost you more than you are willing to pay!” he replied on his mind as he continued on watching Jarvis fly away towards the city, where he stood in front of a human-looking person. It wasn’t someone Nasu knew – or at least he didn’t think he knew. Saki, when he went to Planet Natto, was black of skin and far more different looking than now. If he recognized him, maybe Nasu would try and save him just for Leena’s sake, but that wasn’t the case, so he shrugged it off. ”Just some random asshole…” he thought to himself. After that, Nasu pressed the button on his scouter. – Karota, are you listening? I need you here on these coordinates. Things aren’t looking good and… Well, seems like war is going on. Bring Negi with you if you can, but leave Miso. I need the base secured! – he said and the answer came quickly.
– Do you really think I’m not in the way already?! All those power levels, of course I wouldn’t ignore it! – she replied over the scouter, and, by the sound of it, she must be getting close. – Good! I know I could trust your guts! Are you alone? – he asked and the reply was immediate. – Yes. I’ve sensed Jie Shan and Kinoko over there, so I didn’t want to leave Miso alone. On top of that, Hotato is already there and he is also a super saiyan now, so I guess we are good for the time being, but I’ve warned Negi to be ready for support should we need it! – she briefed him, and Nasu seemed very satisfied with that. – Good! I will be flying away soon, to take on Jarvis. Take my place here and command our forces together with Jie Shan. Don’t let anyone die, understood? – and Karota chuckled. – That goes without saying, kiddo! I’m not allowing any of ours to die today! – and with that, he closed the communication channel.
Now, he had to wait for Jarvis. Still, seemed like Jarvis quickly ended the one he intended to kill. He used enough strength to completely vaporize him from the face of the Earth and that left him completely drained. Nasu cracked a mischievous grin.
”It would be so easy to kill him right now that it’s not even funny. A single punch to his spine now that he is tired from that attack and not looking… But… I have my honor. As much as Kimiko likes to despite that… I’m not a coward like her.” he thought to himself, chuckling a bit. After that, he stared at Komatsu and Atsuko one more time, before turning back to Jarvis. – Fight me above the northern ocean! I will be waiting for you there! Don’t run or I will let the universe know how much of a coward the Caesar truly is! Hahahaha! Come, Jarvis! Your grave awaits you above a nowhere sea, in the middle of nowhere space! – and, with those words, Nasu soared towards the northern sea, miles away from the battlefield, but still close enough that a Super Saiyan Two could return in seconds.
Stamina 5/5
Accepting Caesar challenge, will open a split if no one interferes! Karota will be arriving next round!
Komatsu didn't have the best of reactions to her sudden appearance, and that was understandable enough. Still, Atsuko hoped that she would at least be able to get through to him on some level... He would attempt to swat her away with his massive size, but in response to that... The Black Knight would simply move her own fist with such a blinding speed, at first it seemed like nothing happened other than Komatsu's hand stopping dead in it's tracks... But then the shockwave from the sheer force would blow outwards. Deafening and humbling to all but the most resilient.
The Albino Saiyan would glare into the red eyes of her little brother. "You want to know how? You want to know why? Alright, let's get into how, let's get into why!", the Saiyan would shout. Her voice carrying an impressive weight to it, enough to rival Komatsu's even in his Golden Great Ape form. "Because my family hasn't been a fucking family at all!", she'd add as the red electricity surged around her with increased intensity due to her emotions. "Because everyone I've ever known as seen fit to turn on me because of their own petty desires or wants!"
The Black Knight continued. She'd begin flying closer to Komatsu, staring him in the eyes all the while. Though he definitely outmatched her in physical size... On a power scale, she towered over him. "You know what happened the first time I met Nasu? He attacked me. Yeah, I didn't throw anything at him.", the Albino Saiyan mused, speaking as if it were so long ago... In reality, it wasn't. "Do you know what happened the second time? He intruded on the Timeless Lookout and threatened my Assistant right in front of me, and somehow acted surprised when I didn't like that very much."
The Albino Saiyan continued her explanation. "The third time, that was also when I first ran into you. It was also the second time I let him go. What did I get for that? Weelll that leads us right into the fourth time I ran into Nasu! On the fucking Lookout, with an army at his back! Do you know what he wanted to do? Kill everyone I've ever known, torture them slowly, and do the same to me, before eventually taking my life as well.", the Black Knight continued. Her tone of voice was very cold.
"But again! I let him go! After that, I learned about my family, by sheer coincidence and luck. Mother and Father said that the Saiyan Alliance wasn't like I thought, that they wouldn't just blindly follow Nasu, and I would have a place... I said they were wrong.", Atsuko continued. "And you know what? I was right! Because then I ran into him a fifth time, and he had another army at his back, and he forced me into a duel with him! And you all just sat there and fucking watched him do that to me.", the Saiyan shouted again.
"None of you thought at any point 'enough is enough', and put a stop to it. You certainly acted like you could, though! Even though you were all counting on me and my power to stop Nasu! You just kept blindly assuring me that it wouldn't get out of hand! WELL IT DID!!", the Albino Saiyan shouted with nothing but pure rage in her voice now, her aura flared up to it's peak and then a storm would begin raging overhead in response to her emotional turmoil. "People died, Jarvis was left unattended, and you know what?! THAT WASN'T ENOUGH FOR HIM!!"
The Black Knight bared her teeth, by now, she stopped inches away from Komatsu's face. "He had me outclassed in the fight, I couldn't touch him once, but then I managed to outmaneuver him, and I gave him a choice to surrender, or potentially die because I couldn't control the power of my attack like he could with his! ...Everyone called me a coward, said I was nothing like they thought I was. I said they were all content to ignore what was happening, and I trusted Nasu not to stab me in the back."
The Black Knight stated. "And I was wrong to do that... Because he did it. He threw his Spirit Ball at me after however the fuck many times, and when the Demon Queen opened a portal to Makai right in front of me... You know what he did? HE SENT THE FUCKING SPIRIT BALL AFTER ME EVEN FASTER!!", she exclaimed. "And he hit me. He left me defenseless to the Demon Queen. He left me trapped... And you know what? I bet everyone has been praising him as a Hero for it, and everyone has been decrying me as some sort of disgrace for my actions!"
The Black Knight growled lowly. "Excuse me for being the fucking Guardian of Earth! I have no doubt in my mind that if Jarvis went on a rampage on Planet Natto, any one of you would have gladly forsaken the duel to stop him! I know Nasu would have, and if he says otherwise, he's lying through his damn teeth!", her hatred for her brother was made painstakingly obvious at this point. "And you know what the best part is? The Demon Queen is nothing like anyone has been saying! She actually fucking cared for me."
The Black Knight would let that hang in the air, and then she'd make a gesture with her hands as if that had blown her mind. "My mortal fucking enemy, or so I've been raised to know all of my life. And I'm sure in many ways, I was her mortal enemy as well. And I got along better with her, than I ever did with anyone in my family! She treated me with respect, she wanted to make sure I felt comfortable, and safe! And she even offered me something that took every fiber of my being to refuse!"
Atsuko continued her explanation. "The Demon Queen asked me to participate in genocide of the Saiyan Race. She asked me to help perfect one of her creations, and you know what? I refused. Nasu fucked me over so many times, and I refused to do that... But I'm the bad person here, I'm the fucking disgrace here. Not the bastard dragging our parents' legacy through the mud, but me!", the Black Knight would shout again as her power flared up once more. "All of you acted like Empire Saiyans! And even now, you still do!", the Saiyan added with a snarl.
"Every last one of you followed a fucking King into battle, without questioning him in the slightest! You gave him undying support, and you just watched as he did ALL OF THAT to me! And you want to ask me why I got so fucking fed up with it?!", with that, she'd finally pause. Closing her eyes... Though outwardly, she seemed to calm down, she wasn't losing her transformation. Her power wasn't calming down. She was just as angry as before. "It's because I've learned exactly what family means to Saiyans.", the Black Knight would state coldly.
"And for fuck's sake, don't say I'm wrong! Words are meaningless! You want to prove me wrong?! THEN SHOW ME THAT SAIYANS AREN'T ANYTHING LIKE WHAT I'VE SAID!", the Black Knight would go right back into a shouting rage once more. "Because as much as you all fucking hate me for saying the things I do, they're not wrong. Every fucking thing I have said has been FACT. Deny it all you want, but don't expect me to fucking believe any of you when you say that you're not like 'all those other Saiyans'!", Atsuko continued, almost as if blind to reason.
"SHOW ME.", she'd add as her power flared to it's peak all over again. "Because all I've been hearing, this entire fucking time, is speeches about who is right, and who is wrong! No one cares enough to fucking shut up and prove it! Even Nasu doesn't understand the simple fucking concept that actions speak louder than words! So, little brother... Does that answer why?!", she'd then ask him rhetorically... Finally, she'd cross her arms and begin to back off slightly. The expression on her face still showed such an intense anger, something normally not found in the third form.
"And I'll tell you this... I'm done letting everyone walk all over me! I'm not going to let anyone do that anymore, not even you little brother! I've had enough of brothers beating the shit out of me without even giving me a fucking chance! I always have to be the one in control, and I always have to be the one hated for it! Well screw that, I'll give you all a damn good reason to hate me if you keep pushing me!", Atsuko would add. She had hit her limit, and now she could finally vent it all out.
Her only regret was that only one person was here to hear it. As Nasu already fled the scene to have his little playtime with Caesar. Karota, Miso, and all of them... They weren't here either. It was just Komatsu... Wait, the Black Knight would begin to look around a bit. She recognized one of the Saiyans.... Huh, so more than one did hear all of that speech. Well now it was time to see what the two thought of it. It was a very long winded one... But it was also one that she felt was necessary.
"Instead of always telling me... What family means... What Saiyans are actually like... Can no one really show me anything redeeming? Because I've received nothing but horrible treatment from my entire race, and even my own family... Even when everyone was content to turn against me, I didn't expect my family to do that... But here we are. All of this happened because Nasu had to have his fucking pride, and none of you saw fit to stop him. Look at me, Komatsu. I'm a fucking Demon.", the Black Knight would add, as if commanding him to look upon sins.
But she extended that to everyone present. They could all see the proof of what Saiyans had done.

She still couldn't help but wonder what she could do to help out. She had accidentally froze a man, robot thing whatever. She could always look on the bright side. Maybe it was a bad guy? Maybe by some chance the person she had froze solid was a complete bad guy that she had gotten a lucky shot on. Yeah..the power of thinking positive. That always worked after all right? Oh who was she kidding. She probably froze someone who could have been actually doing something to be able to actually help out here..even if he wasn't doing much before hand while the others were fighting the monkey.
Speaking of said monkey look who showed up once more with a powerful ki! There was no way for her to stop the blast that was heading right towards them! The blast was huge and no doubt would kill her if it even hit once! She had to get out of here but how would she? There was no way she would be fast enough to outrun it. This truly was the end for her. She was going to die so quickly to such an unknown threat. She was but a failure, to her parents, to everyone. She had failed and there was no stopping it. She was going to die here today.
That was when the unexpected happened. The other elemi she had sensed earlier. The one that had stolen her heart. He was there almost in an instant as he launched his own powerful beam to counter that of the giant ape. The attacks were so powerful that she could feel them within the bones of her spine even. Whoever this elemi was they had indeed stolen that very heart for good now. It was locked up as well to never let her forget that who saved her life. The one she never would the forget. The one that would not get away. All the more perfect it seemed for this city to live.
However someone else began to approach them toward the roof however. She had never felt the kind of ki before but it felt a little similar to the man who had seemed like some kind of a deity. They had even began to shout at her to get down from there. She was all too ready to agree, but she couldn't just leave the others in danger as well. "I can't leave! Not yet! I have to get this man unfrozen quickly before something happens. I misfired my attack and I froze him solid!" Luna would yell out in a bit of a freak out as she was holding her hands over the ice increasing her radiation spikes to try and melt the ice. It was futile though. This wasn't just normal ice, it was nuclear created ice..her radiation wouldn't be able to help fast enough.
The brown giant ape however began to speak as well snapping her out of it. Telling them how they should leave and quickly if they couldn't be any help. As much as she hated it she couldn't do much to help even. At least besides using her nuclear powers. She was running out of idea's and frankly she was scared and nervous. She had never been in a situation like this before. She was confused on what to do even! How could she help against such a massive power? The only way would be to unfreeze this man. It was impossible but she could try could she not?
Quickly Luna began to feel the ki of someone rushing in right towards her! Swiftly turning her head to look towards the direction of the the rushing ki she spotted that of what looked to be another figure helping the deity like figure. Only this time she was heading straight for her! There was no way she would be able to dodge fast enough. Why were they coming after her now? Was it because she had stunned this man? Was he one of their friends? What had she done! Why must she suffer like this through every moment of this life! It just wasn't fair for the fates to make her follow such ridiculous paths that only lead to things like this!
She couldn't have even prepared for the fear she felt at the deity like man began to speak. Each word he began to speak struck such a fine nerve of fear coursing through her body. She truly was afraid. She even began to silently pray to the fates and the gods to just let the man go. Let him run. Let him do anything! It was her fault! She was the one who froze him. She should be the one paying and not the man in front of her. She never even got the name of the robotic like man. This was all her fault. She had cause this to happen. With but a few seconds after as well she tried to close her eyes but even then she couldn't as she watch the deity practically vaporize the man. Leaving nothing left but a few bits of ash. Her fault...it was all her fault..everything was her fault. From a year ago when she had caused the deaths of her best friends by only hanging out with them. This was why she avoided people..they always died near her.
She felt nothing could escape her mouth even as the ally of the deity began to carry her away. Watching the tower collapse she watched as her previous freezing now released launched into the sky. With that she felt the first drop of snow. Possibly one of the worst times for snow in the wasteland. This wasn't regular snow though. It was cold with emotion as well. Freezing up as it fell not having but any true feeling. It was all her fault..she was the reason for this. She was the reason everyone she knew died. All because she couldn't learn to control her powers. The robot man died..because of her.
Komatsu growled as his hand suddenly stung from attempting to hit Atsuko. It was annoying to think that something so small could still hurt him. This alone made him angry, the words that then came out of Kimiko’s mouth just right pissed him off.
“OHHHH BOO FUCKING HOO!! YOU WANT TO COMPARE NOTES? YOU THINK YOU’VE BEEN THROUGH SUCH HORRIBLE SHIT? I WAS 8 FUCKING YEARS OLD WHEN THE EMPIRE CAPTURED ME! TORTURED EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY FOR 7 YEARS, BROUGHT TO AN INCH OF MY LIFE, HOPING TO DIE ONLY TO BE BROUGHT BACK AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN!
WHERE WERE YOU THEN HUNH? DIDN’T YOU EVER EVEN FUCKING ASK ABOUT YOUR FAMILY? YOU PROBABLY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE A SHIT ANYWAYS! AND HEY, WANNA KNOW WHO SAVED ME FROM THAT BULLSHIT? YEAH THAT WAS ATHREN!IT WASN’T NASU, AND IT SURE AS HELL WASN’T YOU!”
Komatsu would only snarl more and more as Kimiko approached him, yelling at him about how her family betrayed her at every turn, about how much shit she had to endure because of them. Honestly, Komatsu didn’t think what she had to go through was so bad to be honest.
“NASU THOUGHT I WAS DEAD, AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED WHEN WE MET FOR THE FIRST TIME? HE KICKED MY ASS TOO. SAIYANS ARE BORN TO FUCKING FIGHT, GET USED TO IT.”
He would continue in retaliation to her complaints about Nasu’s constant attempts to fight her. He could understand his brother to some degree, but that didn’t make him any less angry with him. Although, the more Kimiko spoke of her brother, the more he saw things from Nasu’s perspective and that anger started to turn more into a simple annoyance.
Then, Kimiko claimed that Nasu arrived at the lookout with an army and Komatsu couldn’t help but scoff at her statement, snapping at her in irritation but very easily missing the small target.
“YOU THINK HE BROUGHT AN ARMY THEN? FUCK YOU WE WERE 3. YOU HAD US OUTNUMBERED 2 TO 1 !! YOU WERE THE ONE WITH A FUCKING ARMY IDIOT! I WASN’T EVEN THERE TO HELP HIM, ALL I WANTED WAS FUCKING JARVIS!”
Alright! That was that point out of the way! Maybe they were getting somewhere? Nope… Komatsu felt his rage flare up again as Kimiko spoke of the more recent battle between their siblings, and this time the rage that he felt was directed at himself.
“FIRST FIGHT AFTER I GET FREE FROM THE EMPIRE WAS AGAINST NASU, I LOST. I TRY TO HAVE A 1 ON 1 DUEL WITH JARVIS ON THE LOOKOUT, I FUCKING DIE. WHEN I TRY TO CLAIM OUR MOTHER’S POSITION WITHIN THE ALLIANCE, I GET BEATEN WITH ONE FUCKING PUNCH, I’VE LOST EVERY SINGLE FUCKING FIGHT I’VE EVER BEEN IN. I’VE SCREWED UP AT EVERY FUCKING TURN. HELL, I ATTACKED SOMEONE I REALLY CARED FOR BECAUSE SHE WAS INTERFERING WITH YOU AND NASU’S FIGHT! I FUCKING SCREWED THAT UP TOO! SO FUCK OFF! I WAS SCARED! NASU COULD HAVE EASILY KILLED ME WHILE HE WAS CORRUPTED, HE COULD HAVE EASILY KILLED ANY OF US IF WE TRIED TO STOP HIM! THE BEST WE COULD DO WAS TO LET HIM GET IT OUT OF HIS SYSTEM, LET HIM FIGHT YOU 1 ON 1. IT’S YOUR OWN ALLIES FUCKING FAULT SHIT HIT THE FAN. IF THEY JUST LEFT THE TWO OF YOU WELL ENOUGH THE FUCK ALONE, I COULD HAVE FACED JARVIS SOONER.
OH, AND I FUCKING FOUGHT HIM THANKS FOR NOTICING! I ALMOST FUCKING DIED FIGHTING HIM, I LOST MY GOD DAMNED ARM, AND IF IT WASN’T FOR BERNAEL AND NEGI I’D BE FUCKING DEAD PROTECTING YOUR FRIENDS!”
His voice sounded like it was beginning to crack, which sounded quite strange for a great ape. Komatsu was trembling so badly it was difficult not to do anything, and so Komatsu stopped fighting himself, he would take another swipe at Atsuko. He would take a large step forward doing so, toppling over another set of buildings still in his path. At this point however, most of the citizens had run off to try and find safe places to hide.
“I DID WHAT I COULD FOR YOU, AND YOU COULDN’T EVEN PUT TRUST IN ME. NONE OF YOU SEEM TO BE ABLE TO TRUST ME EVEN THOUGH I’VE BEEN TRYING SO FUCKING HARD! I’M FUCKING 15 KIMIKO, WHAT THE HELL MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME!”
There was so much he still didn’t even say, so many failures and embarrassments that fuelled his current anger… he didn’t even begin to mention that he felt indebted to the bastard he hated the most in the world, Jarvis. Because of him, the Empire was gone and his and his uncles fate avenged… still, he had been the one responsible for Athren’s death, and Komatsu couldn’t forgive that. Simply by killing Athren, Jarvis had ensured that the young saiyan would never seek to return the favor… he’d lost a potential ally then… but that wasn’t the point… He had failed to save Athren, felt indebted to his murderer and constantly lost to him because of his own incompetence.
Komatsu would grit his teeth before letting out another pained roar as the struggle to gain mastery over his rage continued.

[Since exiting to side with Jarvis but wanted a official moving post before I make it Koma gave me permission to post ahead of Komatsu's post]
It was a rather fun little moment to see the creature of hidden cowardice blown to pieces. Although the mechanical bits and absent as much blood and bone bits as he normally liked did kill a bit of the show for him. The surrounding wreckage that was should out over several close city blocks however. Heh it was definitely a fine way to leave a impression. Most likely at this point at least most the innocent had probably long since evacuated. The smart ones at least. He'd only give a light wave of his hand as well when the small girl was whisked away by Durendal moments after. Shaking his head already forgetting the insect he'd just crushed under strong heel. He'd wipe the sweat from his brow and a bit from his chest chuckling a bit waving to the small child. Durendal would not do anything
to scandalous if anything the only true annoyance would more so be if it wanted to brig her home with it. There was little more else though once that excitement ended i this area beyond caved in buildings and streets that looked as if they'd been cracked by a hundred separate explosions. The ground itself from the shock wave broken in so many areas part of the ground itself would likely remain unbuildable upon for a secure foundation for a good few years to come without proper repair and careful.
With his foot he'd place the bottom of his fine gold and leather boots upon part of a mechanical that still remained. Jarvis's fierce punch was a messy one and often left little bits remaining of his foes. Made a bigger impact that way and usually left a better show for those to observe as well. Rolling it back and forth the small piece of metal hardly recognizable any longer really. Before after several moments of tempted glee in consideration to destroy it he simply lifted his foot and let it be.
He'd take several steps away listening to Nasu for his few prompt words moments ago before he'd left. Jarvis mumbling to himself and flapping a hand as if imitating Nasu speaking and rolling his eyes back and forth as if in a teasing annoyed fashion after the man had left. With a moment of moving around and a bit of rubble kicked from path he reached through a old store front now broken widow and building half caved in. Fetching a jug of wine still half left in the thing and a metal cup of some kind. Perhaps some restaurant it had been before the... problems of today had arisen. He'd pour the cup and in a smashing sound of clay or colored glass maybe he'd toss the pitcher off to the side letting it smash into several dozen pieces like his robotic target moments ago. Pieces and the thick dark drink staining the cracked and now destroyed road bellow. Rising to the air keeping enough of a distance to be out of danger but close enough to be clearly seen in all his kingly glory from his bright hair golden and finely clean. To his apparely that was only the finest handy work of several of the galaxies best craftsman.
Drinking from his cup and looking upon them recalling what he'd already picked up from Nasu and the family banter and then seeing this strange display of the dark clad Kami and her rather hairy brother now as well. "Really and they complain about me? Its really rather flattering... From the look of the hate they all show me... I'm practically family!" He'd say drinking the wine smirking and enjoying even if it was only warm piss in comparison to what he was used to drinking. But a man who knew the worse and the best could take a little of the low quality for the time. 'Love the suit black knight... By the kai's I bet you look lovely bent over that throne I remember of yours in that. After I kick your brother around a little you really should consider giving me a spanking.' He'd say chuckling lightly not far off so if she looked around after hearing it she'd easily see him. The black knight as she was.
Kinoko herself wouldn't get looked at but merely for her she'd hear only. 'Naughty... Careful girl. We both know you have secrets to keep. I enjoy you but I need that toy in particularly... IF the fight turns and he is in danger then I assure your figurative dagger will placed in the proper back yes?' He'd say making no attempt just yet to chase after Nasu. He figured he'd let him stew for a while longer alone. Maybe with some luck he'd just think he was dealing with the bits and pieces or torturing some remnants of whatever the droid truly was if it had lived in any shape or form. He'd stay their for several moments trying to let the sweat on his body cool and relax. Feeling he'd wasted far to much energy on the prior aggravation that befell him. But he didn't let it trouble his mind all that much. He didn't truly think Nasu was truly capable of half his threats either. He knew at the end of the day these other rulers had stopping points from their morals he could out beat and out fox. Even if it flared his anger that anyone would speak such threats... He knew one day Nasu would fail to live up to them and fail like all other young leaders like him. But the threat wouldn't be forgotten... Maybe he'd make him a Eunuch one day when he conquered the alliance.
'Does that brother of yours even use his cock by the way? I have never seen a woman under his arm unless... Was it Leena? No that'd be the same as fucking man... Or is he into that? My word if it turns out thats why he gets so excited around me this whole anger thing is painted in a whole knew light... But I suppose I just am far to pretty after all. Ah no matter... I'm sure he'll just fine a warrior that looks like me to play 'war' with. But toodles all the same. Time to go battle the little shit heel all the same." He chuckled imagining Nasu if he'd used his more cheeky techniques on him. Maybe he'd not turn him into a eunuch after all. The words tossed in the mind of Atsuko Koma and Kinoko. Jarvis hardly feared war or any of their alliances. An to see how he changed now what he was now would be nothing compared if Nasu truly tried to give him a 'life of pain'. His life could be something far more frightening to them if he stopped playing a game and started really fighting a war. Jarvis himself didn't realize it he was a curious demon fox of a god. An it was likely his fun game playing mind was all that really kept a true war from arising. 'Really Komatsu must you whine like a braying mule giving birth? As much as you whine and your anger towards your family I wouldn't be surprised if you all just aren't drink and sex deprived. I must say I really do love though this image. Cute fifteen year old or is when he's not a literal monkey. Heheh as fucked up as this family is maybe you should just have a go with your sister there and really liven things up ha! Now wouldn't that be the scandal. Damn all this talk already makes me miss home. But my friend rises to occasion wife wife to far from reach... I shall have to settle for my fight I have been delaying. Well... you two have fun fighting... or fucking if you take my advice. The strange idea of it suits your family it really does.' Once again allowing all three to hear. Oh he loved the scandal. He knew Nakiya would die laughing if she heard of his little fun. An thats all this was really? What was it all but just one big party. Downing his wine in a heavy gulp and tossing the glass to the ground so far bellow him now and taking toward the ocean and Nasu.... if all worked right he'd find some way to upset that man.

about Jie Shan Lan Dian
"Quotes are a waste of time. Actions speak louder than words."
Post by Jie Shan Lan Dian on Jun 6, 2016 10:15:34 GMT -5
Jie Shan would shoot the other ooazaru a thumbs up as they struggled against the beam with one another. Damn, he thought, it was nice to have someone else helping out with this whole blocking nonsense for once. If the two of them came out of this whole, he would have to track the guy down and give him a proper 'thank you', because his help meant the world to Jie Shan right now. The combined might of the two of them was able to deflect the blast harmlessly away from the city. But at the cost of exhausting Jie Shan. Shit, he thought, he was going all out for people he didn't even know. He was playing a dangerous game, he knew that, but somebody had to do something.
Even now, someone was getting vaporized. Shit, thought Jie Shan, that could have been him in the worst of scenarios. He was just glad that it wasn't. Still, he had to feel sorry for the poor guy. Overwhelmed by such power... What a way to go. But it seemed that Jie Shan's own trials were not over: more ki signatures took to the battle field, and one was coming right at him.
Jie Shan's head swiveled to face the coming assault. What in the world, thought Jie Shan, was that? Was that... a Namekian? Strangest freaking Namekian he'd ever seen if that was the case. It flew at him with great speed, tackling him. "Hey!" He shouted as the Namkeian swept him away, "Get the Hell off of me!"
But it was too late, and he was much too tired to resist... He'd just have to let it go for now, let the Namekian carry him off until he gathered his strength and was able to break free from the hold of it. Yes, he thought, he'd bide his time. As he was carried off, he felt a familiar signature take the field. Kinoko, he thought. Now things were getting a little out of hand.
His help wasn't needed, but he was happy to have aided in the protection of the city. More importantly, he was there to help his cousin, as for what he thought of him was a kind and dutiful person who struggled against some really bad situations, and he didn't want to let Koma add the murder of innocent people to his already heavy consciousness. After the Great Ape's blast was deflected, the teenager turned to see Counselor Jie Shan being snatched by some weird green being. He used his scouter and after an energy analyses the gear concluded it to be a namekian - 'That's a weird ass namekian. I should go help, but...' - he gave another look at the two siblings trading words, and some punches, aggressively - 'Jie already has help so this takes priority'
It was easy to listen to the arguing duo, as they would shout at full lungs their anger and frustrations. Hotato had stop getting close after some time, just hearing. His cousins powers were insane, but that wasn't the reason for his stasis, no, in truth with every sentence of the raging saiyans, the hybrid's heart cried a little. He looks at Kimiko with pain - 'I...I had no idea how their lives...damn! No wonder Kimiko had acted like that, she doesn't know what is to be a saiyan. Miso and Karota were wrong! She couldn't begin to know the importance of that duel...her only care was because of her friends...I...I get it' - and changing his gaze to Koma, still looking lost - 'And Komatsu had it rough from the beginning. Being severed from his family and tortured into submission since child. And so much loss on his life...kinda like...me...'
The half-breed's heart was filled with sadness. Looked like his whole family was cursed by some evil demon and destined to never find happiness... - 'NO! I will not accept this!' - he thought while gritting his teeth and clenching his fists - 'It may cost me my life, but I have to try and find a way to help them. Help all of us! We are family and that is an important bond!'. But the problem now was how to deal with the situation. That's when he had an idea. Turning back to his normal state so Kimiko and Komatsu could maybe recognize him from their little encounters, Hotato flew near them, resisting as much as he could to the powers clash pressure. Near enough to be noted he would speak:
- KIMIKO!KOMATSU! - he would yell at them - Stop this please! You're not monsters! You're family! And yes, both of you should never had to go through all this shit, and, I don't know you, but this is NOT your nature! - looking at Kimiko - Kimiko, or Atsuko, I'm sorry if I'm calling you wrong, you are right! You wasn't raised by saiyans so how could you possibly know about our culture and how anyone should expect that from you? For all I know, you are earthling. That's what you known and who you grow up to be. And you do have a family that care about you! Proof of that is that your deceased mother came to Earth just to ask us to rescue you, because she herself couldn't and everyone wanted to do it. HELL! Even Nasu agreed to that! - turning his head to Koma - And you Komatsu, I'm sorry for not using the rankings here but this is a family matter. Your life wasn't supposed to go this way either. You are kind and care about others, I can say from when you rescued me and the other saiyans from Blehbarry. You even went out of your way to care about my little shitty problems...But have hope! You yourself have strength to rise above all this shit storm and achieve a better life, and you're not alone! You have friends and family that can help you! - now addressing both of them - Both of you have. Please, I beg of you both...stop this and just talk! You are brother and sister for crying out loud! You care about each other even with all that happened! I beg of you, don't turn this away...
The hybrid had tried his best...now it was only for the two siblings to decide what would happen.

Seconds after Nasu left the battlefield, another bright golden light approached it with enormous speed, stopping only once it reached the place where the main situation was going on: the battle in between Atsuko and Komatsu. The saiyness arrived in time to see Jarvis’ minions arriving from the skies and how they were already splitting up and engaging everyone. Jie Shan was there, fighting a mutated namekian sort of being, while the boy who was killed by Jarvis, alongside Toru and Ruttsu managed to find his way out of the afterlife and was already risking his life again. If she recalled correctly, he was a Z-Fighter and that made her sigh. ”They are truly reckless… But I can’t really blame him. He is not only a hero but a saiyan.” she quickly thought, before ignoring his battle; there was nothing she could do for him without hurting his pride, and if he died, well, that couldn’t be helped. At least he seemed to be getting used to the afterlife. The one thing who actually concerned her about this battle, though, was Hotato, the newest Corporal of the Saiyan Alliance, and, although, from what she had sensed, Miso managed to bring him up to a super saiyan level, he was way too green to a battle of this proportions, but, again, she wouldn’t be saying anything just yet. Instead, she would focus on the dialogue between Atsuko and Komatsu, which was what truly concerned her the most.
Atsuko seemed to be making a briefing of her story with the saiyans, mentioning all of the traumatic encounters she had, and funny enough, all of them involved Nasu and, basically, Nasu alone. While she was right that Nasu reflected the behavior of an Empire kind of saiyan, especially a year ago, when he was on Earth, still digesting the death of his parents, she couldn’t help but to notice that she was being an asshole and generalizing an entire race for some episodes, mostly led by one person, and that made her roll her teal-colored eyes in her orbits. ”God, why are all of your kids this stupid, Tomo?” she asked herself, remembering the brief encounter she had with her old friend and superior. Most of her anger towards the saiyans was driven by her own conclusions, with little to no ground in reality. Nasu wasn’t praised as a hero after the duel, he was taken for a fool, and only thanks to Tomoroko, he was getting back into track. A lot of the soldiers doubted him and turned their backs on the Alliance, and that was another thing that Karota was throwing at him, and that was the main reason behind his desire to share the power with some of his siblings and also, he was trying to live up to his parents in a more honest way now.
When she mentioned that the Demon Queen wanted to trick her into participating in a saiyan genocide, Karota narrowed her eyes; she already hated the demon queen ever since she knew that Nasu made a deal with her for information, and this hatred only grew when she found out that he made a pact to get that Majin Mark, but again, they all had a plan that required only one thing to work: that nobody interfered with the duel. Komatsu had even been responsible for telling the thick-headed Kami that, but she was, indeed, way too thick-headed. ”Stupid kid… If me and Miso didn’t have to come back to make sure Nasu wouldn’t go fucking nuts with people stepping in, we could’ve killed Jarvis right there, with Komatsu and the demon boy’s help. But she is as blind and entitled as Nasu, thinking they are right at every stupid damn action… I didn’t sign up for this…” she thought to herself, sighing deeply.
Komatsu was also throwing all of his frustrations at her, mentioning about his time as an Empire’s captive, where he suffered plenty. But, of one thing he was absolutely right: saiyans didn’t behave like humans, but that didn’t make them evil. Just different, with different kind of priorities, and they were a warrior race, they solved a lot of things by fighting. Even Natto did that plenty. Then he went on to speak about his losing streak, and she sighed again, feeling a little bad for him. After that he began speaking about Nasu’s corrupted behavior, and he was right. On top of that he was also right on who was the blame for the fatalities that ended up costing Toru’s life. Once he finished, though, it was Hotato’s turn and he screamed. Karota stared at him with curiosity in her eyes, but when he began speaking, she rolled her eyes, even more disappointed and irritated. ”Oh, for fuck sake, not again…” she growled.
But her conclusions were wrong! He started by speaking things that could be interpreted as him turning sides again, but then he began speaking plenty of things that made perfect sense; things that Karota was about so speak. ”Look at that.” she thought to herself, very impressed with it. Once he finished she approached the kid and touched his shoulder, proudly smiling to him. – Nice words, kiddo! – she said, winking at him, before acquiring a more serious expression on her face and staring back at Atsuko and Komatsu.
– Hotato is right! You are all family. You are different, you are a bunch of way too proud morons that can’t see reason plenty of time, but, again, you are saiyans! If you aren’t prideful jerks then you aren’t saiyans at all! Nasu is FAR from an example of what the Alliance stands for, but, again, you take him as the concept of the saiyan race, when you clearly didn’t have a lot of contact with other saiyans. But, again, Kimiko, you know that boy over there! – she said, pointing to Gouken, bravely fighting against Jarvis’ minion. – And I have another example right there, who is far too good of a person. – she said, pointing her finger to Jie Shan next. – And, maybe you don’t even care, but Toru, Christopher’s father was also a saiyan. I, myself, was a Z-Fighter once, and so was my husband, before he died in the war. Komatsu spoke to you. We had a meeting before coming here, where we were all committed to protect this place and avoid catastrophe. And that would have worked, people didn’t keep on interfering. Even people from our ranks! – she said, pausing briefly. – Me and your uncle, Miso, were fighting Jarvis, together with the demon boy. With Komatsu joining in we would have taken him down, but we couldn’t, because people kept on interfering and… We needed to be there to make sure Nasu wouldn’t do anything reckless. After that, Kimiko… Your mother came here and spoke to him, beat some sense into him, literally speaking. And that… You may not believe it, but it’s the truth, made him focus all of his efforts and trying to rescue you from the demon realm. – she pointed out. – And while he clearly doesn’t like you, he was doing it, because he is finally seeing the bigger picture and caring about others, caring about the Alliance. So, stop throwing your frustrations on Komatsu. He has done nothing but trying to help you ever since he returned to the Alliance. Miso agrees with him and your grandmother too. Even I agree with them, although, after the duel, I realized I don’t like you as a person. – Karota was being very sincere, and she wasn’t known for saying nice words just because someone was hurt; in her own mind, itg was either the truth or nothing at all.
With Durendal taking away her robot instead of her, she let the guise slip now. Relaxing and raising her goggles back up onto her forehead. Flare didn’t have to just rely on her brawn to get through the day. The young flame decided to keep her power toned down and gazed around her. Most the place had already been evacuated. Nice. No sort of plan was 100% foolproof however. There were certain to be some stragglers who couldn’t have made it in time. Probably trapped under rubble. Or entire buildings.
- Here’s hoping the little guy doesn’t get himself destroyed. - She thought to herself rather lowly and darted off towards the nearest downed buildings, fairly closer to the acton partaking nearby. It was strange being the girl scout. Just trying to be of use to the common folk while some bigger beasts were in the ring. The young flame weren’t paying them any mind from the city’s ground right now though. It was better to just look out for the distressing yells of civilians trapped in the destruction. There seemed to be a few of them scattered around a few of the outer lying buildings. It was quieter than most would expect. The first to be checked on were inside a dangerously leaning structure, unbeknownst as to what kind or who it belonged to. The place itself seemed too broken and torn up to identify it any more than a building with things inside. What actually caught her attention about it was the loud groan emanating from it. And... that it had only two stories out of what looked to be a skyscraper.
“Hey! Anyone here?” The young flame slowed down and stepped over a large pile of rubble at the entrance. What was inside seemed to be novelty goods. Appliances. In the middle of the room was one of those pseudo-stone display mountains with all the little pebbles and crystals you can buy at an extremely inflated price. The debris was covering a lot of this ground level. The dust had settled by now but the air in the building was still murky and filled with rising smoke. Flames could be heard now. Slowly roaring at the creaking building that it was in. Another groan was heard of similar volume from within, but it was hard to tell which way it was coming from. It sounded masculine enough to pass as a guy. “Hey, dude. You’re gonna have to groan a little better than that. Where are ya?” The crack of supports catches her eyes, a door across from her had collapsed hard on itself, but the disturbance was apparently where the man was as well. This was a more surprised yelp, but it was now clear he was there.
Dashing on over to him, through the new debris from the door, Flare tossed around a few rock. The whole back room here was destroyed and the tilt of the building was apparent here. There was a stairs blocked off entirely with large concrete to the side. The room itself off to the side seemed to be storage, the wall leaned over a drastic fourty-ish degrees. The man groaned once more when the elemi made more noise near him. Flare now sensed the faint energy the man gave off. There, right under a felled wall cabinet, was an average looking guy in his thirties. All that could be seen of him was from the torso up, the rest of him caught under the heavy weight of the building and cabinet. There was blood seeping out from the mashed lose of connection between his upper and lower body. The guy himself looked out of it, probably in shock and drained of energy from impact.
- Oh kais... - Flare stared at the man for no longer than a second before flashing over to him and kneeling down. - Fuck, why isn’t Jax here!? - This was something to beat herself over. Flare’s helper bot was the one with the capabilities to help a man like this, not her. Whatever the case, this building needed to be shoved off. “Hey, you.” At first, the guy didn’t even seem to notice her. Flare snapped her fingers at him. “Hey, come on bud. We’re losing valuable seconds. Anyone else in the building you know of?” The guy’s head bobbed around to try looking at her, shakily pointing a finger up.
“Several. I heard bodies…” Heard bodies what? The guy seemed strained to try talking, so she just saved it. He’d need to be taken care of. The young flame put a finger to her mouth and gave a hushing sound as she stood back up to shove the large cabinet off. At the same time she had an idea. She’d drag the man out, mashed bone and all, and pick out one of the famous senzu beans from her pouch - It’s a good thing she still had them. “Now say ‘aaaah’.” She just smirked at herself and plopped the senzu bean in once he had been dragged out. It had a gross instantaneous effect on his limbs. He looked… fine.
“O-oh!?” The man patted himself down, shocked. He then picked himself up and glanced around the place. “How did you- Who are you?” His face was all sorts of dirty, and he didn’t really have any defining features. He looked extremely average.
“Just call me Flare. And I suggest we get ya out of the city. Or else you might get a building on top of you again. Mind telling me the name while we're at it?” First she just picked him up in a bridal carry and got out of the building as fast as she could. The guy looked astonished and taken aback, yelping rather girlishly as they zoomed out of there. Flare just chuckled at him.
“It’s Chris, the name is Chris!” Chris looked with wide eyes at the alien-like woman carrying him.
“Chris it is. Now then, you were saying you heard bodies… do what?” Flare sat the guy down on his feet and brushed her hands together a few times.
“Right. Bodies. I heard them crashing down.” Judging by the way the building’s rubble was mostly covering the roads they stood by, it could only mean… “I don’t see them though.” Hidden under the rubble. There wasn’t any sure signs of human beings being in there, and since he was the only one to be sensed… She could only imagine.
“I think… it’s best to go. Now.” Flare tried waving Chris off, to which the man hesitantly complied. He could be seen dashing off to a much less destroyed part of town. “Keep running and don’t look back!” She yelled back at him as she looked up to the skies, away from the city itself. There they still were… The super ape, up close. From here, she could make out some of the people now… Well, maybe not. She knew none of them, or thought she did. Discerning from the fact Atsuko’s whole look had changed color and tone. Out of it all though, it seemed to be less explosive and more talkative.
- Sometimes, I wish I had bat’s ears. Or maybe telepathy. Yeah, that sounds cool. -
It was off to find any more stragglers in the destruction, flying lowly to see if these beasts with power would just let her try to get others out. Sorry for the lateness, haven't been feeling it the past few days.

Komatsu would finally give his response. The Black Knight would narrow her eyes at his opening. He was really going to start with mocking her... Bad move. "You know... Saiyans are really fucking stupid.", the Albino Saiyan would bluntly state. "Tell you this right now. All the horrible shit you've been through doesn't take away from what I've gone through. Because I can tell you this, whoever was torturing you? You see them as your enemy, and no one here blames you for it. You expected them to do that to you. And yes, it was horrible. And I would hug you right now."
The Albino Saiyan continued. "But you're kind of a giant fucking golden ape, and you're an asshole. Wanna know why? Because it wasn't your family that took you prisoner. It wasn't your family that tortured you to near death, just to bring you back and do it all over again. I guarantee if it was, you'd be feeling a lot more horrible about it. Just imagine anyone in your family doing that to you right now. Wanna still say it's "not so bad"? Didn't fucking think so.", the Saiyan would leave him little time to respond to that.
But hey, now it was time to talk about Athren! Oh good, her favorite subject. "Bullshit. Athren didn't save you from anything. Unless you fucking forgot, he ran away from his home like a bitch because it was 'too much for him to handle'. And I'm glad you get along with him despite that! You know, the same fucking asshole that knocked up my Sister and then wanted to kill her just to get at me. I would think much less of it, but now you're saying he practically saved your life. He didn't. You want to know who did?!"
The Black Knight roared, and then she pointed at Komatsu. "You did! You gained power, you fought back against your captors, you broke free! No one did that for you! Even if Athren did anything, it was a minimal role at best! And guess what; I'd still fucking kill him if I ever see him again. I would gut him like a fish with an honest to god smile on my face. By the way, he fucked my sister because I wasn't a 'true Saiyan' and she looked like me. He's not as good as you like to claim he is!"
The Black Knight shouted once more. "And you know what? No, I never did ask about my family because as far as I knew, I was an Earthling! What, you think they would just tell me that I wasn't? Even when I did find out, I assumed they just abandoned me on Earth for being a runt! And I had the power to turn back time, I would gladly go there and save you. Athren would probably be more concerned with killing me and my friends.", she continued. Athren was just another fucking Saiyan on her list of hatred.
"Oh, Saiyans are born for fighting, so that excuses all the terrible shit they've ever done?! Fantastic logic! FUCK THAT.", she'd then respond. "You want to be assholes? Fine, don't be so surprised when people don't like it! Respect is very fucking simple, it goes both ways, and if you want it, earn it! And no, that doesn't mean beat the shit out of the person you want to respect you. Maybe that's how it works in Saiyan Culture, but in case you forgot, THIS IS NOT PLANET VEGETA OR NATTO. THIS IS EARTH.", she'd point out another fact.
So now it was time to talk about the battle on the Timeless Lookout. "Fuck that he didn't bring an army. It was him, in a fucking Great Ape Form, I'll add! Athren, and you. Maybe you all went there to 'keep anyone from interrupting', but that doesn't change the fact that he used a form with a clear power advantage even AFTER bringing backup. By the way, we weren't an army either. There was just three of us at first, and then another two joined the fray. And in case you really fucking forgot, I asked them to run away!"
The Black Knight would then cross her arms. "If he wanted a duel, he could have asked for one at any point! I never refused to fight him one on one. But instead he wanted to keep bitching about how 'unfair' things were! Last I checked, you didn't need to be fair to defend your fucking planet and innocent life! Still the Guardian of Earth, for people that don't get that!", Atsuko added on. Finally however, Komatsu would get into his losing streak. And... She could sympathize with him on just how powerless it could make you feel. But...
"Komatsu, why do you have such little fucking confidence in yourself?! I mean holy shit, look at you! You have the power of a Super Saiyan Three already! I swear, if you say it's because of Nasu, I'll kick his ass for you!", the Black Knight replies, and Komatsu takes another swipe at her. Though the Super Saiyan Three merely punches his hand again. Another shockwave blowing outwards from the impact. It was pretty clear that Atsuko had more power than her little brother, but she was decidedly holding back against him... She didn't want to hurt him, mad as she was.
After that, he'd ask just what the hell she wanted from him. And the Saiyan would take a deep breath. "I'm eighteen. I'm looking after an entire planet, this shit is not easy, and I have my family trying to beat me into the dirt alongside it. Meanwhile, I'm getting contacted by gods warning me of dangers in the Universe, and I wonder just how long I'll be able to keep the peace, and stay with my friends.", the Saiyan explains in a calmer tone of voice. This was more along her genuine feelings, and even her demeanor now reflected that.
"All I want from you, is to be my brother... To support me. I get it, I'm not a Saiyan like everyone else. Maybe you won't ever look up to me like you do with Nasu... But I care for you, and I just want that feeling to be reciprocated... So please. Power down, at least so I can hug you.", Atsuko finally explained. Komatsu was her little brother... And she didn't want to take this out on him, because it really wasn't his fault. But there were too many Saiyans that were just plain assholes to her.
As she finished that speech however, she'd hear someone shouting her Saiyan name as well as Komatsu's. The Black Knight turned her head in the direction of the voice in order to see Hotato. She vaguely recalled him from the duel with Nasu... Though they never really were able to exchange words, she just saw him out of the corner of her eye, generally. He'd start by talking to her, and agreeing that she had her reasons for being so distrustful and hateful of the Saiyans. So Tomoroko came to convince Nasu to cut the crap and act like he should have in the first place...
"Thank you. That's all I wanted, for someone to acknowledge that yes, I'm not a Saiyan because I don't know anything about them other than what's happened to me whenever I've met them! I still don't trust Nasu or like him.", the Black Knight would state, crossing her arms again. "It's because of him that I got into that situation in the first place...", the Black Knight responded, but at least she was calming down now. Hotato's words had gotten through to her. Then Karota entered the fold... She tensed up a little at the sight of her.
And what Karota had to say did not exactly help. She'd first look at Gouken. "I've never met him. I don't even know his name.", the Albino Saiyan would first reply. But then she would look over to Jie Shan... Finally, the wolf would begin explaining that Toru was a Saiyan as well, and technically, Christopher was too. "You have to understand, I've met Athren, I've met Jarvis, I've met Nasu, and all of you... And I will say this much. First impressions mean a lot. And short of Komatsu here, you haven't made very good ones."
The Black Knight would reply to Karota. "I never recalled saying that I wanted to be liked by you, either. Frankly, the moment that you threatened my people with death over a "duel" that didn't need to take place, you became my enemy. Nasu is most definitely my fucking enemy. The very fact that someone had to come beat sense into him before he would even consider helping me proves that... Actually no, the fact that he stabbed me in the fucking back was the start of that. He's made sure I won't trust him ever again."
With that, the Albino Saiyan would begin floating backwards. She was mulling over the words that Jarvis said, as well as what everyone else had to say to her... It was all honestly rather infuriating. They were just trying to act like it was all fine now. "I've heard enough about Saiyans... I've had enough dealings with them. The only ones I'll consider members of my family would be Komatsu, Cambia, and... You.", the Albino Saiyan pointed out Hotato. "Everyone else... I never want to see them again. Anyone I haven't met... I'll give them a chance. As for the rest of you..."
The Black Knight then stopped at a fair distance away, closing her eyes. "I don't like you, you don't like me. We're not going to sit here and act like it will just work. Don't come back to Earth. Don't come talk to me like everything is fine.", with that out of the way, she'd open her eyes once more. "I still don't condone of the Saiyan Alliance being here on Earth. But I know there's nothing I can say or do that would make you leave, short of starting a war... Just know this.", she'd pause.
Her eyes would take on a more sinister glow. "If any of the Saiyans act out... If any of them endanger Earth or it's inhabitants. I'll kill them. While you are here, you will follow Earth Laws and Customs. If you don't want to, you can leave. It's as simple as that. You would expect the same out of myself and everyone I bring with me to Planet Natto. Don't act like that's unreasonable.", the Black Knight explained. It took so much fucking effort to hold herself back like that... But she was trying. Now would the Saiyans spit at that?
They probably would.

Komatsu would continue to growl at his sister as she spoke, his eyes narrowed on her aggressively. One moment, she would say something that would start calming him down, and the next she would just enrage him all over again. While some things were being put into perspective, other things just made him angry. While he was already angry with his brother for a multitude of reasons, he would just get even more angry as Kimiko insulted him. Koma had basically god worshiped Nasu ever since he was little, and only due to recent actions was Koma seeing his brother in a different light... still though, he didn't like her insulting him one bit, let alone saying she would have killed Athren in a heart beat!
There were too many thoughts now rampaging through the young boy's head, and as his hand was swatted away again he would bring them up to hold his head, an angry growl escaping his lips again. This time however, another beam began to charge within Komatsu's mouth.
"SHUT UP ALREADY! ARG YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND"
The Golden Great Ape would roar, the blast being unleashed from his mouth as it soared towards Kimiko. Even with that though, she was still speaking and it caused Komatsu to roar out again. It honestly looked as if he was ready to tear his own hair out at this point, his large crimson eyes now wet with frustrated tears as he tried to sort through his rage.
'I can't even power down if I wanted too... Not until the moon is hidden...' Komatsu would catch himself actually thinking of letting go of his rage long enough to return to base form, which was a good start (even though he had just launched a beast of an attack at his sister).
So many of the things that Kimiko said about him, hit him hard... it was true that Komatsu had near 0 confidence in himself, and it wasn't Nasu's fault. At least not in it's entirety. It was due to that huge list of failures, the constant reminders from people like Miso along with a multitude of other reasons. He was strong, yes, but what purpose did his strength serve if he couldn't do anything right..? Even now... he was doing something stupid, and he knew damn well that it was, he just didn't feel he could stop himself... he wasn't sure he wanted too.
Until he heard Hotato yell at him and speak his peace. The great ape would pull his hands away from his head. There were only a few words in his speech that truly made an impact on the boy... to start, Hotato thought he was kind and caring for the way he had treated Hotato when he had led the team that rescued them... Well, sure he had been... Why wouldn't he? It wasn't as if any of the saiyans there had deserved anything less... he'd been in their situations, there was no need to make it worse.
He would just huff slightly as he looked down towards his cousin, his eyes only shifting away from him when Karota arrived. That was when Koma stopped dead in his tracks, and Hotato's next words probably hit him the hardest. No matter how much shit he'd been through, he had friends and family... one such person stuck out most prominently in his mind next to Kohlrabi, and that was Karota...
He didn't remember her from when he was little, but she had been there for him so much since he had come back from the Empire... She'd been the first to see him turn into a Super Saiyan and help him control that anger... through threats sure but that just seemed to be the way to deal with saiyans. She had been there for him when his ki was poisoning his body, and taught him to properly control his energy to stop it. Again and again Karota had been there for him, almost as if his own mother was acting through her. That was why Komatsu paused now. If he could blush, he would have... his rage was dying down, and regret started to kick in.
He always seemed to screw up around her, and she had so much patience with him. Even now that she seemed to be insulting him, calling him a moron and a jerk, he didn't feel insulted in the slightest, because he knew she was right. At that point, the boy looked like he was giving up, the pure rage that outlined his eyes seemed to disappear, and his massive body would begin to relax.
It seemed to be a stroke of luck that the skies seemed to grow even darker as the heavy clouds had started to roll in. Just then, the cloud's would completely hide away the full moon, and block the Blutz Waves from affecting Komatsu's body. Slowly but surely, the massive Ape would start to shrink, the golden hair receding or disappearing altogether. His primal features would all disappear and leave behind the naked form of Komatsu. His eyes were still wet from the massive flux of emotions that had been coursing through his body, but that seemed to be the only thing remaining of his golden ape form, beyond his golden hair. Even then however, Komatsu powered down to his base form.
The boy hardly cared about his lack of attire, his right hand holding his left arm as he stared down at the broken and scorched ground under his feet.
"I..." Was about the only thing the young boy would manage to say just then...
